Ulla Johnson, Whistles, Sea NY, Clare V., Baggu, Loeffler Randall, Lulu Frost... just a really great selection of higher end pieces that are beautiful. Their selections are feminine while urban, stylish but not fussy. Perfect for Boston.The shop staff (Jane and Martha) are really friendly, helpful, and nice, too, which is an added bonus.

aaron annette: Ruth is very helpful in finding the dresses I love and is very patient during the whole appointment. Because this is my first stop so I had no idea what types of dresses I like. But Ruth helped narrow down my selections based on a veriety of criteria like fabric, pattern, silhouette, etc. and excelled at finding dresses that have similar characteristics that I like but slightly different design. I would highly recommend everyone to spend some time browsing the website and saving dresses to favorites so that the consultant can see what you like and prepare those that are in store or have similar design for you to try on ahead of your appointment. I was able to try on 11 dresses during my 1.5 hr appointment, and found two dresses I love.
Madison: I felt so special today. I didn’t know exactly what I liked and Ruth was patient and helped talk me through different styles to figure out what fit me best. Overall I felt comfortable and not rushed at all. Ruth brought me so many different styles and was so informative and helpful. They were so nice. Thank you Pronovias!!

I was worried they wouldn't have dresses in my price range and I worried that it would be too high end/upscale and I wouldn't fit in.But I was able to reach out to store via email to figure out some prices and styles and I instantly felt welcomed by Ruth (who I believe is the store manager).When I came in for my appointment, I felt welcomed by everyone and anyone I came into contact with was down to earth, friendly, and helpful!Most importantly, their selection is so large, that I was able to find the PERFECT dress for me that I never would have imagined even existing! Jane Tsuang: Had a fantastic bridal experience with my daughter at Copley location. We were able to browse the bridal collections, try on many dresses. It was a very relaxed appointment without pushy sales or rushing us through the appointment. The appointment was restricted to 2 guests, however, we were able to go back after dinner for other members of the family to see her favorite dress. We did end up saying 'YES' to the dress and also 'YES' to the mother of the bride gown! It was so much fun. I did asked about the negative reviews regarding alterations and previous customer complaints - Lindsay and Marelen were both very frank and honest about the challenges they had with resources, shipping, and scheduling through out the pandemic resulting in backlogs in dresses and alteration scheduling. I am confident that having ordered a dress more than a year in advance that we hope to minimize scheduling issues. Thanks for the team at Pronovias for making it a fun experience!
Angelo Rutigliano: The 1 star is for the Customer Service team based in Barcelona (Valentina). Long story short they do not allow returns/store credit after purchases, even if you realize 5mins after the purchase that Saks Fifth Avenue) sells the same product 50% less. BEWARE and take your time to verify prices somewhere else (even internet).
Katja Hall: I had a great experience at Pronovias both picking out my dress and with alterations. I had to reschedule a fitting and they were very accommodating. My dress was done on time and they helped me shoot a video of how to bustle it which made the wedding day a lot easier! I’m really looking forward to seeing what my dress looks like after the Second Life alteration!

I had already fallen in love with a particular Pronovias gown, and wanted to make sure it was 'the one' alongside my family members. Ruth showed us the original dress that inspired our visit, as well as several other dresses in a complete range of styles. She was patient, friendly, and well-informed about the gowns in the store. It was a wonderful experience all around for myself and my family. Would highly recommend as part of anyone's bridal journey!
Yi Guo: Becareful with using their booking system. They don't care if you got tested positive for covid. If you don't show up you get charged the $50 no show fee even if you cancel or reschedule the appointment.

Caroline Atwood: I had seven bridal appointments prior to Pronovias Boston and none were as helpful in finding my gown. My personal assistant (whose name I can't remember as it's been a few months) was fantastic in listening to what I wanted and providing styles which I asked to try on as well as other ones I might like. She also didn't stop the appointment at 90 minutes and really wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. I walked away with a stunning gown suggested by her but one that I would have never tried on myself. The staff also treated my mom with such kindness. It was such a win and I can't wait to rock my bridal look!

Julianne Bliss: I am set to get married in October and bought my dress in January. Both times I have had a scheduled fitting they called and asked me to move my appointment backwards to accommodate other people (today included and my second fitting was supposed to be Monday). I find this both completely nerve wracking and also very unprofessional. They mentioned they are moving me to accommodate a bride who is getting married this week and her dress isn’t even done yet! I also was told by one rep that she did not know why I was charged a fee by another rep. It seems like total chaos here. Not a fault of the reps but of management.If I knew this was going to be the case I would have gotten my dress somewhere else and I would recommend others do the same.I just hope to god my dress is ready for my wedding the way I want it to be! Not at all what I expected from Pronovias or how I wanted this experience to be.Update: I am getting married in one week and needed to go and take my dress from them and bring it to a new tailor to make sure that it gets done on time. I will be paying a rush fee and the condition of the dress when I picked it up was such that the new tailor needs to undo a lot of sloppy work and redo it. There were stains on the dress as well which now need to be cleaned. I am appalled at the customer service and overall management at this store. Appalled.Notice how the owner has commented on many of the five star reviews here but has actively avoided the negative ones of the ladies who had a bad experience with alterations ? This is how they treat clients when they mess up- by avoiding them. Shop somewhere else.

Sheryl L: I’ve tried on dresses at multiple price points and the dresses at Pronovias were the sweet spot between $2-3k. You can really feel the quality of these dresses and their designs are all flattering and beautiful. Ruth was instrumental in me finding my dress that weekend as she was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. It’s also not a super high pressure sales environment which I personally really liked and appreciated in order to get clarity on selecting my top choice. Janet Anastasi: I love the Lilly Pulitzer brand. Have so many dresses. HOWEVER, their customer service is HORRIBLE. While there is a number posted, you can't get through. You get cut off with a message encouraging you to write an email, no one answers for days. They have a chat bot, forget about getting anywhere with that. I wanted to "exchange" a dress I bought . . . but I guess there is no way to do that. I have to RETURN and then rebuy. I would think if I am spending over $200 on one item, I could get a live person to talk with. So so disappointed.
Sharon Williams: This is one of the best stores I have visited. They were very helpfual and very polite. If I did not see what I wanted on the floor, they went to the back to look fir it or they went online to see if it was available. They also sent all if my items back to Florida for me, free of charge and I really appreciated that, because my suitcase was already over the weight limit. Lol! Thanks again and I will be back!

BostonDBG: Lilly is sadly going down hill in quality. I used to love buying stuff from them and admit I have bought a lot in the past, but lately it’s all cheap fabric from China. Since the stuff was on sale and they wouldn’t accept returns, I tried to reuse the fabric to make stuff (masks) and resell, and their general counsel came down hard on me for reusing the fabric I paid for. Unfortunately it’s now trash. Very sad.

It was my only experience where Lauren took time to get to know me first, learn in detail about our wedding plans and help me narrow down my style throughout the appointment. She genuinely listened to what I was liking and not liking about certain styles and ultimately helped me find my wedding dress! I came back to try on multiple times with Lauren (changing into an even better dress for me on my second visit). She was patient and helped me customize my dream gown! I would suggest for anyone to go see Lauren or any of the other wonderful team members at Flair. An experience I’ll never forget!

The store is beautiful, they have an amazing selection, and everyone just seemed so happy and content to be there.Kaitie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very organized, friendly and easy to get along with. She made it a point to make sure I knew that this day was about me and what I wanted, not anything else. We were able to have a few side conversations and a mental health check in while I was trying on dresses which I appreciated so much. She pulled the dresses I wanted to try and pulled a few others based on what I told her I was looking for. My dream dress ended up being the very first one I tried on, and when Kaitie put me in it a second time, gave me a veil and flowers, the vision came together perfectly and I knew 100% it was the dress.I would absolutely recommend Flair and Kaitie to every bride that I know. It was the perfect dress shopping experience and I could not have asked for anything more.

We worked w/ Kaitie - and she was highly educated, gave fabulous advice and made the process incredibly easy. I recently went back to pick up my dress - a custom dress w/ 5 + customizations, everything was perfect. However, after I left, I was unsure and wanted Kaitie's opinion - Flair was more than accommodating in getting me in next day, and making sure Kaitie was available. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident walking out the door! Thank you Flair for the personal touch all the way through!

We tried several dresses and she pointed out the colour/style/length that worked best for my body shape and skin tone. When I came back over a year later to get my veil she was just as great. She pulled out my dress and made sure the veil matched the colour and fabric. I really appreciate her honesty and work. She’s very knowledgeable and thoughtful. 100% recommend !
Jennifer Kaplan: I loved working with Zoe (my stylist) to find my dress! Flair was the first shop I came to and while I ended up going to my other appointments later that weekend, it was clear by the end that both the customer service and options at Flair went above and beyond other shops. I ordered my perfect dress and I'm super excited to try it on again when it comes into the shop.

The boutique itself was adorable and welcoming which made me very excited. However, the best part was my bridal consultant, Zoe. I can't say enough about how incredible she was. She completely understood my vision and helped me find the dress of my dreams (that I don't think I would have pulled initially). She is so good at her job and my mom, sister and I could not stop talking about how much we loved her. She killed it and I would recommend her 10/10!!

Liliana Bredice: The experience could not have been better at Flair! I had a relatively specific vision in my mind for my dress, and the team at Flair went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. Their expertise and knowledge opened my eyes to all of the possibilities in terms of customizations and design — things I would have never thought about in order to make my dress exactly match my vision. My stylist (Zoe) and the boutique manager (Liz) were so welcoming, supportive, and just true professionals. Zoe's input and information was productive and helpful, and I never once felt pressure or judgement, which unfortunately is not always the norm. Liz was so clear and helpful about lead times, order times, customizations per designer, and next steps in the process. I cannot recommend Flair enough to any bride looking for their dream dress!!
Emily Dunn: I made an appointment at Flair because of their good reviews and I left my appointment feeling frustrated and dirty. Myself and the people I came with were not allowed to look around/touch at any dresses. The first thing I noticed when I was brought dress samples was how DIRTY and BROWN in color they were on the interior specifically. My chest and arms began to break out in red spots after the appointment was over, very disappointed in how UNSANITARY the dresses were kept.My stylist was bossy with myself and my guests, instructing them to not have a negative opinion when I came out in the first dress. This really set the tone for the rest of the appointment and made everyone uncomfortable that they couldn’t express opinions honestly.Flair didn’t have multiple sample sizes of the same dress to try. I was struggling to envision what a dress would look like on me in my actual size when all the material was bunched up in clips. My dress size ended up being about an 8 (bought a dress at a different store) and I was being put in sample sizes 12 and 14 at Flair. Beware of this if you are more petite.
Rosie Crowley: I worked with Kaitie (Kaitlyn) at Flair - this was my first and only wedding dress try-on experience, and it went so smoothly! I had a vision for the style that I wanted, and she helped to make it a reality. I ended up creating a custom gown from the top of one dress and the bottom of another Kelly Faetanini dress, and Kaitie really helped me feel comfortable and confident. I would definitely recommend working with Flair!

Although I did not find my dress here, my sales associate was sweet and soft spoken and supportive which is just what I needed after a bad experience at another bridal store. I also liked that when I showed her my inspiration dress she did tell me she had an option close to it that was over budget - honesty and no trickery and asked if I still wanted to see it, which i did. I thought the selection was beautiful and would definitely recommend to other brides.

I was feeling very overwhelmed by the process of finding a wedding dress, but from the moment I walked into my first appointment, Kaitie started to tease me and put me at ease. She made it clear before I tried on a single dress that she was there to support me and help me find something that would make ME happy, telling me "I didn't design any of these dresses, so you won't hurt my feelings if you don't like one." It sounds silly but it helped me so much! She talked me through the whole process and ended up finding my dream dress, and when I went back to pick it up she found me my veil! I showed her pictures of a dress I liked, but aspects of it that I didn't like, as well as things I wanted/didn't want in my wedding dress. We pulled dresses from the racks that I was interested in and Kaitie also went through and found dresses she thought would fit what I envisioned.. and then we found the one that screamed "this is my dress". It is a Kelly Faetinini dress and actually was something that they did not typically carry on a normal basis, so it was truly meant to be! Kaitie helped me feel comfortable throughout the process as I did my bridal shopping solo. I felt like I could talk to her and she would give me true feedback. She would also give me space when I needed a moment to think! If you can, for sure request for Kaitie!The space at Flair is beautiful as well, great lighting. They have added florals to the main area since I went for my first visit. I just picked up my dress the other day and was so happy to see Kaitie at my fitting. We had made some changes to the dress with the designer and I was nervous to see what it would look like, but it was perfect.

I started my day in my FIGS green monogrammed scrubs into the S.End and was exhausted so I stopped and grabbed lunch from a really nice Indian restaurant and decided to eat it in the Copley, Back Bay entrance near Cafe Nero..there were no trash cans to toss my items to discard.So… I’m walking around with backpack, Mask, head cover.. and I decided to check out Neiman’s Family & Friends sale but especially Longchamp bags; love their leather bags.I walk in with my items to discard, no trash barrels in sight, no nearby restrooms & proceed to ask an Employee “ where are your Longchamp bags?” He says “oh to the back, Anna can help you “ . I went to the back , mind you I currently use a medium sized caramel blush Longchamp crossbody.I walk to the section and see Anna a full figured woman who was checking Inventory with her male Asian “American” colleague and asked “ by chance do you guys have a trashcan as I’ve been looking for one, Anna responded “ they didn’t have one in the Mall? I said “ no they didn’t have one and she said they should have one.. “ I said “ well they didn’t, I looked and do you really think I’d be walking around with trash if I could have thrown it away”?She did not offer to toss it.. not that she had to but hey…. It was the “accusatory side eye”Anyway with trash in hand andAgainst my better judgment, I stayed in the store looking at the bag IWanted to purchase, brought it over to Anna who gave me the price but I decided Not to purchase it, the bag costs over $200.I didn’t splurge because I didn’t want her to get commission on the sale.I went to Saks where I was treated with sincere dignity and respect and Purchased the bag that made my whole shopping experience worth it after such a long work week.I’m truly tired of the shenanigans of Customer Service.Either you are sincere and professional or you are not on the first shot..I love it when people show you Who they are… Respectfully..Strive to do better.. Always..my current bag & the Saks Bag 🎯

Meagan Leahy: I purchased a pair of manolo blahnik shoes for my brothers wedding but they didn’t fit. I brought the unworn shoes back with receipt in hand looking to return them and purchase a pair of louboutins however the woman was almost immediately put off that I would even approach her. Once I said I was in need of exchanging the shoes she took my receipt and immediately handed it back stating it was outside of the window and I should have read the text “right in front of me” on the receipt. I began to try and explain I was looking to exchange and purchase a shoe of greater value but she cut me off and told me to refer to my receipt. I still plan on purchasing another pair of shoes but will look to purchase elsewhere as this woman didn’t have an ounce of customer service or willingness to work on the solution.
Big Baybee: They run out of certain sizes but the backup styles are very doable especially for the fashion.
Lee Estabrook: There's no doubt NM is a high-end shop with really nice things. That said, Neiman Marcus Boston must be the absolute worst shopping experience. Not only is the selection not so great, not even close, but the level of customer service in the mens department today was bleak and just plain rude. Bought a tie to wear to work and while looking at several suits the supposed customer service rep walked away, and went to the register around the other end of the mens area and stood staring at us as it we were an terrible inconvenience to him. It literally made no sense. So we paid and when asked why we were being rushed his response was he had other customer to attend. Ok no problem just explain that and we would have gladly waited. Upon checking out and paying, he then announced he did not have a bag for the item and we would need to get one up-stairs. This has to be the most crazy experience particularly at such a high-end shop, known for service. With service like this, It's no wonder NM is nearly out of business and companies like Chanel have removed their product lines from the stores. This type of treatment and lack of customer service to match its supposed exclusivity truly explains everything.

Adham Youssef: I had the most uncomfortable experience of my life here. Do not come in if you aren’t white. I had read the other reviews that mentioned the same thing and didn’t understand until I went in. I was followed for 45 minutes by a bald sales rep, bob who stood 2 feet away watching me the whole time. When I asked him for help he asked a question about cotton out of nowhere and refused to help me my rest of the time there. This store is explicitly racist, and even though management knows, nothing is going to be done.

Rachael Hettinger: Update:After posting my review, a manager called me and offered to reimburse me for any alterations needed to the dress, and asked that after the reimbursements were made for my review to be adjusted.After being sent the receipt for the many alterations needed on the dress, Bella Bridesmaids asked me to send them the dress so they could have a look at it. I have not heard a word back since and have reached out multiple times.No reimbursement whatsoever, and they stole the dress that I had bought from them. I will continue to be in touch until I am both given my dress back and reimbursed FULLY for every alteration that was needed.Absolutely disgusting service.Original review:The dress I ordered fit TERRIBLY--It was as if they didn't take any of my measurements. They also wouldn't return any of my calls asking about alterations. Luckily I was able to find a tailor in the area (who agreed that the dress was poorly made) to help when Bella Bridesmaids wouldn't.
Maggie Toomey: I came to Bella Bridesmaids in April for my December wedding. All of my bridesmaids got measured while they were there and were told which sizes to order. I had the worst experience with this store after that. I was told my dresses would be in October 25. As of October 28, I still had not heard from anyone at the store. I called and emailed multiple times with no response. When I finally did talk to someone, they told me the dresses would be here "soon." I had to follow up with them for over a week. No one ever called me or updated me on an ETA, rather I had to continue to reach out to them. Each time, I would get a vague answer. One girl actually hung up on me when I asked for a tracking number. When the dresses finally arrived, 2 weeks late with no apology, one of the bridesmaid received the completely wrong dress and another was the wrong size and she had to spend hundreds on dollars on alterations. Again, there were no apologies for these mistakes. This was the worst and most stressful part of planning my wedding and I would not recommend anyone to use this store.

C K: The way they did clipped the dress for the fitting in the store was not reproducible by the tailor. By the time I received the dress, it was a disaster for the wedding party. I had to sew myself into the dress, same with another bridesmaid. Also don't let them tell you about the 'same color lot' nonsense - it is a total marketing scam to make sure you buy the dress through them. - if you find the same dress somewhere else, buy it there and try on the right size where it will be returnable if it does not fit for whatever reason. with Bella you are locked in.... The bride was very unhappy and overall, I found the staff to be unfriendly, the store to be depressing inside and I would 10/10 not recommend.

Shannon McIsaac: The team at Bella Bridesmaids has been so great to work with! I have a big wedding party (10 total), they explained their protocols right at the beginning and made sure the whole process was smooth. I went with 2 bridesmaids for the 1st appointment & we had a great time trying on dresses & their consulting was super helpful. We then came back with all 10 bridesmaids/junior bridesmaids to do a final try on/measurements with myself and 4 other adults there - it was definitely a lot of people, but they handled it so well & with lots of patience. I appreciate all their help through this crazy time to be working in the wedding industry. Doing the final order of the dresses today & super excited for them to arrive in January (COVID lead times as expected, NBD). Thank you Bella Bridesmaids team!
Kayla Coffey: During a bridesmaid dress fitting I was told I was between two sizes but the smaller would definitely work. Shocking, it didn’t. The manager told me to wear the $300+ dollar dress around the house and let it stretch like a pair of jeans. This is less than two weeks before the wedding and the dress took 2+ months to make and be shipped. 10/10 would not recommend.
bridget makles: I second the post of wishing I can give this place no stars. They have made my bridesmaid dress shopping more stressful than it already is. They forgot to charge my card when I bought it and 5 months later they invoiced me an email to pay for my dress. I finally got my dress and it was defective. I sent it back and they only offered me a 10% discount when the designer of the dress is fixing it in house, not even offering me a new dress. I am now in limbo waiting to hear back from the manager Britney. I have not received and email or call back about the status of my dress and the wedding is in a month and a half and I still need to get it fitted.

Also, I can’t say enough about their responsive & understanding customer service! I had an issue when I received my dress (which ended up being my own mistake!!) and they were so kind & helpful, which is how I discovered what I was doing wrong. But they would have made sure I got another dress in time if I needed it. Even when I fessed up that it was my own mistake and had wasted their time, they were so nice and understanding!! Brides - to get your girls beautiful dresses with amazing service, I highly recommend Boston Bella Bridesmaids!
Alexis: Bella Bridesmaids has been amazing during my wedding planning journey. I found them while looking online at bridesmaids gowns (there was a specific Hayley Paige fabric that I loved and the website said Bella had them available). I called and spoke with one of the consultants who was super helpful and patient with my many, many questions. She suggested I come in and see the fabric in person to make sure I loved it, so my MOH and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. The appointment was relaxed and the staff was super friendly. I loved the material in person and they let my MOH try on lots of different styles to see what she liked the best. The ordering process was quick and easy- my other bridesmaids were out of state but my consultant helped me figure out what sizes would be best for them, based on their measurements. The dresses are arriving soon and my bridal party is so excited! I also emailed the team at Bella the other day asking if I could get a color sample of the dresses and they were quick to respond and mailed a sample out to me that same day. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is chaotic but Bella Bridesmaids has made this part of the process so stress free and fun- I definitely recommend them!

Adriana Hernandez: Wish I could give this no stars. We went and all appear to be going well. I was assured that the manager was keeping a mental list of the dresses my bridesmaids liked so I could lit my notebook awake and enjoy the fitting. As we were heading out the door, they assured myself and my bridesmaids that the measurements they had just taken would be available on our website. They were not. I even had to email to get dresses added to our digital showroom over the next few days. Then they ghosted my bridesmaids and I when it came time for them to order their dresses. We had to go to a different place and order completely different dresses because as it turns out the designer wasn't even producing the colors we had selected and they never should have agreed to the colors we selected (greens.) No responses to multiple emails and phone calls from both my bridesmaids and myself. So much added stress and confusion! Brideside Bridesmaids down the street was so much more professional and had a better selection to boot!

Tina Cheung: After trying on many many dresses at different bridal stores and still looking like a kid playing dress up due to my vertical deficiency, I contacted Candice to see if she could custom design a dress for me. I sketched out what I imagined would be my perfect dress, and Candice re-sketched it making it even better. She in fact made me two dresses (one for a traditional Western style wedding and another for our Chinese wedding banquet) and both came up stunning. She turned my dream dress into a reality, and both dresses together ended up costing less than half of a single dress from other places I was looking like Galia Lahav, L’Elite, and etc. The lacework is beautiful and she works quick! And I’m thrilled for her as she is showing at Paris Fashion Week this year! I have no doubt she will make it big and am so glad to have had the chance to work with her.
