Fedex let me down badly, but an email to Boston Business Printing and they printed the leaflets for me and delivered them round the corner to the venue by the start of the business day. Prices were great, and I can't recommend them enough.

Joy Mason: While the staff at AlphaGraphics was extremely helpful and pleasant, I found that the business cards that were printed didn't meet my expectations.I personally made a visit to the store to look at card stock choices since I was paranoid that I would get the wrong card stock if I did an online order. One of the very helpful staff members helped me with choosing some options for me to take back to my office and was told that he who send me a quote for the options.His email was prompt and I ended up selecting a card choice for which he confirmed was the exact card stock and coating that I was sent back with. When I picked up the cards, however, the stock was a lighter stock and the coating seem different from what I had chosen. When I asked about it, they said that since I didn't want the metallic foil, they had to choose a lighter stock for my cards. It would have been nice if they told me in advance because I would not have wanted a lighter card stock. The finish was also very different from the finish that I chose (the aqueous finish). The sample he gave me was more of a "plastic" matte finish while the ones I received were shiner and didn't have the "plastic" matte finish feel to it.While the staff was great, I found that it was a disappointing print job, especially since I spent time to go into the store to look at the card stock and finishing options. I don't think I will go there again for a reorder.
Marc Canner: I am a longtime AlphaGraphics customer. Carmine, Victoria and the entire AlphaGraphics team do a tremendous job handling my office's printing needs including business cards, envelopes, letterheads, etc. . .They also do a superb job with special projects such as pop-up banners, laminated tear sheets, etc. . .They are an incredibly easy vendor to work with. I highly recommend AlphaGraphics!

Eric Burke: I would post a zero star review if it was possible. I was an early adopter of Markforged and paid over $6000 to purchase a Mark One just 4 years ago. Now, Markforged is completely discontinuing all support, parts, materials (nylon), and service on these Mark One printers. In 6 months I will be left with a $6000 paper weight and Markforged doesn't seem to care. They tell me I can upgrade but I'll have to shoulder the cost at an additional $3500. The company does not stand behind their product or the customers that helped them become what they are today. I would not recommend.
Antony B.: I bought a used Mark two printer from an owner which was sold in 2016. In the same year, Markforged release Onyx material which is supposed to be compatible with Mark Two printer. In order to dissuade customer to buy second hand printer, they wanted me to pay ridiculous fees (8500$ US) to "upgrade" the printer. Be careful before making the choice to buy a Markforged printer, they may charge you unreasonable cost when your warranty will be over.

Jacob Johnson: Very easy to use and reliable. I have run over 200 prints on the Mark 2, and had very few fail. Amazing surface quality. I spend almost no time post processing parts. The Eiger software is very intuitive and easy to use. Quick responses from their support thus far.

Rob Thiessen: As a nylon printer, Markforged products have always impressed me with the quality and elegance of their printer platform. As a industrial 3D printer, with the specialized ability to add short strand and continuous fibers such as carbon, Kevlar and HT Fiberglass to 3D printed parts, there really is nothing else like it. This is a must for any fabrication shop interested in strength, flexibility, and high heat deflection in their function 3D printed parts.
Daniel Shepherd: Markforged and their machines are nothing but a pleasure to work with. From day one, the parts that come off the printer are strong, accurate, and very nice to look at. On the rare occasion that an issue does arise, Markforged customer service has always been quick to respond and proven very helpful. It's been a great experience getting to know this company and the people who make it so great.
Edson Gebo: Awesome product, great people, fun, creative, technical, exciting company! They have demonstrated to be a disruptor in the 3D print market and all indications are they won't stop while becoming a true leader in the FDM world. I'm a costumer and own a Markforged 2. The printer is easy to use and the software is all on the cloud. They are very responsive to customer feedback, requests, and enhancements. I can't wait to see what this company will create tomorrow and for the future!

Emilia Sabatowska: Like others have mentioned, do not use their mailbox service. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced and their negligence has cost me a lot of money. Not only do they overcharge you, but also when you schedule a mail pick up, that they charge you for, they don't have the mail ready. The person at the desk just gave me a blank stare, no apology, no explanation . Never using them again.
Whole Living Center: Absolutely the WORST place to get a mailbox. I scheduled a pick up online for a specific day and when I showed up at the exact day and time, I was told that the mail was not there. Supposedly the mail was at some "storage facility" What?? This happened twice already and I missed important appointments because the piece of mail I needed wasn't ready for me to pick up. The website clearly gives an option to schedule a specific day and time but they rarely actually have the mail ready for you when you come to pick it up. What is the point of scheduling a pick up and wasting my time showing up then?? Not to mention, I get charged each time! Stay away from this place. Absolutely the worst customer service. I am canceling my mailbox with them.
Adam Mackler: Worst customer "service" I've ever experienced, and I've been to 47 countries. I had a mailbox here, and in just a few months this place did everything wrong you can imagine. Losing packages, charging me for forwarding packages they had lost, lying about losing packages and claiming they were handed off to FedEx when they had actually lost them, charging me storage fees for packages they had lost after they had lost them. The owner Matt Kaplan is one of the nastiest people I have ever encountered, this guy has got a permanent bad attitude from the moment you walk into the store. I have no idea why he runs this place, he seems like he would he happier doing literally anything else. Every day is a bad day for him and he wants his customers to share in his misery it seems. The location has bad hours, a bad pickup policy, and incompetent workers. If you rent a mailbox here after reading this then you are asking for headaches and frustration. You have been warned!

Adam “Ace” Spencer: Printing services deserve a 5, but I don't recommend their virtual mailbox as the best option for Boston. I'd give it a 1 or 2. First, they charge a $5 fee whenever you make an appointment to pick up your mail. And second, you can ONLY pick up your mail if it's by appointment. Third, I'm not the biggest fan of their customer service. Even today, when the store was empty, they could have easily grabbed my single envelope, although I placed my pickup for yesterday. Literally, two of them were working, a single envelope, and nobody else in the store, but I need to place another pickup order and come back tomorrow. I said, no problem, and thank you. I only heard crickets, no - you're welcome or anything as I walked out of the store. While walking to my vehicle, I placed a pickup appointment for tomorrow, Friday, which is New Year's Eve. Like an hour or two later, I get a notification saying they canceled my order since they aren't open on New Year's Eve or day. And they aren't open on Sundays either. I just placed my order for Monday, but to reiterate - an empty store, two employees, one envelope, and a $5 pickup charge every time you make an appointment. If you want good customer service and no crazy additional virtual mailbox pickup fees, I recommend 1 Washington Mall over this location.
Linda Feliciano: Critical:ProfessionalismReally terrible experiences here. The young attendant is disinterested, unhelpful and cannot be bothered to do anything beyond the bare minimum. The manager is rude from the get-go without even attempting to understand the situation.
