We walk in and my 5 year old autistic son was yelling because he wanted candy the guy told him to shush I said he’s 5 and autistic and he told me he didn’t care and we needed to leave because I had responded to his rudeness. He called the cops on us because we didn’t leave because he was very rude to me in return and my husband had to intervene . Because of him he lost the other customers in the store when my husband yelled loudly that he was discriminating against my son cuz he was “loud” I’m appalled and I’ve never seen anything like it

Dan Kallenberg: Exceptionally rude Asian Manger there, always salty yelling or insulting to people. Not just with me but with other customers. This person doesn't represent 7/11 customer service. Sorry if your having a bad day don't be rude to other people its unacceptable and not professional. I wanted a charging cord for my phone and told the manager I had a Samsung phone and if he could help me with a cord. His response was I don't care about your phone. Is it a iPhone or C-Charger! Ummm If I told him it's a Samsung it's not an iPhone! He said next time you come to my store you tell me you want a C-Charger. He gave me a receipt which you can't even read which is pointless to a costumer. It's been this way for weeks. If I could give zero stars I would. Sad thing too was there was a 7/11 down the street that i loved and had great costumer service, very friendly, fresh food all the time and they cloesd not extending there lease. Only 7/11 left on state street now and I'm left with rudeness and stale food.. that I won't buy. 7/11 you can do better then this honestly. Please find a manager who reflects 7/11 standards. The one saving grace for this store is its younger associate clerk who is respectedful.

The Captain: Saw the 1 star rating, and decided to check out the reviews. I was not disappointed (LOL)... Apparently peeps got some beef with a guy named Bob (who apparently owns the store). Considering the context/trend, the reviews are awesomely funny, even though that's not the intent... I had to go meet the guy, if nothing else, just for funzies. I saw him, but unfortunately, didn't get the opportunity to speak to him in my two visits. Another employee (young guy) helped me out on both occasions instead. All was well in whoville; no issues at all. Keep on keeping on Bob, and you got good employees too!

글웜: Extremely rude and unpleasant experience with the employee named "Bob", an elderly asian man.My family and I were grabbing a quick snack and decided to get some drinks, which led to a small spill (5 drops?) on the floor. The elderly man went past us to the juice station to clean it with his mop, clearly (and violently) shaking his head to indicate his displeasure. He comes to the counter, still visibly upset, and talks inaudibly while pointing at our shakes. We then asked to break a hundred since we would've liked some change but he then begins to scream at us saying he can't do it. He then continues yelling at us to keep the drinks down and that we should just leave. We then try to tell him that this isn't how customers should be treated all while he continues to take his mop and scrub the already clean floors. He then keeps yelling that he won't take the hundred, which we weren't even talking about anymore.I recommend getting your shopping done from a different store since this isn't the first time customers have been treated severely poorly in this manner, which is truly unfortunate since 7-eleven clearly does not care enough.Edit: Another reviewer stated that they do not understand the "unwarranted" hate. While totally understandable, one good experience does not translate the same for everyone else. Negative reviews are being posted because something is inherently wrong with how this 7-Eleven clerk operates. He is running a business, not taking care of his personal house.

Name First: I went there earlier today after leaving CVS. I got $20 cash back at the CVS counter. I went into this store. When I entered the clerk was sitting down, fine. However when I was at the counter he didn't even bother getting up even after I made eye contact with him. I attempted to pay for my purchase. The clerk then told me that he couldn't take my money. I asked why, he said because I wrote on the bill. I took the bill and looked at it closer and said are you joking. I asked him several times where his pen was that validated Currency. He looked around but couldn't find it. He snatched back my purchase. He then began yelling. "You! You wrote on the money. It's not real. I'm like what? I didn't write on it. Then he continued to yell and POINT his finger at me. I was humiliated. The man behind me asked the clerk about then pen and also expressed confusion about him not taking it. The clerk is Rude and obnoxious. I didn't want to hold up the line, so I just left. RIDICULOUS treatment at this location.

Richard Napolitano: I live in the neighborhood. Sadly this is one of the more poorly run 7-Elevens I have ever seen. The soda machine has been out of diet mountain dew and the diet Pepsi is actually not Pepsi nor diet at all I think it's Dr pepper. I have told the staff repeatedly that the machine is not serving up the right beverages for the last week. They say that no one from 7-Eleven is coming to fix the machine. My recommendation is that the owner should visit the store once in awhile and if 7-Eleven is not being responsive they should file a complaint.

Kyle Agronick: Went to use the ATM. Asked the cashier to break two 20s into 8 5s which they acted like was a huge burden. After they broke one 20 into a ten and two fives I was looking up the way back on my phone for all of 30 seconds and they told me to leave the store. Total sketchballs.

I didn't realize the bread I ate that was a stale bread after I saw it at the bottom. Horrible experience. Joan Luya: Sad to see how 7-11 stores have deteriorated. First of all, the area around it is not safe, especially at night. There was once a cashier guy there who was nice and polite but the new guy is unbelievably rude. It seems like he just hates women. So, whoever the manager is, by mistreating women, first of all, you are breaking the law because that is discrimination. Second, you can’t imagine how much money you will lose because you are practically turning away half of your customers. I don’t think this store’s manager is resourceful enough to train his workers but you better hire someone with basic social manners. Not coming back.

I did find a shark hurting that I was able to use as a table cover after cutting off the metal rings at the top. I was impressed by the fact that the 7-11 had household items such as this. The cashier clerk was very helpful and trained to help me find a solution for my problem, it really saved my self from taking the heat from my boss at work that day. Big thanks!

Don Super: One of the best 7 Elevens. Clean and nicely laid out. Wide choices, more than normal for a 7 Eleven. Very trendy. The best spot to grab nice coffee with a wide variety of sweeteners and pastry.
Dwight Rik Loeding: Nice place to grab a drink and a snack while walking the Freedom Trail.

Mr. Maurice Evans Jones: This location is great at Charlestown, Massachusetts on Main Street. Very customer friendly
Timothy Bishop: Sign on door said open until 11:00, went in at 10:57 to grab one item and the person working said it was closed.

Oliver Nigro: Hours are a lie I've tried to go a few times around 10:30 10:40 and they are always closed. Whoever manages this story should check in on their employees
Jeremy Stover (Wandering Tutor): Closed at 6:30pm. All the lights are on, but the clerk is gone for hours at a time. Every night. Mind blowing.
Adam Hoover: Terrible service. This place is not actually run like a real 7-11. It's run like a bodega by one guy who locks the door and closes up whenever he feels like it. There are no actual official hours of operation posted on the door, and they also routinely violate city ordinances about things like plastic bags.
Kyle Walsh: Hours of operation are inaccurate on their website and on google maps. Visited their “24-hr” store at 1am to find locked doors.

Jeff O: Wow, I should have read the reviews. I went at 12:15 am and all lights were on but the door was locked. I did not see any hours of operation posted on the door.I did notice the multiple reviews about false hours posted on their website and on Google and the owner responds, "how can we be better?"I would recommend starting with changing your hours of operation to correctly reflect the time and days you are open. Ask someone to help you on the computer if you do not know how to do this.
