12 m: I really liked this place, and my botox specialist was kind and helpful. She insisted on injecting 25 units on one side and 30 units on the other due to my asymmetry. At the time, this made sense. However, when my botox set in, the side where she injected more was significantly more drooped and my smile is now crooked. My bite is now asymmetrical due to this error. I emailed her with photos, and she basically just blamed me for not following post care instructions. I can attest firmly to the fact that I was very careful to not allow any pressure on my face for several days afterwards. This was my first time getting botox, and I honestly feel I was botched and then gaslit into thinking it was my fault lol. I still like how skinny my face is though.

Blandhine Christalin: Overall, I have to give my experience a 2 due to some of the miscommunications and mishaps that occurred during my Chemical peel. On the day of my evaluation, my aesthetician seemed very knowledgeable, gave me recommendations for how to better my skin, and which peel she thought would benefit my skin the most. It was such a great experience I immediately booked an IV Chemical peel for the following day; however, after following her instructions to a T, the morning of the third day of my peel when I was instructed to put on on sunscreen, my skin started to burn and turn red after applying it.The pain was so bad that it felt as if I had a sunburn on my face by the time I had gone into the office that afternoon I was on the verge of tears from how much my face was hurting around my mouth. I immediately called their office first thing when they opened, and was able to see another aesthetician that day who was able to help resolve the redness and burning, but gave me directions on how to care for my skin as it healed that were different from what the initial aesthetician who had done the procedure had told me. Due to the miscommunication and being provided different information, I did further research and confirmed that the second aesthetician I had seen was correct and that I shouldn’t have left my face bare bone dry, without no moisturization during the peeling process and that was probably why my face had become Orestes from applying the sunscreen. I immediately started using Aquaphor as the second aesthetician had applied it to my face in the office and it helped alleviate the pain and the burning and overall after that I had an okay peel experience. I had no further issues with the peel on my face moving forward however, on day 6 I noticed my earlobes started peeling which made no sense to me as to why the peel would’ve been applied there; not only that, but the peel had been applied across my hairline and it is still currently peeling even though it has been more than seven days and now my hairline is sensitive to the touch and the peeling skin is getting caught in my hair. Even though the second aesthetician was able to rectify some of the issues that occurred overall, I do not feel comfortable going back and having anything done to my face given my experience. Overall the peel did wonders to my face and my dark spots, but given what I went through I would prefer to go somewhere else to get a peel done next time.Service:Chemical peels

Saacha Mohammed: Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Too many hoops to jumpy through to talk to anyone. We had a mess up with our delivery (sales person did not tell us it needed custom install) so we are waiting in limbo for these idiots to get their act together. No one takes accountability for their mistakes and they keep passing you off to other sales or service people. Every division is fractured and there seems to be no decision makers left. I would avoid them at all cost and find someone through your contractor if doing a full kitchen renovation. If I could, I would just return everything and never give this company a dime of my business. If you can avoid her, do not use Brittany Jatkola as your sales person. She is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful in every way.
chris jones: Terrible customer service. Damaged my cabinets during installation, had to follow up 6 time for them to get repairs completed. Never received a follow-up to ensure the damage was repaired to meh satisfaction. Definitely not a premium experience, will never purchase anything from Yale again. They do not value or respect customers.

Vero Hall: This is among the best service we ever received from a business! 5 stars from A to Z. Good to know: you need an appointment before you go to the showroom. They are booked and won’t be able to serve you quickly if you don’t have an appointment. They have a great business model: a) they service what they sell, b) they discontinue products that need to be serviced a lot; so you know that if they carry a product they stand behind it, c) they sell insurance for the products they carry so if you need it serviced over the next 5 years, you are covered, d) they offer discounts for bundles and for items that are in working condition but were returned for whatever reason. We bought a Bosch induction range and hood, and the entire process was pain free. The range arrived defective and they sent someone over to assess and replaced it without any issues. I really doubt that such a service is available in many places. Only the trouble of carrying that big appliance in and out, etc. To us, the additional $ we paid for our appliances at Yale (e.g., they do Not offer free shipping) was well worth the price. Also, fun fact: the CEO makes these well produced educational videos that I love (e.g., Bosch vs Miele washing machine), check him out on YouTube :). In short: we’ll use them again and again.
MVP: Great customer care from beginning to end. Great Sales Representatives who are knowledgeable of the products, act as trusted advisors, are reliable, and very professional. Installation team was on time, swift, and kept my premises clean throughout the installation process. They took the time to test the appliances they installed, walked me through main functionalities and provided useful tips. Eddie and the rest of the delivery & installation team were friendly and very professional. This is my second time purchasing home appliances from Yale and am now a loyal customer! Fantastic team, great product quality, but above all - exceptional customer care!

Tom Austin: Great service! We were out of town for a while and, when we got back to our condo, we were confronted with a flood from a broken dishwasher...so off we went to Yale for a replacement. Their service was great. Their installers fastidious and the experience great. I would have rated them 5 stars except I was disappointed to learn how they sold us the least-featureful Miele dishwasher sold in the States. It has a great reliability rating (from Wirecutter and Consumers) but it's really barren of features.

Elizabeth Sleeper: LexRx is the best! I have been to all 3 locations and have been treated by both Alexa and Alex for years. All their spaces are beautiful and clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have always trusted them to do what they think is best for my skin and I’ve never left less than 100% satisfied! They also check in with you after appointments to ensure you’re satisfied with the results. They really are experts in their craft which is evident by their growth and success in all 3 locations.
Elise Taylor: I had lip filler done by Chloe Banks on Saturday and they are almost completely healed and almost all swelling was gone by Wednesday. She was incredibly informative about the procedure, and also so nice and understanding for how nervous I was. She completely nailed the shape I had envisioned for my lips. Compared to the first time I got fillers (not at lexrx), which was less than ideal, this was an absolute breeze and she made me very comfortable. My only regret is not coming here the first time I got fillers. I can't stop looking at my lips! Thanks again!
Teri Linardos: So very pleased with LexRx! I met with Alexa to talk about getting rid of my 11’s in between my brows. She was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions so that I felt 100% at ease. I was actually anticipating an up sell to get me to do my whole forehead but she even told me that because I wear bangs all day, every day that she wouldn’t recommend it given no one sees my forehead. That’s when I knew I could trust this place. We used Dysport and now my 11’s are completely gone and so smooth! I still have natural movement but no wrinkles. While I was happy with my results, I felt as though in my previous experience, that there was just no bedside manner.. if that makes sense? I had a consultation for a thigh tuck after I finally decided it was worth living with the scars and I had accepted the fact that my arms were a lost cause due to my extensive tattooing (I did not want to cut through my artwork). During my consult Dr.Russo provided me with options I didn’t even know existed and best of all I could do my arms without much scarring!!! He recommended liposuction and a combination of skin tightening treatments. I’m so happy with my results! His staff is so sweet! I felt so comfortable and I’m usually an anxious mess! Katie Russo: I cannot sing Pete’s praises enough. I was suffering for almost a year with a dishwasher that ran, but simply did not wash dishes. I own a construction company so I am surrounded by men who can’t admit when they don’t know how to do something 🤣 Two of them tried to “diagnose the problem” & said the drain line is long so just don’t expect this (almost brand new) dishwasher to work. My boyfriend produces an ungodly amount of dishes so I finally said, someone has to fix this dishwasher or I am going to be a single woman. The heavens opened up & the gods delivered me Pete. He squeezed his way through my (very small) crawl space & got to work on this drain. He removed a stray drill bit (a first for him) & a lot of nasty gunk the tenant before me graciously left (who just so happens to be my brother who’s been telling me for ages the dishwasher worked great for him - go figure) To make a very long story short, Pete fixed my problem & I’ve never been so happy to do dishes in my life. When one of the technicians weren't successful at fixing our oven, he contacted us and came later in the evening to check out the problem personally. I did not want to use a big chain like Lowe's or (gag) Home Depot, but prefer using small, neighborhood stores and this is why: The same guy--Peter--spoke to me every time and nine times out of ten he answered the phone when I called. He phoned me AT NIGHT to give me updates on delivery, sent a plumber over on Saturday (a super nice guy) to fix the jerrry-rigged connection by the self-professed "handyman" who owned the house before us, and got everything done in a timely fashion. Great work, love the dishwasher, will def. use these folks for my next major appliance purchase.

I want to like them as they're in the neighborhood, but when you call them really feels like they can't be bothered.I have a couple of older appliances and they had no interest in servicing when I've called.Repair parts rarely seem available but "can be ordered".I asked about purchasing an appliance from them. First second they didn't have it, then the next they might so they took my name and number and would call back. They never did.I suspect unless you are in the business of servicing appliances and do business with them, they're not much interested in building relationships with casual customers.I do have to thank them that in my frustration looking for service or help, I've become a much better amateur appliance tech and have found some great parts supply houses around town.
Johanna Pantojas: Jim is amazing bought a washer dryer from them about 5 years ago. Went back recently to get a new dryer since the previous one was heating up (lasted 5yrs not bad for a used dryer). Jim suggested to my husband to replace the coils before investing into another dryer, Jim even showed my husband how he had to do it (basically gave him a quick 2min explanation). We came home 30min later we try out the dryer and it works again, you cannot replace such customer service from this place. He could of just sold me a dryer that day instead he saved us some money and gained loyal customers for many years to come.

I am a repeat customer because not only do they give me a great price, (and will price match other competitors) their customer service is great! They are very knowledgeable about appliances and I was able to get exactly what I needed..they also provide a delivery service, which worked out great for me. They were not only accommodating and courteous, but they were there when they said they would be.

Canceled the morning of delivery, dryer wouldn't be in stock for a month.2.) Upsold higher priced dryer that is in stock.3.) Installed higher priced dryer. Did not come with tools to change direction of dryer door.4.) Boston Rogg: I purchased yet another appliancee at AAA in Jamaica Plain. I shopped around for a French Door refrigerator that several competators were selling at the same price. When I called AAA Appliance they had the lowest price by several hundred dollars. This refrigerator was delivered within 4 days by the most professional delivery team I have seen in years. The store team is the best there is. My entire home has come from AAA over the years. I highly recommend them for your next appliance.

I purchased a stove at 12pm and when I went to pick up at 3pm salesperson made excuses and did not want to sell the stove anymore. He mentioned that he provided me the wrong item and that it was mislabed, etc. This store is a scam - becareful.
John G (John G): Rating should be 0 star. I tried AAA for a second time (they're zero for two) because they had the electric dryer we wanted in stock. I called on a Friday night a few minutes before they closed. the person said they had the dryer in stock and to go there the next morning. the next morning, i went there when they opened only to find the doors locked. I called and a person was inside but told me they could not help me and to go home and telephone in the order. clearly they didn't want my business. I was right outside! Needless to say, I went to Jarvis in Wellesley and they sold me an upgraded dryer with a good discount. The first time I went to AAA was another horror show. We purchased a wall oven (pre-pandemic). I had to call numerous times on the status of the order.When the oven was installed, the installer demanded cash for the install because he said if he didn't get cash, he would not get paid. it was suspicious then and I should've never tried to go back. Never use them! If you like to use a family-run store, go to Poirier or Jarvis.
Old Colony Masons: Go anywhere but AAA Appliance.Salesmen blatantly lie. The owner I'm told is out of the country for an entire month. They can't issue a credit card refund because the accountant is not available either. No returned calls. Joke of a business.
Glittery Bees: This place used to be a great neighborhood store, but the pandemic and supply chain issues have caused this place to become borderline suspicious. I paid for a dishwasher in June 2021. I had to call constantly for updates. Finally, I changed to a different dishwasher, which was delivered to their store in Dec 2021. They never called me. I canceled my order in January 2022. When I asked for my money back, they gave me the run around. I continue to call them for the remainder of the payment I made. In short, DO NOT use AAA Appliances. Go to Yale as they are also local and are much more trustworthy.

I understood that I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but was sold on the idea that AAA Appliances would handle the scheduling of the delivery and the installation of the oven. I was even promised by the AAA Appliance’s sales representative that I could be the first delivery of the day (9:00am) three days after I made the purchase. It sounded too good to be true, because it was too good to be true.On the scheduled delivery date, I took the day off from from work, but the installer never showed at 9am. I waited until 11:00am and then called AAA Appliances to see the status of the 9am delivery. Rather than offering to help get the status of the delivery, the AAA Appliance representative gave me the phone number of the installer and insisted I do the work of trying to locate him. I called the installer and left a message, but he never called me back. Thirty minutes later, I called AAA Appliances again and the person who answered the phone was rude and demanded to know, “Did you try to call him?” After I stated that I left a message, he agreed to try to called the installer. At 12:30pm, I finally got a call back from the installer, who said that he didn’t have any help and would be unable to deliver the oven. The delivery was rescheduled a week later.On the 2nd (failed) delivery attempt and my second day off from work, I woke up to a text message from the installer stating that he was having car problems and would try to deliver later in the day. I walked to AAA Appliances to ask the delivery status. They were confused by the entire situation and had thought that the delivery was already made a week earlier (I don’t understand how they could not have known that the oven was never delivered). When in the store, I was disappointed to hear AAA Appliances admit that they had problems with the installer in the past, to which I questioned why they were continuing to contract out work to an installer who has a history of being unreliable.At the 3rd attempt, the oven was delivered and installed and the installation fee was lowered from $250 to $200 to account for me being stood up on two different occasions. There were no issues with the installation, but a few days later I was walking on my street and noticed that the covers to my old oven were left on my neighbor’s property. I visited AAA Appliances to discuss my overall experience and was disappointed by their response. First, the AAA Appliances representative excused the installer missing two scheduled delivery dates by pointing out that “He did a good job with the installation,” as if this made it ok that he did not show up on two previous occasions. I explained that I would have paid double for the oven to be delivered on the original date so that I would not have had to miss a second day of work.Most disappointing, is that AAA Appliance did not take any responsibility for the nightmare experience. In fact, the sales representative even shifted some of the blame on me by pointing out the ridiculous detail that I had paid the installer directly and that because the work was contracted out, the store was not responsible for what happens with delivery and installation. This claim ignores the fact that AAA Appliance had chosen the installer for me and AAA was responsible for all aspects of coordinating the delivery and installation. Then, as if to justify my horrible experience, he offered to refund $30 from a burner cover that I had purchased separately. I was insulted by this offer and told AAA Appliances to keep the money.My experience proves that after an order is made with AAA Appliances, it is up to the customer to deal with any problems involving delivery and installation. Had I known this was the company’s position, I would have saved a lot of money by purchasing the oven elsewhere and I would have hired someone to install it.
Kent Harnois: I came for a gas dryer and got an argument. I will gladly get my dryer someplace else. We have been purchasing our appliances here for 35 years. It has been inconvenient and while the big box stores are always offering extremely convenient pricing deals, one year no interest, etc, I’ve preferred to buy at a store where the sales people will be there tomorrow. Shop small shop local. And their repair service has always been good.We came in on Saturday at 1:00. Not another customer in the store. After a while, a long while, a salesman came over and asked what we were looking for. Gas dryer. He asked if we currently had a front load washer. Our current washer is over ten years old, it is in our basement. I couldn’t imagine why it mattered. Do some gas dryers work better with clothes that have been washed in front load washers than top load washers? That would be interesting. He explained that they looked different. I told him I really didn’t care about how they looked, sparing him the detail that we fully expect the washer we have to give out at any moment so we would probably soon be in the market for that as well. Given that the current dryer is not working at all we wanted to just address that today.The salesman pointed to a couple of dryers and rattled off prices. He mis started the price and corrected himself then said this was the electric price. Did we have gas or electric? Gas would be either $40 more or $100 more. My wife stepped in. Maybe he would respond better to her. What is the difference? “Different price ranges.” Was the reply. Nothing more. She tried again, “ls this one more efficient?” He pointed out that one clearly had an energy star rating and the cheaper one did not. I asked, as a practical matter, what would that mean to me? How much would I save over the year. “It is a federal government program. Take it up with the federal government,” he sneered. That was enough. Next stop Lowe’s. The salesman did not look at all disappointed that we were leaving.
