I placed my order, got my confirmation, bank took money out.I got a message an hour later that my order was canceled because the item wasn't in stock.

Chris Nackley: Be careful what you are buying. I got my pre workout here and had no clue it was expired. My mistake for going here to get it, but all the gnc and vitamin shops closed by me. Closest store, and they would not let me exchange the expired pre workout for a different one. 50$ down the drain. Scummy service provided when I called too. Tough look for the place.

More staff standing around then at the cash registers so literally I was in line for 32 minutes on Friday midday and still had several people ahead of me so they lost my business because I couldn't wait any longer and not once did you hear over the intercom, assistance to the front so honestly I couldn't believe the management didn't see the need to make that call. I saw several people leave before me and I truly said to myself wow they have no patience was I throwing rocks at a glass house. Great company I always thought 💭 but I was in there three weeks prior and said to myself I'll come back when the Christmas sale starts but it was like they raised there prices and then put it on sale for 10%,25% off or buy one get one50% off and like I said it was basically the same price as the last time I was there. Sorry 🙏 but that's just what it was.

Bryan Hollis: Waited on hold for 20 minutes and then got hung up on trying to see if they had cleats my size. Got transferred to the operator 3 times. The shoe department answered once but I was the wrong customer so they put me on hold just to get the operator. Spoke to two different managers. One told me that they couldn’t just see if they had size 13 and that he needed a brand. So I told him to check Under armour, Nike or Mizuno. Left on hold a few more minutes so I went online to see if they had it at this store which is what I should have done in the first place. I just wanted to see if they had any before I made the 24 minute trip over there but I didn’t know it would take 20 minutes to get no information at all. Maybe the shoe department was really busy that day. The only thing a store has is customer service over buying on Amazon.

He proceeds to transfer me and someone kept picking up the phone and placing it back on hold. I guess that is what they do until you hang up since they don't care to help their potential customer with a potential sale. What are you all really doing? Exactly, NOTHING!!! This is HORRIBLE!!! When I asked an employee to open a fitting room she said "we are only using one fitting room today". There was a line waiting, I said why not open the other one 20 feet away? She said because we are only using one today. Meanwhile other employees were standing around looking at their phones who could have monitoring the fitting room. I walked out. Never again.

joseph frunzo: it usually has a really good selection compared to most others around and i have been to at least 70% of them around the area this Olympia will have pretty much everything it's a good sized store and has a long back section that's where you can find most of the merchandise, clearance and gift items as well as stuff for women / kids they have items you usually don't really see at others i have shopped at this store alone ( but not entirely) for easily the past 3-4+ years all because it just has so much variety 50% of my sports stuff was from here! they also offer many coupons and sales when you get their card do it! totally worth it and you hardly pay full price as long as it's on sale + that coupon and their card! service is fairly good you can get most of your needs here and if all you want to do is look and come back that's fine because i think every 2-3 weeks they get more shipments due to the fact it's next to the City and MANY people come to the Cambridgeside Galleria for its wide variety of stores and affordable prices.

John: I second everyone who said owner and employee were nice people. This is my first time buying a gun as a relatively new LTC holder. They were professional and accommodating. I purchased a Sig Sauer 320C-9-BSS-MS-MA from them. Both the owner and the employee gave helpful advice throughout the purchase process (especially with the forms). I also double checked the price of the Sig Sauer 320C-9-BSS-MS-MA and can confirm they offered a very reasonable price for it. Next time if they have a full sized Sig Sauer 320 with a longer barrel, I would definitely consider buying it from them.

As for the fellow whose knickers are in a twist about lack of face diapers in the store, he might instead wish to take up crochet as a hobby. I’m sure everyone at Yarn Barn is well masked up.

Matt Reid: Inventory is extremely low in the firearms department. But that's a nationwide problem. Nothing anyone can do about that. However the staff was extremely helpful as I am a recently licensed potential gun owner with lots of questions. All of which were answered concisely and with a smile. I look forward to doing business with them when they have more things in stock. I would recommend.

Keyn Dawgah: Ron is the best. I have bought a majority of my firearms from Ron. He is a friendly down to earth guy. To anybody who wrote a negative review they need to do some more research on what they are looking for and what you need to purchase a firearm. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all types of firearms. He might not have a lot of stock on the shelf at the moment but there is plenty of accessories to look through. It should be called the sportsmans paradise.
