Michael Carr: The company installed a total of 40' of gutters and one 4' piece of fascia trim that runs off 1.25" to an existing piece of fascia trim. That run off creates a large gap from the fascia to the exterior wall and doesn't allow the siding to be nailed into anything, multiple vertical 2x4 shims would be required to make up for the gap in order to have something to nail the siding to, this would also create a hump on the exterior wall.Initially Ian Zmud came to my house to review the job, he said he would call if anything came up during the job because his crew are professionals and might see something that he didn't. We did discuss how much trim needed to be replaced and I said only what trim needs to be replaced because I did not know exactly. Ian was great and helpful at the time.The job was completed on Friday June 7th when I was not home. The siding was ordered and took a couple weeks to come in through Lowes (messed up delivery and a special color), by the time the siding started going up (June 29, I realized this issue when I was measuring up from the top of the exterior wall and saw the gap. I texted the Chris, the owner, with photos and a description, who said everyone is on a commercial job for 1 month. I said that is ok I want to work with you to get this resolved because I will have work in the future and want to stay in good standing. He agreed and said to touch base, I call him back a week later and says he will touch base with me in two weeks because they are still busy, I called him 2.5 weeks later (7/29) to review the situation again (after we did a few times via text and on the phone) and this is when he said he cannot help me out because the job is not big enough and I already had paid. This small job would only require a couple hours.Now I am left with a gap and have to find another contractor to come out, quote the job and complete it. I do not feel like I received good customer service or professional craftsmanship on the job.

David Carrano: The work they did was great. I knew when I was contacting them for gutter cleaning it was very late or past the normal time to have ones gutters cleaned. This was not a problem for them. They came and gave an estimate and a time when they could do the work. The communication and work from them were both excellent. They had to do some repairs along with the cleaning and all went well. They took pictures of the work they did so we could see what was going on up there. Would recommend them 10 out of 10!

Michael Peterson: A few things about the place before I get to the “review.”1) The delivery entrance is BETWEEN Ryan’s, and Casa Loca Mexican Cantina. Look for the traffic light.2) If you’re arriving after hours, call during business hours for the entry gate code. They allow overnight parking on the premises. Park away from the docks, and don’t block the employee’s parking spaces.3) There is no access to a restroom while you’re there. Covid-19 safety protocols.4) The afore mentioned Casa Loca Mexican Cantina has great food.5) There’s a Target directly across the street.Now for the review ...They opened at 07:00, I was backed into a dock by 07:10, and was unload, and gone by 07:45.Warehouse guys will sign, and bring your paperwork out to you, so stay IN THE TRUCK!
