LYNDSEY O'NEILL: After recently touring The Benjamin, I am extremely impressed with the building and the team. The 24/7 concierge (and door man!) is amazing, and the leasing office was very flexible with my availability for a tour. The apartments have the best views and so many options for floor plans. After looking at the many properties in Seaport, the Benjamin is definitely at the top of my list.

What makes Benjamin stand out is, it has the best location out of any of the buildings. Great view of Boston and by the station. Other than VIA, you have to make compromises between the two.Also the leasing team is the best in Boston, always hosting events and popups. (Today they are in the lobby giving out candy for Valentine's Day @ 6pm) If that isn’t commitment, I don’t know what is.I can't imagine leaving here.

After touring numerous apartment buildings in the Seaport, I concluded that the Benjamin had the best location, best amenities, best services, best finishes, etc. Since living here, I have found the building to be meticulously maintained and cleaned. It is quiet, which is important in a pet-friendly building. The management team, Lauren, Jennifer, and Lindsey, are professional, friendly, and responsive, as is the maintenance team, JG, JS, and JP. The doorman, Jean, is a gem. The Benjamin is a great place to live!

Matt Morin: They didn’t return a single penny from my deposit even though there are no holes in the wall and it was professionally cleaned. They also charged me fees without communicating that added up to about two extra months of rent by the end of the year, and they lied on a legal document to try to threaten and intimidate. Icing on the cake… I have a service dog and they charged me a pet fee every month.

Last Saturday we rented one of the beautiful and comfortable social spaces for our granddaughters 1st birthday party. This beautiful amenity has a large gathering area with a private outdoor patio. After looking at several wonderful buildings in Seaport, Kevin Jimenez stood out as a leasing agent and really influenced my decision. Without pressuring, he was so helpful and made the application, lease agreement, and move in seamless. The interiors in Gables are beautiful with a modern and elevated industrial aesthetic. The pool and exterior are very nice and all the residents seem to share these spaces respectfully. Having Deirdre, the lovely GM and her team sitting adjacent to the lobby really adds to the community feel. Also very welcoming to pets. Can't recommend Gables enough!

I moved here because it was critical that I find a good, safe neighborhood with parking that would work in the winter. Having been here through the snow it meets all my criteria.What's most important for me and what makes this a great home comes down to the daily experience. Everything is clean all the time. They really focus on keeping things in a fantastic state. From the gym to the pool and the various public spaces it's perfect all the time. The location is fantastic for dining, biking, driving in everything you need on a whim is a short walk away.I think the biggest thing to consider isn't what goes well but what happens when it doesn't. Everyone here on staff is amazing when something isn't perfect they just make it right. My neighbors are all fantastic and I find it to be very quiet. For my money I wouldn't live elsewhere in Boston.

The concierge, maintenance, and leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. The building amenities (pool, outdoor seating / grilling area, common area, and gym) are all clean and high quality. The units themselves are modern and nice.I would certainly recommend the building - I have renewed my lease for another year!

Issac and George, in particular, seem to be friends with literally everyone here and are always cracking jokes and trying to brighten people’s days. On top of their natural charisma and friendliness, they’ve have gone out of their way to help me in an array of situations—especially Issac. I frequently come to Issac with random requests (mainly how I always seem to lose my keys) and he’s always helped me out, all while making jokes and prompting friendly banter. Everyone look at properties in a few different angles (price, location, community, amenities, management team, neighbors, and etc.), hopefully I can give you some insights through my experiences.1. Location: Kensington locations is extremely convenient. Walking distance to multiple T (red, orange, green), 10 mins walk to south station, and very accessible to Commons, downtown Boston and etc. The other added benefit is the location is located close to many food options.2. The community: People are nice and courteous. Neighbors say hi in the elevators and hallways.3. The amenities: Amenities are top notch. Gym, dog friendly facilities, swimming pool, common areas, coffee machines, and many resident events. Kensington is clean and well maintained.4. Management team: Management team are wonderful, they are easy going and response time is quick. Maintenance staff are amazing, never had issues that are not addressed within 24 hours. The front office staff are the best. They are personable, they remember your names, your pets, and coming in and out of the building are always been greeted with a smile.

We've been living in The Kensington for two and a half years back in 2016 - 2018 and there's for sure no better place to live in this beautiful city. Gosh, I can only use superlatives to describe the wonderful staff and the building. We're so glad we've found that place after an extensive search for an apartment.The staff is out of this world. We haven't met kinder and more beautiful souls than in The Kensington. Our time there was just perfect and it's all because of them. When you come through that front door and you have a brief chat, exchange some hugs (yes!), get your mail and then ride up to your floor, that's how home has to feel. Can't thank these wonderful people enough.The rooms are superb. We had fantastic views to the east and could even see the sea a little. Most beautiful sunsets, too! The pool deck is great, the gym and all the amenities the building has to offer are outstanding. We used the meeting rooms extensively to even hold business meetings, as the place is so presentable to guests.All in all, thank you dear The Kensington staff for one of the best times we've had in our lives. We miss all of you and the place per se. With lots of love from Germany!

Jonathan Noe-Kim: I normally would not write a review for apartment, but I felt compelled to write about the Kensington and their caveats.The apartment itself is great. The location is fantastic as it is near Boston Commons and Chinatown. The amenities are good such as the gym has weights over 50 lbs and alot of planned events for those who are into them. The Kensington normally listens to people's requests and makes following updates such as hiring a guard to patrol on Friday and Saturday nights. The maintenance team though not 24/7 are pretty response and nice. The Kensington concierge team are also amicable people. I have to move out early and the leasing office was nice enough to reduce penalty.Now for caveats. The concierge team "usually" delivers packages to your door, but I frequently found myself running downstairs to grab my own packages because they would not deliver timely as in within a day and I am not talking about weekends. I guess they thought I could use the exercise. The fire alarms go off frequently and "accidently". It's becoming a boy who cried wolf situation. So when there is a real fire, you might be toast. There are two strip clubs right next to the apartments and it can get pretty loud on weekend nights. Last but not least. I had an awful moving out experience. I was aware I passed the moving window of three hours and trying my best to move out, a Kensington employee and people who were moving in kept harassing us to move. Which inevitably led to some accident that I will not be commenting on.Update: The Kensington actually returned the full amount of deposit after final day of lease even though there were some minor damages to the wall, which I appreciate.In conclusion, weigh the pros and cons if you want the Kensington as your new home.

Gary Hansen: Just renewed our lease. After years as a homeowner, this has to be one of the best alternatives. That is to say that service, maintenance, and amenities are top-notch. Management actually seems responsive to resident concerns. Noise from other residents boarders on non-existent, but it is difficult to escape city noises in a city. The location is extremely convenient for so many activities. Simply, a good choice.

Arsen Akhat: They are very rude and can’t even schedule an appointment properly.When I called them to arrange an in-person viewing, they asked me many questions and I spent 40 minutes answering them all. My in-person viewing was confirmed and the manager asked me to bring an ID when I arrive at the place. However, later I received an email from their leasing agent Ky-L Etienne stating that my appointment is virtual and asking me to answer the same questions I was asked earlier via email. I called their main number again and they confirmed that the appointment is in person and gave me the on-site phone number I could call when I arrived. But when I called their agent insisted that my appointment was virtual and started asking the same questions again. He should have apologized for their mistake, but instead he told me he did not care what his other colleagues told me, he only knew that in his system, my appointment was virtual. And he insisted that I have to provide once again the same information I already provided earlier, spending 40 minutes.I was very interested in renting one of their apartments, but their attitude and treatment of their prospective tenants led me to look somewhere else. 0/5 for Fenway Triangle’s leasing office and Ky-L Etienne in particular.
Yichen Guo: I’ve been living here since March 2020. They were good but now it’s totally different. I don’t know why they’re always angry.In 2020 the 201 Brookline was noisy every day, then I moved from 180 to 1365, but I still have to live with the noise and last year the building can even shake during the construction.Someone living on the 7th floor is using marijuana. Many reports from the residents, but they just never figure it out.And there’s someone knock my door at night, and many times I’m pretty sure that I’ve locked the door, but when I come back it’s unlocked.The payment system is messed up. We paid the security deposit two times but where is the money? The payment system on the website does not work ever since May 2021. I have to wire transfer my money but sometimes even tho I send the confirmation screenshot of my payment, they still told me that they’re waiting for the payment.Also, I’ve received many times about OVERSIZED PACKAGE and said they are going to send back to the sender. But it’s just because too many packages in the mailroom, and there may be just 1 or 2 of my normal packages delivered yesterday night! It happened two times this year. The best way to never receive your group email about sending back my package is moving to somewhere else:)

Leanna Rybacki: We have been living here for about 9 months now and couldn’t be happier! Every staff member, whether it’s a rental manager or a maintenance employee, have been extremely kind and helpful and gone above and beyond to help with anything we need. Our unit is on the first residential floor (technically floor 2) which made me nervous moving in, but the natural light is still plentiful and not an issue at all. Rent/maintenance requests/parking/lounge reservations can all be done online in a super easy to navigate portal. The building will even provide free beers/snacks from local vendors from time to time. The neighborhood is also spectacular! We hope to stay for many years to come.

This occurred 4 times until it was definitively fixed. I had complained about this issue extensively and the management provided us a generous concession for the delay in providing a durable solution.Despite the above experience, I would still positively recommend this apartment complex due to the friendly staff, generally prompt repairs and service requests, competitive pricing relative to other Fenway luxury apartments, and convenient location for healthcare workers in Longwood.
Gary Paladin: We rented a furnished apartment in Fenway Triangle (Samuels & Assoc.) for 6-weeks while our daughter recovered from surgery. The leasing manager (Isaiah P.) was professional & most helpful. He made the leasing process effortless, ensured our move-in went smoothly, and addressed our every need promptly & effectively. The concierge staff in the building was exceptionally courteous, cheerfully greeting us daily & always opening doors as we entered & exited the lobby. Our apartment was clean, brightly sunlit, and adequately furnished, helping make our stay comfortable. The building is conveniently located, with Star Market, Target, CVS and numerous restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend Fenway Triangle and would rent an apartment there again if the need arises in the future.
Leilani Tiara: Lived there for two years, raised prices by 20%+ during COVID19 unlike other buildings that decreased prices. Management also goes back on their word after an agreed rent price.They also call towing companies to tow your car where you left it for 10 minutes although their employees park there for hours.I would give zero stars if I could.

Being that we have lived in many similar type buildings throughout the years across the country, I can truly attest to how much it stands out in comparison. This is largely due to the concierge team at the Fenway Triangle. They are the kindest most professional group of people. They go above and beyond to help you and make your life easier. They are efficient, hard working and fun/personable at the same time. I have never found it easier to live somewhere and feel more welcome. I think our dog feels the same way!

I thought this place was professionally operated but now I don't think it is. Brokers please beware. I would not place any tenants in this building as they ignore your calls and emails and you will never get paid.UPDATE ON 5/8/2023 Got a message from management several months ago that things will be resolved and payment will be sent although months later and still NOTHING!!

I was thankful that Blair Baraldi was my leasing agent to not only guide me through the process of moving out of the unit I was in for 3 years, but also the process of signing a lease for a new unit. He was extremely responsive, attentive, and patient with me which ultimately was a key factor during my decision process of staying in this building or continue my search elsewhere. Onto year 4 of calling NEMA Boston home!
Elizabeth Nassar: My fiance and I have just had enough of this building. Issues that arise are quite repetitive in nature and the building/managers make fake attempts to solve them. Not only is there a lack of functionality of their 'luxury' amenities, like the non-functioning theater, arcade room issues, but rather real day to day, life affecting issues. The most serious of these is the constant congestion of illegally parked or stopped cars in the entry way of the building, which prevents tenants from leaving the parking garage, and more seriously, encourages cars to exit the wrong way, making it a serious safety issue.Lately, our keycards have been malfunctioning, locking us out of our own apartments for hours on end. The management has been made aware of these issues and has done absolutely nothing to solve it.They do not provide the front desk staff with resources to solve these issues and disregard resident safety and our living experience.Safe yourself the irritation of living in a poorly managed building and find somewhere else!
Amer Nassar: Update: After a few months of leaving my 2 star review I have revised it to 1 star given ongoing management issues with lack of empathy and respect for residents. Issues with the package room including delays of being able to log packages for sometimes up to 36 hours, or losing packages has become as serious issue.One of the most frustrating issues is the CONSTANT malfunction of the keycards. Every few months they simply deactivate on their own and stop working. This always seems to happen after hours and although there is a concierge, they are unable to grant you a new card. If this happens on a weekend/holiday you're SOL until the leasing office opens. Their only back up solution? Go to the front desk every time you want them to let you in or move around the building. Although this is completely impractical as by nature of being in a big building with multiple floors, that means going up and down many stairs as not all floors allow keyless use of elevators (parking floors dont). Also, the concierge is NEVER able to make a functioning card. This exact issue was raised with the building manager 2-3 times, and has yet to be fixed. They blame the technology, but a simple solution would have an on call leasing office employee who can fix these emergencies and generate new cards... They refuse to put the residents first.We have decided to not renew our lease, and leave the building, save thousands in rent, and simply move across the street.Original:Ive lived at NEMA for almost 2 years now, with a year to go on my lease and so far I’m not very impressed. Here’s why:-for the price you pay, issues are always arising. For example, I’ve encountered multiple issues with parking, two issues with hostile staff members and multiple other issues regarding poor building upkeep.-More detailed examples of why this is a 2 star building: The Movatic bikes offered by the building simply don’t work. This has been an issue for several months. I’ve personally emailed the building 5+ times regarding this. 2-3/5 bikes are missing and the other 2 don’t unlock-There is a broken cable machine in the gym that’s been broken for many months. I’ve submitted two work requests and still not fixed-The movie theater doesn’t work. Neither Apple TV, HBO nor Netflix work. Only the cable does. Can’t say anyone uses a movie theater to watch cable TV… this hasn’t worked since March 2022 (5 months and counting)-The audio in the Arcade room (where residents typically host guests) doesn’t work. Have submitted work requests and hasn't been fixed.-Didnt have hot water for over a month. Besides being unlivable, this is also illegal. In their defense they were working on fixing it and finally found the issue. Nicole did offer me some money back for that months rent for which I’m gratefulIn general, one can see why a “luxury” apartment building like NEMA doesn’t deserve 5 or 4 or even 3 stars for the lack of care and working amenities for which we’re paying a pretty penny for monthly.Won’t be renewing my lease and I suspect dozens of other residents I’ve spoken to feel the same or have already cancelled their leases.If they want to retain good residents and become a high quality building they need to seriously step up their game.
Milad Saadat: Words can't describe how amazing it is to live at NEMA. Let's start with Seaport: everything is within walking distance; exquisite restaurants and bars, CVS, Trader Joe's, fantastic brands, and many more! You get good access to public transport with unbelievable access to highways. I mean, Seaport is lit on weekends for a reason! 🔥The building has everything a true "home" should have: unbeatable amenities on the 21st and 2nd floors, the pool, media lounge, rooftop with a dope North End view, and much more! The amenity reservation is straightforward. The Concierge is present and responsive 24/7. The building prioritizes the safety and security of its residents with diligence. Maintenance work orders are swiftly taken care of. The leasing and move-in procedure is also efficient.And the best part is the people and events! I got to know awesome people at NEMA. You simply cannot find a building with events like NEMA's. Residents and staff are convivial alike. The property manager, Nicole, is the nicest. Living at NEMA is a 5/5 experience. Period.
Garrett Gordon: The amenities and the service alone are worth five stars but what really makes this place is the community. Great people, had so much fun on the rooftop making new friends. There's always something to do and if you're new to the city it's a great place to move to.On another note, I recently moved to Chicago after my lease was up and I had the worst experience with the moving company (not affiliated with the NEMA). The folks at NEMA were incredibly understanding and accommodating and let me stay a couple days past my lease. Top notch service, awesome place. Loved it.

Michelle Maseroni: We had a great experience at NEMA. When moving to Seaport we looked into several different buildings, and it was not easy making a choice, but we were happy that we chose NEMA. If you are currently looking to move, here are the pros vs cons:Pros:-Great Neighbors! Everyone is very friendly and the overall atmosphere is an amazing vibe-Best amenities around- the rooftop and the gym in particular are top tier. Also, Rachel the trainer/ gym coordinator is AMAZING.-Maintenance- great people and always willing to help. They're very efficient and know what they're doing-Cleaning- This building is always clean. I was continuously impressed by how clean they are able to keep a building with so many people.Cons:-Management- the building in general is not the most organized, but what building is? The issue is that management is very challenging to get in touch with and when you do get in touch with them they are not very friendly and do not work with you to help solve the problem. This quickly becomes frustrating if you run into a problem or two.-Front Desk- Staff is always changing. The people at the front desk are GREAT. They are so willing to help and extremely friendly. For some reason the turn over is higher than I've ever seen so they're just always in training mode.Overall it is a great place to live!

Devon McGowan: I've lived in NEMA since February 2021 and couldn't have had a better experience - the building is absolutely gorgeous, the amenities are unbeatable, and the 21st floor has it all. I've absolutely loved living here - and everything and anything you could possibly need/want is within walking distance. The maintenance crews works incredibly hard and any issues are addressed immediately. Carla made the move-in experience so smooth and seamless - she answered any questions I had and made me feel very confident that I made the right decision. Highly recommend NEMA!

Leigh Whittaker: I moved in to NEMA Boston just over a month ago and my experience has been no less than amazing! The sales team (John) and the maintenance team are quick to respond to any questions or issues. Marcos in the Pet Parlor has been wonderful with my puppy, Bear, who looks forward to his visits several times a week. In particular, Kristin, the concierge, is absolutely incredible. She greets our pets every day, welcomes us back home and never complains with the multiple packages that get delivered during a move. The building, amenities and views are spectacular. Very pleased with my choice in NEMA.
Karan Manwani: I've lived at the NEMA for 15 months and a couple of things have made my stay the most pleasant experience. We ask for a lot in Boston, the NEMA delivers. The apartments itself are superb. Lovely countertops and fixtures. My favourite is the kitchen island. Management is very friendly, great to talk to and very understanding and are proactive about addressing concerns. I've met great people at the concierge desk, willing to assist with anything at all hours of the morning (yes I've been down there to pick up a package at 3 am to a welcoming face). The amenities - the spaces and design are exquisite. I'm not sure you can beat the NEMA rooftop and skyline view of Boston. The Summer was spectacular. A lot of pups in the building, which I love, and my pup loved as well. Most of my friends when visiting, as they entered the lobby, thought they had entered a really nice hotel in Boston to which I corrected that it was in fact the apartment building I was lucky to call home for a little over a year.
Lindsay K: I moved to NEMA in Feb of 21 and I have to be honest, for the first 6 months it was quite unruly - not because of COVID and not because of Management, but because of a specific toxic resident who caused real problems for many other residents, including myself. Management did everything in their power to make things better for me, and I appreciated that (thank you, Nicole!!). Since the resident has moved out, it has made a world of difference for my experience here! I love my apartment, the views, the amenities, and most importantly, the friends I've made here! The building is always hosting events that I look forward to every month. I have never had any maintenance issues with the actual apartment, which is pretty surprising for a new building. I would absolutely recommend living here! Best rooftop in the city, hands down. I would like to renew for another year, so I hope this glowing review gets me some credit ;-)

Brendan O'Leary: I needed to find a 2BR luxury apartment on an extremely short time fuse...2 days. I looked around at EVERY luxury building in West End EXCEPT The Victor just because my schedule wouldn't allow it. However, I reached out to Cameron, The Victor's on-site manager, and told him what I was looking for over email. He had a 2BR with gorgeous views that had come available and he sent me all the info I needed (and more!) including a great video of the actual unit. I've only been here a week, but the staff here is incredibly friendly and move-in was a breeze...zero hassle. The building is in great shape and the amenities are excellent. My teenage kids LOVE the roof deck and the sports lounge. I love the reservable conference rooms and gym! Location is also perfect. Entrance to North Station and TD Garden is literally across the street. Also, I think it's the closest luxury building to North End in the West End that is still quiet...very little traffic right around this building...mostly surrounded by quiet side streets.

Xavier Garcia: This is a great place to live in the Seaport area. Not only does the office and maintenance communicate very well, but they just remodeled the gym and common areas. With so many options near by, Waterside stands out a cut above the rest! Not to mention, the silver line stop is right next door so I had perfect access to south station.

Samhita Saquib: I've lived here for 2 years and have absolutely LOVED it.1) Apartment - high quality appliances, very easy to keep clean, washer/dryer in unit, open layout plan feels spacious, INCREDIBLE view of Boston (it looks unreal - see attached photo).2) Leasing office - so communicative, flexible, and accommodating. I moved here from California during covid and the leasing office was just lovely to work with, and continued to be great to work with when we signed on for a second year, and when we needed an extension on the apartment beyond the lease.3) Concierge staff - 24 hours, so warm to come home to everyday! They always say hello, are happy to help, and make me feel safe. Special shoutout to Juan, who is above-and-beyond fantastic!4) Maintenance team - very quick to respond to any maintenance requests (usually within hours), and very caring/attentive/friendly!5) Rooftop space/lounge - cool hangout spot for friends with comfortable seating/lights/grill.6) Trash/recycling - easy access to trash chutes on every floor, and recycling bins on the ground floor!7) Safety - the area is always bustling with activity from nearby TD garden events, and I've never felt afraid to walk home alone at night. The front doors staying locked and elevators being key operated also add to the sense of security in the building.8) Neighborhood - plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, always very festive, and quick walk to the North End. The apartment feels basically on top of north station, and so very easy to get around downtown via orange/green lines - feel very connected to the city.I have been so happy with my experience here, and only leaving because I'm moving out of Boston. 100% recommend this place!
Lauren Tower: The maintenance team here have been great. We've had a few issues in the time we've lived here and they are always prompt and efficient with fixing things. Today Eric and crew spent almost the whole day troubleshooting and eventually replacing our dishwasher and we really appreciate it. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful as well. The gym is great and always clean. We've lived here for ~2 years and really enjoy it.
Mick O'Hanlon: Nate on the maintenance team is beyond helpful and has been very responsive to our requests on several occasions. Today he went out of his way to help us remove an old bed frame from our apartment, after helping us with a request for a completely separate issue. It's great living somewhere with staff like Nate who are so willing to help out!

P Waldon: Lived here for 1 year. Beautiful apartment with amazing views. I really appreciated how dog friendly it was. My dog was a handful (long story but she could open doors) and the office staff and the building engineers worked with me to find solutions to help us. I can't say enough how great it was to live here.

marc ryan: I have been a resident at The Lofts for 6 months now and absolutely love it. It is in the perfect location and is a hidden gem. The staff is amazing and they know everyone by name. The Lofts is more of a "boutique feel" and not a 500 unit apartment complex which I have lived in and always felt more like a beehive. The amenities are great and the staff really makes you feel special with monthly events where residents get to know one another through various fun get togethers. Nothing but good things to say about this beautiful property and the people who work and live here.

For example, as I went out one evening and asked the concierge how I could send back a large plasma TV as I also needed help to print the label. I came home to find an email with the email address to send the label to print. (I hadn’t even told them my unit number and I just moved in). I moved in and asked “what do I need to do with my movers arriving? “Just be home, we’ll take care of the rest”.The location is a dream for us with everything just steps away and the apartment is bright, open, and a perfect layout.The upkeep and amenities are sparkling and very high end.

From the outside, the building offers the history and charm that everyone who moves to the city is looking for, and the inside features a modern look with an excellent taste and elegant finishes while still keeping the charm and making it feel like home. My clients and I were amazed from the moment we walked in. After looking at 2 apartments, my clients decided right away and picked a one bedroom apartment with a den with gorgeous views of the city and so big it felt more like a two bedroom! Furthermore, our great experience didn't end once we left. My clients and I came to my office to fill out the application and had some questions, so we called multiple times to make sure we were following the right steps. Michael from the front desk, happily answer the phone every single time and connected us with Cecilia who of course had all the answers for us. I can't wait for my clients to start their new lives at The Loft and I'll be sure to recommend it to anyone who would like to join an excellent community.
Beren Carroll: This is a wonderful building with caring, professional staff. They continue to go above and beyond to take care of the residents here. The property is also beautiful and impeccably maintained, and has a great location. You can get to the Seaport in 5 minutes, the North End in 10, and the Back Bay in 20 - no car required. Very happy with my choice!

All of the staff are amazing, and Cecilia always goes out of her way to assist me. I needed something important recently, and although she didn't have to, she went out of her way to make it happen. In this day and age when we don't have to go out of our way to help others, it's still nice to know that we do, especially the people here at The Lofts at Atlantic Wharf Apartments. Everyone working here, and I mean everyone, is extremely nice, very friendly, and down to earth. I love living here!

Susan Hale: Very convenient location, nicely decorated (furnished ones) and there is a fitness center. Secured access and parking next door underground. Lower level apartments that face the street do have alot of street noise (mine was a furnished 4th floor that faced Congress and Atlantic). You do hear sirens and cars honking all night and in the morning - especially weekdays. Mine was approx 600 sq ft but it had everything I needed in it (washer/dryer, cook to stove (no oven), small fridge/freezer, microwave, small dishwasher, garbage disposal, and most small kitchen appliances. The building is very clean and feels safe with the desk person all day and night downstairs.

Near to all the places I worked and played, I could truly call The Lofts home. Units were clean comfortable and well maintained. Privacy respected. All common areas kept clean and tidy. The staff was always accessible and made sure to make me feel a part of the community and welcomed. One of my favorite attributes of living at The Lofts was enjoying the scenery out the back door on the harbor with a cup of coffee.

AKLesins: I’ve been at The Eddy for a little over two years now and have enjoyed my experience. The front desk staff has always been incredibly helpful, I cannot compliment the maintenance team enough, and the leasing office (especially Christian) has been easy to contact. I appreciate that at least one member of the leasing team is typically in the building so that I can talk face to face if need be.
Lexi Wang: Strong weed smell everyday, multiple times WITHIN apartment units and hallways. Been happening for 6 months and management is incapable to resolve/alleviate despite consistent complaint from residents
Duygu d: There is always weed smell in the building. Although we told the management many times, they did not care about that. We have a kid and, even though we got a doctor’s report. They didn’t let us move out earlier. I strongly recommend that do not rent a unit in this building.

Randy Z: If you have a big car don’t live here, cause parking in here is like a nightmare. Your cars width can’t exceed 74 inches because their parking matrix can only fit cars under 74 inches wide. Tried to contact the leasing office when I was on vacation, but no one reply for two weeks. After I return, visiting the leasing office at 4 pm which is the business hours. There is no one in there. If you lived here, you will have nightmares for every night. By the way, there is no way to reach out the leasing office by calling them. They won’t call you back, and you couldn’t leave a message in the voicemail box.

kc2apj: I cannot express how much I enjoyed spending almost five years at the Eddy. The gorgeous harbor and park views and access to shopping and Maverick station are wonderful, but the way the Eddy is managed made my apartment feel like home. The building is beautiful, with trash and recycling chutes on each floor, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and two decks with seating and fireplaces. The areas around the building are beautifully landscaped and clear of debris. The residents are friendly. There is a grooming bay for dogs. All members of the 24-hour concierge team are appreciated. Thank you to Kamal and Aramis, who so reliably maintain the building, and thank you to all involved in keeping the building clean. And a huge thank you to Christian, Destinee, and Kayla in the property's leasing and management team, who do a tremendous job while being professional, accessible, and genuinely nice. If I have the opportunity to return to East Boston, I hope to stay at the Eddy.

Harshil Patel: I moved here recently and it has been fantastic, from the superb concierge desk to leasing office staff to maintenance staff, they definitely understand customer service. Even before moving in, they were very helpful and ensured I was at ease. This definitely translated after I moved in, it was not like what one would assume where most management personnel do not pay attention once lease is signed. Very genuine team! The apartments themselves are very nice, and really cannot beat the Boston skyline view; most certainly the best view of the skyline is at The Eddy. I cannot wait for the summer once there is more set up and the weather is nice for the amenities offered here. One other thing I love is the safety you feel here, it is in a new area and the building does have things in place to ensure all is safe. Overall, love it here and cannot wait to keep living here.
Tim Joseph: I recently booked a tour of The Eddy. After checking in with the concierge, I was asked to wait in the lobby. After 25 minutes I pressed the concierge to contact the leasing office, and I was told they would be unable to give me a tour and that I would need to reschedule. Despite having a confirmation email for the date and time, I was told they had another meeting and that I would need to reschedule. I had taken time off work, rented a ZipCar, and drove 40 minutes each direction. They did not apologize for their mistake. I’m disappointed because I was really excited about this property, but needless to stay I will be moving to one of the neighboring properties that treated me with respect.

The apartment is amazing, not only with all the amenity, the great views and also the best leasing office I have worked with. Maintenance is very fast to react, the 24 hours concierge are very friendly and helps me with all the things I need, and also the leasing office is fantastic. When I need to have someone take over my lease, Kayla is amazing helping me with the process smoothly. I really appreciate her effort. The Eddy definitely is worth 5 star and highly recommend to anyone!!
Siyi Shangguan: Lived there for 3 yrs and it was absolutely the best renting experience ever! Not only its stunning view, amenities, reasonable price, easy street parking, as well as its convenient and quiet location, but also their management. The 24 hr concierge is the best part, and they have done a wonderful job recruiting the most friendly staff who are always warm and ready to help. I've locked myself outside multiple times and they are always there to save my life! My neighbors are quite happy living there too.There has never been an unpleasant hidden fee in my case. They offered unimaginable flexibility for my move-in (I picked up the date working best for me, and arrived at the building at 1AM, and the concierge was there with the door key ready) and move-out (the new place I bought had a profound delay in project completion due to the pandemic, and I was unable to provide a definitely move-out date, in which case they extended my lease month-by-month for 4 months without any extra charge or penalty). They absolutely care for their tenants and are doing their best to help, which I'm extremely grateful for. Definitely would highly recommend them!
Erin Canon: I've lived here for four years and over the past year the management has been HORRIFIC. The management in the building has been awful about communication, doesn't respond to emails or calls. The upkeep in the building has completely fallen off. You pay way too much money for a place that isn't available when you need them and cannot be bothered to respond to residents. I would NOT recommend moving here now.

B B: All three elevators are consistently out of service or being used by people moving in. Yes, even during a heat wave you must walk down very hot and humid stairs to exit the building. Pray you live on the 1st or 2nd floor. You'd think they would make special considerations and ask people moving in to wait as well but once they have your money, sadly your welfare doesn't mean as much. I saw a man having to carry his newborn down 12 flights of stairs in the July heat. Very inconsiderate of the residents.
