Saacha Mohammed: Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Too many hoops to jumpy through to talk to anyone. We had a mess up with our delivery (sales person did not tell us it needed custom install) so we are waiting in limbo for these idiots to get their act together. No one takes accountability for their mistakes and they keep passing you off to other sales or service people. Every division is fractured and there seems to be no decision makers left. I would avoid them at all cost and find someone through your contractor if doing a full kitchen renovation. If I could, I would just return everything and never give this company a dime of my business. If you can avoid her, do not use Brittany Jatkola as your sales person. She is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful in every way.
chris jones: Terrible customer service. Damaged my cabinets during installation, had to follow up 6 time for them to get repairs completed. Never received a follow-up to ensure the damage was repaired to meh satisfaction. Definitely not a premium experience, will never purchase anything from Yale again. They do not value or respect customers.

Vero Hall: This is among the best service we ever received from a business! 5 stars from A to Z. Good to know: you need an appointment before you go to the showroom. They are booked and won’t be able to serve you quickly if you don’t have an appointment. They have a great business model: a) they service what they sell, b) they discontinue products that need to be serviced a lot; so you know that if they carry a product they stand behind it, c) they sell insurance for the products they carry so if you need it serviced over the next 5 years, you are covered, d) they offer discounts for bundles and for items that are in working condition but were returned for whatever reason. We bought a Bosch induction range and hood, and the entire process was pain free. The range arrived defective and they sent someone over to assess and replaced it without any issues. I really doubt that such a service is available in many places. Only the trouble of carrying that big appliance in and out, etc. To us, the additional $ we paid for our appliances at Yale (e.g., they do Not offer free shipping) was well worth the price. Also, fun fact: the CEO makes these well produced educational videos that I love (e.g., Bosch vs Miele washing machine), check him out on YouTube :). In short: we’ll use them again and again.
MVP: Great customer care from beginning to end. Great Sales Representatives who are knowledgeable of the products, act as trusted advisors, are reliable, and very professional. Installation team was on time, swift, and kept my premises clean throughout the installation process. They took the time to test the appliances they installed, walked me through main functionalities and provided useful tips. Eddie and the rest of the delivery & installation team were friendly and very professional. This is my second time purchasing home appliances from Yale and am now a loyal customer! Fantastic team, great product quality, but above all - exceptional customer care!

Tom Austin: Great service! We were out of town for a while and, when we got back to our condo, we were confronted with a flood from a broken dishwasher...so off we went to Yale for a replacement. Their service was great. Their installers fastidious and the experience great. I would have rated them 5 stars except I was disappointed to learn how they sold us the least-featureful Miele dishwasher sold in the States. It has a great reliability rating (from Wirecutter and Consumers) but it's really barren of features.

Nick Daher: As a property manager, realtor, and homeowner, Beach sales (Kellie in particular) have been a lifesaver. They have all the affordable apartment grade appliances I need (in stock) and they also have a wide variety of high end appliances at very competitive pricing. They are able to match, if not beat, all the big box store pricing and their customer care and delivery blows the box stores out of the water. I will never bother shopping anywhere else for appliances, thanks to Kellie.
Olga Freger: Stay away from this place. We bought a dishwasher in November, they brought a dented defective one, 2 weeks later they brought another machine, which is leaking and very very noisy. We bought 39dba machine which is the quietest, and received a 62 dba which is almost the loudest. 3 months later, after 5 technician visits they are still refusing to replace my machine. The machine is defective and un-fixable through no fault of ours, and they are not cooperating. They keep sending technicians, and after it was determined nothing can be fixed they came with an excuse that is is "an installation issue", the machine is leaking from the door, nothing to do with the installation, and they are completely ignoring the noise part, but they refuse to replace it. And also, the machine is missing the bottom part, I compared photos from the internet of how the machine should look, our machine looks nothing like that. I am sure if I bought it through Home Depot, I would have gotten a replacement by now. Do not buy anything from them. They are not even trying to mitigate the issue.

When i called Kelly told me there would be a restock fee and quoted me a price of 579.95 for the new stove. When i looked on the website later on i found the stove to be 549.95. Called to question it and was told i would get a credit. I had to call a 2nd time and as of today still haven't received the credit. I was told it will be applied. In addition to this issue i was charged a restock fee of 126.00 which is fine. When i got the receipt i noticed they charged me 39.95 delivery when the prior week delivery for the first stove was 19.95. Nothing at all seems fair what this appliance company is doing. When i questioned i was told diesel cost. Doesn't even make sense. I wrote to them on facebook and they immediately took my post down. I emailed and got no response. Last resort google review. Be careful of this company. They will take advantage any way they can!!!

That was one of the few good choices we made.We bought a Thermador stove/oven and hood, Thermador dishwasher and fridge/freezer, speed Queen washer and dryer, microwave along with my favorite....Bosch coffee maker. Delivery went perfect!We had many issues with the fridge freezing food. Bob and other staff were phenomenal. When Thermador could not fix it after the 3rd trip, Bob and a woman in management made sure to get me a new one.We had an issues with another appliance shortly after the warranty ended and they still replaced it free of charge. No other store would do that. 4 years post purchases and I am still talking about their amazing customer service.

We recently purchased a Bosch Fridge and Dishwasher with them and Howie provided excellent customer service throughout the experience.Item 1) We were in need of an updated dishwasher and our extended family recommended calling Beach Sales. So we called and spoke with Howie. He was able to find us a great dishwasher and made the process simple. Item 2) While awaiting delivery, we went on vacation, and came home to a broken fridge. As luck would have it, it was the same day I was going to pick up the dishwasher and during tax-free weekend. I worked with Howie again, who really stepped up. He called us after his day ended and the next morning when he walked in. He made sure he was available to answer all our questions and was able to get us a new fridge, delivered to our home within 2 days. We faced many challenges (what was in stock during covid, how the fridge would fit our cabinet space, etc) but he was able to work through everything to give us a great experience and product.We now have 2 upgraded Bosch appliances in our home and would highly recommend working with Beach Sales and Howie.

Although they tell you up front installation requires that the property 'meet code', they should specifically say to check to see if your old unit is hardwired (often the case in older homes). Fortunately I watched the short video they sent with confirmation of As installers cannot install without a dedicated outlet.
Cog nomen: The sales associates here, like the other smaller specialized sections within this Best Buy, are infinitely more knowledgeable and helpful. That said, transactions can become excruciating when coordination with store management or corporate is required.

Cube Hire: I had a good a good experience buying an appliance a few years ago where I found parking space on the street during off hours. However, there is no parking lot at this store. I decided to go back last weekend because I am need of another appliance. I called twice last weekend asking where to park and was told to park at a pet store close to the gas station but the person I spoke to at the store could not give me the address! I will never go back to waste my time driving around looking for an offsite parking lot.Another consideration is that crossing the street at this store on foot is dangerous and I would not recommend it. It is too bad as I wanted to go back but the lack of parking ruled this out. I am going to another store where I can park my car.

Stephen Hill: We needed an ice-maker replaced in our fridge so we called Del’s whom we used before for a washing machine repair(which was a great price and value). The serviceman came out for a consultation and said he needed to order the part and that the total price would be over $350.The breakdown of the $350 is what angers me, $150 for the consultation, $150 for the service, and $50 for the part. The serviceman didn’t do anything and remained at my house for less than 5 minutes and costed $150...find a different repair service if possible.

I believe that they have an $85 dispatch fee and charge $75 per hour, so I only recommend using them for large appliances that still have years left in them. My boyfriend produces an ungodly amount of dishes so I finally said, someone has to fix this dishwasher or I am going to be a single woman. The heavens opened up & the gods delivered me Pete. He squeezed his way through my (very small) crawl space & got to work on this drain. He removed a stray drill bit (a first for him) & a lot of nasty gunk the tenant before me graciously left (who just so happens to be my brother who’s been telling me for ages the dishwasher worked great for him - go figure) To make a very long story short, Pete fixed my problem & I’ve never been so happy to do dishes in my life. Every time I press that start button, I think of my savior Pete, & how he probably has no idea how much I appreciate him. So thank you a million times, Pete!!! Iris Jones: Such a bad experience! The guy told me he would come to fix our tenant's dishwasher the following week. He was vague about the time. The afternoon before the appointment I called again to verify and was told he would come the next day, between 8 and 12. He did not show, did not call, did not answer his phone. When I finally got through nearly an hour after the window closed, he acted as if he had never heard of me, or the job. Wasted a day, and lost credibility with my tenant. This company is neither considerate nor professional. Avoid these people.

Contardo Daniel: Giving JALL a second chance. Will update over the weekend. Terrible customer service. No answer when call, mailbox full etc. Unable to rate their work because after 10 days of waiting, we moved on. At first very impressed when we called Frigidaire on a Friday and they said Jall would be out to our home on Tuesday. Yes they came by Tuesday in an unmarked vehicle and said we must order a part. I called Thursday for an update. After 5 minutes of going back and forth he said who came to house, the skinny guy? Then said he needs to speak with him to gather the information he got from the appliance. Frustrating. But he did call the next morning saying parts need to be ordered. he said it would be 5 business days. On the 7th business day I called. He said waiting for one more part. We said forget it!
James Griffin: I had an appointment with Leudy on Friday, 10/12, he didn't show. Sunday, he called me and explained that he had a family emergency. He showed up at my house on Sunday afternoon and repaired my ice maker. Knew exactly what the issue was. Pulled everything apart, showed me every step he took, explaining why he was doing it. I would recommend him highly.

Sean McCarthy: Great service. My Frigidaire washing machine wasn't draining properly. It's a stackable unit so not easy to access. The technician came and went through the methodical process of accessing the filter and it's working great now. He was very friendly, reasonably priced and you could tell took pride in doing the job right. Highly recommended.
Cee Pee: I overloaded my Frigidaire large-capacity washing machine (that I bought in 2000, back when appliances were made to last!) and my agitator got entangled with a comforter and broke…so I researched several plumbers, but many of the plumbers/companies said they don’t do appliance repair – so I researched appliance repair people in my area (Boston, MA) and I called several of them. Now here is an important point: I ordered a new agitator from Sears but most Appliance Repair places WILL NOT handle parts that they don’t order themselves! So be warned – you may need to approach a repairman first, BEFORE you order the part. Anyway, after calling around, I found Jall Appliance Repair in Jamaica Plain and called (Monday). He came Wednesday, removed the old agitator and installed mine. (It doesn’t matter if you have your own part). He also asked me to check to ensure that the agitator/machine worked – so I used a small load water-level and we checked the agitation…and then he left. He was courteous, nice, and respectful. I took 3 of his cards to pass on to people, including agencies, for referral. He also has a receipt book with his company address printed on it! I don’t know him, I don’t know how he is with other people, but based on how he was with me, I’d recommend him unreservedly.
