Kayla Rudder: CLOSED! they will be reopening are panera bread Feb 2023. Unknown if it will be 24/7
Danisha Gelin: Where do I begin, burnt croissant .. came back next day thought I’d try their Ice latte, got a MEDIUM latte was nasty and cup was so small only place that has small cups as mediums and mediums as large smh … when I went to pay for my stuff Pasa the cashier gave me attitude for no reason when I mention this , Remind u I’m 9 months pregnant wasn’t mean to him and today’s my birthday smh, what a great start of the day.. next time I’ll go to the cafeteria and not Au bon Pain hell na, terrible service and attitudes

Yasmin Capeles: Excellent customer service today everyone worked very hard in this crazy blizzard Pasa and his crew were very busy very cordial I love coming here for my café and my sandwichesAu Bon Pain is my number 1 placeThank you Pasa and crew
Connor Johnson: They are really inconsistent quality wise
Coleen Fenton: Turkey sandwich was delicious. Chicken noodle soup was great; however it wasn't chicken noodle, only broth and 2 carrots.
L Taina Leon: Great staff, great food: first time trying the mango smoothie from there & I loved it.This is the only place I can get my Jalapeño Asiago bagel .. yum
Andres Patino: Back service....
Sam B: I have gotten a sweet turkey wrap and halfway through it I found a big hair and this is not the first time this happened to me but when I went back to get my refund the manager was so rude and did not apologize to me or even say a word to me. I would not recommend this place and I’m never coming back.
Carica Royster: Ordered a sandwich from there a couple of days ago. But walked out as it was being made because I saw a roach crawling on the floor.
Jennifer Lyons: Decent, soups are excellent, salads are mediocre
Ray Cauley: Forgot to put mea
Olga Mulugeta (olmu): То high prices.
Glenn Olson: Great food for that on the go person, little pricey but worth the money if you need quick service 😎
Karen Dykes: It's ok. Prices are high.
Mohsen Haidar: The Mac cheese was great but the spinach and cheese croissant was hard. Overall you can’t go wrong with Au Bon Pain.
Angelina Camacho (Angie C): Expensive food but better options than most cafes of its type.
Nitzely Baez: Their soups and pastries are great
Latonia Hubbert: The prices are kind of out there but I love the ham and cheese croissant

Au Bon Pain: what do users think?
Dom Singavarapu: Food is good here... seating is plenty... parking is a bit of a pain. Its inside a huge building and lot of seating area. Their soups are amazing. Sandwiches are good. Their staff is also very friendly. The odering counter is in odd place and payments are made after we get stuff. But it's super fast and convenient.
Joyce Venet: I used to go to the one in basement of I think Filene's in downtown Boston 30+ years ago. Where I live and usually travel doesn't have any around. So when I do have errands near one I try to pop in for the delicious spinach croisants that bring back those memories of going into Boston with my family as a young girl.
Alex Alexandrov: Great selection of tasty food and pastries. Only negative is that they are priced high since there are so many people who go there.
Maille: The food is alright but they basically never get online orders correct. The last few times I’ve ordered online the order was not ready on time, an item was missing, and they didn’t follow my order instructions.
Anya L. Amorim: The food and pastries are delicious, as always. The reason for 3 stars is because of an unpleasant encounter with a manager on duty one day. I went in explaining that I needed about 20 pastries for a company meaning and the woman manager gave me a white tray. I later went up to her telling her that I couldn't fit all of them on to one tray and asked her for another. She told me she had to charge for more trays not realizing that it would be a better choice for her to give me another one so I could fill up both of them. Then before I could order a breakfast item for myself, she proceeded to ring me up without asking me. I took the receipt and left but didn't want to deal with that location again, unfortunately.
Julia J: Best vegetable soup in Boston.
Mercy Rodrigues: I love this Au Bon Pain, Amalia and Isabel at the sandwich bar always make my sandwiches just how I want them. I've been working in the area for close to 19 years and I can't complain about their customer service. Unfortunately It can get really busy and management doesn't know how to handle it, they don't have extra personal to help the line move faster. I have seen this store deteriorate more this couple of years, great people work at this location and it would be a big loss if they were to leave.
Anuj M: 1 review1.0 star rating 1/23/2018I would give this place a 0 if I could. I have frequented the location for soup before and I must say they have a decent soup selection for a rainy/snowy day when you do not really want to walk out.Today I ordered a veggie burger (black bean burger) as well, BIG MISTAKE!!!!. First up "Sorry we are out of avocados", with no substitutions being offered. In the end the handed me a bacon, tomato cheese sandwich instead which I did not know till I walked back in the rain and sat down for lunch, I am not too sure how you mess those two up with nothing common from the bread to the ingredients (except both starting with a "B").A friend got a salad where he got offered a substitute for the avocado but eventually had to pay for it as an extra as it was not part of the regular salad. This is just sad......ABP you are out of my places for lunch for ever ....
Matthew Packard: The manager Chris is a great guy. Lorena is also the best!
Alexa Cedolin: The manager here is wonderful! We've ordered catering from them a few times and everything is always on fresh, delicious and on time!
Tyler Hilliard: Their two to pay broke and they try to blame my phone. Use it here regularly
Evan Libby: Decent breakfast and lunch foods. Half off bakery items after 5pm.
Frederick Wright: Standard issue ABP, a large national chain which serves French-influenced bakery items, soups, salads, sandwiches. The pastries tend to be achingly sweet with almost no flavor except sugar, and some of the soups are quite salty. But overall quality is decent for Americanized food. This location is extremely busy at peak hours but the staff copes well.

Au Bon Pain: what do users think?
Megan Zalenas: I’ve eaten at Au Bon Pain for as long as I can remember. I first enjoyed their food when I was very young, receiving care at the Boston Children’s Hospital.Au Bon Pain has always been better than Panera. Yes, I know the whole ownership thing. But still better than Panera to this day! This location is open 24/7 and it is located inside of Boston Children’s Hospital. They have a nice variety of fresh sandwiches, soups, & salads. They also have a fresh cold-case with a variety of pre-made sandwiches, salads, snack boxes, & beverages. The soup selection is plentiful and much more delicious than Panera’s offerings. My favorite is the Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup. It isn’t too heavy, is incredibly flavorful, and hits the spot every time! The soup selection does vary so you’ll never get bored. They also have a small hot case with fresh croissants filled with ham and cheese and other tasty fillings.Sadly, the baked goods are now absolutely horrendous. Everything used to be freshly made and tasty. Now, it tastes worse than a gas station baked good. Things are clearly baked off site and sealed in plastic. Those who have eaten here in the past know things never used to be this way. The cookies are now crumbly and hard. The Cherry danish is gone. The brownie bites lack the softness and flavor we all loved. Plain croissants are more bland than the grocery store croissants. Hard pass on any baked goods. The sandwich/salad counter is one of the downfalls. They have one person back there trying to rapidly fill orders. Keep in mind, you have medical staff on a time crunch. They could use additional staff back there.Due to the understaffing, my sandwich was made wrong multiple times. I ordered the “Chicken Caprese Sandwich” (cold)I reached out to corporate and was invited to return for a free dinner. We alerted the manager on our next visit and you could tell he didn’t want to accept it. The worker made the sandwich.I got home and it was wrong, again. Pictured and another email to and from corporate. A week later, I return as I was at the hospital getting blood work done. I went down to replace the sandwich. This time, the manager had a bad attitude and essentially felt we were lying and trying to get a free sandwich. It was a total insult. This time, he made it HIMSELF and didn’t say a word to me. He walked into the back and disappeared. The sandwiches are delicious, that’s one thing that hasn’t been totally changed up.The registers/checkout usually have a long line due to tech issues and understaffing. Every time I try my card there I have to swipe it multiple times before it works. Many times, we have to switch to a new checkout terminal. They don’t seem inclined to fix it.The new franchise owner/manager has a confrontational attitude, which is a poor choice. Parents have kids hospitalized. You want them to be happy and keep coming back.Kid-friendliness: It is located inside of a Children’s Hospital. Kids are welcome.Parking: Parking in the BCH garage or valet. It is only worth visiting if you have a reason to be at the hospital. The garage and valet do charge- it is not free.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are able to maneuver around inside if it isn’t too busy,
Barbie DeLauney Reisch: Absolutely delicious broccoli cheese soupFood: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Siddhartha V: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Chey Cade: The sandwiches are extremely expensive. A black burger is almost $9 and is small. Sometimes my sandwich is hot other times it is cold. The fruit cups need to be fresher. Also, close to the sell by dates. Everytime I go the seating area and carpet has been filthy. Especially at night and on the weekends.Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian or vegan options
Marie Denise Joseph: $7.58 for a slice of grilled cheese sandwichRidiculous
Tina Jennette: Toasted chicken avocado sandwich was ok but overpriced for the size.
Ali Aldorabi: Good for quick snak
JALFREDO NORTH: Beacon Ranch swish pretty good. I don’t like the fact that is spicy. Pretty weird. The flavor besides the spicy jalapeño is pretty delicious. I had an ice coffee and it was really not tasteful. Tasted like Vanilla Cardboard. Nothing like french roast. I never had ice coffee from here so I don’t know if thats the original flavor. But am a ice coffee drinker from Starbucks and if this is their ice coffee, then Dunking is doing a great job. 🤭😂🤣
Emily duran: The ham and cheese croissants are sooo good my family would always be like in the hospital and sense i was 5 I’ve always had the croissants and I was reminded of it today when I tried the croissants from Starbucks which are good but smaller then these ham and cheese croissants so it’s well worth the price.
Matthew Mattis: Ordered and didn't include one of the sandwiches and communication issue. Food, with what we did get was very good, Au Bon Pain quality. Service needs to be improved.Updated this to a one star as I wrote to Au Bon Pain online Customer Service and they never responded back.
Erik Kallinen: This place it pretty great for a lil hospital bakery! Lots of healthy stuff for sale and their food is much better than expected. Interesting name for a food place in a HOSPITAL: 'Au Bon PAIN' or "Ow! Pain!", as we call it. Makes me and my lady laugh a bunch 🤣
Edwin Wong: Good food
Siawosh Eskandari: When all other places close, this Au Bon Pain stays open well beyond midnight to provide sustenance on a long shift or visit!
Eric Erwin: Friendly staff, accommodating and the broccoli cheddar soup is delicious
Daysilyn Santiago: Is very clean and friendly place
Albert Gnadt: Their food is so good
Eneida Barros: My fave coffee place but they're sure getting hard to find...
Gelo Petsvona: Just an ok Au Bon Pain. Really busy and no service.
Itzik Elyahou: Not fresh, not tasty. Also couldn't find the smallest piece of avocado in a chicken and avo wrap.
Beth Waltke: Ordered through the app while I was upstairs in my son's patient room. Had his dad go pick up my order. Delicious latte and the egg, bacon, cheese sandwich was so yum!
Jose Puac: Muy buen lugar

Susan Salvaterra: I had a very good sandwich yesterday and I had a lot of anxiety. So the lunch calmed me down. I could relax. And just thinking about going to the dermatologist .The people at the dermatologist so ki nd they gave me water to relax. It was a good visit.
Sheryl Sutherland: I really just love their ham and cheese croissant and the cookies
The Shameless Foodie: Great place to stop by for some breakfast. Their sandwiches are made to order and taste delicious. Also, if you’re in a hurry, make sure you have about 10-15 minutes to spare so you dont miss your train - especially if there is a long line. But if you have time, I definitely recommend it as compared to some of the other options. Their lattes are also fantastic, with just the right ratio of espresso to cream to flavor syrups.
Asma Boukhalfa: Very delicious sandwiches, thanks👍
Alena: Same things all the time

April: Great customer service, turkey soup and vegetables soup was great!
Daylan Comas: For some reason the customer service was unexpectedly decent, and it made my day. The food was as good as always.

Au Bon Pain: what do users think?
Marj Coakley: Went all the way there today..it's gone. Nothing inside. Was banging on the door!
oly zharova: Best service
Melissa Robinson: The layout of the store was a little bit confusing, but the food was good.
joseph ryan: If you've been in one, you've been in them all... But that's a reason we keep going to them. Consistency in quality.
S K: The cashiers are just plain rude!
Michael Laferriere: Nice little place, semi secluded. It is set slightly below street level in what used to be a bar at one time. What makes this place a gem is the staff. The place is kept very clean, everyone has a genuine smile! My favorite here is the jalapeno bagel. The bagels are not like the round overpriced glop you find at nearby places that recently took "Donut" out of there name. They are light, tasty and come in a variety of delicious flavors!
Tara Shima: Good food, good coffee, cool location
saddam ateeg: So delicious... highly recommend the Good Egg. The only problem with this place is the use of the restroom . You need to ask for the key
82mikha: Clean place with good food and nice customer service recommended
Denice Beriguete: Fresh food and great customer service!
Kofi Boateng: The location is large and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's downstairs (below ground level), which makes it feel hidden and snug. Definitely a good place to grab coffee and read or work. Wasn't crowded when I visited, but I anticipate this place is not a secret.
tony mastropoll: I LIKE THIS LOCATION. I GET A LARGE COFFEE AND A RASPBERRY CHEESE CROSANT. THE SOUP IS GOOD HERE TO. THERE IS PLENTY OF SEATING.
Chris Smith: Fresh, made to order sandwiches. That’s the only place we eat breakfast at in Boston. Highly recommend
Sana Lahmar: I had the warm chicken avocado sandwich! Was over the top!!
kmiu miu: Surprisingly unfriendly staff.
Anna West: Well, where to start... Oatmeal is never prepared ahead of time. You come at peak hour (8:50-9:10AM) and it is just water poured over oats and they tell you that it will be “awhile” before it is ready, but it will actually stand there for public consumption. See picture. They are constantly out of raisins and sometimes they don’t have them for a week. Why can they simply manage inventory better? See oatmeal is getting low, start new batch. See raisins are getting low, reorder ahead of time. The worst part is freshly squeezed orange juice. They sell expired juice all the time by simply removing all expiration tags. I go every day and I would see juice approaching expiration, then the next day after expiration same juice will be there with all expiration tags removed and no expiration tags at all which should be there. Very untrustworthy. Another thing is, they really need to check hiring practices in this place. 100% of management and staff is Latino. Feel some hiring discrimination going on there of whites or African American or Asian.
William Robles: Friendly environment and excellence employees!!!!!
Edgardo Montoya: No free Refills
David Mayes: Food is excellent and always served hot
Tony Chu: Weird schedule
Tonia Wilson Jimenez: Not open as stated on site...SUNDAY 7AM -3PM, they were closed!

Berry Reinders: Proteine wrap, nothing special
Bill Palmer: Morning Manager and staff are wonderful
Natasha Voronova: My worst experience in Au Bon Pain. Barely move, don’t listen to the order and show attitude. Disappointed.
Anne Marsh: Place is almost hidden -- no sign other than the one over the door so it's hard to see where the place is (between an Irish pub and some other business) -- but once in we were happy we had finally found it. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant that turned out to be SOOOOOO GOOD. My partner in crime got a Peanut Butter Cup cookie that was equally delicious. We're only in Boston for one night but this was a great lunch! Very friendly staff who greeted us cheerfully and were also masked. Hope we can come back!
Kylie Kay Jackson: Excellent breakfast at affordable prices! I had a Good Egg sandwich...yum. My dad & brother both had a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant. We each got a sweet croissant for a snack later in the day as well. They have great coffee & fruit cups too. The staff was friendly & gave great service. Thank you, Au Bon Pain, for starting our day off right. 🙂
mustangjimi: Open!! Had the Good Egg sandwich! They have outdoor seating too!!!Friendly staff always!

Au Bon Pain: what do users think?
Nikolas Lamgers: A couple of acquaintances work here as waiters, and they do their job just fine. And the rest of the staff is friendly and fast))Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Lucia: Nice staff, and somewhat weak coffee. Croissant sandwich was pretty good though
Darrell Hill: It was great
Mark Stang: They have a very nice little seating area behind in the building
Joyce Venet: Yummy. Not crowded. Spinach croisants are great. They have sevetal soups to choose from and a vegan white cheddar mac n cheese. Yum yum.
Faith Mark: Went to Au Bon Pain for lunch w/ a friend, I had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and one of the fruit and cheese to-go containers for a snack, it's a very very clean cafe, which is nice but it makes sense for it being a chain. The croissant was really very good - the chicken salad was nice but the croissant stole the show. It's a nice little lunch spot, 17 ish dollars for a sandwich, water, and snack. They had a very nice dining area. It seems like it would be a solid place to go in a pinch for lunch, but there isn't anything there that would get me to go on a regular basis.
Stephanie Arnold: Really good food, for a quick bite. Also, I've only been here twice and each visit I have seen different staff and everyone is so nice and helpful.
Penny Kiger: Sadly with covid the selection wasn't much
John Lauer: The cook was polite and put in the work on our sandwiches. And the sandwiches were amazing!!!
Margaret Hui: I was looking for almond croissant, I called to see if this location has it. I asked the staff hold it for me. He was able to do put it aside it for me., It was great. Thanks
Roland Fortin: I thought there was a law and if you sell food you had to provide a restroom I was told there's no public restroom Guess I won't be going there for anything
Siawosh Eskandari: Great sandwiches and smoothies, all day, every day.
Bmo: Took my order but never made my sandwhich. Waited about 10 minutes before I walked out.
Ryan Miller: Surprisingly good for a chain!
B O: Great service. The manager, Meredith is the best!
KSC: Quick service, clean, lots of variety
hanna mendez: I love their pastry.
Colleen Anthony: The yogurt parfait is just wonderful! I can say the same about the salad, coffee and cookie I bought there. Never disappointed!
frank borghette: Nice place to go to have breakfast and relax
Debbie Reynolds: My go-to place for my morning coffee and breakfast daily. They have a great staff at this location, and they happily make this vegan special off-the-menu sandwiches
Diana Dozier: It's ok

Au Bon Pain: what do users think?
Paula Depina: This place doesn't close at 3pm, so this should be updated to 2pm. And it's kind ridiculous that it closes so early. Can't wait for Panera to move in
Jennifer s.: Pricey. Not a lot of choices for foodFood: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Faizaan Firoz: Au Bon pain used to be one of my favorite cafes but the location I went to was below average at best. The staff were least bothered when serving and the food was completely mehh. The coffee was just plain and the options were very minimal. I love au Bon pain in Dubai but this was a far cry. Will not be going again.
Nana Nunez: The lady in there was so nice to me she was very helpful she did an amazing job specially with the time that we're going through at the moment she did everything she took her time making my sandwich and on top of that she had to ring me up she was so clean and professional and I'm so thankful for her for what she's doing! Thank you Ana Duran !!!! She the best!!!
Alex Nelson: Better than I expected, croissant was good, special order was fine, still a nuked egg can only be but so good
Millie Furtado: My daughter and i just ate the roast beef sandwich, although it was good and it was the only thing we both had eaten all day, when we got home my daughter got violently ill...she had avocado on her sandwich...i really would like to think it wasn't the avocado
Lisse Garsha: Food was great as it should be no complaints, good service.
Norman Maines: This was a nice place for a bite to eat, I highly recommend their Turkey bacon and lettuce sandwich which it had this nice sauce on it and of course they have drinks, soup at this small cafe but, the place is clean and the service was good 👍 now being in a medical center it is cafeteria style (order your food and wait) but, the seating is mid to small but, all in all not bad.
