KitchenWares by Blackstones: what do users think?
Tom McManus: Good selection of kitchenware akin to what you would find at Williams Sonoma but with the Boston markup. They have a very good selection of knives and allow you to test them. It would be nice to see more of a focus on supplying items that are not Chinese made
Rumni Banerjee: Very good collection of Kitchen wares.
Janet Pan: Oh my goodness- everyone at Blackstone’s is wonderful and they have such fun and beautiful things. I went in yesterday while pushing a stroller and they went out of their way to help me while I picked up a few gifts. Always love stopping in here!
Ada Brown: Cute shop with so many things I would have liked to have taken home with me. Very friendly staff. If you are in Boston take the time to stop in you won't be disappointed.
Joshua Leffler: So fortunate to have such a great business in Beacon Hill.
Katie: I regret supporting this business because they oppose safe bike infrastructure. I will not give them my business again.
PR Even: This is a very friendly place to shop and get your kitchen knives sharpened. I have been there many times. Today I was in to leave a couple of knives and also was able to buy THE perfect pitcher to make a sangria!
Judy Stitt: I arrived quite late on a Saturday- within 30 minutes of their closing time. I’d called earlier that afternoon to inquire, and the proprietor said they even try to sharpen knives the same day, especially if there is just one knife. I arrived so late that I wasn’t expecting any such service… but the proprietor did not complain a whit- he only very graciously took my knife to sharpen (for a reasonable price), then wrapped it in a cardboard sheaf for greater safety on my trip home. While there at the shop, I took the opportunity to purchase a second paring knife (for friends to use, since they sometimes offer to help prepare a meal while visiting). And then Blackstone’s proprietors gave me some suggestions of where I might like to celebrate my unexpectedly productive and pleasant late afternoon with a dinner out (which is likewise lovely, btw!).I would just want to correct any listing online that states Blackstone’s offers classes: They apparently haven’t for the past year or so, due to COVID concerns, I learned today, and the proprietor said they don’t have a kitchen on the premises. So that info just needs to be corrected (at least, for mid-summer 2022).
Joe Serodio: Love this place! If you’re ever in Beacon Hill, definitely drop by. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You need your knives sharpened? This is the place!
seth evans: I went to Blackstones today to get a special knife repaired - one which I thought was beyond fixing. Not only was the knife repaired by Jim (image below), the entire experience in Blackstones was first class.Jennifer Hill and her team are gem in the city of Boston…we will be back for sure.Highly recommended
Lisa Lee: Really cute items in this shop, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I came in looking to make gift baskets for a professional event, and Leslie took so much time and effort to help me find the perfect items, catering to the recipients age groups and interests as well as my budget. Thanks!!
Jiho Park: Updated - Great staff and an amazing collection of items - we have enjoyed most of the products we bought from the store. There was a faulty item that we needed a replacement for - because the store was being renovated at the time, there was a delay and a bit of lack of communication, but Jennifer reached out to explain the situation and tried to resolve the problem. Now that I know the problem is being taken care of, I am happily updating my review as I look forward to picking up the replacement item and revisiting the store.
Daniel Lopez: A really cool and sweet shop in Beacon Hill! Has a very home cozy vibe and staff are lovely and caring. Located right next to the Paramount if you wanted to stop by before or after. They have plenty of house necessities in case of an emergency and you happen to live by. Also a bunch of tourist items as well!
Jaime V: Beautiful shop
Ashley Vo: I love this place. Like everyone said, they really know their knives and are happy to answer any questions you have about them. Used their knife sharpening service and the knives came out great. Cutting meat the next day with them was blissfully easy. The shop is small, but cute with many tools needed for the kitchen. Highly recommend checking it out if you like to cook.
Christina Carson: The owners of the store were very friendly and helpful! I brought in a knife that had a chip in the blade and they were able to sharpen and repair the blade within minutes. Great customer service!
Sam Flood: Knife Sharpening Class: Tanisha was really helpful in stone sharpening techniques for both German and Japanese knives - the process once learned is actually pretty simple but good to have someone work through with you. Additionally Tanisha provided insights into different types of knives and best practices for use. I enjoyed the individual class a lot and as a bonus they sharpen your existing knives. Totally worth the time. Thx for positive experience Tanisha. I will be back!
Lucas P: Needed to get some new utensils (chopsticks and soup spoons).Found out on Google that they had them here for prices far below what you could find on Amazon.Staff were extremely helpful. Will be back
Gregory Loukas: I went in to have my kitchen knives sharpened and had a great experience. Awesome customer service and a nice shop.
Ben Jones: I had a great experience at Blackstones. The staff was incredibly helpful and showed me how sharpen my knives. I will be back!
Lucas Sikina: Knife Sharpening - Good, not great.I got my chef's knife sharpened here. Prior to getting it sharpened, it had 9 months of decent use and was pretty dull. After, it was fairly sharp, but not as sharp as it was brand new. Specifically, I found that slicing delicate fruits / veg still sometimes ended up with some squashing.I ended up sharpening my knife my self later. Learning how to sharpen it was exhausting, and not very fast, but it produced a significantly sharper knife. The people at the shop were friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend their sharpening services for someone who wants a sharper knife, but not for someone who wants a razor sharp knife.

Le Creuset Outlet Store: what do users think?
Philipp Fella: Had a very good shopping experience here.Staff, was great, helpful, explained a lot and made the decision easier as we needed yo set up a new kitchen and ended up what we really need and like.Great Team and shop. Will come back for sure.
Andre Simao: Today, Sept 11, 2022, my wife, my mother-in-law and my 2 kids went to the store to look for some kitchen stuff and were disrespected and discriminated by the woman working at the store. Although, our kids were running around the store which displeased her, instead of politely coming to us and asking us to not allow them to do so, she screamed from the back of the store which prompted me to take the kids out and leave my wife and my mother-in-law in the store to finish the purchase. To my surprise, my wife calls me 10 minutes later to tell me that she had left the store because the woman took the products from her hand while she was trying to put them back in place. Moreover, the woman continued to be very rude and say things like "here is not a place for kids and that she was taking the products from her hand because the store was not a place for kids" (the kids were no longer there because I took them outside). At this point, tired of being abused, my wife stood up to the woman and told her that she was being disrespectful, that my kids had the right to be there (although they were no longer there) and that if she did not have patience to be doing the job she should be doing it at all. We have been living all around the world and never had an experience so displeasing like this one.
Rila: Friendly staff, good knowledge on their products and willing to explain details to customers. Highly recommended!
Richard Thwing: Awesome staff.
sara smog: Great deals for the holidays and a very helpful staff! I bought a discontinued dutch oven here at 40% off the outlet price which was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful explaining all the cookware and what holiday deals were being promoted. Great store, I plan on visiting again soon!
Brooke Gillman: Candy store for cooks! I love visiting, though my best experience by far has been working with Jen Miles, the sales manager. On 2 separate occasions I called for her help in locating dutch ovens for my loved ones when I couldn't get over to shop. She took my specifications in sharp detail to find not only the rarer pieces, but also advising me on how to get the best price. Her professionalism, great communication and genuine warmth will wow you as much as the great Le Creuset products. Merci, Jen!
Henry Marks: The lady in the store was super friendly and helpful. The store was immaculate too which is always a plus.
Deena QK: Cheryl was amazing at helping us find what we needed
Lina Grey: Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, lovely store
Matt S: This store is absolutely WONDERFUL. A truly great opportunity to get the highest quality cookware and ceramics at an amazing price. I have been two times in the last week and plan to come back in the next few days for more items. The manager was the only person working both times and she greeted everyone that came in, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and gave some really insightful advice about how to best build and care for a collection.I’m really glad this outlet is so close by and with such a wonderful staff I can’t wait to come back!
Aaron Brackett: Awesome outlet store....Shoppers haven in academy rowSomerville Ma.Katelynn was super accommodating knew her stuff spent great amount of time explaining all the sales and we had a blast.!!!Well done
bianca bloor: I came here to write my first ever google review and I am disappointed to see how many other people have had a similar experience and reported that without any corrective actions. I have had Le Creuset products for 2 decades now and love the products and went to this store to get a new piece. The rude, disrespectful, and condescending treatment that I received from the lady who seemed to be the manager at this store was just unbearable and unbelievable. I wish I remembered her name tag to include it here so that the other sale associates don't get the blame for her bullying ways. I had never felt that awful after purchasing something in my life. I will not step foot in this store again. It is really a shame...
Dennis Charolle: All things Creuset. Good outlet level prices and they have nice specials constantly. It's close to the city so no need to travel far for the French mastery. They have tons of accessories too
Popeye: Some good deals here on high end cookware.
Jan Franco: I just wanted to say thank you so much to you, Paulette, and Sheryl B. You both were a great and patient help to someone completely new to Dutch ovens and the Creuset world.Paulette, you were very patient with me the first day I came in back in January. You answered all my questions and even suggested I come back the following month for the 35% off sale. When I called back the following month, you had placed aside the 6.75 qt DO for me as it was the last one in Flame, oval shape, for that size. You also said you would keep an eye out for any more of those mini fondue sets since you had sold out of them.Sheryl B. was very friendly and full of helpful tips for me when I came in to pick up the DO. She had given me plenty of tips for care and recipes. As she explained the benefits of a steel knob, She replaced the default knob for the new steel knob I also purchased. She was sharing stories of her own DOs that she has had for 42 years! The DO is a huge hit at home and I look forward to using it for the rest of my life. Thank you again and see you again!P. S. I need to go back to buy a braiser!
sales sales: great customer experience. I felt very safe shopping at the store with the covid - 19 protocols the store has taken and put in place The manager was super helpful in answering my questions. Love the le creuset product, the store is always well stocked with quality merchandise.
Nicole Cronin: This store is impeccably clean, as it should be during a worldwide pandemic. I appreciate the efforts made by the staff to ensure that appropriate safety guidelines are being followed to mitigate the spread of COVID19. There are signs clearly posted regarding capacity and requesting that customers please not touch the merchandise. We are in the midst of a pandemic. The fact that this location has been able to remain open, is 100% due to the efforts of the highly knowledgeable manager and very capable staff. Please, wear a mask, and if you want to touch something, all you have to do is ask. The manager and staff will be more than happy to set items aside for you.
Raquel Melagrano: The manager and team at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager herself, Paulette assisted me in picking out cookware for my family. This was the fist time I went out during the pandemic and I applaud how well this team cleans and sanitizes the merchandise & store. It saddens me to read reviews written selfishly about others who could not follow simple safety guidelines. Guidelines keep everyone safe.We hope to return soon in safer times.
Jinwoo Maincutie: Sharing my thoughts about this location after reading the reviews. The store itself is very clean and the merchandise is very durable and pretty. As someone who dreams of having a complete kitchen in the future, I have used pieces from this brand and each piece is still in good shape even after a few months after normal wear and tear. However I feel it is unfair to disregard while shopping that we live during a medical crisis in the world. The reviews about not being able to touch merchandise concern me FOR the sales people working in the shop. I'm a self-aware person and I certainly do not go out unless needed because I do not want to be in contact with anyone possibly exposed to Covid-19 nor want to expose anyone else if I am an asymptomatic carrier.I have only went once with a friend and the shop clearly has signage about not touching merchandise unless asked because of Covid-19. Every store in that area has signs about ABSOLUTELY 100% NEEDING A MASK to enter into shops. They even provided hand sanitizer when you walk in which is nice and I was at ease because of the limit of how many persons can be inside at once. It's so simple to follow, I'm not sure why it makes a big deal. It's for safety which I appreciate because my fiance had Covid-19 in the middle of 2020. I'm worried someone else suffering is from another's negligence.
Chocobo Pie: I have only been able to visit once (global pandemic) but I appreciate the store is kept clean! They adhere to state safety guidelines and they also offer safe options like online orders. The staff are great and I believe I read it's woman-owned?
Andrea L: So, first off, whoever keeps responding to people’s reviews about the same manager saying “we think you’ll have a different experience shopping in our store after speaking with upper management” is full of it. I just attempted to shop in this store for the first time, and the second I walked in the store manager actually SCREAMED at me that the store was at full capacity, and so on and so forth; there are better ways of going about this. I was completely mortified and she was still yelling at me as I was outside of the store. My friends, who were inside, were scolded multiple times about touching products and they witnessed another woman getting berated by this manager for taking too long to shop. As a manager of one of the other stores in this shopping area, you really need to re-evaluate this stores leadership. I will never shop at this store as long as this woman is there. Completely unprofessional and disgustingly rude to potential customers.

Elmendorf Baking Supplies & Cafe: what do users think?
Ben McGuire: This is the cutest little shop and cafe! We came here two mornings in a row since it was close to our AirBnB. The first morning I had a ham sandwich and it was great. The second morning I had coffee and a croissant. The coffee was good and the chocolate croissant was the perfect pairing. If I wasn’t limited on what I could fit in to my carry-on, I would’ve spent entirely too much money on merchandise here.
Charles Lamb: A very interesting baking supply shop with great breakfast sandwich and pastries.
Shira Barchilon Frank: What a gem!
Diana Brody: Fantastic croissants & kouign amman and lovely, interesting drinks (hojicha lattes, etc.). The staff is very friendly and efficient. Also excellent spot to get hard-to-find baking supplies like black cocoa and specialty flours.
Evelyn De La Rosa: Best bakery in the neighborhood
Ben Benson: Such a cute and interesting store. Coffee and chocolate chip cookie were excellent- I will be coming back!
Sarah Wang: Such a cute shop!! I want to own every baking supply in here! I came 20 minutes before closing, and there were not that many pastries left in their cafe. But I got to try prune and poppy seed hamantaschen— which I have never seen before in a bakery! So fun and will definitely be back!
Oliver Dai: This cafe is an absolute gem! They offer great drinks, delicious pastries, and creative sandwiches. My favorite is the eggplant banh mi: a Vietnamese inspired vegetarian sandwich. They also sell all kinds of baking supply staples, as well some very niche baking supplies that are hard to find elsewhere. I struggled for a long time to find ramekins in Boston, and finally found some here!Great atmosphere, great food, great drinks, huge selection of baking supplies, friendly staff... What's not to love?
Micheal Huguet: Love the selection of flours, along with niche baking supplies.
David Wolkofsky: Great sandwiches and customer service. Also tons of specialty baking items.
Jason Baldachino: Friendly staff, great products
Christopher Pacheco: Really good service delicious sandwiches and coffee
Andre Kurlovs: They gave me excellent service right before they closed, which is usually a reliable litmus test. They even helped me find the items I needed. They have a restroom (not every small cafe in Massachusetts does, unfortunately). The five spice cookie was also pretty good.
Laura Wilson: cute baking supply shop that serves coffee, pastries, and delicious egg sandwiches! brioche bun was soft and buttery, and egg was as light and fluffy as a cloud. latte was not flavorful sadly. as a heads up they only have outdoor seating!
Andrew Mullins: Egg sandwich is fabulous great shop for baking!
Emily Zhang: Breakfast sandwiches are around $12. Very good!
Yassine Chihi: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Bakery, CroissantMore
E Marshall: Great food, good coffee, great selection of baking supplies and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
Mary Shannon: Great selection of baking needs, including harder to find grains. Pastries are amazing, and staff is wonderfully helpful.
Celeste De Palma: Best place to get coffee, delicious pastries, and baking supplies! Remember when flour was nowhere to be found in the pandemic? Elmendorf never ran out, and they have such a rich variety of flours too!! I love this place. Go early to snatch their baked goods as they sell out daily. Highly recommend! Also, fall season must-have: mulled cider 😍
Antoni Abella Vendrell: Delicious food, you can tell the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The brioche of this breakfast sandwich was a bit crunchy outside, very pillowy, and a tat sweet, amazing!! Coffee was delicious too.

Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
JM M: It's closed and the company hasn't updated there records.
Stephen G: Great quality, but high prices.
Jimmy Tseng: 喜歡他們的廚房用品
Katrina Parra: Seriously, like an over priced Kohls specifically for the latest kitchenware. 🙄 I was heavily disappointed. 1st time ever coming into this store and last. Yes, I can find all those products elsewhere and for less. The only thing they really have forthemselves is the dinnerware. They didn't have coffee or tea sets but they had basics for cocktails and espresso bars!
Antonio Hayes: The Best Cake Pans
Joseph Chow: Perfect for waiting the 1 bus to Woodland Station. They sell instant pot cookbooks and more.
Krista DeLaney: I was just browsing, so much high quality stuff.
JAE WON KWAK: You can always get the best service here👍
Kath Bowers: Very well stocked and always an inspiration!
Ana Paulina Diez-Gonzalez: Doris, one of the sales reps is really good. She takes her time to show you everything they have available that matches your needs
Albert Lee: Great customer service
Scott Tritcak: Everything you need with a good price
Brian Beauvais: Very helpful and friendly staff. Pleasure to shop here.
Anne Sebestyen: I had to make an exchange for an on-line order and called the Natick MA WS store to make sure that what I needed was in stock. Carolyn answered and was fantastic. She found what I needed, and even though it was Friday agreed to put it on hold for me until Monday. When I went in on Monday, Carolyn happened to be there and was just as friendly, attentive, and understanding in person as she was over the phone. The entire staff at the store exuded friendliness and caring as well as a deep and solid knowledge of the store's products. I definitely recommend the Natick Williams-Sonoma store.
Andrew Fleischer: Great place to daydream but the pricing is ridiculous.
Sharon Avant: The gentleman was very friendly I usually don't buy anything in that store because I have always been treated like i cant afford the store. Well my husband always wants to buy so much in there as he loves everything in there. For the first time yesterday we were treated very respectful and he even found the teapot in the color i was looking for and originally $100 we were willing to pay that but it was also on sale and marked down to $79. Very happy with my purchase and service.
Thomas Burnham: Freindly, knowledgeable service. Great store!
Mohammed AL-Maqbal: I arrived to the store 10 minutes after closing time. I can see one employee inside the store so I called the number on the door and The guy answered me so I asked him my question about the espresso machine, I said i know you guys are closed but I just need an answer or if you have the part I need so I can come tomorrow, i’m outside the store now. What happened was awesome, above and beyond, he said “will I’m sorry we’re closed and I can’t talk to you like that I have to let you in i was like 😦. Keith thats the employee’s name, I stayed for nearly 30 minutes, he answered my questions all of them, he explained and showed me how to clean my espresso machine, and he also gave me an advice on how to extend the life of the machine.Thank you Keith,
Emily Kay: Came in to look at an automatic espresso machine that we were thinking of purchasing. Upon asking if we could see a demo, we were rudely told that “demos are only for people who are considering buying a machine” by a woman with a terrible attitude. I’m sorry, but why do you think we were asking?? They eventually agreed to demo one of the machines (she demoed the wrong one, that was 2x our price range) and was not able to answer the most basic questions. We got more info by reading the label. It’s fine if you don’t know everything about a product, but the attitude was unnecessary and apparently very common based on other reviews. We then went upstairs to Sur La Table who happily demonstrated multiple machines so we could easily compare functions. All of our questions were answered by a very kind, knowledgeable staff member. We ended up happily purchasing our Jura E8 from Sur La Table and can not recommend them enough over William Sanoma.
Don Watson: Worst customer service I ever experienced! I purchased three enameled baking dishes from WIlliams-Sonoma online. When they arrived two of the three had blemishes and I wanted to exchange them for unblemished ones.I called customer service and asked if I could exchange them at my local store so I could inspect the dishes to make sure they were first quality. Customer Service assured me this was no problem.I went to Williams-Sonoma at the Natick mall today to execute the exchange where I encountered Liz the rudest “Manager” of a retail establishment I’ve ever met.Liz told me I needed a receipt to do any form of exchange/return. I explained to her that since I ordered this online the only receipt I had was the original email I received confirming my order. I could show here that email from my phone. She said that wasn’t good enough and needed a paper receipt.I asked if she was suggesting I drive home, print the email receipt and return (a forty mile round trip) just to give her a paper receipt. All she said, as she turned her back to us and started walking away, was “we need a receipt for any returns”.Williams-Sonoma you just lost a loyal customer!!! I will never purchase from you again, in store or online. I already shredded your Credit Card and Pottery Barns too. Definitely not going to purchase from you affiliated brands either.
Bob Zagami: Love the store.

Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
Terrence Cullinane: A bit pricey
Dana Stanley: Love th8s store
Jin Song: I don't know... Good for killing a little time looking at random stuff you don't need and stuff that is priced way too high. I would say the candles do smell good here if candles are your thing.
Amanda Valenzuela: I guess I don't need to post anything about unfriendly customer service because there are already so many posted by other customers. Sighs...WS needs to do something. I hate to see them going out of business. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years.
Rita Thompson: The customer service staff at this location is top notch. The staff is always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of all the products.
Andrew Nagelin: We love Williams-Sonoma and my wife had to stop in.Lot's of things said "buy me" and we could actually smell food. Probably from an earlier cooking demo.We spoke with a rep from Jura about their coffee makers. She gave us plenty of time and no sales pressure at all.
Dave: Not sure of the range of products on offer
Susan Stemper: Came in looking for induction-compatible cookware. Displays were not well-labeled, prices not posted for open stock. Staff person was unable to answer basic info. I may be back, but would do all my own research on their website and then come in only to handle the pieces to make my selections.
Desiree Cacciola: The William and Sonoma store in Lynnfield is always a great experience , whether it’s to window shop or buy new dinner/cookware. The customer service staff at this location is top notch. The staff is always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of all the products.
Deanna Cacciola: Was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and knowledge of the employees at the WS in Lynnfield. I felt overwhelmed by the espresso machine selections but the employees explained each machines features to me. Lately you don’t find this high level of customer service at the most finest restaurant but this team exceeded my expectations
Tand4gs valverde: Zero stars if I could. I purchased an item online and wanted to exchange it for a different color in store (which they had in stock). Um, no I could return the one I bought, by mailing it back and then wait weeks to receive the new one. I could also return it in store and wait 7-10 days to get a gift card mailed to me, which I then could use to purchase a new one online and wait weeks to receive it. They were so rude and acted as if I am crazy for expecting common standard business practices. I will never shop here again! Seriously it’s 2022 and extremely bad for the environment to add all of this wasteful shipping. Plus what customer would be satisfied with this ridiculousness. I should have ordered this from Target, Nordstrom, Bed Bath and Beyond, or any other normal business that operates in this century.
Jim Haynie: Enjoyed the customer service and jammed packed supply of Instapots and other merchandise. Thanks Jan for the great service today.
Jessica Angell: What a miserable experience. My husband bought me a wine chiller for my birthday, and I wanted to exchange it for a different style. I called to make sure they had the one I wanted in stock. They did, so I got my 6 month old in the car and drove out of the city to make the exchange. Surprise surprise, they didn’t have the one that i wanted (“Ah, maybe someone bought it??” whined the unhelpful manager. Unlikely. And don’t you think a competent person would have set it aside for a customer who said that they would be right in??)The exchange took forever because, in 2021, Williams Sonoma still can’t reconcile an online purchase with an in-store exchange. And then, the piece de resistance, I can’t make the exchange because my birthday gift was delivered more than 30 days ago. We thought that the return window was 90 days, but was informed that if the item had been delivered 1 day later, it would be eligible. Alas, it wasn’t, and nothing was to be done, because, unlike modern retailers, Williams Sonoma merely empowers their retail employees to aggravate and annoy customers, not help them. We’ve had a smattering of issues across all of the Williams Sonoma brands, exacerbated by return policies that seem designed to make the process as difficult as possible and leave you with a loathsome feeling towards the brand. If that’s the case, they’ve exceeded all expectations, and as sad as I am to swear off this brand, I can’t see myself making another purchase, despite the fact that I’ve shopped here regularly for nearly 20 years.
Suzanna Trabucco: Always enjoy seeing all the kitchen gadgets, cookbooks, and gourmet selection from waffles to drink mixes.
Ryan Fitzpatrick: Very helpful when purchasing kit hen equipment
Lisa Mc: Store was mobbed, way too crowded to enjoy
Will S: Tried to return a gift here with a gift receipt but was “past the 30-day return window”. Nothing on the receipt indicates needing to return the item 30 days after it was purchased. No options were made available, not even store credit. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful.
ƈʏռᏆɦɨǟ ʀօɮɨռ ֆʟօǟƭ: They didn't have knife guards and they offered to take the time to order them online (which I could have done from home) but didn't mention that they weren't in stock and would take a month to come. Had to cancel my order but one of the knife guards it was too late to cancel because it was already on its way but it's been 3 days and still not here.
emma yengel: Deb was extremely rude and then laughed in my face when I told her I didn’t want copper cleaner. Guess my copper plate I got my aunt was “dirty” and that it was “disgusting” that I was going to give it to her that way. Unprofessional
Courteney Holley: Deb, one of the associates, was incredibly rude to me when I came in. She literally laughed in my face over the item I was trying to buy as a birthday gift. Horrible experience even at checkout. Will not be returning.
Jane Howard: Great William Sanoma...They didn't mind us doing a bit of window shopping in the store...Great browsing.

Williams-Sonoma: what do users think?
Clarisa Johnson: Beware of this store upon purchasing anything, the staff is quite shady. They will double charge you and pretend they didn't do anything nor have any record of anything upon trying to dispute it. The staff is not friendly at all, they will humiliate you if you look lower class as a customers and not even offer to assist in the store. Awful experience...Bad customer service!!!
Ariel Bornstein: Daren was so helpful! Really took a lot of care wrapping my gift. Much appreciated.
Wyatt Callander: Lots of fun toys
Dr. Böhm: You’d think i’d get a “thank you” for pointing out a serious safety hazard…but instead the salesman unfavorably compared me to a child.Selection was fine but a bit lacking compared to other WS stores.
Stefannia Melo: I always a great experience at Williams Sonoma!
Jared Ogle: High quality home goods, but at prices that are quite high. Buy here if you plan on NEVER replacing these items.
Mahdi Albassam: Well stocked. Helpful staff
Christian Scott: Really more for gifts than serious cooks. Help can be pushy or just flat out ignore you and gossip. No real product knowledge
Iury Silvestre: Friendly service!
Jason Calvert: A little sparser that other WS, but still some good stuff.
Nicole Perrin: I can’t say enough great things about this store. All 3 women working here were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help...on the phone when I called ahead with questions, in the store when I had them pulling items from the back for me to look at, *and* they saved me a ton of money with the store card promotions. In a time when everything is going virtual, I can say 100% that the ability to see what I was getting before I purchased and the experience with this amazing staff really closed the sale for me. Fabulous job ladies ❤️
M. Mazz: It’s William Sonoma, you know what to expect. It’s expensive but they do have some higher end products there. I go when I don’t have time to shop around or wait for delivery. The staff here is excellent though.
Elizabeth Rockwell: Great quality cookware and friendly customer service!
Nicholas M: There's not much here that you can't buy somewhere else for less, but it's nice having it all in one place.
Myra Williams: Very nicely decorated and the staff was pleasantly helpful.
Nima Farrokhsiar: We purchased a coffee maker which stopped working in less than 9 months. When I tried to return it, they mention they only accept it if I gad return it by 30 days. They were rude and kept unhelpful. The coffee maker I bought from Walmart lasted longer than this one. I am no surprised , it is William-Sonoma with its awful customer service.
Alison Kan: Very similar to the other Williams-Sonoma stores that I've visited. There's a pretty large selection of kitchen wares, table settings, plates, silverware, small appliances, food products and baking mixes, but the majority of the items are very expensive, even when they have a sale going on.
Catherine Kennedy: I would give zero stars if possible. If you’re looking to have your Christmas spirit ruined and be the recipient of terrible customer service, head to Williams Sonoma at Legacy Place in Dedham. Could not be more dissatisfied with a holiday shopping experience. And made even worse that my daughter was with me.
Alexey Stepanov: Great place for shopping
Matt Reid: Pretty much the same as every Williams-Sonoma. The staff is really helpful and the quality of the products is really high, but everything is mind-bogglingly expensive.
Kenn Soendergaard (RealLifeDad): Friendly service and everything in kitchen appliances you can possibly imagine. bottom waffle maker that was on sale but you were very happy about. although we are shopping much online it's sometimes nice to go feel the quality of the different brands.
