Chris Nackley: Be careful what you are buying. I got my pre workout here and had no clue it was expired. My mistake for going here to get it, but all the gnc and vitamin shops closed by me. Closest store, and they would not let me exchange the expired pre workout for a different one. 50$ down the drain. Scummy service provided when I called too. Tough look for the place.
William Gurney: Over priced, not enough cashier's. More staff standing around then at the cash registers so literally I was in line for 32 minutes on Friday midday and still had several people ahead of me so they lost my business because I couldn't wait any longer and not once did you hear over the intercom, assistance to the front so honestly I couldn't believe the management didn't see the need to make that call. I saw several people leave before me and I truly said to myself wow they have no patience was I throwing rocks at a glass house. Great company I always thought 💭 but I was in there three weeks prior and said to myself I'll come back when the Christmas sale starts but it was like they raised there prices and then put it on sale for 10%,25% off or buy one get one50% off and like I said it was basically the same price as the last time I was there. Sorry 🙏 but that's just what it was.

Bryan Hollis: Waited on hold for 20 minutes and then got hung up on trying to see if they had cleats my size. Got transferred to the operator 3 times. The shoe department answered once but I was the wrong customer so they put me on hold just to get the operator. Spoke to two different managers. One told me that they couldn’t just see if they had size 13 and that he needed a brand. So I told him to check Under armour, Nike or Mizuno. Left on hold a few more minutes so I went online to see if they had it at this store which is what I should have done in the first place. I just wanted to see if they had any before I made the 24 minute trip over there but I didn’t know it would take 20 minutes to get no information at all. Maybe the shoe department was really busy that day. The only thing a store has is customer service over buying on Amazon.

When I asked an employee to open a fitting room she said "we are only using one fitting room today". There was a line waiting, I said why not open the other one 20 feet away? She said because we are only using one today. Meanwhile other employees were standing around looking at their phones who could have monitoring the fitting room. I walked out. Never again.

Ian Lawson: My 11yo son has done about a dozen private lessons at Extra Innings with Jack, Rudy, and Curtis. They are fantastic there, they work with every level of player and they meet them wherever their at skill-wise. My son enjoys the guys and always leaves exhausted and better. Can't recommend them highly enough! I definitely feel like it's money very well spent.

Oliver Doyle: My son has used the batting cages many times to practice and also comes to Extra Innings with his friends to do the same. He also worked with a private coach and it helped him significantly. I purchased a 12-pack of lessons. He has had success in high school baseball since working with the coach and hitting in the cage. Phillip Ho: It's always a good time at these batting cages, they're (the staff) are extremely cool and helpful. You get 60 mins for 45 dollars and you can do softball (slow or fast pitch) as well as regular baseball of course. They sell a limited supply of baseball equipment as well. I'd definitely come back and encourage my friends to visit. Very pleased with this facility. By the way, my little bro knows a worker there (Radinsky, i think his name is) and he's awesome when it comes to teaching/coaching baseball. I haven't personally gotten lessons but when im there, i see him always actively coaching kids who come for lessons and the dude is good at it.

adrian bradley: Very rude employee named John, shouted at my son unnecessarily for bouncing a tennis ball. A simple " hey bud, no bouncing balls in here." Would have sufficed. Manager Avril said it may have been a safety issue, and condoned yelling at kids as a first resort. I explained my son was not being unsafe, and even if he was, a simple please don't do that would have sufficed. Poor employee, poor management, poor experience.

Michele Wei: I highly recommend this place. We went to rent ski equipment for my kids today. John helped us. He was knowledgeable and most importantly he was very kind and patient. We didn't know much about skiing, so we asked a lot of questions. John helped us tried different boots and looked up ski and snowboards. He gave us great advice too. We all appreciated his help. The rental price was fair and reasonable. The rental equipments are new or nearly new.

Jesse Garcia: *This review is based on ordering online.*Was able to snag 2 pair of like-new lacrosse gloves and a whole defense stick for a steal. Head on the stick needed restringing, but that was no problem. Folks were responsive to all the questions I had when asking for more details about gear condition/ specifics. My order arrived (in Cali) in about a week in a big, sturdy box. Will be keeping an eye out for more nicely priced gear from these folks.

Clint Nohavec: I ordered equipment for an indoor cage for our house, including netting and turf. From the first phone call, Matt was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and selecting the right products for my project. He was patient and responsive over several months as I’ve dealt with delays in constructing the building. After I placed the order, I received frequent emails from On Deck updating me on where the different parts of my order were in the process of fulfillment and shipment - this was incredibly useful. Everything arrived within a few weeks in good order and appears to be high quality. Thanks guys.
Wendi Colby: On Deck Sports has a great concept but the execution and follow through is below average. We hired them to build our a dream come true facility for our new start up company featuring girls softball and we did not receive the service expected given their price point. Large deliveries of turf (800 lbs) showed up unexpectedly, wall padding came with no hardware and no heads up from the sales rep that we should anticipate that. The Sales people and Operations staff seem disconnected, they had us measuring walls multiple times, sending pics of the space multiple times and it was hard to get them to actually answer simple questions. We had to negotiate the installation date for months, they would not commit citing they had flexible dates in mind. As a small business owner you have to open the doors and start earning back your upfront investment, ODS didn’t seem to care much about that detail, that’s why I have given them 2 stars.

Michael Cantrell: I honestly never do this. EVER. But Ive also never been more upset with a company than I am with On Deck Sports.I purchased and had turf installed in my soccer facility. Within months, there were large creases in between the individual rolls of turf. I emailed them multiple times about the problem without a response. Then, an athlete of ours injured themselves because of the turf malfunction. I emailed again, stating the recent event and received calls within seconds. They came out to "fix the problem". Absolutely nothing was done and they sent me invoices for the "repair". The creases are becoming more prominent and more of an issue. I emailed again and have been ignored.Honestly, do not waste your money with this company's products. They are absolutely ignorant.
C. Fisher: Our non-profit community-based softball program used On Deck Sports to supply our Wilson softballs for our 48 team tournament. The balls were defective and had cracked within minutes of use. We had ordered more than a GROSS for the long weekend of play. Only 2 balls used per game (which has worked in the past and left us with plenty of gently used practice balls post tournament). There were many complaints and we had run out of most of our inventory too quickly. Upon completion of our tournament we contacted On Deck and asked for some form of restitution from them and/or from Wilson/Demarini (@WilsonSportingG) . After much back and forth, they discussed the matter internally and with their Wilson Rep. Wilson chose to do nothing since we could not "Prove the balls broke" (we threw them out...what good were they?!?). On Deck chose to send us a replacement of 6 dozen balls. We feel this was a satisfactory solution to the issue.

Jack Byrne: I came into the store at the Norwood Mass location having a mask that has taken years of hard shots. I have multiple dents and bought cages online, trying to replace it myself. After having multiple days without success I brought it to pure hockey and they offered zero help. I came in today thinking I was out of luck, and would have to buy a whole new mask. Ryan, one of the goalie associates with no hesitation, quickly helped me take off the old cage and securely attach a new one. Being able to take time out of his day, selflessly helping a customer (without charge) is everything a customer could ask for. Thank you again Ryan.

Tyler Previti: My glove had a hole in it on a Saturday morning, and I thought I was going to have to buy a hole new glove, but Ryan took a look at it and said he could fix it. In a couple hours I had my glove repaired like new. If your a goalie ask for Ryan he's wicked nice and knows his stuff.

Matthew Mattis: I remember when MonkeySports was the place to be, when they had the Goalie section in the next building, expertise on all equipment, fitting and performance.Sadly, it is not even close to it and I wouldn't even consider it a Superstore. Low stock, rarely any selection, especially the high end level, lack of knowledge and customer service.Play It Again Sports had more items that we were looking for than MonkeySports. We were looking into goalie equipment and all they had were beginner and some intermediate level products. No selection in sizes, they had small and no medium. They had Large and no small.Online is inconvenient as they connected. If you buy something online, you can't return it in the store. Pure Hockey is no different. It's sad to see such a large store that I admire years ago fall to a department store level.

Josh Cameron: Wide selection of products for hockey and lacrosse. Only gripe found was sharpening hockey skates. You get a free sharpening with purchase of skates but you’re better off going elsewhere to sharpen them. First sharpen had no edge at all and useless on the ice. Not a pro shop when it comes to that aspect. Hopefully they get someone who cares about their job.
Rita Johnson: Sam was awesome in helping my husband and I pick out 12 pairs of skates! He was patient and so sweet. Deb was also great - offering us the free sharpening and accommodating if the recipients needed other sizes or a refund!
Mai MacDougall: Deb was awesome to work with she was very attentive and called me right back
Ryan Desmond: Staff was super helpful and flexible in helping me return a broken stick (day past warranty) even went and got the replacement, I didn’t have to leave the register. Staff was also very friendly, will be returning here for future purchases
Micaiah Bascombe: Everyone was super nice in helping with my skates. Shoutout to Chuck he was awesome and extremely helpful.
Joey Butters: Jake was an extremely helpful young individual during Black Friday.
Christine Nunziato-Bonenfant: Brought my husbands baseball glove in for restringing. The staff knows their job well, assessed the scope to repair, estimated two weeks time and called when they said they would when it was completed. Picked it up today! $49 to restring the pocket.
