I’ve horror stories about bad contractors, specifically about not showing up to finish or start and stop work. This was my biggest concern but as soon as we started the first project, that concern was gone. Ian is most importantly, responsive and attentive to what is asked. He was very patient with my demands and helped me make the tough decisions with his, anything can be done attitude. When a contractor picks up the phone anytime you call, that’s a good one. The quality of work is exceptional, I was all over them everyday micro managing so there was no room for bad carpentry etc. but I think the key is that Ian understands that these projects are very important to his customers and a lot of money is being spent, so that feel of the customer gets what they want is there. From our first meeting with the president, Dave Supple, who inspected all corners of house and talked about our goals, to the wrap-up of the punch list with the project manager and lead designer, everything went exceedingly well.The process began with a series of broad design options and price ranges, then settled to one primary design during which we refined all the details and finalize the budget; then we moved onto all the material, appliance and finish selections, which is also done hand-in-hand with NEDC's designers.Once construction began, we had a weekly meeting with the project manager to discuss what had been done the prior week and what was coming. Alex Stevenson: The sales representative was very respectful, but I made the decision to not move forward because the quote was very expensive for just a tub replacement. Since saying no to their services I had a manager ask for a second meeting, which I accepted. That meeting was a Saturday morning no show. I have since asked 4 different representatives to take me off their call list and I am still getting calls every other week to see if I've changed my mind. As a company: disorganized, rude, disrespectful.

Jennifer Flecker: Hired Bath Makeover in September for a November build of a shower only. The deal was we would remove the existing jacuzzi tub and they would remove the shower and install the new shower. Which we were originally told was a 2-3 day job. Once the crew arrived. They had no idea they were supposed to remove the existing shower. No idea they were supposed to build a half wall. No idea how to design the half wall with the materials they had. They also were materials they needed. On the second day they were supposed to show between 8-9 AM yet didn't arrive until around 1030. Then proceeded to tell me after they finished that another crew would have to return to finish the job with the doors to the shower, which might take 2-3 weeks. After calling the office to get more information because this was not part of the original discussion we were told this was in the contract (it wasn't) all the contact states is the doors are contingent on final measurements. After this they were radio silent until our initiation of contact 7 weeks later and imagine this the doors magically appear. Again the scheduled crew is supposed to arrive between 8-9, yet do not arrive until more than an hour and half after 9AM but only with part of the crew. It wasn't until we called the office to find out that the maintenance coordinator had no idea and would have to find out that the supervisor called out and wasn't showing up. They would then have to send another supervisor. All three personnel show up in shoes that are inconsistent with manual labor such as Crocs and UGGs. And in their first 2 minutes they were talking about how they wouldn't be able to finish the job yet they stayed at my house going in and out for another 2 hours before telling me they were missing pieces to adhere the doors and would not be able to finish the job. At this point we asked them not to come back and settle the job. Ridiculous!Service:Shower refinishing

Rosalina Aguiar: I had a consultation at my home regarding remodeling my bathroom on 12/20/22. For two hours I had the rep go on about how reputable the company is and the quality service they provide. My husband wrote them a down payment check for $8,334 and we were told that we had 3 days to change our minds. On 12.23.22 my husband called and cancelled the project because we decided the $26,000 was really more than what we could truly pay for a bathroom make over where we still had to purchase the flooring, sink, vanity and toilet. We were reassured that the check would not be canceled and that everything was all set. Come 12/27/22 they cashed the check. Since then we have gotten the run around about getting our money back. Not sure if I should just get an attorney at this point since I do not have any confidence that they will do the right thing. If I could give them a zero I would. Don’t trust them and their lies about their supposed great reputation.Update on 1/10/22Today the situation was resolved. A manager came out to my house and handed me a check in person for the full amount. He apologized extensively and explained that due to multiple illnesses in the office the check was cashed erroneously. I was very happy to see that they truly are a reputable company.

They totally demoed the interior to the studs and replaced tub as well as toilet, vanity, floor, lighting, exhaust fan and towel racks. The job was completed on time 3 1/2 days. The crew was lead by Rodrigo they were professional respectful of my property cleaned up every day before they left plus they took all debris with them.
