She was very helpful and informative in the store, spending hours without exerting even an ounce of pressure to help us find the right array of furnishings, equipment and accessories. But her real value was in the support she provided during the 6-7 months period of construction, making sure items were shipped in a timely manner, answering numerous queries we had, and helping arrange installation schedules with our contractor. I recommend her highly to anyone looking for guidance in the design and execution of a bathroom project. The items she recommended are of high quality and functionality, and combined with Sarika's expertise and eye for detail are well worth the additional price.

Ken Ben: I purchased a kitchen faucet and a water filter to go with it from this store. Turns out later that the filter does not work with this particular faucet. After discussing it with Kohler, they agreed to refund although it was past 90 days refund period. This was the second time I was using Kohler for a full-house renovation and I will be coming back for the third.

She was calm and efficient ... even when I called a few days later to say that I forgot to order a toilet seat. He had great recommendations and even drew a diagram of something to explain the difference between a pressure balance valve and a transfer valve. Don’t ask for anyone else but him and you will walk away relieved and happy to have received such outstanding customer service. Thank you Ron!

Fred Newman: We renovated 2 bathrooms during COVID. Our decorator recommended the Kohler Signature Store so that we could do one-stop shopping for all of the fixtures, cabinetry, etc. Ron Smith was the designer at Kohler who worked with us throughout the process. He was outstanding in helping us make the product selections, providing us with detailed documentation, keeping track of back-ordered items, handling changes, and just being a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend Ron and Kohler more highly.

Nola Bola: I’m shopping for a light fixtures for my new home and decided to drive out from Boston. I can’t believe there was absolutely no customer service. As I was walking around looking at the fixtures not one sales person offered any assistance. I was the only customer in the store so they did not appear busy at all. Just sitting at their desks looking at computer screens.What a difference when I went into another nearby shop where I was greeted almost immediately and asked if I needed any assistance. I was very disappointed by Frank Webb Home, total waste of time.

As my parents are remodeling and I am in town visiting after the passing of my grandmother this past week, this was something we looked forward to doing together. After being in the store for 15/20 minutes we were not greeted or asked if we needed help. My mother stated she was ready to go, I knew she was disappointed by the experience.I went to speak with the manager who was in the store the whole time and one of the people that also did not decide to greet us. She mentioned that they were short staffed.We were the only potential customers of color. There were two other groups of customers in the store and three staff present.

Receptor Invoices: Steve was the most informed person we have ever met in a plumbing bath store. Do not go to the suburbs for pretty showrooms and sales people who do not know their products, go to Boston Bath for fabulous prices and knowledgable staff.
Alexandra Dobrowolski: Working with Steve has been an absolute pleasure. Not only is he super responsive, he is incredibly helpful with designing and picking out everything bathroom related from shower heads to faucets to doors etc. Gut renovating 3 bathrooms during COVID hasn't been easy but Steve has made the process as seamless as possible. If an item is out of stock or backordered, as many have been during this crazy time, he searches for the most similar option and doesn't stop looking until he finds something that I like, all while offering amazing prices. He has been far and away the best vendor I've worked with during my gut renovation (and during my real estate career) and I can't recommend him enough. His products are beautiful, his customer service is A+ and he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of. Thank you for everything Steve!!!

Shanna Shulman: I visited Porcelanosa given their beautiful, high-end products. What I hadn't anticipated was their warm, welcoming, and excellent customer service. Valentina Munoz, in particular, was incredibly kind, resourceful, and knowledgeable with attentive follow-up. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience.
Sofia Briskin: The store’s design is pretty, people who work there are nice and helpful. I love Parcelanosa’s quality. They are global leader in the innovation, design, manufacture and distribution of Tile, Kitchen and Bath products, Porcelanosa endeavors to be the industry leader by providing trendsetting cutting-edge designs of unparalleled beauty and refinement, uncompromising quality, technologically superior products and dependable services to its clients. I already have tiles from this company in my bathroom. Now when I decided to renovate my kitchen, it wasn’t a question where I’m going to by tiles.
David Leaf: Wasted 20 minutes on the phone with a sales rep who knew very little. Their prices are also crazy high (as in double!) compared to their competitors.

Amy Kearns: I love my appointments with Jesus! He's always bringing fresh ideas to the table and going over all the finer details, ways to install to create interest and showing the newest items. As a Designer it's critical to surround myself with passionate trades people like him as there is a ton to know about plumbing and tiles so having someone who speaks it fluently on my side is key.
David B: Few points to be aware when dealing with Porcelanosa:1. Delivery is $150. If you order for example tile and cabinets then you will pay this fee twice.2. They don’t have any tile in the showroom, so for any extra tile you will need there is wait and delivery fee again ($150)3. There are no returns to showroom as well. So, for any returns Porcelanosa will take 20% restocking fee and you pay pickup fee ($120 I think).In addition, one of my countertops was damaged and was not delivered. This became clear to me only after I opened container on the day of installation. Apparently, they knew about it, but forgot to order new countertop, which forced me to source countertop locally because of the time crunch.Basically, for premium price you are getting inferior service.

Scott Walsh, the Project Manager, oversaw our entire project with the Norfolk Kitchen & Bath carpenters and USA Tile and Painting Corp. installers. USA Tile installed the backsplashes in the kitchen and bar area. They all provided high quality work. John, the Head Carpenter, worked out problems with our HVAC person on the gas vent. David Fargen: From the very onset I developed a great deal of trust in NK&B based on the people who helped bring my renovation project to fruition. My Project Designer (and early project facilitator), Malaika, has a strong sense of style and was able to guide my selections of cabinets, flooring, and accents. She guided me through choices that were in my financial comfort zone. The new extended and widened kitchen peninsula is my dream pasta making counter; the subtle, gray-veined quartz countertops take the design to another higher level. Malaika helped me choose a floor covering that is perfect for my sunny and large multi-room kitchen space.The project management under Dean and Jason really confirmed my belief that NK&B is a reliable, competent, and timely working organization. My circumstances were such that I couldn’t be at home for most of the construction, and yet through phone and texts, I was able to stay abreast of the construction. They were terrific at keeping me informed of the ongoing status of the project. Project management selected competent sub-contractors where necessary.I am very satisfied with the cost and quality of the entire project. It was Saturday and their warehouse in Braintree was closed which is where sink top was. Knowing I was eager to get the the unit installed that day Rick drove to Braintree and got us the sink! My only regret with our bathroom project was that we didn't go to Norfolk in the beginning. I would highly recommend them, they have everything you need for any bath or kitchen remodel in any price range and their customer service is top notch.

Barbara who was our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She also gave us terrific design advice that we really appreciated. Splash had by far the nicest showroom but for the items we purchased, their prices were actually better than the other firms we visited

We have been many times and every time it has been so bad it is inexcusable. examples include unable to get help even when the store is empty, rude treatment of customers and sales associates who never followup. Ownership must be asleep at the wheel. We would have purchased here many times were it not for the horrifically bad service. Now we just use the store to see all the options and then go purchase what we like elsewhere.

We are renovating a house and Brandon walked us through the process - everything we needed - vanities, taps, showers, freestanding tubs - even a great kitchen faucet!! He was so professional and responsive! He was great at getting the ‘roughs’ delivered when my contractor needed them. As I realized I needed more items - like under mount sinks Brandon advised on options AND the ones we selected were cheaper on Splash than any website! We worked with Splash when we did a renovation about 16 years ago and Folks like Brandon are why we came back! Thank you! Splash is a super showroom and a GREAT one stop shop for everything you need!!

M W: Don’t buy KWC Lune kitchen Faucet and know you won’t be able to return a defected faucet to the store until the manufacturer authorized the return. I found out a hard way. The first time when I called the store after my newly purchased and installed KWC kitchen leaked, the first sentence out of the store is to call my my plumber and it was my plumber’s fault not installing it correctly. After my plumber’s second visit not being able to fix the leak, i finally found Jeff at the store who was more helpful than others willing to order repair parts, which is the reason I gave 1 star here. However, the replacement pieces did not fix the leak. And my plumber found more issues as the spray head not working appropriately either. The store ordered more replacement pieces after we submitted videos but one of the replacement parts was on backorder. I requested a new kitchen faucet replacement but the store refused. My plumber made a total 3 visits at this point and I asked the store to share the plumbing costs or send their store plumber to fix the faucet. The store never acknowledge or responded on my request for sharing the plumber costs or send their plumber for the repair. I was eventually notified I could return the faucet almost two months later after my purchase. The backorder repair piece ironically arrived after I bought another kitchen faucet elsewhere and my plumber installed it. It was a Kitchen nightmare for 2 months having to deal with a problematic new KWC kitchen faucet and the store.
Madyson Lemburg: I had been looking around a few different places with my mom while we’re remodeling and decided to go with splash for a few reasons. The show room was beautiful and staff seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly even though it had been a pretty busy day. there was a slight hiccup with our order the manager Sandra handled it well she was caring and quickly handled the issue while reassuring my mom and we ended up having a good experience!

William McCallum: Beautiful selection - often set up in working configurations such as working faucets that are actually connected to water - and expansive showroom. However, we had a strangely confrontational and disputatious salesperson. We're in the midst of an enormous renovation and so have show-roomed all over the Greater Boston area (Yale, Ferguson, Design and Innovation Center, etc.) and haven't encountered anything like this before. So, poor overall institutional philosophy or one bad apple/one person having a bad day?; YMMV, dear reader. In other essentials, the prices are hefty, as one expects in Newton, in some cases about 30% more than you might Google. The trade off, of course, is that one should be benefitted by good floor and back-office service, but we didn't get that far.
KHALED KHALIL: Poor customer service and no follow up for a very nice store! We dropped the plans after speaking with the associate and we never received the quote back as they promised, not even a call back.
