jennifer zaniboni: We bought skip the line passes for both upstairs and downstairs venues for $40 pp for birthday party. We arrived about 9 pm and there was no line at either. Later there was a line outside for the lower level club. Very fun venue and MC was good at having the birthday girl get up on stage to dance and sing with the band with smoke effects!. Only complaint is that several times we venmoed money (as instructed) for song requests totaling $40 in requests and the songs were never played. MC said that the band only knows certain songs so they can’t do anything about not honoring paid song requests :(

Benny Blanco: Tried here twice now. The only thing i enjoyed was the frozen chx tenders and frozen fries. I got a burger and it was grey….. barely cooked all soggy, turn the grill up guys, and poke some holes in the tray thats how you stop condensation from making all the food soaking wet for takeout….. and the pizza is not all that either its thin crust and the sauce is decent but it just flops all over and is ice cold in 3 minutes. You dont get that pizza home in 2 min its cold… and soggy

The staff went above and beyond starting with the bar tender running to the back and seeing if the kitchen could whip something up. Out came the best damn pizza ever. Everyone here is so nice, make sure you take care of them, with a great tip.

Dave Mc: Daytime pizza review only: Absolute dive bar with amazing oven baked pizza and ocean views. Bucks the trend of South Shore dive bars with “bar style” pizza. This pizza is misshapen, thin crust with charred spots. It is very, very good. I go off-season and they even have a generator to stay open during storms. Can’t speak to the high-season and night crowd, but the daytime locals are great conversationalists!

E F: Timeless Beach Bar, with all the necessities! Cold beer, great drinks, pizza +, music and colorful locals. Active in community charity events, such as last year distributing, grab & go Thanksgiving dinners, to anyone in need. Take a bow!

We were sitting for so long that by the time the mains finally came out, we weren’t even hungry anymore.For food, we started with oysters on the half, tuna tartare, and the Maguro lime sushi roll. Can’t really mess up oysters, and the sushi was tasty. The tartare is always presented beautifully but seemed very bland tonight. Don’t get me wrong, it was fresh, just missing salt or something.For the main, we ended up getting the 22oz bone-in ribeye with the white cheddar lobster Mac & cheese, truffle butter mushrooms, and roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon. Steak cooked perfectly as expected. Mushrooms and Brussels sprouts were tasty. For a side dish, didn’t think the lobster Mac was worth the $40 price tag - not really much lobster and kinda “plain” tasting. Finished off with the fan favorite butter cake. This too was kinda disappointing compared to what I remember.I’m not sure if it’s just been a post-Covid thing or what, but seems like both the quality of service and food has taken a drastic hit. I use to love coming here and was always worth the price, but after this experience, you can find better in Boston when paying $400 for a 2-top. But hey, again, maybe just an off night?

Food price….high of course, but you go there knowing that. The sushi was our favorite and my husband tried the butter cake and LOVED it!!! The steak was great. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it was tart, she remade it and it tasted a tad bit better but not much. I also had to call her over to take my order and give me the check. The salad was good, macaroni and cheese was okay, broccoli bland and salmon okay. The butter cake was a little mushy. I really wanted to enjoy this experience but I was disappointed. The most memorable experience of the night was on my way in the valet guy ran over to open the door so he set the standard and the music was really good too.

The problem has been when I’ve dined alone. The first time I sat down at the bar and was ignored. After a few minutes a gentleman approached the bar next to me to order a drink and was greeted immediately. He informed the bartender that I was here first, and the reply was “that’s okay” while she continued to take the gentleman’s order. The second time I came at a random time where it was absolutely dead and was told that I couldn’t sit outside because I was only one person and had to sit inside at the bar. Because of these experiences I no longer dine in and only order to go, since it’s clear this establishment only prefer groups that will ring up large bills.

We made reservations in advance (when they were open) to have dinner here for our honeymoon. No indication anywhere that they would be closing for the season! Definitely overpriced for what we got, but can’t speak to other drinks as that’s all we got. And then they told us they’d be closing early because it was cold… however, good thing was there was plenty of seating and different types of seating. Sadly, we won’t be returning but it does have potential to be a cool spot and probably worth stopping by if you are staying at the hotel!

When we arrived they sat us at these patio chairs with a small glass table, barely big enough for the two of us. We had waited 30 almost 40 minutes for service before we left. The staff had made eye contact and walked by us multiple times, honestly very upset about our experience! Probably wouldn’t recommend, wish I had gotten better service to provide a better review.

Her name was Antonella and she made sure we were feeling comfortable and being served properly !I highly recommend it , the food and drinks ,great !We will be back next week for my friend birthday.

Being the kitchen open they told us because that because of the big delay we couldn’t order food. It’s a pitty and a shame. We are staying at the hotel but we don’t have the desire to came back.

Samantha Graffam: This place was a nightmare. One star.is generous. I've lived in Boston for 14 years and this is by far the worst experience i've ever had. We were forced to make a reservation 2 months ago since we couldn't be seated thenThere was not a single redeeming part of our experiance. Had to wait in line for directions to the 'roof' (patio). Was sent up the elevator to the check in/host area on arrival which was empty for the 10 minutes we waited. Finally waited in line to ask the bar staff about the reservation and they laughed and told us to take any table and "for faster service, order at the bar". Proceeded to find a table that was the least soiled however very sticky with drink rings, crumbs and paper bits. Went to the bar for 'faster' service and the 3 drink order attempts were unable to be made since the premade batch blends ran out the night before. There were bees everywhere on the bar, which whatever, but if you wiped the bar occasionally you could at least clean off the dead ones. Finally settled on a couple drinks (batch made) which were jarringly sweet. Ordered apps as well as our main meal since the drink process was taking so long. Waiting... no bottled water available... second round of drinks, 1 beer and a gin&tonic (safe bet). G&T seemed heavy poured but was very obviously watered down gin. Beer that I ordered was not available but found one my husband liked which was not of the listed options. Still waiting for food... finally checked in on the food and the staff seemed shocked we hadn't received any yet, said they would ask the kitchen. Eventually got to the manager that 'called the kitchen' and walked away. Another large group that arrived 30-40 mins after us received food and we were still left waiting. Finally tracked down the manager again and they said they called it in personally. Still waiting for food... we finally closed our or tab without the food which was removed from another bartender since an hour+ had passed and we still had not received and app, never mind the entree. Finally as we were packing to leave almost 75 mins after ordering, food showed up but was somehow still messed up. The expensive (mkt price) lobster was prepared opposite to the option we ordered. We were comped this but at this point were laughing at the farce we were going through. Every person that works here needs to assess their career at this point. Complete fail on all levels. Never again. Avoid at all costs. We had ran into friends that had also rented the cabana option this same day and they had a worse experience than us and paid obscene amounts for wait staff that didn't show up for 2 hours after their reservation as well as all of the issues we went through. This place holds true to the Revere name. Gross.

Alsu Traveler: The place itself was nicely planned and decorated, but the whole experience did not match the experience. Food, security and hospitality services requires management’s attention. We came there to grab a few drinks with appetizers, and we were surprised they let a party of more than 10 people to crowd our table (the guests from other party literally stopped at our table a few times, putting their drinks on our table). We shared that info with our server but it was more like sharing our thoughts with him, no actions were taken.

Sat at the bar the first time for drinks and a sweet tooth. we were given excellent service and respect from the gentleman who seemed to have worked there awhile. I made sure my husband gave him a generous tip.Thought we'd give dinner a go since we were staying at the hotel few days. Chaotic mess of waitresses not serving in a designated area. So they weren't able to see their guests from across the restaurant in need or refills or ready to order/pay out. One time I heard the waitress just look aroud at her tables from afar and say "they all look like they are doing fine ", rather than actually checking in.Our waitress came up apologizing as soon as she finally got to us in the beginning. Gave her the benefit of the doubt due to it looking a little busy. Slowly, throughout the experience it just became more apparent that it was just the lack of work ethics and unprofessionalism. Waitresses standing around socializing and waiters holding up the wall gazing into space. All this while drinks are ready at the bar and other customers waiting for services. Im all about having fun while working, but there is definitely a fine line. After a few times of tracking down our waitress to get refills or chips, it became more eye opening. Especially after 20+mins of waiting on our bill and getting up to use the bathroom to find our waitress standing/sitting around talking to group of her friends gossiping, when she could be making herself a decent tip.. she proceeds to help one table and go back and talk to friends and come back to help us lil later..I dont know if its a generational thing with having a bunch young workers thinking its social hour or zero management. I think it would've definitely help having a professional manager overseeing customer service and checking in with customers. Especially so they can see where the issue is. But it looked like no one was a manager or cared about a reputation to uphold due to unhappy looking customers, servers standing around, and rap/ unappealing music playing. Food was ok, but if we went back it would be to sit at the bar where the bartender can actually see and give decent service.Im sorry for the essay and I'm not one to complain, but that was just plain ridiculous and unprofessional. Stuck between 2 or 3 stars but I'll do 3 for the bartender.

Ron Audette: Tried out the restaurant twice.The first night food was great but they forgot to put my 12yr old daughters food in so everyone got their food but her, she finally received her chicken tenders and fries 15 minutes later, we also waited quite a long time for refills on our drinks. The waitress was very nice but kept on forgetting things. The second time the food was not as good had fatty pieces of chicken in the Mexican bowl was gross. Also we waited about 25 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge that we were done eating and wanted our check. My wife and kids went back to hotel well I waited for waitress to cash me out.

Rafael Rijos: First time there with a friend for a drink and a burger at the bar, the margarita tastes like watered down margarita mix, the "Mexican burger" was cold and flavourless, the bartender was as cold and flavourless as the burger! I will NOT be spending another dime in this place anytime soon!!! So sad because the place seems really comfortable and inviting when you walk in.

Ivelis Arce: Im not one to leave bad reviews, but the only thing going for this place is the atmosphere and great service. The food was a waste of money. The food had a nice presentation, but It was not close to authentic Mexican food. All of it tasted the same and it seemed like they were very heavy handed with salt and too much cumin because that’s all I could taste. The rice was dry. My partner didn’t finish his food and it was a disappointment!

Deciding to take advantage of late night dinner at Margaritas, after 24 very stressful hours and BOOM in walks DERRELL H. This guy just naturally put my whole family at ease, made us laugh and took the most amazing and genuine care of us.
