citizenM Boston North Station hotel: what do users think?
Maura Thomas: Pros: close to everything, staff was phenomenal, very quiet, joining as a free member gets you two free drink vouchers and a little discount, automated check in and automated rooms were very cool, clean, and efficient, vibe was immaculate, common areas were welcoming and cozy, views were great.Cons: expensive, very compact room with no inclusions ie: no parking, $18 per person per day breakfast, no traditional room amenities; beds were not as plush as advertised (medium quality, similar to a futon) and bed location up against window forced one person to climb over the other to get outOverall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again when we’re back in the city.Rooms: Efficient and modernWalkability: We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!Food & drinks: Close to lots of great restaurants; Momosan Morimoto less than a block away in the HUBNoteworthy details: Great staff, great views
Jenny Champ: Really great location, welcoming staff, fun and comfortable decor. The only downside is that the rooms are very small, but for business travel for just myself I was happy.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights High-tech …More
Peter Eckert: Negative:NO PARKING. NOT EVEN REDUCED RATE. I paid 75$ at north station. For a hotel that asks 340$ a night this is absolutely ridiculous!Lower floor room with NO VIEW whatsoever. Completely misleading advertising.Positive:Clean room, breakfast was good (18$ extra)I will never visit this hotel again!
Enrique Vila: Muy buen sitio en Boston, céntrico y perfecto, quizá algo automatizado falta calor humano
Julio Herrera: Amazing view, I would defiantly be back!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Maya Ngongo: Excellent hotel to be recommended! The spot is well located, people are very nice, and the breakfast is also good! We recommend cityview/streetview, looks nice!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet …More
m h: Really nice modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff like Omar, who sorted out an issue with my room very quickly. Up to date technology in the rooms that allows you to control lighting and media on the TV from a room ipad. Big comfortable beds and everything is kept nice and clean.Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Good size, big beds, clean sheets and towels. Latest technology.
Lynn Hupe: Carly, Madeline and Sara....... I had the time of my life. Lauren Lucie and Cory.... AMAZING STAFF. Even the housekeepers work hard and AIM TO PLEASE..... I would give this place a 20 Star REVIEW IF I COULD..... MY MADELYNE SARA CARLY THEY ARE MY CITIZEN M ANGELS......... I FEEL SO SPECIAL LIKE A CELEBRITY. Eloise CREC'HRIOU: Hôtel hyper bien placé, le td garden est juste à côté idéal pour aller voir un match. Aucun bruit literie hyper confortable je recommande vraiment. Le ménage est parfait. Vraiment foncez.
Paul faria: It was our 1st time staying here and won't be our last. We went to the Bruins game and it is literally steps from the Garden. If you are planning a trip to the Bruins/Celtics or any event at the Garden then I highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and everything in your room can be controlled by the in room tablet. The breakfast was delicious.Rooms: Very clean and modern looking. The bed was extremely comfortableWalkability: Close to the Garden, T stops, Quincy Market and the North End
An Pham (Andrew): 9/10 Would come again. Recommended for short-medium term stay because of its focus on work-life balance.Canteen / lobby space is open 24 hours along with gym is perfect for people who doesn’t want to bother my neighbor but also wants to have a chill atmosphere to do my work. Drink menu is big, but would prefer more fresh fruit juice options as the hotel is focused on lifestyle.Room wise, technology is great but met some issues here and there. Curtains going up and down by using iPad works 80% of the time, and one time, the curtains got stuck so I had to fix it myself. Airplay doesn’t work really well and chrome cast on iPad works but volume always too low for some reason.Love how easily brightly lit and dimmable it is through buttons near bed. Interior design is neat for the eye, and bed is comfortable.
Ashwin Varghese: If you know what you want this is your place
Michael: Cooles „hippes“ Hotel. Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und schöner moderner Ausstattung. Alles kann über ein iPad gesteuert werden. Hatte Zimmer 1033.
Meghan Rainey: Is hospitality dying with the modernization of hotels? We were in town to celebrate a special event. Because of this, I paid the extra fee for a skyline-view that the website boasted about. I had also requested an accessible room. Admittedly, we were really looking forward to this, so it was very disappointing when we discovered our view was less than stellar. We contacted the front desk; and after some back and forth they were unable to provide an accommodation solution. At one point it was suggested that the amount I paid (room cost + additional fee) only covered the cost of the accessible room because they are bigger (due to ADA code compliance) and viewed as an upgrade. Not only is that incredibly misleading, it's illegal.Keep in mind that the hotel offers everything a la carte but once these options are paid for it becomes unclear (on the customer and the hotels end) of what was purchased. The hotel was insisting that I needed to provide the backup documentation to support the price I paid; which is difficult when it's not itemized on your booking confirmation. However, the next morning the fee was refunded silently.I'm still unclear if you can be disabled and have a premium-view at this hotel.Secondly, we did not appreciate being patronized by staff when simply asking if there were any non-alcoholic drinks available to purchase late night. We we're told there were no options and sent to bed. What kind of hotel doesn't have a small selection of beverages, snacks and other goods for purchase? The hotel is very clean, well designed and modern.Beds were large and comfortable. But there was no fitted sheet on the mattress; just mattress pad, top sheet and comforter with one pillow for each guest. As other reviews state; the water never gets warm. So be prepared for cold showers. The fridge is miniature.I would stay here again purely based on convenience, price and cleanliness. But they need to do better.Walkability: TD Garden, North Station, Big Night Live

The Newbury Boston: what do users think?
David Richards: This is the original Ritz Carlton and is located right on the common. Super old building limits how many modern amenities you can pack in the (e.g. spa, club floors, etc), but they've done a great job with what they have. Expectations were sky high, and frankly the experience was just ok... Room was nice at 1st glance, but then numerous little details left us wanting. Examples: Staff was nice, but service was slow. Rooms had some high tech options for connectivity, but could never connect Bluetooth to the speakers. Window coverings were nice, but were impossible to black out the AM sun to sleep in. Room looked good, but seating and pillows were actually pretty uncomfortable. To be sure these are all nits, but for the price and the prestige you expect a little more attention. Overall a great place, and you can't beat the location in the heart of everything, but couldn't help feeling a touch disappointed when we left.
Ted Hart: A gem in the middle of Boston.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
david corbin: Truly elegant. I mean every aspect from the environment to the service. Everyone seems to love this hotel and I totally agree. The staff sincerely wants the guests to enjoy themselves. I’ve stayed here many times and each time I emerge with a story to share about their remarkable service. Their attention to detail is outstanding. I love my room- especially the fireplace. They even have a fireplace concierge! And the room service? It’s world class. The food and beverage is beyond comparison. I’ve sent friends and colleagues here and they thank me as they rave about it all. However they pull this off I hope they keep it up. Cannot imagine going anywhere else when I come to Boston.Seriously great place and people. If you’re reading this Newbury….PLEASE KEEP IT UP!Rooms: Understated elegance.Food & drinks: Fuggeddaboudit.
lorraine jaffe: Lovely renovation. Best location in Boston. Only disappointment was that in such a sportcentric town they don't have NESN channel on their cable TV. We had to go out to a bar to watch Bruins game.Rooms: Nice renovation .
Danash Ahad: Very rude doorman and valet guys. They don't even let you stop on even for a second on a public street. And when you stop for pickup, they will come running and ask you to leave. They will keep knocking on your window until you move your car.
Alex Kruse: My wife have been coming to Boston for a better part of a decade. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. The Newbury is by far the nicest. Rooms are amazing & the staff all around area helpful, friendly and efficient. We will be lifetime guests. The rooftop restaurant is so amazing. Great view of Boston. Concierge got us the reservation. The hotel is luxurious and has some really cool technology in the rooms. Hotel is worth every penny. They really make you feel like they appreciate the patronage.
S D: Nice spot to stay, dine and shop when in Boston.
Bastian Domajnko: An amazing hotel. Perfect location. Outstanding customer service. They accidentally gave us a room that was already occupied. We were then given a new room 4 floors up and a $100 restaurant credit. Beds were very comfortable, room extremely clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Steve Lankton: Contessa Restaurant
Maria Vehslage: I have not stayed at the hotel, it looks beautiful and it’s in a great area. My friends are staying there and loving it. I’m writing this review because I called and asked for them to send a birthday treat to my friend and Jairo was over the top, amazing hospitality and I am not even a guest! Thank you Jairo, will visit Boston soon.
EB Lazo: Stayed recently here for a wedding. I was a resident of Boston for many years and have seen this hotel go through a few ownerships. I was excited to see the "Newbury". The decor was overall odd, but the real disappointment was the horrible lack of service in the bar. As much as we made eye contact to get the waiters attention they would see us but ignored all signals. This went on for 20 minutes if not more. There was no shortage of staff so our party could not understand the lack of service? I agree with a previous customer. Try the Lenox. It has served us well in the past, a classic Bostonian Hotel.
Addy O'Donnell: We’ve stayed at the Newbury multiple times and it’s always excellent. The rooms are beautiful and updated. The service is impeccable and efficient. It’s been a consistently great experience!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kit Parker: Excellent bar in the lobby.
Birker Bahnsen: Great facilities and nice location next to the park, recommended

Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston: what do users think?
abhishek singh: Rooms very small, but there should be small table fixed or mounted to keep laptop that also missing. Location and service good but table is a deal breaker for me in future bookingsWalkability: Walkable to all offices in downtown
Logan: Dropped in for a quick pint while exploring the town. Very friendly bar staff and clean environment in the bar area. Hotel prices, but that was expected when we stepped in. Had a great short visit and they recommended some great places to check out.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Twitchy: Very good hotel with excellent location for visiting BostonThe Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall is a very nice hotel located in the downtown area of Boston. It was perfect for our stay to attend the Boston Marathon. The hotel’s location is close to bakeries/coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, drug stores, public transit stations and all the other amenities you’re likely to need during your stay. The hotel is also within easy walking distance to Boston Common, TD Gardens, Chinatown, the Italian restaurant district, the waterfront and many of the historical attractions.Check-in and check-out was painless and fast. Our deluxe double room was relatively spacious with a flat-screen TV, good Wi-Fi and 2 comfortable beds. We requested daily housekeeping and the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a very good job looking after our room.
Curt LeCaptain: Lovely hotel. Very nice atmosphere on the main floor and the staff was wonderful about getting me a room upgrade since I was in a single-bed room previously. Really, really lovely staff. The rooms were nice, automated drapes, decent bathrooms (admittedly, I believe my room was likely intended for ADA compliance so the shower was a "drive in" style for wheelchairs.). Every day there was room service and the room was left nice each time.If I had one complaint, the attached bar's breakfast was easily stupidly priced and wasn't that good for the price. You're better off walking somewhere else.Speaking of... the location. Fantastic. You can walk to so many spots from here. Take the train, go to the TD Garden, walk to the North End, check out Faneuil Hall or the old State House. Great location, easy to walk everywhere.
Christian Klüber-Demir: Breakfast was good, service was super friendly, but:CHECK YOUR BILL CAREFULLY!Went to the restaurant for breakfast, and the check included a 20% gratuity fee. As this had not been apparent on the menu before, it's very likely to not even be legal.I don't appreciate when the restaurant decides how much I "voluntarily" tip, and then expects a tip on top of that tip.The waitress was so defensive about it that I doubt I'm the first customer to question this. That's not how to do business - can't recommend the place!
דוד עזרא: המיקום של המלון בלב בוסטון מנצח הכל.מלון נעים ונקי.פקידי הקבלה יכולים להיות קצת יותר נחמדים ושירותיים.

Maricela Ponciano: The hotel made an incorrect charge of USD210 to our credit car for meals and drinks at the restaurant that we never visited. The hotel just responded that we need to dispute this charge with our credit card company. We feel very disappointed with their position since it was their mistake and now the problem is ours. Not recommending or staying again at this hotelRooms: Too small
Monkeyboi Reviews: Very good location in downtown boston. Walking distance from many places. The rooms are comfy and modern, and the staff is very friendly. About a 20-minute walk to the convention center. One of the great services offered is that the front desk can hold your luggage in case you have an evening flight and would like to explore the city after checking out.
Becky Pedler: Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms! The location is excellent is you are interested in history.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

R Z: Fantastic service. What an awesome location in the city- near so many places by walking!!! The rooms are very small but it's OK because you're out and about all day. Jason Lee: We hosted a Q1 Company Meetup at the Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall and I couldn't be more pleased with the courtesy and service. Wanted to particularly highlight our Group Sales contact Kendra Vanorden, who was not only incredibly patient but also was extremely helpful in resolving any difficulties we encountered booking and during the stay. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this location to business groups!
Ford Christensen: Great location, small rooms.
Maxime Bailleul: Très bel hôtel bien centré dans Boston. Chambre spacieuse et moderne.Manque un café disponible toute la journée...

The Bostonian Boston: what do users think?
Cecilia S: Rooms were nice, nothing nasty and mostly clean. Wall paper was peeling off but it's old!! Had a great view with a balcony. Very centrally located. For the little amount of time in the room, it was satisfactory, needs remodel and more lighting in the waiting lounge area. Its a 3 star hotel for $387/ night (crazy) . The Bathroom on #7th floor had mold. Beds were pretty comfy. I only saw the receptionist so can't comment on staff?!

Mike Stugard: Breakfast wasnt horrible but happy we didn't have dinner... Elizabeth T: The hotel rooms need a serious upgrade:- I found 2 ants on my bed when I arrived (see video)- the ceiling paint is peeling- the vanity is way too small. No room for more than 2 toothbrushes and 1 very small makeup bag. No room for more- the bathtub is too wide and too high. Risk of falling- the tub floor is stained with accumulated filth- the 80's is screaming to get their beige toilet back! It's completely out of style.- the shower head is worn and some jets are projecting water all over- the room floors are still covered with old carpet. Updated hotels use combination of wood and tile- the view was awful- some windows clearly needed to be replaced- the hotel is quite ordinary. My traveling partner was stunned when I mentioned this hotel was rated 4-stars. He thought it was a 3-star hotel. The lobby is the prettiest thing in the hotel. It only goes down from there. The elevators are quite fast. We never waited long at all.Great service from staff. The neighborhood is incredibly noisy. Be ready to hear music and beats until 2-3 am.Nearby activities: The hotel is Centrally located. So there's tons to do and easy accessSafety: Very safe neighborhoodWalkability: Walkable to everywhere
Rohit Chimata: Amazing area of Boston to be in if you care at all about being central to things that are happening. Hotel is clean, rooms are very nice and the balcony views here you won’t get anywhere else. Not to mention front desk service was impeccable. All of my needs/questions handled with care and speed. Definitely my hotel of choice in Boston going forward.Rooms: Balcony views are impeccable. Rooms are standard as you’d find but very well thought out. Large bathrooms!Nearby activities: Boston market, Quincy market, Faneuil hall, aquarium and so so much moreSafety: Very safe hotel in a very safe part of Boston. The north end is known for being tourist central and this is exactly that.Walkability: You’re in the northend. Shops, good food, department store - all extremely close by walk. No Uber needed
Ashley Weithers: This is a great Hotel to stay. The front desk staff is very helpful. Room service is amazing. I will definitely come back. Loved the history of Boston and this hotel is close to everything you need to see. All museums, statues and visiting sites (historical) are with in walking distance. I’m super glad I picked here. See you soon Bostonian !Rooms: BalconyWalkability: Everything is within 1-10 minute walk. No need to drive and use car constantlyFood & drinks: AmazingThe restaurant has wonderful food
Thorsten Ruppert: Tolle Lage in Boston, schönes Zimmer.
José Ibarra: I recommend against doing business with this hotel. I tried to book a reservation and I received an error/declined message and no confirmation of booking. I made other plans, only to have them charge me $700 for a missed booking today. When I contacted them, Lina from Reservations was extremely hostile. She refused to do anything. This has caused me a big headache and I hope you can avoid the same.
Chloe Lee: I was using the bathroom some kid peeks under and starts saying "ewwwww you smell!" i didn't get into argument so i just told why. IT WAS THE TACO BELL! IM TELLING YOU IT IS THE BEEF TACO WITH TOMATO SAUCE. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Alexis Yohros: As a guest who recently stayed at the Bostonian Hotel, I must say that my experience was subpar, to say the least. The first issue we encountered was that the rooms had a very unpleasant, musty smell that was quite off-putting. Additionally, we found that the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning correctly. When the unit did finally turn on, it was incredibly loud and disturbed our sleep.Another problem we encountered was with the size of the beds in our room. The beds were extremely small and could not comfortably accommodate two people, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The walls of the room were also very thin and did very little to block out the sounds coming from the neighboring rooms. We were able to hear people having intercourse and using the bathroom, which was incredibly concerning and made for a very uncomfortable stay. The shower in the room was yet another source of frustration. It took an incredibly long time for the water to heat up, and once it did, there was not much pressure at all. Additionally, we found it unacceptable that the hotel charged extra for any amenities. The most disappointing aspect of our stay at the Bostonian was the lack of assistance provided by the front desk. We requested a different room but were refused and were not offered any type of refund when we decided to leave and stay at a different hotel. The lack of attention paid to our needs left us feeling undervalued and made for a very frustrating experience. In summary, while the location of the Bostonian Hotel was convenient, our stay was dampened by numerous unpleasant factors. The musty odor, loud air conditioning, uncomfortable beds, lack of privacy, poor shower condition, and lack of amenities, coupled with the subpar customer service, made our stay at the Bostonian not worth the price. I cannot recommend this hotel and would suggest finding alternative accommodation options in the area.

The Whitney Hotel Boston: what do users think?
Zeynep Ekinci: Amazing stay and great location! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, we had to make a last minute change to our booking which they had no problems with! From checking in to checking out, its been a wonderful stay! Big shout out to Joyce and rest of the hotel staff, when in Boston, will definitely stay there again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Will Johnson: Visited Boston for a conference, intended accommodations (AirBnB) did not work out, and I showed up at the Whitney on short notice, tired and grumpy. Joyce at the front desk helped me choose the best room for what I was seeking. I was impressed by the personal service. Bottom line on the Whitney: it was a very pleasant experience, and my room worked out great. Will be at the top of my list for my next trip to town.
Kevin Modisette: Food & drinks: Great restaurantRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Afira Hasan: We had a great stay at this quaint hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect!
BH K: The floor manager name Joyce put us in a cheaper room "intentionally." I booked almost the most expensive room and she gave me a smallest room intentionally. I think she was trying to get the money gap between the price of the two rooms. The service is really bad. If you meet a girl name "Joyce" just be careful when she says "I will upgrade your room to a better room." She will degrade your room :(. Don't fall into her lies. Anyway worst experience because of Joyce. Thank you Joyce.
Jin Peh: I enjoyed my four night in this elegant boutique hotel located in the centre of Boston's Beacon Hill area. It is opposite the Massachusetts General Hospital station. My room was very comfortable and quiet. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in the peregrine restaurant in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and duty manager Joyce made my stay a pleasure.Rooms: My room was spacious and comfortable and I was able to organize late checkout with the front desk as my flight left in the evening.Nearby activities: The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants located in Boston's iconic Beacon Hill area.Walkability: I was able to walk to the Boston Common, Chinatown and the shops and restaurants on Newbury Street.Food & drinks: I enjoyed my breakfast at the stylish and elegant Peregrine restaurant in the lobby.
Jaehoon Lee: Had a great stay here. Very good location if you consider ubering out to Cambridge while having easy access to Beacon Hill. Looks like a long walk on the map but it’s a short walk to Boston common as well as Newbury Street. The walls are a bit thin so if you are doing things in the room I’d expect others here you. One downside was the gym. Very small and not much to work with. I ended up ubering go downtown equinox.

Jordan Schiller: absolutely wonderful stay! book now.
Alyssa Mackinnon: Rooms: The room was spacious the bed was equally as luxurious in the amount of room to stretch out which is perfect after a long day of exploring Boston (walking the entire freedom toll will take a toll on you! Lol)The streaming to TV was super easy and convenient, the personalized messages on the TV was fabulous and I really appreciated all the little details. The shower was roomy and the bath products were top notch, everything was clean and overall, the amenities were very thoughtful. The building was beautiful, the staff was so kind, and the room/restaurant were grand.12/10 would stay here again!Food & drinks: I absolutely love that the peregrine gives living wages to its workers, that means a lot to provide fair liveable consistent pay and I appreciated that the staff is taken care of 👏The food tasted wonderful, although slightly small in portion size, the meals were beautifully presented.
Arie Gafson: I absolutely love this hotel - and have just stayed for the second time in as many months.Everything is honestly perfect, the rooms are perfectly clean and spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable. There are also so many personal touches including the turn-down service, toffees, coffee by reception, lovely restaurant with great variety, complementary water to name just a few things. The staff are so lovely and incredibly kind and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeping staff and to the front desk who are all so fantastic. Joyce Chin, the hotel manager is the most amazing person - she did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is in a perfect location - close to major sites in Boston and just a short walk across Longfellow Bridge directly into Cambridge. The views from the room are gorgeous and the hotel manages to stay quiet at night despite being close to a busy road. I really couldn't recommend this place more (even though I would prefer to keep it a well kept secret!).
Olivier Saint-Vincent: Review for breakfast - not hotel accommodation.Ok ✅ breakfast for 5 stars hotel.Café ☕️ espresso very good. But the medialunas croissants, a little dry.Super nice atmosphere for an early Friday morning.
noelle petrillo: Daniel the concierge was fantastic! I stayed here for my sister in laws bachelorette party and Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. It was my first time staying here and I will 100% be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tom Thornton: Dining is goodNearby activities: Good locationWalkability: Wander old town
Sarah Crosby: We were thrilled with our experience! Considered the Four Seasons and so glad we went with the Whitney instead. Very nice rooms, truly excellent service. Understated and lovely. Great location for all of Beacon Hill and an easy walk to the Museum of Science or Back Bay. Loads of great restaurants in walking distance. Steps from the T. Only downside would be that there is some street/T noise due to the location but didn’t bother us at all (windows blocked more than I expected). We will definitely be back!
Cal Escue: What kind of day did someone have to mark this below five stars I wonder? a death in the family? Upset stomach? Sushi didn’t sit well with them for the first time?I admonish anyone who gives this less than 4.9 stars. 4.9 not 5? I have a proclivity to avoid absolutes.Above and beyond is a phrase more suitable for a SpaceX flight let alone a boutique hotel in Boston, nonetheless the Whitney holds this phrase near and dear. Beholden to its guests in such a genuine fashion it seems unreal, unlike other chains which seem obligated at the behest of management.Yet a hotel is not a monolith and truly as good as it’s service. Joyce, Carol, and Kamil among others did not disappoint. Their enjoyment for their work is pure and second to none. The Whitney, puts the big boy 5 star chains to shame, Four seasons? No thanks. Langham? Meh. Others can’t hold a candle, the Whitney proves to be a inspiration to the XV, Lenox, liberty, and dare I say, the Newbury.Take notice rivals, the people enjoy the little things.I will be back to Boston soon, and already know where I’ll be staying.
Karen Miller: By far the nicest hotel in the Mass General area, and within easy walking distance of the hospital, shops and restaurants. My room was upgraded at no extra cost, exceptionally clean and well appointed, and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly, and the restaurant makes a great latte.

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport: what do users think?
Amanda Kelly: Great experience and stay at this Omni. Room was very nice and the gym was superb!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Romantic, Quiet …More
Caroline Leonard: The staff and front desk were extremely accommodating during our stay! We were able to upgrade our room for only $20 more a night. We would highly recommend staying in the Patron tower versus the Artisan tower for a more traditional room set up. The spa was also very nice! Would highly recommend the 60 min Swedish massage. The location is a little corporate and isolated, but Ubers are easily accessible and relatively fairly priced to take you anywhere. We would definitely come back! Also, the valet car service and the bellhop were kind, helpful and genuine.
Kim Nunes: This is a beautiful hotel. Our rooms were ready before 4pm so they let us check in early which was very nice. The hotel was very clean. It's in walking distance to alot of restaurants. Great location.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Mike Oneill: Hotel was great, huge gym, the restaurant lifted and the sporting club was great. The only reason the hotel gets 4 stars is because Calvin at the front desk was incredibly unaccommodating and rude when we asked for water. Would recommend the hotel, just hope you don’t get him.
Angela Johnson: I had a little staycation at the Omni Seaport for my birthday weekend. I had 3 treatments at their spa, Breve, while I was there, and it was awesome! Highly recommend the spa - ask for Erin. Overall service was very friendly. The only reason for the minus star for the location is that the exact street it is on does not have much...you have to walk a few blocks over.Rooms: The room was fresh and modern. Great walk-in shower with a built-in bench. The views are not bad.Walkability: You can easily walk to a few places on the Seaport from the hotel and it is directly across the street from the convention center. Convenient.Food & drinks: There are several restaurants in the hotel, including a coffee bar that serves sandwiches, a sports bar, and 3 others. I had a blackened chicken with gnocchi at Lifted the bar next to the pool, and it was good.
Diane Phillips: Open concept room like a studio. Clean and quiet. Comfortable bed.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Derek Cheung: One of the best hotels I've stayed at, very clean, friendly staff, live music on a Friday, good breakfast at the Kestra, concier Debra was amazing. Excellent location close to lots of good restaurants and convenient. overall will return and recommend!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kevin Talebpour: Omni Boston is indeed a great, brand-new hotel in Seaport area. The only complain I have was for the water pressure on 14th floor. It should be a quick fix for that I suppose.Nearby activities: It's cross the street from Boston Convention Center. Prime location for business travelers.
John Pierce: Best place to stay in Boston, Great views of the airport.
Roger Williams: Stayed here for a conference. Food is great, but on floor coffee machines would either not work or could not get hot chocolate at all. Across the street from the conference center, next time, I'll try staying at the Weston, which has a walkway to the conference center. Helps on rainy... days.Walkability: Across the street from the conference center.Food & drinks: Hotel restaurant downstairs has amazing food.
Mark Bolden: I enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious and comfortable. The staff did a great job cleaning up.Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit, there’s a heated pool and jacuzzi. Also, apparently there are water stations on every floor. If you don’t see bottled water in your room, don’t worry.
John D: Great Place , Great People ,Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Omeed Aminipour: Omni did a great job. The location in the Seaport is excellent if you want to get anywhere in Boston or Logan Airport. My room was large clean and had a great view. Everyone was friendly. The best part was spending time at The Sporting Club thanks to your legendary Barkeep Dennis Saint Aubin. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, a great storyteller, and legit the best old fashioned and side car I’ve ever had. Oh and when I mentioned I couldn’t get a reservation to MOOO down the street that night Dennis picked up his phone and pooof like magic all the sudden I had a 4 top at 8pm !!! Seriously, that’s hospitality!! I’ll be back to The Sporting Club just to Hang out with Dennis!

Mizuki Onoma: Overall loved staying here. I wish the showers had a bit more water pressure though.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Asaf Taragan: My first time in Boston was great thanks to Sonder !the room was great also as the locationthe room was super clean and the design easy and fresh made me feel like in home!!very comfortable bed !i'm highly recommend on that place !!love that Sonder and now love Boston as well!!
Alohi Adams: The room and bathroom was very spacious and beautiful! I booked this hotel for the location and it did not disappoint. Walking distance to Cambridge and MIT, one bus stop away from Harvard, and a couple bus stops away from Hynes Convention Center. I was nervous it was going to be loud with the upstairs and downstairs bars, but I never heard any noise the entire stay. There is no front desk, but the response times in the app are super quick if you need anything.
Ron Diskin: Such a gorgeous city. Beautiful building. Large apartment. Digital check in/check out. This company is all digital and was an amazing customer experience. Will definitely be coming back. Sonder is the future of hospitality. I suggest downloading and booking through their app for big discounts and best customer service

Andrew Givens: Unethical - they do not disclose ahead of time that the hotel is not staffed, there's no breakfast, the rooms are smaller than they seem in photos, you need to upload your passport and take a selfie, verify your phone, use their app, etc. all with high risk of identity theft. Terrible!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Harry Minke: Always a good stay!Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Safety: Very safe and professionally protected property!
Cristiana Ceppas: The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to my daughter’s dorm at MIT and near Flour Bakery, plus other great restaurants. We left our luggage at the front desk before check in and did not return until after 8pm. By the time we returned, there was no one at the front desk. It’s not like a regular hotel where there is someone at the front until late hours. I called Sonder from the lobby about checking in and found out that they had taken our luggage to our room before they left.Great stay! Would definitely stay there again.Rooms: Very comfortable bed.Walkability: Super convenient. Easy walk to subway/ bus, restaurants
Pete Kealy: Clean, cosy and convenient location halfway between Harvard and MIT.Walkability: Close to the Red Line at Central Station, 4 minute walkRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic …More

Aaron Taddiken: I spent two days making a reservation with this place because the payment process kept failing. After patiently working through their systems and having my visa charged 4-5 times I finally got a confirmation and receipt (which required over 5 emails to me just for that last receipt…)Then I get a series of emails canceling my reservation with a reference to my payment being too risky and that the decision is final.I figure this must be a system mistake, right?NopeI called and was on hold for another 15 mins while the nice lady on the phone looked into it.She confirmed that they won’t host me and had no reason other than what was emailed.Very frustratingNot likely to recommend this place. Super shady.
Kiersten Sundell: Room was beautiful and clean, there were several great amenities available, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I'd say is that the nearby parking garage, recommended by Sonder (55 Franklin St) is exorbitantly expensive. Unless you're okay with paying $80 for 25 hours of parking like we did, I would suggest finding somewhere else.
Benjamin Cross: Rooms: Nice room with comfortable bed that had lots of pillowsRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights High-tech …More
Ben Allsopp: Such a lovely experience. Great location, checking-in was so easy, and the room was charming and immaculate. Would definitely recommend, excellent value for money.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

Battery Wharf Hotel Boston Waterfront: what do users think?
Stacey McKenzie: The hotel is ok. Honestly, I have been in a les expensive hotels that was way way better. I had this high expectation, and i was disappointed.Front desk toke 1 min to check me and give me a room key. They told me you are in the next building, and that is ... so, of course, i got lost inside the next building, trying to find the elevator. I also got locked in between the emergency exit stairs trying to find a way to go to the 2nd floor, and i had to walk around the hotel again to the front entrance... also, the room keys weren't working, so we got locked out again ... drama.First look of the room, yes, look great . Unfortunately, the carpet was extremely filty, and the furniture was craked . The bathroom was great, but we struggled to start the water. The shower faucet was so tight that we needed to call help so we could shower. Unfortunately the room phone wasn't working. Our stay was adventure. Now, the positive part. The valet parking made our stay really easy. They had a cool phone app that allows you to request your car and give you updates . Smart !You can get a water bottle for free from the front desk.Beds were actually really comfortable (pillows sucks). They had big and fluffy towells and great shower gel.House keepers were nice and helpful.Outside is just perfect - great landscaping, amazing water view , just peaceful and quiet. Also, plus is that the hotel is pet friendly ($50 for pet).In a walking distance from the property, there are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and nail salons. Location is definitely the biggest plus.Would i visit again ? Maybe just because of the location.Rooms: Need updatesNearby activities: Plenty of restaurantsSafety: You need room key to walk in the building. No securityWalkability: Great
Soleil Morales: Food & drinks: Limited menuRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Greg Finney: Very nice, well appointed, spacious rooms.Rooms: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Alex Therrien: Coffee machine makes cold coffee, dented walls gavent that is falling out of sink, peeling wall paper, dated room. Hotwire sold as 4.5 stars beware it is not even a 3 star hotel
Qianqian Fan: Extremely disappointed. Before arriving I thought the place would be nice based on what I saw from the picture. While the location is certainly great and the room overall is decent, like some reviews have pointed out the service is just horrible. I ordered delivery on my first day and when I called the front desk, the woman said they haven't received anything. I had to get up and check myself - guess what my food was already there. Very frustrated. They also charge me an amenities fee of $87 without notifying me beforehand. It was a business trip so I never thought I'd be charged. Simply ridiculous. I tried to contact them. No one answered and the voicemail is a dead-end.There was also a broken light bulb which never got repaired. They do have spacious room space despite everything.I love Boston but I have only one advice for people who consider this place: DON'T.
DBA Visual Director: Friendly staff and love the view!
Ann Seigler: I still recall the wonderful aroma that comes from the hotel. Beautiful sites, Great centralized location. Bathroom was A+ Nice room. People were super niceNearby activities: Walking distance from TD Garden
Anna Zbacnik (a to z library): Great location on the North End. Rooms are nice— looks like they could upgrade the carpet.
Kristen Scerbinski: Checked in and walked into our room and immediately was disgusted. None of the surfaces were cleaned (there were ring marks on every surface), the bathroom had hair on the floor and soap scum and grime all over the shower, the black leather bed frame had white dried stains on it... I'll let you put 2 and 2 together, stains on the walls and carpet. The hotel denied my refund and said the room was clean. I asked for a manager to come with us so we could point out everything to her. The manager said to me "I think you just have a different level of cleanliness." After 45 mins of arguing in the lobby they finally refunded us. Rude staff. Unsanitary. 100% do not recommend.
Georgianna Brunton: Great location, very friendly & helpful staff!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More
Sheri Turlington: This is a fantastic hotel if you come to Boston for work. The rooms are so nice and spacious and still leave room for a nice work setup. Even though I had a spacious desk and chair, I enjoyed working from the recliner chair looking out at the water view window. It made my work day so lovely. The hotel is so affordable and in such an amazing area. You can walk to a fabulous lunch or dinner and BOVAS! Can't believe I got to see and do so many cool Boston things in such a short trip. The hotel staff are so friendly and kind as well. I can't wait to come back for leisure.
Aub Driver: Stunning hotel on the Boston Harbor. Rooms are extremely spacious (though a bit dated) with massive walk-in showers. Nice dining experience on the first floor. There's no parking, so you must valet. Upshot is you can walk to everything in the north end in 10 minutes.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value …More
Dave Champman: Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. We stayed here with our infant son and we’re nervous before arriving - the staff that the Battery Wharf were the best I have ever had. This is my first review for a hotel I’ve ever written and I travel a lot for work but I was honestly blown away. Tony and Ruben went out of there way not just for us but visibly for every other guest interaction we saw. The hotel seems understaffed but they did not let that impact their attitude or the attention they gave to us. For anyone traveling with a baby, they made this so easy and had a great crib and accommodated with a room that had an alcove hallway so that it felt like the baby was in a different room.
Carol: The room itself was okay, but the customer service at this place is awful. We booked a room with 2 double beds for 3 adults, and paid for this a month in advance. We checked in late in the evening and as soon as we got to our room, we saw only one double bed and a maintenance guy was following us with a fold out twin bed. So, the reception desk knew that they were giving us only 1 bed, and chose not to say anything about it at check in. Nice. I called the front desk and they said that there was a "maintenance issue" causing the beds to go "offline". No idea what that even means. Beds are not printers, and as far as I know, beds do not "go offline". I think that they oversold the hotel and since our flight got in late, we got stuck with only one bed. They could not move us to a double room until the next evening, and then the room that they tried to move us into was about half of the size of the room with only one bed, did not have a refrigerator, and did not have a tea kettle (important to us). We asked for a mini fridge and they said that their rooms could not guarantee a fridge. We ended up in our original room and made do with the pullout single bed because the double room was so inferior. They also charge a $25 plus tax per day "amenities fee" for things which should be basic at any 3 or 4 star hotel, like bottled water, 2 tea bags, access to the harbor walk (which has nothing to do with the hotel from what I can tell), etc. After talking to 3 different people, they did end up waiving the amenities fee for the inconvenience to us, but this should have never happened to begin with. Also, one of the women working in reception was extremely rude and should not have a job in the hospitality industry. The attitude was that we were lucky to even have a room for the night. On the plus, there is a nice view of the harbor and the shower was modern. Rooms could do with updating but it was clean, and our double bed was comfortable. The manager on duty when we checked out (a man, did not get his name) was at least nice and did waive that amenity fee for us. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel, unfortunately.
Soozie Hetterscheidt: Meh at best. If you are unfortunate enough in being placed in any building away from registration don’t expect much.Booked a room with a bay room (with the up charge) and was placed in a room with a side eye view of the bay.No door person to help open doors when you arrive/depart with bags.Wasn’t a terrible stay, but not worth coming back to.
Matthew Cook: Lovely location right on the river with amazing views and a quick walk to everywhere we needed to get too! Room was spotless and daily cleaned with fresh coffee pods for the next day 🙌
Miguel Velez: Would have been 5 stars but I rented a room for a nite at almost 400 and we did that because of location and the fact we could sleep. So wrong about the sleeping part. They knocked at my door at 8am to clean our room and then alarm went off and we had to get up from bed to go outside for an hour. No explanation or emergency....wish I could have slept!
Heather Lovele: Very unprofessional manager. I am a frequent visitor of this hotel and wont be back. The conversation began when my fiance and I were checking into the hotel. I was standing beside my fiance holding yoga mats as the manager asked him if he does yoga. She continued speaking directly to him and said he should come over her place for some yoga. He responded, oh you teach yoga? She said no and started laughing. And he just looked at me. Very unprofessional. After that she had the audacity to give him her business card as she wrote her name on it. He immediately handed it to me and we walked away. I didn't want to cause a scene as there were other people in the lobby but she was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She should not be a manager for such a nice place as the battery wharf

The Boxer Boston: what do users think?
Luka Vujeva: In general, this is an ok hotel, but nothing special. The room size was ok; however very loud and prone to outside noise. I was in a 701 room and felt that room had some permanent ambient noise. For example, you constantly hear an air conditioner, and the minibar refrigerator is very loud when someone is using the elevator. We generally slept very badly in this room, comparing how we have slept in another hotel in NYC a week before. The bed is huge, however, a bit soft, and the pillows are just an absolute nightmare.Cleanness was on point. The location is pretty decent, it's in walking proximity to Beacon Hill and downtown. It's noteworthy that there is some mental institution across the street or some institute for mental health with a larger parking space. Walking there is not feel safe as you will see homeless people and junkies lurking around that parking space, doing drugs etc. But if you take another street, its again super safe. The personnel was ok, but just that. Breakfast was fantastic! However, one person can not serve breakfast for all the guests. The lady was overworked and stressed.Rooms: Spacious, clean, loud and with poor pillows.Safety: Be aware of junkies and homeless just across the street lurking around mental institution parking.Walkability: Very solid location and easy to get into downtown or Beacon Hill.Food & drinks: Drinks were ok, breakfast was absolutely fantastic !!
Enrique Vila: Muy céntrico y confortable hotel en Boston, recomendable. Muy amable la recepcionista, más inglesa que americana
Steven Couture: What a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful from the very beginning as we changed our plans and had to change the day of our booking - no problem. The staff was very helpful during our stay. The food was excellent in the restaurant and parking was a breeze. We chose The Boxer due to the proximity of the Museum of Science and the Aquarium - very convenient! Met a wonderful server in the restaurant, Liliana. Very professional and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. Highly recommend and we will see you again soon!
Carlos Vaz: Nearby activities: Next to TD GARDENRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Jeff G: Mediocre at best. Resort fee is a joke. Nothing special about the rooms, amenities or location.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Manuel Malle: The hotel is fine if pricey for what it is. Great location. The problem is their parking set up. There’s no Valet. There is room for only one car to park for check in. I had to double park as another car was already there and promptly received a $55 ticket (was there for no more than 5 min). Next you have to drive the car to a parking garage 1/2 mile away. The garage is under construction, grungy and packed. Next you trudge back to the hotel down an alley with a homeless shelter and in my case pounding rain. All this for a $40 parking fee. So if you are traveling by car avoid this hotel; if not have at it.
Sidney Fernández de Castro Tudela: so beautiful and luxurious and service is top tier.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value …More
Nico Samneil Salado: Dont have a parking garage within the hotel. They have a partner garage with the goverbment and is a walkable distance from the hotel. The receptionist will guide you if you want to avail one. It is a $40 overnight fee. The bathroom is stylish and wide in our room. We availed our room theu supertravel and i could say it is worth it since it is also a walkable distance from the TD garden.
JP Creedon: We were trying to stay near TD for a show, and ultimately Boxer did it's job but not without complication. There isn't parking (they suggest a parking garage a few blocks down but there is construction ), the room was fine but quite small and the single elevator made for issue.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Tyler Conrado: Not sure what many of these reviews are talking about. Stayed here for a few nights and it was fantastic for the price. Big cozy bed, comfortable air control, a nice bar and restaurant attached, and they validate parking at a parking garage near by.Right next to garden too!
C UNOIT: Loved our stay here, was a real cold nite and we got there a bit early but the lady at the dest got us in the room anyways so thank you for your kindness on a extremely cold nite..The room was small but had everything we needed,clean..The boxer was close to everything walking, food, drinks, snacks and td garden was a 5 minute walk ..
James Feng: Swanky hotel, friendly staff, clean. Room is on the smaller size, but works great for those just needing a nice room while exploring Boston or going on business trips
Lauren Bruss: We had a lovely experience. The hotel was clean and appreciated the modern boutique look and feel. Heather at the front desk as so kind and attentive to everything we needed. Looking forward to our next stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jón Ferrier: Centrally located. Excellent beds. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.
igal Feuerstein: I stayed at the boxer for one night. The room was very clean, not too small, not too big. Just perfect for a business night. The stuff at the reception were super nice and helpful! The Wi-Fi connection was super fast, which is an important benefit for business travelers. The location is close to lots of food choices and bars.I definitely will book the boxer hotel on my next Boston trip.
Allison Lessard: When we arrived the woman at the front desk was professionnal and lovely. The room was great but there was noise in the corridor, early in the morning, it woke me up.Also when we arrived we were told we'd have 40$ discount at the SP+ parking, they gave us a coupon. When we left, the coupon didn't work and we had to pay 96$ US. Try to explain the situation to them, they told us they couldn't do nothing about that. That's kind of a bummer for me.
Time and Illusion: First time I have stayed and last, the front desk staff was rude, the rooms are mediocre at best. Honestly it is giving off tourist trap vibes because the only way I justified the price of a cramped and out dated room was the location on the hotel. There was a weird humming vibration from the room above me and the beds are hard. You can get the same deals with better rooms and amenities somewhere else.
David Gallant: Nice, clean and updated, Great for a short stay!!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Graham Hawthorne: Mediocre Hotel. Tiny rooms, windows don't open, mechanical ventilation only works if you use heating or cooling, no perceivable ventilation in bathroom - all of which adds up to the room getting pretty stuffy and smelly if you don't want to use climate control. There was a very loud low frequency hum that occurred intermittently - bad enough to prohibit sleep. I think it might have been the fridge or ventilation in the next room over - sign of a cheapo renovation / thin walls / lack of proper insulation. Also - one tiny elevator for an 8 story hotel, which the staff uses much of the time. Laborious when you're coming and going.
