Bead + Fiber: what do users think?
Heidi Reid: A cute little yarn craft store that holds knitting/crochet/crafting events frequently.
Genesis Barrientos: First time at the store & it was a great experience. A very cute and organized store filled with lots of yarn and maker items. Loved talking to others in the shop too!
Marilana Rufo: **this shop has changed hands (and names) and no longer carries jewelry stuff)**I've had a few really positive experiences in this store. They have lots of cool beads and a variety of styles. It's not cheap, but it's also not outrageous, so if you are into jewelry-making, and are looking for unique items to use, you'll enjoy this place. I have also only had positive experiences with the customer service too, so I'm not sure what the other reviewers are referring to, but the woman I always see there has always been very helpful and friendly! I love this place! I did show up once and they were closed during regular hours so I would recommend calling first if you're schlepping out from far away!
Marni B.: Nice LYS. Not much yarn selection but great atmosphere and lots of goodies to look at.
Cathy Eriksson: As a yarn tourist, this is just what you want out of a local yarn store. A beautiful store with a good variety of local and just beautiful yarns. Had a good chat with the owner/ person manning the store. Got someGorgeous treasures.
Haley Urbach: Great new knitting shop! They also have a good selection of other craft supplies including embroidery materials. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be back!
Dr. Jeanne Ingle: Great service! Love the variety of yarns - especially locally dyed yarns! Highly recommend!
Megan Dominick: I visited for the first time last week while visiting my sister. It is a great little shop with a lot of options for yarn, embroidery, etc., and it is someplace that I would shop at again.
Christopher Dinan: Great selection of quality yarns. Friendly staff.
R C: Pretty yarn but kinda expensive, small shop
Aimee Hein: Love the focus on local yarns! Great shop for crafters!
Corey Lehman: Amazing place!!!!!
mary lipman: great shop- knowledgeable and most helpful proprietor- I've been knitting a long time and the vibe of this shop continues to inspire me!!!
william cayson: Great selection! Love this shop!
mary kennedy: Great store, Sara is so knowledgeable!
Elizabeth Barron: Excellent service, beautiful yarn, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Katie Lehman: Incredibly knowledgeable , beautifully crafted selection , and overall fabulous shop owner…. Hands down the best up and coming place for all your knitting needs!!
Hannah Donnelly: The yarn selection at this shop is insane and everyone is always super helpful. I also ordered a custom baby blanket and it turned out beautifully. Love this little shop!
CT Hermans Webster: This is a great store run by the nicest person!
Nora I: Great customer service, super friendly and easy to work with!
Caryn Uebelacker: at first I was excited to find the shop. Great area, looked clean and spacious for a small space. Two women in store were wearing masks, so I asked if I needed one and they said no. Not quite sure if they both worked there, or if one was a customer. At any rate, I was in there for at least another ten minutes with no words said to me, and no eye contact AT ALL. I started to think I should see how long it takes for the staff member to notice me, and decided I didn't want to wait any longer. BIG mistake on their part, because I am a paying customer and left (and found another store not too far away).I know customer service folks get a bad rap these days and I hesitated before posting this. I don't want to be the one who complains, but then again I don't know who was working this afternoon. If this was the owner, shame on you. If it's someone else, then the owner needs to address this.

Hidden Jewel of the South End: what do users think?
Jade Penelope-Ivy: welcoming and amazing !!
Sam Kramer: I love this shop! Stacy and Jack are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of crystals (prisms, tumbled, beads, figurines, etc.). Each crystal comes with a metaphysical card written by them, adding to the personal experience of the visit/purchase. If you are interested in spirituality or geology, Stacy and Jack are great people to talk to. Packed with so many treasures, and with its welcoming and peaceful environment, The Hidden Jewel of the South End is a definite must for places to visit!
Spirit Guidance and Healing: I just had the privilege of attending this beautiful & magical shop for the first time, and I could not have had a more amazing experience. As soon as I entered the store, Stacy greeted me so warmly that I immediately felt right at home. I was mesmerized by the array of colorful crystals and stones that were arranged in such a charming way throughout the store... I ended up staying for over an hour! By the end, I had completed all of my Christmas shopping in this store alone! When I checked out, Stacy put each of the 15+ crystals I bought in adorable little gift bags and even helped me to remove all of the price tags! I will DEFINITELY be back, and bringing my friends and family to experience the joys of the Hidden Jewel of the South End! Highly recommend to all crystal and jewelry lovers!

Ivy Bowser: Absolutely AMAZING customer service, you can really get the sense they care about each and every one of their customers. There was great selection and diversity of products, ranging from intricate metal work to beaded crystal necklaces to dozens of options for any crystal wands or towers you may be interested in. Stacy had even been able to help me correctly identify a pendulum that I still had at home! Needless to say, Hidden Jewel of The South end has become our go to shop in all of Boston and we will definitely be back soon!

Olivia George: Attended a private bracelet making birthday party here with 5 other girls. It was so much fun! Owners were great and very patient with us. We had a private area upstairs where we got to make our bracelets. We were able to bring out our own drinks and snacks. Bracelets were very affordable- as low as $15 for your own creations. Highly recommend!!
Sally Leung: I love this place! I discovered them because one of my best friends made me a bracelet for Christmas so I decided to check them out. The owners (Stacy and Jack) are super nice and knowledgeable. They have a great collection, high quality. I agree with one of the other reviews. There is never a "no can do" moment here. Plus, you can make your own bracelets or necklaces on-site or Stacy/Jack can also make you something custom too. Definitely check them out! It's always a warm and welcoming experience.

JOANN Fabrics and Crafts: what do users think?
Lucy Markelz: Huge selection of fabrics and I'm always able to find what i need.
Marcio Werneck: Ótimo
Samuel Donovan: This is my favorite Jo Ann’s to go to. They are always super sweet, and they know me by name now!
Maribeth Lazich: Nice end-of-season sale prices on holiday merchandise. The employees are happy to help you use your coupons.
James Lake: The young cashier who's name begins with an H is by far the nicest person on the planet, extremely helpful and patient. She directed me to the aisle for the item I needed. Amazing staff and customer service here.
Dave F: Friendly staff. Found nice boxes on sale for Christmas.
Sheila Galvin: Over priced everything
Ann Pendleton: I always enjoy going to JOANN'S. There are wreaths, or you can DIY. There is jewelry (my favorite) obviously lots of fabrics and so many crafts. Go in and enjoy!!
Alexis Ferguson: The customer service here is great! Just a head's up though you guys should probably adjust Your hours on Google. Google States you are open at 9 AM but when you get to the store it's posted that you guys don't open until 10 AM which is a little inconvenient.
Debbie Sullivan: All employees were very helpful & pleasant
timothy leary: Plenty of Products here
Sasha Ray: Nice selection, but don’t dare show up 3 minutes after they lock the doors at risk of being screamed at.The store is good. Employees need to work on their people skills. Yelling to communicate isn’t necessary or kind. I go to this place sparingly because of the employees’ lack of decorum.
Bob Chandler: Great store
Alex Martin: The store is nice but understaffed. The employees there are too few to handle even small rushes so you may be waiting a bit in line. Huge footprint so you're likely to find what u need if joanns carries it.
Hass Oyibo: Store is understaffed and what little staff they're do have is rude and incompetent.
Ethan Shao: Amazing store
Leah Klein: Anything and everything you need for all types of crafting. They have a great selection of fabrics for sewing clothes to upholstery. Small selection of yarns but everything from jewelry making to Cricut projects, floral arranging and even baking and candy making.
Dexter WhyIsALastNameRequired: The staff is super friendly and I got huge savings on autumn fabric!
Bandita Joarder: Would not assist with cutting fabric in half that I purchased previously. Manager was blunt and unhelpful.
Olivia Kasamba: Nice customer service 👌 👍
Max C.: Excellent store
