I had been to a few other places around the city for my Botox and each time I left with a completely frozen face, which left me feeling uncomfortable and looking like a different person. lisa zidel: I am extremely disappointed with the results of my procedure and my overall experience with DeRosa Clinic.I had a consult with Dr. DeRosa and she made a recommendation for a procedure to address my concerns. I initially liked the fact that the results shown on the website and in the office looked natural. Four months and $12,000 later there are no visible results. There is absolutely no improvement in the appearance in the area of concern.In addition, my credit card was "hacked" during payment and it's the only time the card has ever been used. It seemed suspicious due to the purchases made which were from Farfetch and Ulta Beauty. When I asked the reception people to look into it, they never responded.Lastly, I have photos of stitches that I removed myself because the nurse missed most of them, and they were irritating.I would have overlooked the latter two items, had there been an acceptable result, but I am sorely disappointed after much pain and cost. I would urge anyone considering a procedure at DeRosa Center to look elsewhere.

She showed me pictures of potential outcomes, and I was thrilled! I booked surgery that same day.The day of surgery I met Dr. DeRosa's husband, who also happens to be her anesthesiologist! He has a lovely calming presence that is especially essential right before surgery. It was a special twist to know that the practice was in essence “family run.”Post-op, the NP Nicole took off my cast and showed me my results, and I was stunned! My nose was perfectly straight again, without divots from being broken, and on top of that, was much smaller and looked SO appropriate for my face. I was THRILLED. I opted to also do some post-op Botox with Nicole right on the spot, which I must say was an added plus - she is a great listener and a very skilled technician. Botox isn’t something to play with, and she did a fantastic job. (Thanks Nicole! Kelly Short: I am one week out from my Facetite procedure and am so pleased! Dr. Lee and his team (Shauna and Sam) were compassionate, calming and professional. Dr. Lee came highly recommended to me by a friend who is a nurse (and also a patient of his), so I did not consult with other surgeons for this procedure and I am so glad I didn't.There is a lot of misinformation out there about this procedure, what it entails, what the recovery and results are like, etc. If you are considering it, schedule a consultation with Dr. Lee. He will answer all of your questions! While some surgeons only do Facetite & lipo or Facetite & Morpheus 8, Dr. Lee's approach (at least with me) was to do all 3 (Facetite, lipo, Morpheus 8) to give me the best possible results. I still have quite a bit of healing to do, but I am already pleased with my outcome and would do it again without hesitation.The only piece of advice I heard was to not watch any videos of this procedure (I waited until mine was completed), and I agree with that. While it looks pretty gnarly, I was never in any pain, it's more of just a weird sensation of some pulling and pressure.I will definitely be going back to Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff for future services, both surgical and non-surgical...I know I am in the MOST capable hands with them. I got a breast implant removal surgery done, and while going over the options, the risks, the pros and cons of each detail of the surgery, they were incredibly thorough and conservative in their approach. I guess he only caters to a particular demographic, however I went for chin lipo and it was clear that he did not want to do the procedure on me, he was very condescending and short and his response to my questions. The receptionist was very snotty as well. I would never advise or recommend him to African Americans. Everything in my soul told me to leave and cancel the appointment the receptionist was very quick to cancel my appointment and refund my deposit which told me they didn't want to do it to begin with I'm at peace with my decision to walk away! Nicki G.: I recently received cheek filler and a series of Emsculpt treatments on my abdomen after having my second baby a year prior. I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Lee's office. Him and his staff are so kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. His nurse Shauna, did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable the entire time as this was my first time receiving filler. After the first Emsculpt I was very happy with how strong my abdomen and I noticed my posture was immediately improved; I was standing much taller/straighter than I was before. Another thing I was happy with was the tightening effect. The overall shape and size of my belly is smaller; my abdomen no longer looks as wide, protrudes forward, or hangs as much as it did before. The Emsculpt increases in strength, and everyone's discomfort level is different, but for me having had children I found very little discomfort. The machine alternates between sort of a slapping and pulling motion. If anything I have had cramps far worse than this!

A Teresa Medrano V: I had today the most unprofessional and disturbing experience in this practice.In a very rude way I was told that I was not going to be seen because I was 10 minutes late, when I had called from the packing lot 2 minutes after my appointment time to tell them I got lost but I was already there.Then they proceeded to tell me it was because I did not comply with their office policy to respond vaccine status question.If it is mandatory to answer this question they need to make the client aware of it before arrival.In order to make that appointment I had to move my whole day around, pick up my kids very early in school, leave them with a nanny, change my gym appoint, etc.Plus I had to pay parking for a visit that was canceled by them.I called and ask for a parking refund, because this was their choice to revoque me, and I don't have to take one penny out of my pocket for their decision.I'm hoping I do get my money back, is the least they can do after what they put me through.If I have to escalate this situation I will because is not only about the money, but how unfair and poorly this was managed.

This is a treatment you need to do at least twice to get the results your looking for but it made my skin dewey and glowy. And my cystic acne is FINALLY gone!Fast forward to my wedding day, I had never felt so confident in my skin EVER. I owe it all to Dr.DiGiorgio and Dr. O'Hearn for making me feel beautiful inside and out! Don't hesitate, if you have questions take the leap! You'll be happy you did!

Paula Marshall: Ask for Dana at 69 Newbury St as she is the go to person for a Glycolic Facials. Glycolic facials are amazing. This specific facial involves pulsating heat that plums the skin , removes redness and smothes the skin. Myy skin shines and looks completely refreshed and rejuvenated after. In addition, Dana applies a facial mask at the end which lubricates the skin and helps the collagen. I highly recommend this procedure especially after cold winter months. I also love these facials because I swim almost daily and the chlorine does a number on my skin. This is a 5 star treatment!!

They explained the whole process very well, they both very sweet and professionals.Update 6 months after surgery.My procedures were TT and back liposuction. Unfortunately, my back is not fully free of fat, i still have a lower belly and my bellybutton is almost gone. After my last follow up appointment, i expressed my concerns and i was told that he had to leave fat in my back so I don't look too skinny, my still lower belly that's how my muscles are and my almost gone bellybutton was because of the way my body healed. I actually went to another surgeon and that one told me after looking at the bellybutton suture picture that it was a poor technique, my recovery time was so fast after TT because the muscles in my lower belly were not pulled enough (i was literally able to walk straight after 2 days) and the fat in my back was not fully removed.Dr. D i believe my be an excellent BBL surgeon but not for TT based on my experience, and BBL is what he does every day. I don't know why I decided to have surgery with him when I probably saw only one TT procedure on his IG page. Now, i need surgery again.

Shae Sedona: I had Lipo 360, fat transfer to my breasts, and a skinny BBL w/ Dr. Del Vecchio last week. My initial consult w/ Dr. Del Vecchio was very good - he was straight forward and honest about what I can and cannot expect. I had to gain weight for the procedure, and he gave me some advice on how to do this quickly and easily. The whole team was very communicative prior to my procedure (mainly by text, which I appreciated given my busy schedule - I can almost never pick up the phone). The nurse anesthetist even called me the night before my procedure to go over everything and answer any questions I had. I was very nervous the morning of my procedure but the nurse anesthetist put me at ease by talking about anesthesia techniques and drugs (I am in the medical field as well, so I enjoy talking about this kind of thing). The other surgical assistant/nurse was great as well, very kind and accommodating (I asked him to take my to the bathroom to pee about 50 times). Dr. Del Vecchio examined me again, and discussed my goals and the surgical plan again to make sure we were on the same page, and then drew on me with marker which also made me feel very good (maybe physically seeing the plan drawn on my body put me at ease). Then I was given an IV catheter and some amazing drugs and don't remember anything other than waking up and feeling a little tender but overall good. My husband drove me home (I don't remember much of this either), and the first day I mostly rested. I had 2 JP (bulb/suction) drains in, which I had to empty a lot the first 36 hrs, but then the draining slowed. Both the nurse anesthetist and Dr. Del Vecchio texted me to check in the day after my procedure, and answered a few questions I had. My recovery was mostly uneventful, but I did have a concern on day 5 post-op, on EASTER SUNDAY. I texted Dr. Del Vecchio and within 3 MINUTES he responded, and helped me with my concern (and seemed happy to do so, even on a Sunday, and a Holiday!). I just had my drains removed today (day 7) and am feeling very good. I am IN LOVE with my results so far! I still have some swelling and bruising, but can already see my beautiful new body shape. I have been self-conscious about my uneven hips and buttocks my whole life (results of a vascular condition in my right leg, making that leg 2 inches shorter). My shape is perfectly symmetrical - even though symmetry can never be guaranteed with plastic surgery, Dr. Del Vecchio nailed it. My breasts are full and my waist is smaller as well. 片岡佑介: I worked on systematic review through the rotation. I have never experienced this kind of project, which is quite helpul as to how to filter out lots of information and construct strong theme. Dr. Lin helped me through the rotation by giving me steady feedback on each process. His advice has been accurate, which helped me out correcting the projectory in a right way.

Aziza Muminova: I had the opportunity to take Dr. Samuel Lin's plastic surgery course and it was absolutely amazing! He provided an incredibly detailed program that covered all the important aspects of the plastic surgery. The professor is so knowledgeable about the subject matter, and always had helpful insights during class discussions. Michelle DaSilva: It has been 13 years since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This was when I met Dr. Lin and I have been with him ever since. It has been a journey but Dr. Lin and his staff have been with me every step of the way. From my first visit with Dr. Lin when he took the time to explain all of my options to this visit today, I have always felt cared for and in the best hands. I had to have my left breast removed and I opted for a silicone implant. The initial expander was defective and I had to redo the surgery to put a new one in which added another 6-8 weeks to my reconstruction. Through the entire reconstructive process, Dr. Lin and his team were excellent. I was, and still am, very pleased with the results of their work. I was only 43 at the time of my diagnosis. I am 56 now and just had a reduction on my right breast so that it would match my left breast. I am very pleased with the outcome and feel like a new woman! I now have many more options on what I can wear since my breasts are symmetrical and even. I can't thank Dr. Lin and his staff enough! Although it was difficult to go through everything I have, Dr. Lin and his team allowed me to feel like a beautiful woman. They are not only experts in their field but they treat you as a person, with compassion, dignity and respect.

The original surgeon took too much cartilage out in the process, causing more breathing issues and the tip of my nose to look unnatural / deformed. After living with the issues for 10 years, I finally decided to see Dr. Lin and I am so glad I did. Hew was able to use cartilage from my ear to fix the interior of my nose and its appearance. I couldn't be happier, and finally feel like myself again! He was able to clearly explain the process to me, and followed up periodically after the surgery to make sure everything healed correctly.

Dana Claycomb: I’m two weeks post op from my first experience receiving cosmetic surgery from the very talented Dr Spiegel. I had jaw contouring, lower lid blepharoplasty, lip lift, and a chin revision, and am overjoyed with my results so far! Recovery was exactly as Dr Spiegel described and had gone quite smoothly. The staff at The Spiegel center are all wonderful, especially my patient care coordinator Uzma, who was not just helpful but caring and a delight to work with! The only hitch in my surgery was that I was delayed in arriving at the surgery center (in the same building as Dr Spiegel’s clinic - super convenient!) by an entire hour (totally my fault!). Instead of rescheduling me they expedited my pre-op care and everything continued without a problem. This took me from virtual panic attack to massive relief. I cannot imagine other places & practitioners being so accommodating. These are just lovely people who do a great job and care about their patients. I will be returning for another procedure with Dr Spiegel soon with a feeling of total confidence.Update: since posting this I have had several more surgeries with Dr Spiegel - deep plane face lift, vocal feminization surgery - and each one has reinforced my opinion that Dr Spiegel and his team are the best in the business. As before, my healing was uncomplicated, the good doctor delivered exactly what he said he would, and i couldn't be happier with the results! Melanie Kim: Dr. Ezzat did a great job of revising a scar I had for a very long time. The scar was slightly indented and it really bothered me for a long time. I decided to do something about it and was nervous about the results, but when I saw the revised scar it looked like it was barely there. It is still in the early stages and healing, but I can already tell this scar will barely be noticeable once it's fully healed. I am so happy I decided to revise my old scar. Carla and Izzy are the best and the whole staff is great. I would trust Dr. Ezzat to revise any scars you want revised or vastly improved.

Jessica: I’m about 3 weeks post op for a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Ezzat. I had wanted a rhinoplasty for most of my life and finally decided it was time to go through with it while correcting my deviated septum. I chose Dr. Ezzat because I liked what I saw with his work and knew that he had a great reputation. He was very straightforward during the consultation and kept my expectations realistic but also hopeful. He told me he focuses on preserving a natural outcome and bringing balance to the face and he did not disappoint! It can take up to a year or more for all the swelling to go down and see the final results and it's just a few weeks post surgery for me but I'm already so happy with the results!! I feel so much more confident in my skin and feel like I look how I’m truly meant to look. Everyone I’ve seen since has told me how shocked they were by how natural it looks and that I still look like me. This has been a life changing experience and I would do it all over again. Carla and the rest of the office staff were also so wonderful to work with. It was very easy to get in touch with them and get any questions answered while leading up to the surgery. If you’re seriously considering getting this procedure done I promise it’s worth it, my only regret is not going through with it sooner!

Taylor McIntyre: I went to Dr. Ezzat for a revision rhinoplasty after I wasn’t fully satisfied with the results of my initial surgery. Just about everything that could be wrong with a nose, I felt like I had — deviated septum, asymmetry, dorsal bump, under-rotation — so to say that this procedure was complicated would be an understatement. My initial rhinoplasty was an improvement but I felt like all the problems were still there, just in a less extreme form. I went to Dr. E with high hopes, and he managed to exceed them. I am six weeks out from surgery and I couldn’t be happier about my nose. I can breathe better everyday and it looks completely natural and exactly as I hoped it would. And that is with a good deal of swelling still, so I expect it to continue to improve.I really never think about my nose anymore, except to feel happy about how good it looks when I see it in a photo or the mirror, and that was my goal. Dr. Ezzat is a true artist and master of his craft.

Brandon Reid: Had a scar revision consultation for $175 and felt very rushed out by the doctor. Consultation was maybe 60 seconds. I was told an excision was the only option and a laser wouldn't work. I is not a bad scar, so I got a second opinion and was told that an excision would have been far too aggressive and a laser could get great results. I ended up getting the scar lasered and have great results. So glad I went somewhere else. I will say, the staff was kind. Just the doctor who disappointed.
