Myles Awai: I got my drink and waited for my food to be ready. After about 15 minutes, I went to the counter to see what was up and they said they didn’t have anything for me. Like ?? I got my drink and I had a charge on my card. The worker had an attitude and didn’t seem happy that I was interrupting her talking time with a coworker. I get that I arrived an hour before closing, but come on.Food was decent. I liked the pulled miso pork and the deviled tea eggs. I wanted kimchi, but none was given in my box. Overall, not a very great first impression.

Stefanny Martinez: I had to come on here and leave five stars. Their food is AMAZING and i love the thick noodles they use. I Got the Chicken Udon Noodle Soup and replaced chicken with pork and it was so savory; the pork pulled apart so delicately. 10/10 recommend it was so good that for the first time ever i actually ate the egg 😭 i never do at other restaurants and that was good too.
WakeUpWaffles: The JP is my go to for every time I need a pick me up or if am just feeling the need for something quick and delicious I come over and get it. Just keep doing what you're doing, serving up the goodness.👍

Mimi Productions: Definitely isn’t authentic, I’m Viet and ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee with coffee jelly and tapioca pearls. The tapioca pearls were undercooked and later gave me a stomach ache. I ordered the Namesake, The Korean Style, Kimchi & deviled egg as well as the Thai basil lemonade. Everything was amazing and the staff was super friendly. This is a pretty cool place to go to to get some amazing Bahn Mi! I would highly recommend Bon Me if you’re looking for some good Vietnamese food!
Richard I: Crushed thier "Namesake" for lunch with a little Kimchi. While the Banh Mi at Bon mi is not exactly Banh MI Phoung in Hoi An I so enjoyed during my last vist to Vietnam, this sandwich is well worth the +9.00 USD. The bread is what it should be, a crusty French bread that has a wonderfully silky interior. The fillings, from the salad, the dressing and the pork were excellent. It can be a bit messy to eat, but there are sufficient napkins to stay ahead of the drips.Quick service, a great spot for lunch!

Anastasia Yefremova: Very tasty; the rice bowls are filling and delicious, and the banh mi sandwiches are flavorful. Ironically, although I'm a meat-eater the chicken and pork are not my favorite. The tofu banh mi is where it's at. Only thing is if you order takeout, you either have to specifically get someone's attention to get your order, or take it from just behind the employee-only bar because the staff will just ignore you no matter how long you just stand there. I understand it's probably because they're super busy, but it's happened several times now.

Malikiya Hinds: Just had this for the first time and it was so horrible. The milk tea tastes like water, the bahn me is dry with other pork and the soup has 0 flavor. I wanted so much to like this because I can see the vision and it’s a cute store but maybe I went on a bad day but I cannot recommend this as the food I got was so bad :( I paid almost $40 so disappointed.The people at the counter are nice tho so it’s a plus.

Dorjee Gyadatsang: Maggots! My wife and I were vendors at a outdoor market and this truck was always there when we were. This was a few years back but it still sticks out in my mind how gross it was and I feel the need to let others know.I got the sandwich and my wife ordered the pork rice bowl with white rice. As we were eating I saw from the corner of my eye what looked her rice moving. I thought I was sleep deprived and turned to look, there was a maggot moving around in her rice. She grew up poor village in india so it wasn’t a huge deal for her and she told me not to make a fuss but it’s still something that lingers in my mind to this day.We cook rice at our house all the time and sometimes we leave out the rice for a few days when there’s no room in the fridge and it obviously goes bad especially in the summer and stinks something awful, but even then never have I ever saw maggots growing. That is telling just how old the rice my wife ate that day was. Disgusting really, I wish I had not listened to her and taken a picture and done something about it that day. Eat at your own risk.
Chris _: I found this truck on my way to south station, and the sandwich I got was so fresh well made, packaged, and one of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile. The Limeade drink I also suggest, with it being also very refreshing and a new taste for me! Definitely want to come try it again, wish the best for the team. Also the two workers were really kind and happy which made it even better.

Dim Tonkov: No cilantro, which was written upfront. But no Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce after waiting and hoping for the right lunch with no notice is not right. Ruining the experience for quite a few customers today is not right. The team could have sent someone across the street, but they just did not care. Not a customer any more. Not a cry baby here, just not happy with the attitude and the do-nothing about it approach.

T. H.: Probably the worst brown sugar boba I can remember having. The boba was not close to being cooked through. Tea tasted sour. Either the milk used has gone bad or it’s a flavor of milk tea I’ve never had and definitely do not enjoy.

StawBury: They made me cry, I'm warning you all, don't come here! The staff were lazy and rude. When I tried to get service they tried to ignore me. And when I finally get their attention they make me feel stupid and selfish for wanting to order food. When I said I wanted to order 5 sandwiches and 10 bowls for a party back home, and they just laughed in my face and told me they won't take my order because its too much work. They clearly hate their customers. There was no line/traffic. I was the only customer present. They said they would serve me just only one item. After waiting 30mins while the staff snickered and talk rudely about me with each other on front of me I finally was able to get my food. I was crying silently and they they laughed and tried to discreetly take photos of me crying when they thought I wasn't looking. I went home immediately clearly upset. No one stood up for me. The sandwich had little flavor and dry. If you don't want to be bullied and socially isolated please DO NOT spend your money here.

The pork is not great and the vegetables were not cut as small as they should have. After this entire engagement they did not look at my order closely enough to make it without pork the first time and had to make it again, throwing the pork version in the trash.

Clifford Metcalf: I really want to like this place. I love korean and vietnamese food. Everything I've tried is decent. It's not terrible. But the flavors are a bit too subtle for me. Especially compared to other places with similar cuisine. The pho broth is kinda boring. The kimchi just kinda tastes plain. And the fried rice is good but not as good as any standard Chinese takeout joint.

juan esteban cano sanchez: I was expeting more of this restaurant.I love vietnamese and chinese food, so I went there to try alis pho... it was a failure.I had to pay $13+ tax= $14 for this noodle soup. On top of that, they charge you for a paper bag when it's a take out.-rice noodles in a chicken broth, cabbage, red onion, cilantro, roasted chicken, and scallions.Small portions of food, overpriced and lack of flavor.
Ken Morton Jr: It’s ok. Food was good, not great. Atmosphere is bright and quaint. Tough to eat inside in the winter as cold air comes in whenever the door is opened.
Rayhua Wu: The food is really good, but the atmosphere of the place is somehow somewhat depressing. When I buy food here I usually take it to eat somewhere else where I could pair the good food with an atmosphere it deserves.

Brent Fitzwalter: Good food, but some of the menu items have poor food portions for the price. For example, 10 bucks only gets you a few pieces of chicken and some rice for the rice bowl dishes—don’t get these if you’re hungry. I’ve found the Namesake to be the only good deal with a good balance of protein and bread for the price.

Paul J. Manning: Had some Bon Me take away today, the Chicken Udon Noodle Soup and it was fantastic! The spices were perfect and what a hearty, soul warming dish for a cold and damp autumn day. I have had take away several times for lunch at the Kendall Square location and am always pleased. I highly recommend. Tried the deviled eggs today and they were fantastic!

Ben Dennis: Not sure what to make of this place that names itself after a Vietnamese dish, yet has an identity crisis with what food and cuisine it actually wants to serve. My miso kimchi ramen broth was bland and lost in its flavors and composition. The surprise winner of the dish was the pulled pork which was shockingly delicious. This restaurant needs to look itself in the mirror and figure out a direction, not try to pretend to be all Asian and nothing at once.

Victor C: Ordered lunch online at 9A for a Noon pickup. Arrived at noon to watch a mob of 15 people all standing around waiting for their order. Waited 20 minutes for my food to be called, by which point there was 30 people all standing around staring at phones.Food was okay, wet, oiley, expensive, but the experience will make me never go back.
Tan Ho: The food was average. My girlfriend and I got two dishes that have chicken in them, but it turns out the chicken is dry. The flavors of the dishes were very slim. It could of been more tasteful. Overall, would I go again? No I would not.
Victor H: As a gluten-free eater, I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was labeled. The lemongrass fried chicken on a noodle salad, with the miso lime dressing, was absolutely delicious, and really hit the spot. Would highly recommend! Plenty of seating inside and out.
