Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Alexander Morgart: I had the opportunity to train as NYSC Boylston for the first time this weekend. Upon arrival I recieved a warm greeting from Claudia, the front desk staff member! She showed me around the facility and explained all the amenities the club offered. I had a great time, thank you Claudia!
Don Giambastiani: Often missing soap at showers. Inconsistent with towel serviceMonth later: no soap in any shower for 4 days. NYSC is not doing a good job.
NAOKI KOJIMA: Great gym!
Luis Cardenas: Tiene una piscina , que le da ventaja sobre otros clubes, el personal que atiende y el encargado está muy pendiente de todo, muy bien.La sauna es pequeña pero funciona bien , está bien para mi gusto y para mí paso por Boston.
Frederick Rockett: The club is very conveniently located in a large, clean, well-lit space that isn't crowded. There's a 3 lane pool where one can reserve a lane. There's plenty of equipment , and the staff is friendly and helpful. The gym members are polite and respectful. My only criticism is that the wifi doesn't connect automatically. I need to enter the password every time I go.
emma johnson: gym is locked and will not answer their phone is is 6:15 on 09/07/22 there is no reason for this
Marc Grella: Standing outside at 6:22 am when they should have been open at 6. Lousy work ethic here- they routinely open late and they just shrug.
riley whitehead: Great staff very friendly helpful Jose help me so much always in good mood aways willing to give advice ,place is very clean the only things machine are sometimes broken missing parts old ,sometimes opens late, l've talk to some of gym friends one machine the shrug press machine, we love still in back hallway we've been waiting for staff to return to main floor hopefully soon thanks very much enjoy working out here telling all my friends great place keep up great work thanks
Shannon Buell: Good Experience here. Convenient if you work in the backbay. clean. nice locker rooms. friendly staff.
david acker: Never crowdedStaff - helpful
Dayerkk Tuatha de Danaan: This review is in honor of Jessica, Boylston, and in the voice of ESP my initials , who after speaking with me, and onceJamie , whose wisdom educated me proper taught me how incorrect the other team members were in accordance with policy guidelines. Now as a point of honor Jessica and I came to an agreement, a payment arrangement had been made, after around 7 team members at Prudential misled me on the date in. March that I’d be billed.Too many unexpected bills ruin a business just ask Machine now bankrupt one year after they improperly handled this Bostonian.Jamie’s wisdom, however, educated me with thoroughgoing accuracy upon the date I’d be billed for the yearly in March and I was very specific about dates with another manager, obviously not a woman who misled me on the weight of gold I’d be out of that basic 70 bucks or I’d be over there at Prudential as I love it there too but I hate being misled. For what it’s worth today Eddie a team member said and I quote “ Oh that’s ok you can work out today, shower and whatever “ as if I were poor as if I hadn’t worked out an arrangement as if he had any power in his team member positioning and from what I understood he sucked at Baskeball which I exceed in.I’m praying no hoping Eddie becomes educated because should he not understand that a They ThemPronoun specifically educating all on and not caring with 11 dead grandmothers buried right here in Massachusetts makes me a 13th generation abolitionist and I don’t take lightly to being told I’m poor because my Soul is rich and I have Jesus and Mary to thank for that and many others especially Jessica and Jamie.Thank you Boylston Thank you AgainAmen
Stefaniya Brown: Cancelled at the end of the month. The employee did not put my cancellation through and I was charged for the next month. Cannot get a hold of the manager to discuss getting a refund despite specifically asking to be contacted by them repeatedly. One particular staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional over the phone. Would not recommend their gyms under any circumstance. A waste of money.
Stacy Malibu: I just asked to use their restroom, because I left my puppy outside and was worried about her, bit the receptionist girl didn't let me, even when I gave her all my information and told that I was a member for 3 years.
Yanet Rojas: I checking on the front desk at 3:30pm 02-22-22 505 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116 the new girl that works doesn't know how to talk to a member my husband and I was very upset we said I'm waiting for my new card to arrive it takes 7 days and i would exchange it for a new one and she just told me that I would have to pay as it only expired 1 day I'm tried to explain that I am waiting for the new card i will receive this week i am a member for 10 years this has never happened to me and she said I can't get in and she ask me to leave
Sarah Williams: Can you please open to at least 9pm.. is so hard to get exercise in when you close so early
Moises Pinto: toop
Jacob Pierce: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityNew management and upgrades to the club! Towel service is back!
Derrick Trotman: Positive:Professionalism,QualityEvery time I’ve gone all of the staff are friendly knowledgeable about their facility. I’ve never seen a more clean a gym from top to bottom. No sweat stains on machines, or overcrowded workout areas. I’m able to get in do the workouts that I need and get out without a hassle. If you need a good gym I highly recommend it.
Stuart Wallace: machines always broken, poor hours, freeze fees came back out of nowhere, they freeze your account for some time without warning resume it and charge you. just obnoxious
will c: Critical:Professionalism,QualityJust another lowly chain gym with no sense of community or inclusion. The manager has the absolute most disgusting attitude i’ve ever encountered. Go ANYWHERE else.
Taryn Hallweaver: 🚨🚨🚨 BSC does not require vaccinations of their staff. I know personally because of many conversations that one of their trainers refuses to get vaxxed (he will openly admit this) and is currently teaching a cardio class every Monday. BSC is not disclosing this fact to people signing up for and attending the class.I have spoken several times to the manager and assistant manager about this issue for months now, and it’s evidently out of their hands (corporate policy).I go to the gym to stay healthy. I don’t want to be working out with people- staff, no less- who refuse to do the absolute bare minimum in the face of an ongoing pandemic and mass death to protect those around them. Shame on BSC for failing to be a safe and healthy place.UPDATE: I have been kicked out of the club for raising this issue. (To the person who responded to this comment: you can’t find my account because I’ve been booted from BSC.)

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Adrienne G: Great gym! They have everything you need!
Nathan Marchessault: Critical:QualityOld equipment and hours are horrible. In Sunday’s that close at 4. It’s the city.
Danielle Eilert: Positive:Quality
Ryan: They just closed access to the parking lot which is a massive downgrade and why I’m writing this review after being a member for a few years. Now, instead of paying $65 / month for a membership you’re ostensibly paying $165 if you have to use the rip-off of a lot on Albany Street. The gym itself is solid enough though there’s not even close to enough plates on the machines/ stands. You basically have to scour the weight room and poach them from other station and hope the person using it doesn’t need them or say anything .Probably not worth the price tag anymore if you have to drive..
John Christian: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Peter Kratz: Wonderful staff , it’s very clean and the mgmt is outstanding I highly recommend the south end gym.
Jess endless love: Critical:Communication,Professionalism
Deena Schnitman: I have been a member of BSC South End since August 2020. I use the pool and especially appreciate that during these very difficult times they have figured out how to be open. I look forward to expanded hours as they move forward.
jesse Bilodeau: Critical:ProfessionalismThis gym has been fraudulently charging my cc since May of 2020. Disputing charges still.
bella ryan: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityVery clean, helpful staff. Highly recommend
Yunil Seo: I asked to freeze my membership during covid as I was out of town UNTIL I return. I didn’t receive any response when I emailed but saw I wasn’t charged the next month. It would be great if I received some sort of confirmation that my request was completed. Rather I had to check my balance praying that it wasn’t charged. Good thing was it didn’t. Bad thing is it started getting charged the month after although I explicitly said freeze my membership until I return. If that needed further clarification, I should have received some response but zero response. I called the gym at south end after getting charged 3 times where the front desk person simply said the hq handles contact us and they can’t do anything or give the refund. He eventually reluctantly said he will talk to the manager and give me a call back. I didn’t receive any call back. Poor communication between hq and branch and between customer and location representative
Gordon Parry: BSC seems not to be able to get there act together. I was trying to find our why my account wasn't credited for when the club was closed. I left phone calls and once when I was at the gym they took down yet another message. I always told each time that the manager wasn't in. Today when changing my credit card info I finally got to talk to the manger. When I mentioned that I had called she got defensive and said she was there all the time, She definitely lacked customer service skill, but was excellent at deflecting and putting you on the defensive. Some of the other questions I asked:1. When would the hours be expanded now post pandemic.2. Why there was no towel service and when would it be resuming3. When would classes be starting with more available to what they have been offering. She had no Idea and took offense that I suggest they reduce there fees as members are not getting what they paid for. I then asked for the corporate number or regional manager number and was told there none available. Obviously from the reading I've done on the internet I'm not alone in my disappointment.I would suggest that maybe she take a business etiquette course. They are available at Beaumont Academy on line.
Xander Wolf: Cute spot
Josue Velney: Critical:ProfessionalismMy BSC in Medford is permanently closed and this BSC would not let me cross over at the same rate. My old membership came from a special first responder promotion.
Griffith Gall: Positive:ProfessionalismI’ve been a member of this gym off and on for several years. The gym is well laid out, nice equipment, and the staff has been nice to work with. While I don’t go on a regular basis, I’m still greeted by name before I check-in. I would recommend this gym.
Adler E: Everyone else is back to normal business gym hours but BSC is using the Governor loopholes to cut cost and stay open at 60% of capacity. 😤😤😤
Matthew Locke: This location is terrible, the entire Boston Sports Clubs chain is the worst gym I have ever dealt with. The customer service doesn’t care about you or your fitness goals. The equipment is sub par and nothing special... it’s actually out dated compared to other gyms like LA fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Anytime Fitness, etc. They will sign you up for a membership then hit you with so many hidden fees it’s just sleezy. The general manager at this specific location should be fired.
David Melendez: Having a good time
Chris H: Dumpy with a lot of broken equipment. Staff doesn't seem to care.
Thai Son Nguyen: Transfered from Fenway and I like this one better, possibly one of the nicest and cleanest one I've visited and also have a pool. Even a small gesture as putting contact info to the machine ensure the maintenance is well kept. the only complain is the layout of the gym is a bit confusing and did not leave enough space for social distancing .

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Dominique Francon: Still dirty. Treadmill TVs don't work, neither do the Bluetooth functions. Reduced hours. Blech.Update: Russian roulette with treadmills. Hard to find one with a working TV that doesn't need some sort of repair but let me help you. Number 10, 11 and 12 have some sort of issue. I also know that 2 of the 5 nearest the personal training area are fully functional. I will continue to take inventory and report back. Who knows what I will find!!
Manuel Ardon: BSC gym have anything I need good stuff working clean gym
Bruce Neri: The best BSC of Boston.
Eduardo Saverin: I have been trying to contact them from a long time and since I’m not in the country It’s been unable to do it, even through instagram I needed to freeze my account and They don’t respond me at all.If you can provide an email from the downtown crossing location, because I can’t open the app or the webpage.
Benjamin “Ben Z” Zavadoski: Great club along with a very convenient location.
Jackson Doty: The staff is super polite and helpful, and the equipment and amenities are great. Running a business is already just so difficult, throw the Covid nightmare on top of it and it’s got to just be hell. (and I will not mince words to appease you: every Covid measure was an abject failure that hurt small businesses and the average worker and (surprise!) benefitted the worst people like always, while doing nothing to help the most vulnerable. It was a shameful collective decision.) I did cancel my membership, however, because the hours just aren’t ideal for me. Being closed on Sunday just won’t work. But I’m still giving five stars because thankfully they don’t do contracts anymore so cancelling was super easy and because of that fact alone, I might someday come back. The contract model just infuriates people and ensures once they escape, they’re gone for good.
Peter D: Location is good, company is sleazy… Google what they did during the pandemic to members. If I could give zero stars I would…
Cindy Valdez Duran: I like the space. Went the other morning and they had no towels and weren't going to for another hour and a half later. Was very upset.
Kat Olowu: First time was yesterday. I took two classes...a cardio bootcamp and Bodypump on Thursday after work. The instructors were great! Going again. Nice clean facility. Lots of machines and free weights. Various areas to workout at. Thumbs up👍🏽
Yara Osman: After they took everyone’s money during Covid they decided to raise their membership prices to $89.99 which is almost double what they were before but they don’t even have half the classes the offered when memberships were cheaper so basically you pay more for a lot less?
Brian Hall: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityImpressive equipment, incredible staff. I Highly recommend, especially if you're a student because it's much cheaper.
a arapat: This gym was my favorite, I was the oldest member when they first open, and I have been holding their membership for almost 6 years, my payment was 19.99 a month plus the locker total 29.99 during the pandemic they didn’t frozen my membership and still charging while they close. After they reopen. My payment wasn’t the same anymore they started charge me for 59.99 and they started closing the gym early which it doesn’t fit my schedule and I had a shoulder injury so I decided to froze my membership. After few month I think my shoulder was doing fine, so I decided to work out, so I went back to the gym to work out one day to see how my should pain goes. But it didn’t went well, so I told the guy keep froze my membership. But today I find out they didn’t canceled my membership and still charging me for these month I didn’t go. And those new employees have attitude from the hell.
MS. A. Ranks: Gains and experience expected to upgrade the rise of your physical talent posting your wild ambitions to become expert. A great scene each section to cement your cringes. Best appropriate aquatic for a conservative crowd.
Christopher Quigley: I recently had the chance to spend time at the Boston Sports club located at Downtown crossing. I was very impressed. From the friendly staff Michael W. and Tia C. To the pristine look of the equipment. Also of note were the clean and well kept locker rooms. I would recommend those seeking a good local gym to Look them up and take a tour. Dr. M
G B: Terrible overall. Old , smelly equipment. poor management. The only positive is the location.
David Hasselbeck: Love this gym. Clean, open floor plan and new equipment.
Alex Coutinho: Having a passport membership for 6 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best BSC gyms I have come across. The place is big, clean with alot of new Matrix machines with a little bit of Hoist machines. The free weights are endless that includes a deadlift platform several benches and half a dozen squat racks. I don't know why this location is the only nicest one but I wish they followed suit with the other BSC locations. This place was overall great equipment-wise as well as the staff. One of the drawbacks was the way they handled the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Still charging people, not freezing peoples account and not taking initiative to peoples concerns. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the management to redeem themselves and they did, but then months later, they abruptly closed several locations with no announcement or explanations which included the Medford location I frequently go. That alone was enough for me to not deal with the run around and leave early than when I was going to for personal reasons. It wasn't worth continue to pay for a full membership with limited access. Ironic enough , my membership slowly went up by 20$ compared to when I started 6 years ago. It started to feel Iike I was paying for the Equinox gym at a bargain sale. This last year this franchise took a serious hit because of their neglect and felt like it was the right time to part ways. I was fortunately the lucky few that closed my membership with no issue. Hopefully the new management will take notes on taking action next time before Towns Sport international becomes non-existent.
Hannah Young: After canceling my membership due to the pandemic and moving out of Boston, I was still being charged money that I did not owe to BSC. I literally had to cancel my credit card to make it stop.I am so frustrated that I ever gave my information to this company. I have been called 7 times and emailed many more after being asked to be taken off of their mailing list. The staff basically just says that they have no control over the mailing list once corporate has their hands on it.Please, take it from me, and do not ever sign up for this company unless you would like to be spammed 24/7.
Eric Wilcox: If you're looking to join a gym where, during a global pandemic, they will close their facilities for months without notice, and then re-open without alerting you (but still charge you), then Boston Sports Club is the gym for you.If you enjoy being ignored on the phone when asking to speak to the manager to clarify why you were charged for said months you thought the gym was closed, and then being called a liar for having not received the email/text message BSC allegedly sent (hint: they never sent them), then Boston Sports Club is the gym for you.If, after asking for a refund of these fraudulent charges (you know, because of the hardships of the pandemic and all), you seek being told that they can't afford to refund the money they shouldn't have taken IN THE FIRST PLACE because they themselves need the money, then Boston Sports Club is the gym for you.TL;DR - I should've listened to the COUNTLESS people that warned me about joining this sham of a gym. Please, don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the future headache, and join elsewhere.

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Cara Bender: This gym has such welcoming staff and great facilities and equipment. Training with John has been incredible. He has really helped me gain confidence at the gym and achieve real results. I also love how convenient the app is and that I can go through a workout created for me by just pressing start. As someone who didn’t really know where to begin at the gym and doesn’t have the time to create my own workouts, this gym and John have been instrumental in making exercise enjoyable and attainable for me.
Ling Maginn: I really enjoy bsc. Jess the manager and trainer is fantastic!!! Super knowledgeable, great and a hard worker!!!! Highly recommended!!!
Cristina Gutierrez: Love this gym! I have been training with Jess for about 2 years now and have seen amazing results. I like how they have made lots of renovations and updated their equipment recently. All of the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I also love all of the different classes they offer.
Yaritza Gomez: Gym has upgraded so much!!! New equipment, clean, and super organized!!! Jess, the general manager, is AMAZING. So helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you and her staff. The staff are always so friendly as well! Love this gym!
Katie Egan: I recently joined this gym and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly staff members who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities are top-notch - the equipment is modern and well-maintained, the locker rooms are clean and spacious, and the workout areas are well-lit and well-ventilated.What really sets this gym apart is the community. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and they really care about helping you reach your fitness goals. The other members are also friendly and encouraging, and I've made some great new friends here.I love the variety of classes offered, from spin to pilates to BodyPump. There's something for everyone, no matter what your fitness level or interests are.Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience. The facilities are top-notch, the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the community is welcoming and encouraging. Five stars!
Manuela Lucía Modai: The gym is great! I loved the brand new weightlifting area and the variety of equipment and machines they have. Front staff were helpful and John went above and beyond to help me in my fitness goals. Definitely recommend!!!
Randall Farr: I've enjoyed every moment since I stepped into this BSC. From front desk staff to management especially Jess. It's been a great experience thus far and a leaps and bounds better than the previous regime. Hope it continues moving forward. PS- Loving all the new equipment !!!
Christopher Hernandez: The environment is amazing and great place to workout in. Alex and John have great customer service one showed me on how my body works (which was very informative) and the other one helped me with a great workouts that I have been using ever since in my routine. And I’ve been in the best shape of my life ever since. I check in with both of them to check my progression on my body and they have helped me a long way.
Kaitlyn Callahan: Absolutely love this gym! The whole gym has just been redone and looks great! The management is great and the front desk workers are very friendly!
Gordon Santry: Nice staff nice equipment usually I come in the mornings.
Razz Green: Management went out of their way to help resolve an issue I had. Very friendly and quick to assist.
Al Foreign: Loved the brand new Equipment!
Emma Slicklen: Do NOT join this gym, the manager Jessica Baxter is the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered. She is genuinely a miserable person.
John Russolillo: Excellent team of staff with a welcoming vibe, plenty of equipment variety, knowledgeable and experienced trainers that can help with your goals. Easy 5 star.
Alex Chernik: Feels as though they are trying to improve this location (new equipment, fixed the bathrooms etc) but the hours of operation are still terrible. Planet fitness down the road are open 24/7, but this BSC closes at 4(!!!) on the weekends. They have closed a lot of locations since pandemic so everyone is now crammed into what’s left and the hours really don’t help.
Mateo Coronado: Awful experience. They started charging me again after I cancelled my membership. Called and got hung up on. Had to go in personally(the front desk representative did seem to care, listen and had the intention of fixing the issue but couldn’t do much after all and kept apologizing something she didn’t even do wrong…the company she works for did) and the manager that supposedly was going to call me “later in the week” actually never did.
Bianca Cipolla: Beautiful gym & location! Woodway treadmills for athletes, great trainers, TRX etc.
Petr Horvath: A little cluttered, some basic equipment lacking. Weird squat racks.
Raj Vinjamuri: Update to 1 star: my wife canceled our membership, as we were going out of town for two months, but they reverted and charged us. We called, they said they canceled, and charged again. Then they changed the policy and charged us for an inactive account $5/mo and charged from a partial credit. Thankfully Planet Fitness is now here. I wish I had a better customer service experience.Update to 2 stars: half the treadmills are brokenOriginal 3 star review:Decent gear, decent location, but not open very long. They close at 4 on the weekend!
Philip Chatrier: No classes available for Pilates in Back Bay, and no Yoga classes daily, only couple days weekly.
Arianna Tosi: Not accommodating at all.

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Fabrício Brito-Salmons: BSC is so infamous that they had to close several locations due to illegal charges and praying on clients debit cards. Now they are New York Sports club. I was thinking of joining them now cuz I hated them years ago. It seems nothing has changed tho, so I’ll pass …
Mitch Tyms: Couple days ago I purchased membership at this location. I went there late and unfortunately my phone went off. The asian front desk woman was so rude to me. She didn’t let me go in and sent me home to charge the phone. I gonna cancel my membership, let’s see how their damn cancellation policy works.
Mikhail Timchenko: The group classes happen by its own schedule. One more time I’m sitting in the locker room and there is no a group class. The front desk doesn’t know that the instructor isn’t coming. I hate the management at this club. Generally speaking the equipment at this class is outdated. The space is very small. There are a lot of broken lockers and showers.
Chantha Son: I prefer this location over the Downtown Crossing location but they both do a good job. There’s a little more space here too. I wish they would upgrade amenities or just provide more shower related things to up the experience.
Joey Guerin: Everything is broken or nearly broken, used to be the cheapest gym in the area but isn’t anymore. Only plus is it’s about 25% larger than the next non-equinox gym
Matt Litchfield: Pretty mediocre compared to other BSC locations. The layout is a labyrinth and often crowded, even during off hours. There are never towels it seems. The men's sauna is spacious but not as hot as other locations. The equipment is perfectly fine, though there are newer machine at other locations (such as DTX). Really the only reason I come is because they have later weekend hours than other branches.
yang an: I joined this gym three months ago. During this time, I have been trying to persuade my colleagues and friends to workout with me, two of them came to see and felt too crowded here and didn't want to join, only one friend came with me about three times, and she paid $15 for each visit. Yesterday my girlfriend went with me and wanted to see how I workout, a woman came to warm me that if I kept bringing new people in and showing them my workout routine, she would cancel my membership. I got shocked. Did I do anything wrong??? I just tried to persuade my friends to work out here. I feel sorry for the woman who claimed I bring people and train them here. I have a very decent job which is 1 minutes walk from the gym, and I don't need to make my living by training my friends here. I feel very disappointed! I used to go Gymit, which was half price of here, and able to bring a free guest EVERY Friday and Saturday. If not because of the location close to my workplace, I would never workout here again.
Angie Rak: There is plenty of equipment and space; I appreciate never having to wait. The areas are clean and the staff is very friendly. It is also nice that additional services such as dietician, personal training and inBody scans are offered. I am looking forward to trying some of the classes as well.
Jeff Forsyth: Solid gym all around
Ryan Griffin: The gym is okay. Not a ton of equipment and very hot inside they have a lot of AC problems in the summer.I would not recommend this gym because on cancelling my membership in person I was charge for many months after and was constantly pushed off and never was reached back out to. They were unwilling to provide any refunds or assistance.
Steven Bane: The club was run down and dirty. It seems the company that is running these clubs doesn't invest in their upkeep.
Zach: Under new management but same old games being played by this gym. I was told that if I cancel before the 15th of the month, I would not be charged any yearly maintenance fee. I cancelled on the 14th of the month and the manager tells me that I was supposed to cancel on the 1st of the month and not the 15th. I ask them to make an exception and refund my $70 since I was told to cancel by a certain date and followed those instructions, and was denied my refund of that maintenance fee. This gym will never change its ways, always some sly games going on with them. Pick a different gym to avoid the headache of the management and horrible music being played.
Nick Klotz: Hard to beat the price & location but most of the equipment is old as hell.
Jeffrey Fielding: Charged me during the pandemic and wouldn't let me cancel my account. Ended up with a 250 dollar bill because I had to cancel my card and they kept adding to my balance because "I DiDnT caNCeL uSiNg A ProPeR mEthOd" despite the fact they literally would only let you cancel in person and the gym was closed. There's a reason the Attorney General is suing this chain
ethan wall: From the moment I walked into BCS, Paul was incredibly welcoming and took great care of me. He made the gym experience welcoming and inviting. I highly recommend BCS - thanks Paul!
Munkie Munk: My fav place. Staff, ppl, and environment just perfect! Also Perfect for some tiktok videos. Lol
mao li: It’s all good until they play tiktok songs.
Ruan Will: Good
Henry Hodges: I’ve been a member since 2015 and BSC has always had the top gyms in the area. I’ve been a member in Wakefield, Boston and Woburn. Definitely recommend!
Brendan Hennessey: This has been my favorite BSC for a while, and the only one I have gone to during the COVID-19 pandemic. It's made up of several different areas on three levels. Some may find it cramped, but I find it cuts down on noise and offers a nice variety of atmosphere and equipment.I've never noticed any major issues with cleanliness or maintenance, aside from the odd broken machine or locker door that all gyms have. I particularly like the turf area and the "secret" upstairs room which is always quieter than the rest of the gym.

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
John Bell: It just keeps getting worse; more poorly maintained, fewer and fewer amenities, poorly maintained equipment
Michael Musto: Convenient location. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Jackie, Gus, and Jordan are great.
James Ebbs: Update; they no longer supply towels at all.Looks nice, usually pretty clean. Go when it's quiet if you can, I won't even bother going in during busy times, it is way too small. The class area is a complete waste of space, it could be used for additional and/or a better variety of equipment. Instead you'll be waiting for machines or benches while bumping into people. I bring my own towel, the "large" ones they supply are too small and scratchy. Careful how long you stay there, your car will get towed. Very pricey for such a small place with a lack of amenities. I pay it only out of convenience. Otherwise it's fine...
Evans Liolin: BSC Dorchester is awesome. People of all ages & walks of life train there respectfully and comfortably. There is a positive, energetic vibe and collegial atmosphere of learning & constant improvement. Serious athletes and exercise newbies work alongside each other with ease. The staff is top notch, attentive, friendly and cool. What more could you want?
Christina Curley: Cancelled my membership awhile ago. Found out I was still paying for it long after. I guess it’s common there- which is not surprising considering a poor/rude/unsafe encounter (she turned off a treadmill while someone was doing sprints because he said he’d talk to her right when he was done, and she couldn’t wait) I witnessed with a manager (Ashley). I called back to report what I saw and the phone was given to Ashley who was obviously still angry, she was mean and then hung up. Oh well. This place was great, that’s why I’m giving it two stars. However, it’ll take a lot of changes for me to go back. Pretty scummy place.
karen roach: As soon as Boston Sports Club took over Latitude Sports Club, the first thing they did, of course, was raise the rates. NOW they are calling to try to get me back without calling -- leaving a voicemail. LOUSY Marketing.
Jon Skerry: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
quang nguyen: I dont like the services here .
Ramon Noronha: HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES and the manager (Ashley) was uncaring with my issues (even managed to hang up on me at the end of the call) . I decided to join this gym in the summer since they had multiple locations and I travel for work. The sales rep sold me a membership saying “we actually have a discount on memberships for the travel pass at 50 percent off”. Never did she once mention that it was for two months only and then would shoot back up to the regular 99$ a month. Ive worked in a gym before and am a sales manager currently. I know what questions to ask and would have never done the membership if this had been disclosed to me. She didnt lie to me but she purposely only mentioned its 50% off right now. Very misleading and sneaky. THE REVIEWS YOU READ ABOUT THIS GYM ARE TRUE. DONT BOTHER WITH BSC DORCHESTER
Jen Zheng: This business deserves zero stars, not one star. Boston Sports Club does not deserve a star in any shape or form. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR BOSTON SPORTS CLUB, you will regret it. I did. When i join, I loved the cleanliness, how close it was to my home, how friendly the staff are and the availability of equipment. During the pandemic, Boston Sports Club showed their true colors. They steal your money during the pandemic, by charging you for a membership fee when the gyms arent open. When asked for money back, I got one month back... talk about unethical business. After cutting ties with them, i am now receiving phone calls and emails to rejoin, which is insulting considering how they handled everything after reopening. Youre better off at a gym that practices ethical business.
Cadieja Joseph: Critical:Professionalism,QualityMachine barely works and I was harassed by the General Manager Ashley Austin. She is not professional and it caused me to cancel my membership.
Eleazar Clayton: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI was harassed by the General Manager Ashley Austin. She refused to give me a number to reach a superior. She gave me no reason why my membership was being terminated. And the when I asked another employee she said she was allowed to do that because she was the general manager
Blake Erler: Critical:ProfessionalismThe GM of this location, Ashley Austin, is literally the worst person I have ever had to deal with in my life. Had to end my membership after years of being a member because of her. Terrible customer service and management skills
Good Citizen: Was happy here for 3 years, didn't want to have to post a review but starting 2021 they suddenly increased my rate from $45 to $60 / month then also started charging different other amounts in later months. Never heard from customer service throughout the process.
Kevin Catir: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,QualityWhat a terrible experience I have had with this gym. Rude service, not cleaned regularly, broken machines all the time, terrible service and bad fees. 1 out 5, not a mistake! Do NOT go here even if it is close by or convenient, you will end up regretting it every time! Awful experience trying to cancel memberships as well!
Jonathan Albert: Critical:Communication,QualityOne of the worst gym experiences of my entire life. Tried the change plan multiple times with no success. What kind of gym in this day and age charges you to cancel. Greedy higher ups we’re charging people into quarantine. My bill after quarantine was somehow $20 more that what I was paying before with no explanation.
Beresford Brooke: Gym is fine. Management awful. Misleading you on final payments, will contact you multiple times with their Manager of the week to get you to come back while still trying to follow up for a payment already made. Joke of an organization.
Jarrell Perkins: Small but serviceable
Pat Lee: Received a charge for $15.99 for NYSC's Englewood location. I have never stepped foot in the state of New Jersey and i was told that the only way to get my money back for a mistake ON NYSC's end was to recieve a credit. I am moving away on Feb. 2 and i was told that if i cancelled my membership i would be stuck with this charge. This is entirely unprofessional and will be following up with my bank to dispute the charge.
Xi Mandy: Stay away from this place!!!They will try to prevent you from cancelling and keep billing you forever, even after you have moved, called in for cancellation and stopped payment. They send you to collector! When you walk in for cancellation, their “authorized person” is always not in, so that they can keep charging you. Their equipments are insufficient and beat up. During after work hours, there is no open treadmill or bench. If you lift weights you will have to stand shoulder to shoulder with the next person, which is dangerous and uncomfortable. If you want to walk lounges, sorry, the only space is reserved for private sessions only, which charges additionally. Really bad gym. Do yourself an favor and stay away.

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Ijaz Ahmed: I noticed high quality of customer service. Front desk employees welcome everyone with a kind smile. All employees are always ready to assist. Today I met with SZ KHAN the son of law of Pakistan legend squash player QAMAR ZAMAN KHAN. SZKHAN is one of top squash player. BSC should benefit from his talent to coach young sqash player in the area. Keep it up BSC
Abdohamis Tran: Great gym. Good equipment and very fair prices (student discounts go crazy!)They replaced the basketball court with another weight room with much needed equipment, and, as an avid basketball fan, I think it was a necessary sacrifice.Biggest gripe is the inconsistent parking situation, but it's right next to comm ave so there are options. There's usually plenty of time and space after the post - work rush from 4:30-6pm.Update: THEY EXTENDED HOURS TO 10PM CLOSING ON WEEKDAYS!
s3h: Don't really understand all the bad reviews. Good, spacious gym, haven't run into any of the issues described in other reviews
Diego Shuts: Had the most upsetting experience at that gym when members uses multiple machines at the same time not allowing you to actually organize your set of workouts! FYI I let the managers know about the issue they don’t even care about it. They mark the machines with bottles of water or cell phones while using and pinning the other machines too, they make it seems they r being used by somebody!
Iago Peretti: Great gym! A lot of equipments, nice and clean environment, many parking spots. I’m moving out so I had to cancel my membership and it was very fast and easy!!
Jorge Allende: Good gym.. equipment wise, but opens late too frequently.
Peter McLaughlin: Great equipment with a good variety of cardio and strength machines. In my experience opens late pretty regularly.
Dan Wilkins: Excellent gym - good mix of everything a gym needs for people to train at any fitness level. Good atmosphere too. When I eventually had to move, cancellation was extremely easy. I have heard that was an issue in the past... but they've clearly fixed it, as I've never had an easier gym cancellation in my life.
jp: Awesome staff and great layout and cleanliness
Forest Miller: I really enjoy BSC however showers are a basic amenity and at this location there has been no hot water for several weeks. Before this the sauna was down for several weeks. Would likely get 5 stars if amenities were repaired in a timely manner.
Estefani Oliveira: Super busy between 4 and 7pm, the showers are cold, sauna doesn’t work, they don’t offer towels since 2020
Ana Carolina Rocha: I started doing gym here and at first I didn't know anything and I had a lot of pain in my back and legs, so I decided to hire one of the personal trainers, I don't regret it. Jordan has helped me a lot and I no longer feel the back pain I used to feel.
A J Bear: First time here and they didn't open on time on a Saturday. Over 30 min late and I left eventually. Over 15 members standing around outside waiting and leaving.
Prem Bheda: Great gym, lots of equipment and space plus a sauna and racquetball courts. But it does have small locker rooms and some treadmills and machines have seen better days. Works with gympass through BCBSMA
Patel Jatin: Sandra - She was just really great. I was new to understand anything about Gym-Work Out and all. She was really nice and extremely helpful. She helped me understand details in brief. She helped beyond explaining. Thanks to her. She still responds back to help understand. She Was Really Sweet & Nice. Appreciate your help!!.. Thanks A Lot Sandra. :))..
Elisa Gan: Decent gym and almost the only option around the area. The equipments and facilities in general are slightly outdated but sufficient for most people’s needs. I am upset about the squash courts being taken up by bike trainers and other random equipments though because I signed up partially to play. Please bring the squash courts back because it is such a waste to one of the only highlights your gym offers.
Agustin De Ganzó: Every piece of equipment is broken and/or filthy, there’s not enough equipment either and some of them don’t work because some pieces are missing, very crowded all the time, impossible to work out even when I go everyday around 6:30am
Jason: I’ve been professionally working out over 15 years, I’ve been in bunch of different gyms so far this one is literally the worst one ever they don’t even have enough plates if you don’t have it then limit your membership so you would have less people. Thank you!
Tristen Roman: Decent place, not great, but solid for the price
Alexandre Sofman: The best, most convenient and very affordable. Just ask for a discount if you’re paying over 40$ but it could change with CoVid situation (used to be at least $69). Doesn’t have a pool but for this price and convenience you can’t have it all. It does have a punching bag and that’s why I’m going to BSC. The staff is always around, helpful and polite. Multiple different machines and free weights to chose from. Several different rooms for different purposes - cycling, stretching and one-on-one lessons.
Jenn Y.: I signed up for a great New Years promotion in 2019 that only charged me $25/month. This gym was worth it at that price point. Warehouse aesthetics/lots of college guys. I wish they had more modern equipment, but everything is well-maintained and clean. It was very easy to cancel my membership at the front desk. No hassle at all.

Boston Sports Clubs: what do users think?
Patrick Faliano: The experience was good. Great staff 👍
Bob Fischer: Meets my needs completely. I agree that at peak times it is hard finding anywhere to workout, even floor space. So I just avoid those times. People are friendly. Generally things work. About a year ago I complained about things being put in front of fire doors, the staff responded and it has been handled since. I worked with Mac as a trainer for over a year and really enjoyed the experience. I enjoy the social aspect of working out, since a lot of my workout time is by myself on a bike trainer at home or on the road, it is nice being with people in a gym. I do wish they opened earlier on Saturday. I'm an early riser and the 8:00 start is very late for me. I used to go on Saturday to the branch in Central Square, but it has closed.
Bradley Nestor: Worst gym ever. Always crowded. Gym equipment always breaks down and locker room looks like recent footage of the Midwest after the tornadoes went through it. I cancelled membership at the end of February and I am still being charged. Went in and they said they don’t see any cancellation, but had me sign one again.
Nathan Beaumont: The worst BSC location, this location has the most members per square foot. It's extremely crowded at times. BSC is also notorious for poor billing practices.Davis really needs another gym in the area to compete, this is the only option for many.
Patrick Bradley: It's a fine gym and the staff are all great. The issue I have with this place is that their equipment will break and they won't get it fixed. They currently have maybe 20 treadmills and 7 of them are broken and not usable. It's been this way for months. If you want to retain your customers, fix your equipment. There are too many gyms around the area that don't have this issue and your customers will leave you for them.
Tim Esworthy: I paid $1 for all of February and I still feel like I'm wasting money. Way too packed to have a useful workout if you go around 5, and will stay busy until 8pm. If it wasn't the only gym in walking distance of porter square I would never consider it.The reality is that this gym is only good for cardio (even though at least 30% of the treadmills aren't working) and maybe the classes. If you're looking for weightlifting, this isn't it. If you used to go to evolve before it closed, I would look hard for any alternative.
Joe McDonald: It's fine. Issue is it keeps getting more crowded, and they keep taking away equipment. They halved the amount of treadmills a month ago, and now during peak hours I oftentimes can't get one. They took away the only Smith machine last year, and got rid of a barbell bench.Facilities could use some upkeep. A bunch of the lockers in the men's room are broken or hanging off of hinges. Machines that get broken are out of commission for 2 weeks to a month. Also, try to understand the clientele a little better. It's pretty transparently a budget weightlifter's gym, and there's 3 squat cages (& 1 smaller rack upstairs) and 2 (awful) barbell benches. Many isolated muscle machines sit unused 90% of the time while there's people waiting 2 deep for a rack. Throw another bench upstairs or in the ginormous Zumba room. I know the space is limited, but it could definitely be used better.Honestly if it wasn't in such a convenient location for me personally, I would've switched gyms months ago. 3 stars is generous, would've rather given like 2.5
Frank May: Sketchy place, 9 year membership and it's at its worst now2023: 1 star, they dumped a lot of equipment, place is emptier, still broken equipment2022 2 stars, new slower treadmills with touchscreens, many amenities gone, still broken equipment2021 update: 3 stars, some new mostly working machines. No more towels or drinking fountains. Seems to be a lot more people taking video calls when working out and even in the locker rooms. No management intervention.Seriously avoid this gym unless it's extremely convenient. They stole money from me during the pandemic, had to take them to court to get it back. Only continuing membership since it's across the street from my work and my employer pays.Been a member since 2013 and I work out there many times a week. The employees are nice: they're always positive, they take note when you bring something up to them, they have a passion to help you work out, and they wish you a good day on your way out, but they have little power to change what happens in the gym.2016 4 stars update: Terrible equipment maintenance, ok otherwise2018: 4 stars new management Removed many broken things, put in lower quality replacements. Crummy.Yes, they offer cheap $20/month plans, but you're charged a massive amount upfront, you're locked out of certain gym options and have to pay for each towel (2021, no more towels). You can jump on their standard plans, which are ok, and then you can buy their premium plans which let you visit any "Sports Club" location (2022 update, most other locations are closed)Now here is an unnecessarily long rundown of everything I can think of about BSC Davis:* Fantastically convenient location in the heart of Davis* Has child care (2021 gone)* Has free to use tiny valuable lock boxes (2021 gone)* Towels must be picked up at the front desk (2021 gone)* One vending machine inside (2022 gone)* Locker rooms have locks for overnight use you can rent (2022 price increase)* Showers are ok, doors never shut right, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided (2021 not guaranteed)* They have a sauna (never used it myself, 2021 paused,2023 resume)* Stair masters face the windows, work well (2021,2022,2023 some don't work)* Elliptical machines face the window, work ok* About 16 treadmills, most work fine, but some a few have bad motors, they changed faster old models for newer slower ones with touch screens* two spin bikes for general use, ok (2023, gone)* Line of standard stationary bikes, they're fine, (2021,2022,2023 many have broken pedals)* Standard set of weight machines, about two of each kind. Some of the pins for finer weight adjustments are missing* Several squat racks, ok* Stretching areas are ok, but the soft foam is ripping in some places and the areas get super crowde* Free weights are good, just not always organized (this is a problem with every gym).* Rowing machines are usually working(2023, only one working rowing machine)* Fitness studio with speed bag in a corner, and a standing punching bag in another corner. I've never been to a class, but they seem good---- Upstairs---* What used to be a nice place to stretch is now a UFX circuit with fake grass, a chain fence on the side, ... This becomes a paid only extra membership area some hours* Smaller free weight section is upstairs, usually organized* a second fitness studio for spinning classes* leg and ab machines
Sam K: They will overcharge your credit card. Will not cancel your account except by in person. I am living in a different state so I literally had to cancel my credit card to stop them.
Bill Fried: Clean, well equipped.
Peter Camillo: Well equipped, clean and friendly staff. Come on down and train with us!
Kathy Martin (wkathym): I have complained and also contacted various people about the state of their stationary bicycles. Emails never returned. Of their nine upright bicycles, EIGHT are not working properly. The six Matrix bikes are not hooked up correctly and thus are “self- powered.” (This has been going on for a year or more.) Meaning you have to pedal like mad for about 2-3 minutes, then a screen appears, but the “Levels” don’t work like they would if machines were powered. There is basically only one speed. Hard. Hardly anyone uses them. Today, only one out of the three Life Fitness bikes work. “Out-of-Order” signs on two. This is pathetic. Giving it 2 stars only because the staff is nice, but frankly, the corporation only cares about their weight training clientele. I rely on the bike for rehab and aerobics. PLEASE FIX THESE EIGHT BIKES.
Keith M Marzilli Ericson: I canceled my membership in 2020. They recently have begun charging me again. AVOID at all costs-- there is no way to cancel, and the attorney general of Massachusetts has multiple lawsuits against them.
Alexandra Wilder: The Overall atmosphere at BSC in Davis is always a wonderful experience. Your greeted with a warm smile from the staff, and are always there to help when you need or want it.The gym itself is always clean and sanitized, and has all the equipment you need to have a full efficient workout.I have been working with Renee-(personal trainer) since February. She shows up to our appointments motivated, with a solid game plan, and inspiration. Not only is she attentive to your needs, she will find alternatives if you can’t complete the task. She uses all the equipment provided at BSC and ensures your comfortable with all of them. Her workout plans are simple yet vigorous which helps you meet your workout goals.! Thank you Renee for hard work, motivation, and positive attitude!
Kai Pierce: It's a gym. Nothing too special and it's a bit small but the people working there for the most part are nice and helpful.
David Shaw: The place is an alright no-frills gym. There’s not enough weightlifting equipment to support the 4:30-7pm rush. I don’t bother going at this time. Some of the equipment is also showing some wear. If you want to do cardio or light dumbbell work, you’ll be alright anytime.I like it because I’m a 5 minute walk away from it and there’s really no other options close by outside of a Planet Fitness and women-only gyms. If it wasn’t so close to me I would give it 3 or 3.5 stars.
Disha Zalani: Gym itself is pretty good for a commercial gym. However, I've had the most unsatisfactory experience in terms of how they conduct billing. Almost seems like they have no process and everything is up in the air. I got myself a personal trainer for 3 months (since that is apparently the compulsory minimum cycle), and then they forget to turn off my personal trainer charges for month 4 even after I asked them to do so. Refunding does not seem like an option AT ALL, even when they make errors with billing which is so much more infuriating. Then they said they'd put my account on freeze until they fix this, and yet I'm getting charged on my personal trainer billing cycle (AND FOR WHAT!!!?) outside of the regular gym fee. This issue has been out there for more than 2 months now. Extremely unprofessional, and very frustrating! Should've known better and trusted the reviews that had already warned about this..Edit with follow up: They responded on my review with a request to reach out and with a promise to resolve. I emailed on the ID provided, followed up, and haven't had any response. My only piece of advice if you sign yourself up with this gym would be, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT every month when your billing cycle is due, TRUST ME!
Jen Holt: I typically go in off hours (basically any time before 4 PM) and absolutely love it. It’s easy to get around and find a spot. Obviously if you’re there in peak hours, it’s limited space and utilities but you can get crafty and people are generaly really cool about working you in between their sets.Also- I’ve noticed the cleaning crew has disappeared? I see the staff doing it, and they’re keeping up, but I think this is unfair to the staff and the people who pay a prime price for a top knotch gym to only receive the bare minimum. Also when will towel service come back? I noticed it’s back for the Pru location, and would love to have that back.
Devin Matté: Decent gym, however hours are terrible. Seems like every time I'm ready to go to the gym for the afternoon/night they're closed. Really wish they would extend their hours.
matthew hersh: There are no towels and the showers are gross.
John Buttitta: Want to give an updated review of this gym since my last one star review in January. I came back saw the gym and met the new managment. This gym is still very low quality, overly crowded with the type of people that don't rerack weights, hidden fees, and the moment you walk in the door you feel like you need a showerI canceled promptly and they kept a $99 annual fee non refundable they charged after 2 weeks of membership

Boston Athletic Club: what do users think?
Don Murray: Any update on the reopening timeline? Thanks
Alexander Comforti: Are you ever going to reopen again?
Michael Fenn: When you are you reopening??
Hieu Le: Critical:Communication,ProfessionalismWon’t reopen or attempt to do so safely with everything going on. Cashing in on the PPP loan which you can view online this whole time. My guesstimate is it’ll reopen at the beginning of the year since the loans are expired now.
Liz Holcomb: Why is the club closed? Will it be reopening at some point?
Jeffrey Milinazzo: It's time to open up!
Brielle Curvey: In a year the BAC team has done nothing for members and refuses to update us with any substantive information. I mostly used the club for tennis because of its convenient location - though the tennis accommodations were underwhelming to begin withThe lack of communication and overall unwillingness to even test reopening strategies is extremely disappointing. I will find somewhere else to play, and now that I have a home gym I will never be back.
Ryan Abbott: RE-OPEN! You've had all this time to come up with a safe, effective plan to re-open with limited capacity (even do online bookings!) and sanitation stations. But instead, you cut your community off from a healthy outlet. You will never again see my business!
Rachana Patil: Awesome group exercises and the instructors. Worth it.
Jacqueline Herb: Front desk worker named Nell is super friendly and helpful! Great staff 😉
Cheri Downer: Mmmm? Probably not where I was headed. Sorry google, never been to this place either.
David Godin: Great location, plenty of equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. It has classes, a pool, personal trainers and as many other extra benefits as one could hope for (to include child care). I doubt there's a better gym in the Boston Area. Don't normally rate places, but they had an oddly low rating and felt compelled to speak up for them.
Kelly Fink: Great gym. Has it all. Pool, Jacuzzi, Yoga/Dance/Exercise Classes, Great equipment, Personalized training, on site physical therapy, massage, chiropractor and a hair salon. Childcare available. Locker room and showers are very clean. Steam room, and Sauna. Front desk staff is great. Towel service. Given all of this, you can’t beat the price $79/mth.
Kathy Attardo: Took a water aerobics class w my Mom! I have no idea what it's called but afterwards I realized that these older women are in better shape than me!! This place is the BEST, hands down!
Rob Stan: Helpful knowledgeable staff, trainers, massage, PT, Chiropractor, pool, hot tub, saunas, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, fitness classes, bikes and machines of all kinds. Take a tour and talk to the staff, not a perfect club and expensive at $70 a month but few can match it, Clean with people of all ages and races you will be welcomed no matter what shape or size you are because they are definitely friendly here.
Ken Yee: Great works out space in South Boston.Biggest negative is the tennis courts are not well lit. A few inexpensive skylights would improve it immensely.
killer winner: I when the there the first time was good but the second time was awesome I when the swimming 🎱 and then I ate 🍕 I loved it
Jason Weeks: Was called racial slur my first week there. It seems like an old boys club, with lots of townie old men. Small section with gym equipment but I was told it's expanding soon. I'm not sure how long I will remain a member.Edit: continued membership, haven't had any problems since. I hope it was an isolated incidence. Most other people have been friendly. Rich is super welcoming and the front desk staff are great. The weight section was expanded to a large room with much more space, while keeping the old area as well.
Kathryn Garbuzinski: The front desk staff are really friendly, there's a variety of equipment and classes, and there's a pool. Definitely no shortage of barbells which is nice. But that's where the benefits end. I'm paying $90/mo to deal with one leg press, people who don't rerack and leave 90lb of plates loaded on the bench, and it looks like a lot of the equipment hasn't been replaced since this place opened. WiFi is spotty at best, showers are gross and old. Tried finding a bar pad for hip thrusts and the only one was old, broken, and just as effective as wrapping a towel around the bar (which I did instead).Outside of equipment, the parking lot is riddled with pot holes, the hours are mediocre at best, and guest passes for members are $20.It has a decent amount of equipment for sure but I've been a member of nicer gyms that cost half this. You're really only paying for location.
tpatrick Meyers: Water Aerobics classes with Lori , Yoga with Terry and Group Exercise with Rhea are great classes. A health club with a lot to offer. The members are encouraging to one another.
William Spencer: Clean place❤
