Bari Mattes: This was the WORST experience. SO UNRELIABLE. I was hoping to send a cupcake flower bouquet to a 12 year old staying in Boston - a special treat for a child. The reviews looked good and the website said orders placed would be delivered the next day so I waited untilThursday for delivery on Friday. I had an inkling and called to ensure hotel delivery. I spoke with Rose (the owner, I think) who told me that, despite what the website said, they could not produce those cupcakes for delivery. She said she could do a simpler variety for delivery Friday or Saturday. I said fine and asked if I should place the order in the website. She instructed me to send an email with all details and someone would call me back for my credit card info. She seemed v helpful. I did as asked. When no one called me by Thursday afternoon, I called them - and left a message. I received no reply. I sent another email. I called again on Friday. Again no reply. Needless to say, this child did not receive the gift I intended to send. Avoid this business.

Ry Rel: I showed up a little after 6 when the online hours say they close at 7 and the door was locked. The woman working there was doing her make up at the counter and just yelled out that they were closed. Very frustrating experience as I was looking to get a last minute gift for a friend.Maybe just call before you try to do during their business hours?

David Chea: There's so much containers in there store that I have no idea what I need. So I decided to start small and get a display case for my anime figures and a carry box for my tool kits when working on model kits. I think the prices are hit or miss. Some items I felt were too expensive. The staff were very helpful, they made rounds to check in on customers, some were revisited a bit much. Definitely coming back once I measure my room and personal items. Would like to show it to staff and see if I can get ideas on how to organize it better with shelving and such.
Ginja Bella: I liked it very organized a bit pricey but they had such a variety of containers, organizers, and other random things useful for study rooms, bedrooms, etc. I wish I had taken pictures. It was amazing to see everything they sold there.

The contractor who did the installation (Mike) was also very efficient and professional. The turnaround is very quick (~5 weeks) and the quality of the final product is great.

Morgan Laskey: Love this location. I’m a professional organizer (Morganize It Solutions) and do a lot of orders here. Customer service is amazing and they are so helpful. Allison K was absolutely wonderful to make things right when they didn’t have what I ordered and Pras was THE MAN fitting a huge pick up order all in my car so I didn’t have to make a second trip!!! Kudos to both of them!!!!
Gina Stenhouse: This is literally the best Container Store. Exceptional customer service and should be a model for other stores. I am pregnant and I had a dedicated staff member assist me in my selections and carry them out to my car. I called another day to figure out which product I saw on display in the store and another staff member went to see what it was and provided me with the sku so I could order it. I have now spoke to 3 separate individuals on 3 separate occasions and each time I am blown away with their willingness to go above and beyond.
antoinette rodney-celestine: Not sure what to make of my visit yesterday afternoon. I recently purchased a new house and was looking for things to organize my place. I had purchased something online for in store pick up so I decided to check out in person what else was available in store while I was there. I was greeted by several staff members throughout my visit asking if I needed help. That was great. But, there was one employee that asked me if I needed help and I said, no. Later on while I continued to go through the aisles she approached me again after I passed by her chatting with one of her co-workers in one the aisles. She said, Do you need any help with anything? I said, no. And then I wondered why she was asking me again. So, I said, "You asked me that already." And then she said, "Yes, but you have been here for a while." I responded, "Yes, I am going down each aisle." I continued shopping but that interaction disturbed me. I didn't know there was a time limit on shopping at the container store. What makes this interaction strange to me, is that after she asked me the first time whether I needed help and I said, no. She saw me multiple times while I was going down the aisles. If I wanted help we both knew that she was within close distance of me. It seemed like she was suspicious of me because I was taking my time going through the aisles. Not a welcoming experience.

Rachael Ashman: On 3/25/23 went in and paid for a Maytag washer. It was delivered on 3/29/23. I didn't get a warranty with Best Buy I was told the company (Maytag) gives one with item for up to a year. Well on 4/8/23 the washing machine stopped working. Water wouldn't drain, all the buttons were lit up still and door was locked. On 4/10 I contacted best buy to exchange this washing machine. They said oh no no let me have someone come out. I said ok figuring it's new and should be a easy fix. Well the appointment was a week later. The best buy repair men broke the lock on the door to get it open. They said it would be another week they had order a circuit board and a new lock to fix the door. On 4/28/23 they came back they never replaced the door lock they broke. The washing machine still dont work they said I'd have to call maytag. The also explained these companies like maytag and whirlpool dont like best buy repairing their appliances in the first year . I see why, I contact maytag well the warranty is for parts. But if they find its broke from a overload or the door lock broke it could run me over 400 dollars. I contact best buy at this point I want my money. They tell me its past 15 days. I said oh no you guys asked me to hold off I did . The best buy repair man wouldn't say nothing in a text that would put them at fault. At this point I contacted Better business bureau, solve it 7 and next is a lawyer. I'm a single mother out of work at the time. I've spent way to much money at the laundromat when I have a new washing machine at home. Stay clear of any big purchases there. Frauds

I love how they put customers in a queue in the computer and it sends you to the spot that you need to go and the salesperson meet you there! I took many photographs because I was so impressed I want to show all of you and the best part is there is a lot of room in all of the areas of the store as well as the entrance so people with mobility issues can easily go in and out of the store, and the salesperson would push you in a wheelchair or help you.the only thing I have to say besides items not being in stock ... AND LASERS NOT HAVE ME IN THE COMPUTER SO IF I WAS GOING TO USE INSURANCE HAD I PURCHASED IT, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME. LILIANA TRIED SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO PULL UP MY ACCOUNT. BUT I WASN'T THERE AND I BOUGHT MY CHROMEBOOK THERE, AS WELL AS OTHER ITEMS OVER THE PAST COUPLE YEARS.keep up the good work as the salespeople are the people that compliment your company and I probably wouldn't have purchased anyting but lilliana truly didn't push me but rather showed me the items I could afford.

Jun Zeng: Avoid this Best Buy location at all cost. They don’t have any customers service. Waited an hour to just get pushed back and forth from customer to geek squad. Manager comes out and quoted”we can only service/repair, no replacement. And you have to go back to the place of purchase to get your money back” Be aware of the protection plan you are buying. You might risk of no replacement and only serving/repair. Which means you are going to live without w/e the item you have purchased for 2 weeks+.Would highly recommend shopping over at Best Buy Braintree, they took care of me with in 10min. And not too far from this location.

I walked in on a rainy Friday late afternoon, not only I was greeted immediately by Loui, he was nicely accompanied a disabled gentlemen out of the store to provide all assistance that he could. He was patient answering all my questions and offered different opinions to fit my needs. I bought an extra firm mattress at an amazing price with delivery booked in 2 days on spot and have a few months of guaranteed satisfactory in case I don’t like the mattress. I would recommend everyone to come to this store!

We went in and talked about what would work best for us and when it came time for our dinner reservation, he did research for us and found everything we wanted while we went to eat. When we came back he had found everything we wanted for the best price. This was one of the quickest and easiest big purchases we’ve ever made. Delivery went smooth and Fred called us from his personal number to check in to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend making a purchase with Fred!

I chose a small box and a paper and the lady that was supposed to wrap it told me that it will take 20-30 minutes so I’d better go somewhere else and she’d call me back.So I left thinking that she’ll wrap my gift nicely. I came back, got the gift and returned back to my home country (I was in vacation in Boston). Turns out the sales assistant kept 1 of the 2 items for herself. If she forgot to put it she could have called me back (she had my phone number).I paid 23$ for a small box and some paper only to lose half of the gift I wanted to give.Never coming back!

The line was the length of the store and they had one person checking out, while the other cut paper at the other register. After checking out they just handed me what I bought. I asked if they had bags and the girl just said no.
