Adam Buskirk: We stayed three nights while there was also a foreign President and huge delegation onsite. The hotel was impeccable from cleanliness to pleasant aromas to floral arrangements inside and out to a well laid out room. The service was extremely good, especially considering the poor service you get so many places today. Two names really stood out to us- Mary Ellen in the bar, and Adrian in the Grille. Great facilities and great service are an indicator of great management.
ted dorset: I have never been treated like I was royalty at a hotel, ever before in my life! THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Everything single thing about the Boston Harbor Hotel exudes excellence! From assistance with luggage to the turndown service in the evenings I was treated as an absolute king. Hands down favorite hotel I've ever had the pleasure to lay my head, EVER!I don't think I can stay anywhere else again, when in Boston for business!! All applause to a fantastic hotel and hotel staff.Thank you!
John Rockey: Very nice.
Virginia Senf: Absolutely exceptional hotel in a prime location in Boston. The staff is super friendly and the rose bar is a great place to hang out and have a drink or two. Rooms are kept immaculate, highly recommended.
Sara Peters: Was sitting outside doing a virtual appointment and the doorman invited me in to charge my phone, was given water's, was honestly the best experience I've had, even though I wasn't a guest
Ozkar Gutierrez: Tiene una excelente ubicación y una vista espectacular desde uno de sus salones para eventos.

Денис Александров: I really want to share my experience! We stayed here for the weekend, it was in the fall of 2022. It's impossible to forget. I will not distract your attention with a long text, I will only say the most important thing. During my stay in this hotel, I felt like a small child who has magic and omnipotence. I felt lightness and tenderness. And all this thanks to the staff, professionals in their field. From the sincere smile of the doorman to the kind hands of the maids. This is the highest level of hospitality that exists! I want to come back here again and again. Thanks and hats off to you🎩
Brian Mullin: Wonderful accommodations & service. Thank you very much for having us

Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor: what do users think?
Julianna K: I honestly don’t know what makes this hotel a 4 star hotel. Ya the rooms were clean but that’s it. They nickel and dime you everywhere, the front desk didn’t know any of the answers I asked (even the parking), i could understand if she was training but I don’t think that was it. Restaurant was not worth the money and the room views were not that great. Disappointed that there was no where to sit outside, would have been nice to have coffee out there. For the amount we paid, we could have stayed somewhere closer to central Boston.

Ralph Aguilera: Without question the hotel is super nice. The people working there extremely kind and very helpful. People like Rob manager and Javier, the bartender outstanding at what they do.I wish I could remember everybody’s name but from the front desk to the concierge. Great service all around.

Husam Mustafa: Rooms: Very clean roomSafety: You feel safe at Hyatt

Gary Gary: Very nice place to relax. Thank you for being here for all of us.
Sunny Cedar: fraudulent pricing
Sarah Townsend: The views from this hotel were outstanding, the rooms were nice, clean, comfortable, and the breakfast options were very good. We got our breakfast To Go each day which was half price in comparison to dining in the restaurant. My biggest complaints are the fact that housekeeping was inconsistent. On our first full day, the room was cleaned/restocked, and when it was not cleaned the next day, we were told housekeeping is only available per request since the pandemic. We weren’t told this at check-in nor did we request it the day before when it happened so were confused. The staff, however, were very nice and helpful for the most part. The other drawback of this hotel is the location. If you want to just get out and walk around in Boston, this isn’t the spot as you have to either take the hotel shuttle to the airport to catch the train into town (very inexpensive but takes a while depending on where you want to go) or Uber/Lyft which is quick but gets pricey if doing this repeatedly for several days. Overall, it was a good stay but we’ll likely stay in a more central location the next time we visit this great city. Tip: go for a long weekend in April when the Marathon is happening as there’s so much going on and it’s lots of fun!
Vedant Daga: great view of both the city and the airport and fascinating walk along the waterfront. room was spacious and comfortable. nearby is the airport but you can't hear any of the flights so that's a plus. you can also take the ferry across to the city or a bus to the subway and get to the city that wayRooms: spacious and comfortable room with good viewNearby activities: ferry and waterfront view

Battery Wharf Hotel Boston Waterfront: what do users think?
Alex Therrien: Coffee machine makes cold coffee, dented walls gavent that is falling out of sink, peeling wall paper, dated room. Hotwire sold as 4.5 stars beware it is not even a 3 star hotel
Qianqian Fan: Extremely disappointed. Before arriving I thought the place would be nice based on what I saw from the picture. While the location is certainly great and the room overall is decent, like some reviews have pointed out the service is just horrible. I ordered delivery on my first day and when I called the front desk, the woman said they haven't received anything. I had to get up and check myself - guess what my food was already there. Very frustrated. They also charge me an amenities fee of $87 without notifying me beforehand. It was a business trip so I never thought I'd be charged. Simply ridiculous. I tried to contact them. No one answered and the voicemail is a dead-end.There was also a broken light bulb which never got repaired. They do have spacious room space despite everything.I love Boston but I have only one advice for people who consider this place: DON'T.
DBA Visual Director: Friendly staff and love the view!
Ann Seigler: I still recall the wonderful aroma that comes from the hotel. Beautiful sites, Great centralized location. Bathroom was A+ Nice room. People were super niceNearby activities: Walking distance from TD Garden
Anna Zbacnik (a to z library): Great location on the North End. Rooms are nice— looks like they could upgrade the carpet.
Kristen Scerbinski: Checked in and walked into our room and immediately was disgusted. None of the surfaces were cleaned (there were ring marks on every surface), the bathroom had hair on the floor and soap scum and grime all over the shower, the black leather bed frame had white dried stains on it... I'll let you put 2 and 2 together, stains on the walls and carpet. The hotel denied my refund and said the room was clean. I asked for a manager to come with us so we could point out everything to her. The manager said to me "I think you just have a different level of cleanliness." After 45 mins of arguing in the lobby they finally refunded us. Rude staff. Unsanitary. 100% do not recommend.
Georgianna Brunton: Great location, very friendly & helpful staff!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More
Sheri Turlington: This is a fantastic hotel if you come to Boston for work. The rooms are so nice and spacious and still leave room for a nice work setup. Even though I had a spacious desk and chair, I enjoyed working from the recliner chair looking out at the water view window. It made my work day so lovely. The hotel is so affordable and in such an amazing area. You can walk to a fabulous lunch or dinner and BOVAS! Can't believe I got to see and do so many cool Boston things in such a short trip. The hotel staff are so friendly and kind as well. I can't wait to come back for leisure.
Aub Driver: Stunning hotel on the Boston Harbor. Rooms are extremely spacious (though a bit dated) with massive walk-in showers. Nice dining experience on the first floor. There's no parking, so you must valet. Upshot is you can walk to everything in the north end in 10 minutes.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value …More
Dave Champman: Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. We stayed here with our infant son and we’re nervous before arriving - the staff that the Battery Wharf were the best I have ever had. This is my first review for a hotel I’ve ever written and I travel a lot for work but I was honestly blown away. Tony and Ruben went out of there way not just for us but visibly for every other guest interaction we saw. The hotel seems understaffed but they did not let that impact their attitude or the attention they gave to us. For anyone traveling with a baby, they made this so easy and had a great crib and accommodated with a room that had an alcove hallway so that it felt like the baby was in a different room.
Carol: The room itself was okay, but the customer service at this place is awful. We booked a room with 2 double beds for 3 adults, and paid for this a month in advance. We checked in late in the evening and as soon as we got to our room, we saw only one double bed and a maintenance guy was following us with a fold out twin bed. So, the reception desk knew that they were giving us only 1 bed, and chose not to say anything about it at check in. Nice. I called the front desk and they said that there was a "maintenance issue" causing the beds to go "offline". No idea what that even means. Beds are not printers, and as far as I know, beds do not "go offline". I think that they oversold the hotel and since our flight got in late, we got stuck with only one bed. They could not move us to a double room until the next evening, and then the room that they tried to move us into was about half of the size of the room with only one bed, did not have a refrigerator, and did not have a tea kettle (important to us). We asked for a mini fridge and they said that their rooms could not guarantee a fridge. We ended up in our original room and made do with the pullout single bed because the double room was so inferior. They also charge a $25 plus tax per day "amenities fee" for things which should be basic at any 3 or 4 star hotel, like bottled water, 2 tea bags, access to the harbor walk (which has nothing to do with the hotel from what I can tell), etc. After talking to 3 different people, they did end up waiving the amenities fee for the inconvenience to us, but this should have never happened to begin with. Also, one of the women working in reception was extremely rude and should not have a job in the hospitality industry. The attitude was that we were lucky to even have a room for the night. On the plus, there is a nice view of the harbor and the shower was modern. Rooms could do with updating but it was clean, and our double bed was comfortable. The manager on duty when we checked out (a man, did not get his name) was at least nice and did waive that amenity fee for us. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel, unfortunately.
Soozie Hetterscheidt: Meh at best. If you are unfortunate enough in being placed in any building away from registration don’t expect much.Booked a room with a bay room (with the up charge) and was placed in a room with a side eye view of the bay.No door person to help open doors when you arrive/depart with bags.Wasn’t a terrible stay, but not worth coming back to.
Matthew Cook: Lovely location right on the river with amazing views and a quick walk to everywhere we needed to get too! Room was spotless and daily cleaned with fresh coffee pods for the next day 🙌
Miguel Velez: Would have been 5 stars but I rented a room for a nite at almost 400 and we did that because of location and the fact we could sleep. So wrong about the sleeping part. They knocked at my door at 8am to clean our room and then alarm went off and we had to get up from bed to go outside for an hour. No explanation or emergency....wish I could have slept!
Greg Finney: Very nice, week appointed, spacious rooms.Rooms: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Heather Lovele: Very unprofessional manager. I am a frequent visitor of this hotel and wont be back. The conversation began when my fiance and I were checking into the hotel. I was standing beside my fiance holding yoga mats as the manager asked him if he does yoga. She continued speaking directly to him and said he should come over her place for some yoga. He responded, oh you teach yoga? She said no and started laughing. And he just looked at me. Very unprofessional. After that she had the audacity to give him her business card as she wrote her name on it. He immediately handed it to me and we walked away. I didn't want to cause a scene as there were other people in the lobby but she was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She should not be a manager for such a nice place as the battery wharf
Zheng Han: Avoid this one. Worst service ever with a hotel/motel. I booked from Bank of America travel agency (GoDo travel) but after the stay the hotel charged separately and gave me a receipt showing only ambiguous items such as local fees. Have to call multiple times, both GoDo travel and Battery Wharf have been shirking and asking to call the other party. None of the thugs were even able to give you a compete folio of the itemized fees and keep dropping your calls.

Richard W: Amazing hotel! Prime location, wonderful service, reasonable price compared to its neighbors. I couldn’t possibly have found a better hotel for my vacation in Boston. It’s in the center of many activities and is right by major train lines, making it very convenient to get in and out of the hotel for short rests.
Lisa Mchugh: Exceptional staff!!!! Can’t say enough about Dominique🌞What a gem!
stephanie williams: n/aRooms: VERY VERY SMALLSafety: felt safeWalkability: the center of everything
Chris Gill: The room was advertised as being small which I was fine with. But the headboard and adjacent closet had an inch of dust on it that got all over our stuff we had to put up there to keep away from our dog who stayed with us. The toilet was barely able to flush, needed several, long, flush attempts to even use it. The TV only worked for 50% of our short 2 night stay. Which was a huge disappointment. Almost all the time we spent in our room, we didn't have a basic amenity. Really disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Next time I think I'll save money and stay at a 3 star. I've had better experiences with "low quality" hotels than I did with Boston Park Plaza.
Bhupinder Atwal: These are the reasonswhy i am giving a low star ratings. Rented room here for three nights during the wedding regretted every minute of it the Stay. I am a world traveler never seen such a tiny rooms in my life.its a very old hotel but renovated recently its a clean hotel though. They charged us very high rate even with a group discount, rooms doors are so hard spring loaded every time you close make very loud noise, you can hear people through theWalls and closing doors, shower curtainsIn the washroom tub what a joke ,toilet are old school and tiny that my junk would touch water every time I used it,water would splash every where when washing or using sink, no free telephone line available, no breakfast was included even we paid more than other people, just basic TV channels, there was dirty window and complained to the front desk four times no body came even to look at it, couldn't open the window either, no shuttle to and from the airport provided. In other words it's not a premium hotel for $325 / night.Rooms: Tiny tiny roomsWalkability: Only 100 feet from the subway
Yicheng Zhao: This hotel took extra 502 dollars from my card by some “system error”and hasn’t been return to my card yet. I personally think the 75 dollars per night “accidental fee” is overpriced. Now I have a strong sense of danger and anxiety that my money was on hold by a third party and don’t know when it will come back. The Wi-Fi network is not working for 3 days and I have to use my personal hotspot to access the internet and even costed me extra money to buy extra data because I some work to do in the hotel. My first booking is 3 days and a separate booking for another night. The first day I checked in, the staff in the front desk told me everything is settled and I don’t need a second time to check in and check out. But on the third day I was told that my booking is ended. I took nearly an hour to settle this, asked for my bank card and ID again. I haven’t experienced anything worse than this during any hotel in my life time.
Pat Reagen: Wonderful experience. It was a pleasure to stay at the Boston Park Plaza. When you enter, you know that your stay is going to be a memorable one. April Anderson: Close to everything downtown. Legal Seafood across the street, loved itRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Peter Drougas: Many reviews complain of small rooms. Aside from actually calling them wicked small rooms, they also post the square footage. These rooms are great for a one or two night stay. You shouldn't be in your room except to sleep, shower, fool around bit. Otherwise you should be seeing the sights!Staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. It was some of the other guests that were actually rude. Likely the very ones who wrote bad reviews. We already plan on staying here again in a few weeks! The open lobby to dinning area was too loud for us.
Fran Xxx: Older hotel. The room was small but clean. Housekeeping was aces. Breakfast and bar a tad expensive, but what isn't. Easy walking distance to many of the tourist sites.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Danisha Atchison: My family and I Had a wonderful time at the revival for revive Boston!! A truly amazing experience of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit! The staff here at the hotel were extremely kind and hospitable as well! Can’t wait to go back
Ann: Very convenient location for Boston Commons, Public Park, Freedom Trail head, and Subway station. 5-7 minutes walk. Park station has Orange and Redline. Redline takes you directly to Cambridge, where MIT and Harvard are located. Took 25 minutes walk to Boston Harbor Cruise dock. The room was spacious enough. It was quiet and the front desk staff were friendly.
Madalyn Merkey: 5 stars! I did a lot of searching and absolutely love this hotel. I arrived via redeye at 5 AM and was able to get into my room then! This hotel absolutely saved my life. The beds are super comfortable and there is an enormous bathtub and balcony in the standard king size room. I'm so pleased and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
J Goulet: I found that this was a 3 star hotel in a 5 star location. Location can almost not be beat, so close to everything you need! But the hotel itself is fairly mediocre. Dated rooms and hallways, polite but not friendly staff, strange things like no mini fridges in the rooms, you could hear the toilet flush next door or people having conversations. All in all a good stay but not up to my expectations for the price and star rating.
Ad G: The fact they lost a checked bag with valuable items ruined the whole experience.Advice - if you do stay here. Don’t check bags or leave anything of value anywhere but the safe.Safety: They lost a checked bag that was tagged. Presented the ticket - no bag.And they didn’t seem overly concerned it was missing. “ sorry. I can’t find it was the response “. 🙄.So obviously their security is more than a touch loose. And systems for look after guests items less than stellar.
Maria Jimena Cardona: Great hotel, nice interior…DJ in the bar on the wkds…they allowed early check in easily
K Q: Let me start off with the fact that the main lobby is overwhelmed with a perfume scent. Mind you, I’m pregnant so it smacked me in the face extra hard (it was God awful and smelt like that 24/7). But it wasn’t just me complaining, so it wasn’t just my extra sensitive pregnancy nose. The room was decent, but there was NO mini fridge! While this is petty, we are foodies that eat a lot during vacation, so leftovers were basically trashed since we had no place to store them. The bed was also a little wonky and became uncomfortable after a few days. The towels were very rough (texture), from the wash clothes to the bath towels, they need to be replaced.Service….you mean a phone that cannot reach its own hotel? The phone was useless. The location was great though! Very close walking distance to nearly anything you’d need! Breakfast was a hit everyday (highly recommend The Friendly Toast, Mike & Patty’s & Tatte). Nusr-Et for dinner if you’re feeling fancy and rich. Rebel’s Guild was good too.CVS is right across the street and the closest liquor store is a few blocks away.Overall, for the expensive cost, I expected more from this hotel.
Nir Felder: Deceptive charges, rude front desk, room not fully cleaned with previous occupants garbage still in room, furniture in room banged up and dinged all over. Dirty elevator. Much better places to stay in Boston for same price.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Hello: This shouldn’t be called a 4star hotel to be honest. There are no bellboys to take your luggage to your room. You need to bring all your baggage on your own. It seems like it’s an old hotel that they (badly) renovated. Our room had the wallpaper like this on the photo. The room stank and was hot. The bathroom is extremely small and you don’t get a bathrobe or slippers. When I went to bed I noticed some ants in my bed…overall it was a bad experience and we won’t return to this hotel. Also the internet you get is bad. Can’t even FaceTime…
Amber Carreiro: Incredible hotel! Great service & beautiful rooms. Room service was excellent and dinner delicious! Will definitely stay here again in the future!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Matt Lott: Good place to stay close by the Freedom Trail. I liked the theme in keeping with the revolutionary expedition I planned for the family.Rooms: The rooms are small, but par for the area. I think I got a good deal for being about a block off Boston Common.Nearby activities: Freedom Trail, Boston Common.Walkability: Close to the freedom trail, Boston Common, State HouseNoteworthy details: Cool modern twist on the revolutionary theme.
Chase Elder: This hotel allows the FBI and Army to conduct armed room breaching training and they hit an innocent person. Be careful staying here, never know what alphabet agency will kick in your door and interrogate you.
Carl Rice: Room was clean and well furnished, great location, but it is a front run by the FBI to allow their agents to enter guest rooms without a warrant and terrorize random people that have done nothing wrong.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Michael: This establishment is allowing FBI and other law enforcement agencies conduct training exercises in which they wrongly barge into guest rooms, handcuff guests, and interrogate them for extended periods of time. Moreover, this hotel charges an amenity fee, the type of junk fees that congress is trying to eliminate.
Sandra Serna: Nearby activities: Theater area, walking distance to many places, restaurants, theaters.Safety: Very safeWalkability: Close to metro (subway), buses.Walking distance to places.Food & drinks: Many great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops.

Steve Wagner: Enjoyed my stay and it was convenient enough, with several restaurants in walking distance and Fenway nearby. The room was clean and modern, and the staff helpful and friendly. A nice lobby to hang out with friends, and when I needed help from the concierge to find a shop to unexpectedly fix my phone, his directions were spot on. Very comfortable stay.

Jeni Hardy: The moment I stepped onto the property staff were there to help in any way possible. They were so kind, courteous, and helpful. At check-in you're given a metal water bottle filled with great spring water, and then there is a tap on site where you can refill with either still or sparkling water. The entrance to the T is conveniently located on the property and ride shares are abundant in the area. There is a lot with in walking distance and the proximity to Fenway is perfect! The room amenities were wonderful! They went out of their way to assist me in getting a package mailed as well! I would absolutely recommend staying here!Rooms: The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. Even the hair dryer was top quality!Safety: The doormen are always there ready to help with directions, recommendations, or getting a ride!Walkability: There is so much to do in this area within walking distance! The bridge over the interstate gives you quick access to Fenway Park. Some of the sidewalks are the old brick and can be unlevel in places, but if you watch where you're going it's not an issue!Food & drinks: There were a lot of places to eat in the immediate area, including in the hotel itself. I highly recommend the Citizens Public House and Oyster Bar, a quick walk from the hotel.

The Liberty, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston: what do users think?
Erin C: Meh and you will starve. Only option for room service is to call operator at front desk. Then, they lose your order and you wait hours for food. Menu not great and WAY behind times with no allergy free options. Cool when it opened muh-may-b but it’s a has been. Starve like your in jail. Woooohooo

Riley Blizard: I have stayed here at the Liberty Hotel several times. The most recent but terrible experience happened to be a long stay. The day we checked in the front desk personnel notified us that we were upgraded to a suite because of our titanium elite status. Well the room was on the main level over the loading dock area that was very loud. The main issue was that the toilet would start bubbling up whatever the rooms above us were putting down there shower or bathtub or toilet drains. One day we woke up after contacting the front desk that the toilet was bubbling up and yellowish colored suds were developing and pouring on to the bathroom floor. They came and fixed the toilet and told me not to worry it wouldn’t happen again. Well less than 12 hours later, that night the same issue but this time even worse there was so much water and other disgusting unsanitary matter on the floor I asked them to come again for the fourth time on day 3 of my stay. This time I was notified by a maintenance staff member that this had been a known issue for this room recently and that he even was surprised they put anyone in the room. I demanded the front desk to change rooms. I was denied as they said the hotel was at full occupancy. I asked for them to make accommodations for me else where and yet again I was still denied. They told me it was their busiest night. There firm Many hours later still no resolution other than the maintenance person being in my room trying to snake the toilet for 2-3 hours straight being in the room until just past 11:00 PM trying different things. He thought he had fixed it. I had asked the front desk to have all new towels brought and for someone to clean the floor as I it smelt from the overflow and I felt was unsanitary. They said they sent someone but I clearly could tell no one had come other than the new towels but the used ones were still there. The very next morning the same issue at 7:00 AM. I finally couldn’t handle it anymore. I went to the front desk and spoke with a different manager that next morning. He stated he could switch rooms for me and it wouldn’t be an issue. He said to give him until 11:00 AM to switch the room and I asked that he make note of this on my file as I have pictures along with videos of what took place. He stated he was sorry and that the manager the previous night could’ve moved me to another room but chose not too. This was beyond appalling and disgusting. I was really disappointed by the front desk staff especially the manager the night I originally asked for an new room. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The unsanitary part was beyond what anyone should have to deal with for a such an expensive hotel. The Room was very unsanitary and disgusting. Especially because of the backups happening from the rooms above us through our toilet.Safety: The unsanitary situation wasn’t safe!

Doug Dillmuth: It's an old jail converted to a hotel. Super cool building. Really good food and hotel bar. So we were there for the purpose of the Boston marathon. For 99% of the rooms, this would not be an issue. Apparently on Saturday night, the hotel bar turns into a full club. This was an issue because our room was on the interior lobby wall. The room literally shook until 2 AM and the bathroom mirror was vibrating and almost fell off the wall from the bass and the music. Could not sleep at all. They gave us half off the room for the night for the inconvenience which was fair. They didn't do the lobby club thing on Sunday night. Room was nice. Linens and towels were changed every day and bed made and a lot of places don't do that anymore. Towels were Holiday Inn quality, not luxury quality. The televisions aren't smart TVs which is surprising so not Netflix access so bring a roku or firestick. The in room snacks and drinks are not priced to sell. They are priced so you wouldn't dare open a beer. $10 M&M's, $7 can of Coke, $9 Michelob Ultra? Who's buying that? You could get a craft beer and a nearby bar for far less. Great location. Clean room.

Ms Berries: The restaurants were 5-star (Scampo and Clink). The food was delicious as were the food and drinks in the hotel lobby. The rooms were a teeny bit old but were cleaned so very well. But my main reason for the 5-star rating is THE STAFF. Every employee from the valets, to the wait staff at the restaurants and lobby, to the front desk, to housekeeping were AMAZING. Every last one of the employees was genuinely friendly and helpful. They were engaging and so very kind. We never once had to chase anyone down. They were all so attentive and absolutely PERFECT. Never in all my travels have I ever encountered a hotel staff that was so world class in terms of personality, skill, professionalism, and friendliness. We asked for extra sets of bath towels and they were at our door in 5 minutes. The wait staff at one point had 4 servers for us who kept checking on us, and they were so much fun. Blown away. We'll definitely be going back. I highly recommend The Liberty Hotel Boston!Rooms: Beautiful and lots of characterNearby activities: Shopping and grocery, pharmacy nearby also walking distanceWalkability: Minutes away via walking from TD GardenFood & drinks: Superb
Curtis Newcomer: Concierge team provided excellent service. Matt and Mark went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this hotel.Noteworthy details: Great service and follow up
Ruben Escano Jr: My stay at The Liberty was fantastic. I took a weekend trip to Boston in January. The hotel was unique, eye-catching, and all-around an enjoyable stay. The room and decor were amazing, and the view was top notch. Everything was clean and housekeeping was amazing. I really pay attention to the overall quality of the room in hotels where i go: baseboards were straight, door jambs were perfect, grout was clean in the bathroom, lighting was perfect (except for one reading light that was out on the bed frame, but i did not care much for that), and the furniture seemed new.Room service was perfect (had it two nights in a row). The main lobby serves as a lounge on weekends. I think this was rather neat, but overall not really my scene. The noise did not reach the room, which i greatly appreciated.I only had two complaints about The Liberty:The host at check in seemed more interested in the live lounge than in checking me in.The lounge made getting in/out/around the first floor a pain. The floor was overcrowded and it ruined the ambiance of the hotel for me. But others really seemed to enjoy it.I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and i will definitely be returning. I would give the hotel a 4.5/5. If you like a lounge/night club within a few feet of your room out of convenience, then i would definitely rate this a 5/5 for you (seriously the rooms seemed soundproof).
Kirin Ek: Would not recommend, highly regret choosing for birthday getaway. Rooms and bathrooms were not well maintained, good & rooms overpriced.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Kimpton Nine Zero Hotel: what do users think?
Robert Stocco: They gave a fantastic view of the office across from us that has the windows fully open so we cannot have our blinds open without staring directly into a strangers room. No hand soap. Very old accessories. Mini fridge is hidden behind a broken door, barely gets cold, and is filthy dirty from where they cutout the drywall behind. Everything in the room just looks old and rundown. Cannot use the full body mirror because for some reason it’s art to block off half the mirror with a giant non reflective black shape. Would definitely just prefer a chain hotel like holiday inn or comfort suites. Absolutely not worth $400 a night. Maybe MAYBE $200 based on location in the city. Will not be booking here again. Every studio apartment I’ve ever seen is 5 times better than this rinky dink room. There’s a desk, a queen bed, and a bathroom other than that the room is very small for the price. We checked in today and can’t wait to check out after we’re done with our business in townRooms: Need a large update to be worth $400 a night
Sarah Chadbourne: Modern hotel, small rooms, very comfy king size bed, small bathroom and shower. Staff was friendly, but housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am…not exactly what you want to wake up to on vacation.
Sylwia O: One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff is nice and friendly but loads of hidden charges. Not even water provided in the room. $25 destination fee apparently for Wi-Fi, $8 for a bottle of water. The room was really dark, ice machine didn’t work, phone in my room didn’t work… keeps going
Pryce Davies: Rude service, not accommodating of my needs.Service: 1/5 …More
Judy Marabella: Very comfortable, friendly staff, great location! Totally enjoyed our stay!
Mark Sheeran: This hotel is in a great location but that's basically all it offers and the rest is smoke and mirrors.Sure it looks decent enough but what good is that when you have to request a fridge brought to your room and the water pressure is worthless - not to mention having to call the front desk twice for any and every requestHotel bar closes at a pathetically early 10:30PMThere are tons of hotels in this area and probably at better prices, with almost certainly better amenities. There's really no reason to stay here.
Mario Novielli: I stayed in room 1100 and it sounded like I was in a giant wind tunnel. The noise kept me up all night. When I sent an email to the hotel after my visit, I didn’t receive anything back. I’m disappointed that this hotel changed owners, as I know Kimpton would have made it right.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Hilly: Nice boutique hotel in central Boston.
Bryan Dimascolo: They charge for everything!
Mikheil Mtchedlishvili: Great stay, I love this hotel, my room and Boston, best location with great views.
David Erunski: We arrived just after the time listed on the confirmation email, yet they claimed no rooms were available. Forcing us to sit in the lobby until one was clean. We waited for a solid 45 minutes until I had to complain, just to get a room. Then, the following morning, we were woken up by housekeeping at 8am for no apparent reason. The hotel seemed disorganized to say the least. Despite the check in fiasco, the location of the hotel was great.
Alicia Mowder: Nice hotel under new ownership. Wish there were coffee makers in the room but they do have a complimentary coffee bar in the lobby in the morning
Quyen Nguyen: We booked the Hotel when it was the Kimpton nine zero, but when it was time for us to stay, it was changed to AkA Boston Common. When we got there checking in and staff seemed nice, but she seemed to not be sure of what she was doing, and tried to charge me for a stay that was already paid for… when I pointed it out, she had to get a manager to help…The room was nice and decorated well like the rest of the hotel. There was a lot of dust in the corners and floors where the edges of furniture was. The bed creaks when you sit or move around in it. So… if you and your partner was going to do anything it’ll be noisy….When we left the hotel, and got to the airport, I called the hotel to let them know that I forgot something in the room. The lady on the phone… Natalie, said that she would take down my name and room number so the lost and found would contact me within 24 hours. I called again the next day, and got the same memo and said there was no message. 4 days passed, and I still have not received any call and I’m calling it a loss on my belongings.Sadly to say… I wasn’t sure how the hotel was before the new change took place and chose the hotel for the reviews…The location itself is great, we walked everywhere and was able to see the Boston commons, food hall, open market, China town, and harbor as well as historic sites all within 10-15 mins walking distance
Dariel Simmons: Absolutely beautiful hotel. From lighting fixtures to the flooring and art on walls. Every turn is classy, elegance with a noir feel. Staff was exceptional! I can't wait to go back.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet …More

Why Ask: Hotel is a racist horrible establishment!!!There was a mix up with a reservation and once Carla (manager) and Franey at the front desk realized they were accomodating a Black woman, immediately refused to assist. To add insult to injury Franey, made a false statement against me as a person!!Once the 3rd party company rectified the reservation and corrected the mistake on their end, another reservation was secured. To make matters worse and confirm the racism, I went to check in and Elizabeth advised me that the establishment did not want to service me! There was an immediate request for why and no reason was supplied! But Elizabeth was clear to state security would escort me out!!!For no other reason than me being a Black woman checking into an establishment steeped with history of racism!!!

Philip Kurle: Very nice, old, historic hotel. Reminds me of, for instance, the Palmer House in Chicago. On the other hand, that makes it a little small. It has early 20th century styling. I'm here for 7 days for a conference. There is a shuttle to the Boston Convention Center (At least for this convention), about a mile away. I brought my 22-year-old daughter with me, and she has been doing some sightseeing. It has seemed that Parker's Bar, which I wanted to check out, is always closed. Parker's Restaurant has been open, but there is usually a line to get in. The rooms are very nice, but a little small, as mentioned. The location is great. About a block from Boston Commons, right near Summer Street, with all its places to eat. About a half mile from Chinatown. It isn't far to walk anywhere in Boston's hub. The front desk folks are very accommodating. There is a very kind doorman.Nearby activities: Basically in the middle of the city center.Walkability: If you can walk a mile, you can go about any place that a tourist would want to go in Boston.
Angie Mazen: It’s a lovely historic hotel, but as the other reviewers said, it is quite old and the room is very small. That said, they did their best to transform this old hotel into something elegant. For anyone considering staying here, know that it is very noisy. I can hear the people on the other side of the wall as if they are in my room. I can literally hear the entire conversation they are having. If someone walks in the hallway and talks, that’s even worse, somehow the sound is amplified. I had to turn on the heat to create white noise, but then it was so hot in my room.So if you are sensitive to noise, just know that this is a major issue here. Everything else is manageable.
Carmen M: Party, on Saturday night, at Terace Ballroom, very loud and very disturbing. Impossible to sleep. The reception staff did nothing. Do not stay on the 14th floor, or even better, don't stay here.
蕭千惠: 這家是波士頓派的創始店。跟在台灣吃到的波士頓派差很多,口感比較綿密,搭配巧克力醬很好吃,奶油很香很新鮮,草莓也很甜。
james torkington: Brilliant hotel,it's old and may be could do with a lick of paint but it's got history.staff are really friendly and helpful .sits in the heart of the city close to all attractions. Would easily stay here again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Dustin C.T. Morris: The staff is warm and courteous to everyone, and the lobby has plenty of historical opulence. It's clear that this hotel is a historical mainstay of this city. The location is wonderful, and Boston is truly a beautiful city to visit, but, sadly, the Omni Parker Hotel falls a few stars short of the four star hotel experience.I came to Boston to run the marathon, with probably the majority of the other guests that weekend. Unfortunately the hotel was not prepared to accommodate our needs for a functioning elevator. During my entire stay only one of their four elevators was available. Nothing makes you more miserable than having to carry your luggage down 8 flights of stairs after racing 26.2 miles.Rooms: Our queen bed sized room gave us barely any room to do anything more than sleep and stare at the peeling wallpaper or chipping paint. The grout in the shower was moldy, which complemented the chipped mirror. Our bed was missing a fitted sheet, and the window dressings and carpet were incredibly out dated.Food & drinks: I ordered a pasta dinner from the hotel's restaurant, The Last Hurrah, and the pasta had clearly just been left under a warming light. It was lukewarm, at best, and the whole dish lacked any flavor.
