John Goguen: Shary and Lauren were both so helpful, polite, and intelligent. The jacket I wanted was only available online, so they had me try on multiple jackets to make sure I could figure out the right size. The jacket got shipped extremely quickly and there were no issues picking it up. On top of the great costumer service they all have a wide variety of timeless pieces in both men’s and women’s. If you are looking for designer clothes in or around the Boston area I don’t think there’s a place that will top Burberry Copley.JQ

Adam Billings: The sales staff is hit or miss but the selection is the best in the area
KIM HOY: Staff has no idea what they are doing! Came in for a simple return. Had all items and recipes yet they still managed to return the funds on the wrong card! How?! Blamed POS system for it taking over an hour to process transaction, something about "communications". Then once I noticed and spoke with them about the funds being returned to the wrong card now I have to wait for Michael the store manager to call me back to resolve the issue that should of never happened in the first place! Keep it simple if going here, know what you want and hope you don't ever have to return or exchange.

A person like this should not work at a luxury clothing store especially at BurberryThey refused to accept my shoes for exchange because they had a little dust. I only tried them at home and never took them outside. They are just like they were at the store when I bought them.

Scott Humphrey: The experience of this store is unlike any other luxury store in the boston area. This stems from the design of the store, there are 5 floors. The ground floor has scarves, accessories, and some bags. The 2nd and 3rd are womens, with one being formal and another being casual. The 4th floor is mens formal wear while the 5th is mens casual wear. Breaking it up into multiple floors makes each floor an unique experience. I havent ever seen more than 3 customers/groups of customers per floor, it is not uncommon to have an entire floor to yourself, sometimes even at peak times. There are always plenty of people to help you when you walk in. While you can browse by yourself past the ground floor you'll usually be brought up in the elevator with an associate to help/guide you but also to pull items in another size that aren't out on the floor. All of the staff I've interacted with were very nice and always willing to help. Additionally, some of the associates speak Spanish while some others speak mandarin or cantonese.

Avinash Hodlur: I just bought a trench coat from them. However wasn’t really sure about the size as a size smaller wasn’t available in the store (mostly 34 US isn’t available in any design in the store) and the size I bought was a tad bit boxy near the torso and waist. So went in for suggestion and styling advice and to see if I could tailor it to fit my needs. A sales associate took me in, named Jeremy, offered advice and he was fantastic. I commend him for the expertise in the area. I also appreciate that his goal was to ensure that I was satisfied with the product. Not many people do this. He was excellent at offering styling advice and I appreciate this a lot. However, he was getting irritated very easily by my questions. He was helping, but making it look like he was dealing and tolerating a bad customer. At some point he even said ‘may be trench coat is not your style’ 🤷🏻‍♂️. Not sure what he meant by that and why was he getting so irritated by me very easily. All I was trying to do was to see if I have options where it fits perfectly in the shoulders and tapered down through the torso and waist so I could swap the current one with something that fits my taste. Apart from that, when I was trying to tell him that the wool cashmere coat fit me well and trying to ask him if I could swap this with that, he misunderstood what I was trying to ask ( by cutting me off in the middle assuming he knew 100% what i was going to ask), and kept on repeatedly telling me that the wool cashmere fit me because of the fabric, like 5 times also showing a bit of peevish behavior while doing so :) of course I understand it’s due to fabric! I would have appreciated if I was given a chance to expound on the question if he wasn’t clear. All I was trying to ask him was if i could swap the current one with wool cashmere one. Not sure he had any issues with me in specific! Shouldn’t have, as I was seeing him help me for the first time. Someone else came in and he was nice to them and he even offered him water too! Lol. Anyway, may be it was a long day for him and a bit tiresome. I mean I didn’t say he wasn’t being helpful, he did help and throw in right styling advice, which I appreciate to the core, and he also called in the tailor and she advised me the same and hence validated Jeremy’s advice, but I just felt he was getting irritated easily when I was asking questions and was forcing himself to be nice to me. Something that I don’t expect from a brand like Burberry at least.
Andrew Flaxman: I have to update my review based on the experience we had post after my original visit. After purchasing a scarf and coat the coat required alterations estimated at two weeks.1. I never received a call notifying me the alterations where completed, after waiting three weeks I had to call in several times for an update2. I never received a card or follow up email thanking me for my business3. I informed Jeremy of this and he had taken the wrong phone number and address. That the thank you cards and phone call notification when to the wrong person.I do not think we provided the incorrect number / address and Jeremy was all excuses when responding. I thought that he would eventually correct this by sending another card or something to let my wife know her business is appreciated and make her feel special. This is why you shop at a luxury department store like Burberry, but it has been over a month since and no follow up.Original review:Top quality service as one expects from a prestigious brand such as Burberry. Give yourself the best experience and ask for Jeremy.

Michael Katz: Burberry clothing is stylish, upscale and classic. If you're a fan of the brand, you're in luck. While many cities have small outposts, this Burberry is quite large and even offers two floors of clothing for men. Men enjoy the 4th and 5th floors of this old Brownstone building where there's a floor for suiting and tailoring and another for jeans, shirts, shoes and more. And of course you'll find many of their classic and well known trench coats. The staff is friendly and of course helpful in finding sizes or calling for the tailor where all tailoring is complimentary.

There Customer service is great .The sale staff will generally walk you through the store so that you can pick and choose what do you want .They have 5 floors of clothing,bags and more.

joseph frunzo: i never set foot inside this store until just now mainly because its brand name outlet and it is VERY expensive coming from London/ The UK what i can say is its nice but the layout i found confusing i couldn't find where the Mens/ Womens section is i THINK its on your right when you step inside but hard to tell since most of the items look identical nice but pricey also it is kinda narrow like they only show a small selection and only one door exit( obviously for security but it would have been good) if you have the money and like Burberry you should come here apart from that not much to see i think a Department Store outlet should have more of this brand in stock than what this store has nice though!

Dillon Freitas: I was very uncomfortable considering the second I walked in I was followed everywhere I went to look at something and then as soon as I would pick a item up to look at it all eyes were on me. Yeah no won’t be purchasing from somewhere I’m stared down.
Tai: I went to the store and purchase a scarf the staff that day was wonderful when I finally went to wear my scarf I noticed the price they charged me was more than what was on the tag so I called to see if they can price adjust and refund my money they told me to come back with the receipt tags etc so I did again the staff was lovely the reason why I am giving two stars is because I did not like nor appreciated the manager keep telling me something I already wearing cannot be returned and I had to keep explaining to her over 5 times might I add that I am not returning my purchase I just want my refund for the price adjustment then to add more insult she said well I’m going to write worn on the receipt just in case. This was very uncalled for. I will not unfortunately going back to that store ever again.
