Robin Beaulieu: I'd swore that i would never eat BK again, but there i was w/ coupons & hadn't eaten all day. Happy to say that my experience was a good one at this BK on Tremont St., Boston, MA; across from the Park St. T station. The staff was friendly & well organized, the food was cooked the way it should be. Zero complaints. Bonus: enjoyed a pleasant conversation w/ a young man & his father while dining-in. This BK has my business til they try to poison me, which i hope that won't be the case, as other BK's have done in the past. Glad to see that quality assurance is practiced at this franchise.Kid-friendliness: Seating is available for children.Parking: It's near impossible to get on street parking, but not ruled-out. Very busy part on Tremont St., high tourist vehicle traffic.

He doubled and on some menu items, he has tripled the prices!!This place is ridiculously expensive for a "Burger King!"🍔 I visited a BK in Alston , Ma and the prices were very reasonable!!Anyway, I used to eat here all the time, until I developed a blocked small intestine...And ended up on the operating table...And barely survived surgery. The surgeon asked "What do you usually eat"?!I told her burger king, she said:" burger king almost cost you your life"! "Stay away from fast food period''!

ERICK MUÑOZ: Hi 👋I stop for a moment to leave this comment in a friendly way and to talk about the terrible experience I had this afternoon when I visited this branch.This afternoon I stopped at this branch to eat something fast, I was really very hungry because it was around 3:30pm, I don’t remember the exact time, the fact is that I hadn’t had time to eat all day!Delate of me was a girl who was taking her order, what surprised me was that the lady who was in the box, was talking very amicably with her, which I do not criticize but limit exceeded when they pass about 4 minutes and the client passes her cell phone to the lady who was attending behind the box and she starts talking through a video call!My anger, annoyance or discomfort is due to the fact that these types of restaurants are fast food sales, and excuse me lady but there is time for everything and I think that that was neither the right place nor the right time to take personal phone calls!I am currently asking myself the following question, and I leave this question in the air so that you can answer my dear reader!¿What do you think about this and what was your reaction to such a lack of respect for the people who were waiting for her to end her personal call to take the order?This situation really stressed me a lot and I just left this branch and walked to another restaurant to have my lunch!

Daja Lee: It's a Burger King, so you're already not expecting anything glamorous in terms of food and customer service... But dang! An establishment that REFUSES to answer the phone when several couriers have come and left, and you (the customer) are completely in the dark about what's going on with the order the you paid for?? I waited over an hour for two coffees, and two french toast sticks. The least BK could do is answer the phone and give an update! Smh... Had to report to headquarters because that is just unacceptable!

This place was the worst BK I have ever experienced anywhere in the world.Rarely do I give such a bad review, especially for a chain place you expect standardized service BUT.I ordered in advance, It wasn't very busy. I waited for more than 20 minutes and asked several times about it and was ignored. I finally got it and unsurprisingly, It was cold.I complained. They threw it away and I got another one five minutes later. It was cold. I just ate it. Not satisfying eating cold beef patties.Meanwhile other people were complaining about their orders. I walked in at 6:03, I have an MBTA yellow construction coat on, as soon as I walked in the lady in front asked me if I parking in the empty lot here, I said yes, she immediately started to scream, not yell, but scream at me that I need to park across the street or someone else that this parking is for customers only (I know,I see the irony). I was speechless? I guess there’s construction across the street so instead of asking she assumed and started screaming at me and this went on for a few minutes, with an agitated voice she said sorry but people park here that aren’t customers!! She continued to be nasty, she interrupted me asking for a real apology by saying “just tell me what you want”Last of all, the construction doesn’t even open the gates until 7 (an hour later) to construction due to city ordinance, can we get back to having nice people work counters, or people that are friendly and not hired just to be hired, customer service here has gone way down the last several years, avoid if you can, always long slow lines as wellShe should not lose her job, but she should not be dealing with customers as this isn’t my first negative interaction with her as she doesn’t know what issues I have to deal with personallyHad to write an update, since this issue, and another, it’d been great. Svc is ok'ish (they try to keep up, always a wait, i can order ahead on their app for slightly better wait times), food eases the hunger pangs (never a first choice), atmosphere? U can eat-in peace if they don't close the dine-in area later in day, they do have bathrooms availb!! .. I go here for their plant based "impossible" whopper only, plus fries.. I'd rather go elsewhere if possible for better vegan or veggie choices, like Chipotles, BonMe, HoneyGrow, a mediteranean place? A Subway perhaps? .. If a decent joint around. And as my first choice I always opt for my fave "quick-grab": The GrainMaker, but they have fewer locations .. so BK's has its place wen very hungry, needing to eat, .. w/out any other veggie nor vegan options around ..Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper, their plant based option is the sole veggie or vegan option, if customized w/OUT Mayo such..Parking: Good sized parking lot, plenty of parkingDietary restrictions: You can customize to your liking WITHIN their limited choices..

NHMC: I asked them if they were still running the 2 meals for 12$. The cashier said yes they still do, so I said ok and ordered the 2 meals and an extra chicken fries and regular fries. The total comes out to 27$. I ask the manager why it is 27$, the the manager tells me that they didn’t run the 2 for 12$ even though it was advertised in and outside of the store. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just paid for the meals and took it home. When I got home, I was missing one of the fries I ordered. Everyone at this Burger King is incompetent at best.
