AMC Ponkapoag Camp: what do users think?
Jillian MacDougall: I love camping here. I've been coming since I was a little kid with my mom and it has always been a peaceful, quiet place to escape the city without having to go too far. In the past couple years, it seems like hiking traffic has picked up a lot. I love to see more people enjoying this place, but please be aware that this area is also a campsite! Campers pay to rent their sites and too many hikers seem annoyed by this lately. If you're hiking through between June-August you will probably run into some campers! Be aware that they paid for the space that they're occupying and try to hike around them or at least be polite. Its uncomfortable when strangers wander into your campsite uninvited during breakfast or while you're changing in the tent and act hostile towards you for occupying the space they like to hike through. I know the space is vacant most of the year, but try to be respectful!
stephen forsyth: I used to run 🏃‍♂️ around the pond kn high school @Blue hills vo tech
Aoife Devine: Awesome private pond
Bonnie Billings: Clean cabins and stunning surroundings this is paradise to those who enjoy naturL beauty. This is a quiet campground with excellent hikes to be had, and I look forward to coming back soon!
Tony Pimental: Best cozy little cabins you would want to camp in. Love it here,,
Anthony DiFranco: Awesome
Michael Elmasian: Awesome cabins , great experience
Cody Hopkins: I love this place!!
steve 075: I love this place
John Lerner: A great family camping experience. If you didn't know you were 10 miles from Boston you think you were in the woods of Maine.
Juliet Lerner: Great peacful place for family and friends!
Truth Seeker: Great experience last year and already have reservations to return!
Debra Benoit: REAL camping, not "commercial" like a lot of places....typical "cabin in the woods" setting. very small area for swimming but canoes are available, and even some floats were available for the kids to play on, very nice life guard when I was there...a lot of interaction with the children, taught them things, he brought food for them to throw to the fish etc.. was very nice. Theres a small rec hall with couches and games for the family, also a very small cabin which teaches about the smaller wildlife in the area. Outhouses, wood stove inside, and we had a screened in porch as well. There was a fire pit and a grill at our site. Prices were incredibly low which is a great bonus!! lots of trails etc.. as well. I almost debated on putting the news out there about this hidden gem : ) it was nice and quiet, simple wood cabin, perfect for a family camping experience : )
Timothy Kane: Dec-2016: Nice spot. Very cozy clean cabin. Efficient wood stove kept wood cost low. Nice view over the pond with beautiful sunsets. Nice hiking around the pond. I would definitely go again.Dec 2017- I went there again and it was just as nice. Very quiet.
Keith Baker: Who knew this sort of camp existed so close to Boston. What a great place for a weekend away.
Rich Crosby: My favorite place to be. When I'm not here, I'm thinking about this place.

PMI of Greater Boston: what do users think?
Steve & Rejane Murphy: PMI is illegally charging late fees. They charge a 25 late fee on the 15th of the month even though the HOA agreement is 30 days. They also put fake reviews to get high ratings.
Jonathan Kerble: This is the poorest excuse for a management company. They don’t return phone calls, texts or emails. They claim online they have an office in Woburn. THE OFFICE DOES NOT EXSIST! It’s a lie. Go and see. They have no office to answer the phone so they outsource the call line to the Philippines, yes you heard me correct, the Philippines. When I asked the owner why this is, she responded, “it’s cheaper” there is zero communication with this so called company!
Matt Wilkos: A minimum quote from Juan of $70 to replace a lightbulb. This was after they raised our monthly rate by over 8%.Seek alternate management
Gresa Marell Sungcad: I have been working with PMI for a while now, and the team is awesome. I work with people who are diligent and dedicated. Juan, Dee and the team are very supportive. If you are looking for a property management, choose PMI. Rest assured, you are in good hands.
kate doringo: The best team I have ever worked with is here. Choose PMI if you want the greatest property management, and we'll take care of all your requirements.
Nicole Acorda: PMI of Greater Boston has an excellent customer service! I truly recommend working with them. Responsible and committed staff.Highly professional!
Jade Salva: I have been working with the best team ever. If you're looking for the best property management, just choose PMI and we will cater to all your needs.
kurisuchi surovia: PMI of Greater Boston has wonderful customer service! The staff is professional and proactive in communication. Great people to work with. I would highly recommend them.
Nichel Obedencio: I have been renting from PMI of Greater Boston since February 2020. My overall experience has been pleasant. My property is very nice, updated and clean and in a great location. Maintenance is very responsive and will come out to complete work orders in a timely fashion. My property manager, Juan Carlos and his team is very responsive and communicates well with me. He gets the job done each and every time! I'm very pleased with this company and hope to do continued business with them.
ronques sam: PMI of Greater Boston is a great team of professionals, they are very helpful to us tenants, especially with our maintenance concerns. They are always responsive to our requests. Highly recommend it to anyone!
Dee Torres: Thank you for being so flexible with my requirements. I know I’ve been a bit unorganized recently, and the PMI customer service team is always available to support my tenancy needs. Excellent work particularly to Catherine, always available to help with anything! Well done Catherine!
monaim kthiri: I've been lucky enough to deal with such a great company for my investments, i feel like I'm in safe hands and having no worries, one more thing to mention is the customer service team, they're always helpful and responsive!
Roovelt Nove Salva: The best property management ever!
Nano Banz: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueVery unprofessional. Every time we call to have something repaired it takes weeks upon weeks for something to actually get done.
Tyler Baldwin: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueCannot get ahold of them and are not willing to actually fix our problems in our household. Rent somewhere else.
Xjavier Colon: I’ve lived in one of the properties managed by this company for 6 months now roughly and have had to fight and haggle with them to get anything done at all. During this recent temperature drop we were left without heat and could not get it repaired until days after it finally warmed up. They offered to reimburse us for electric heaters in the meantime. Now they have gone back on their word. Do not recommend renting through them WHATSOEVER.
NEIDA: Recently moved to the boston area, and needed to purchase an investment property. Juan Carlos was quick, professional but most importantly always looking for good cash flow for my investment. I’m a happy owner of a 3 family, and Juan is now doing the property management as well. Tenants are incredibly good (he found great tenants), and I am building liquidity towards purchasing another investment. Juan is definitely a great realtor and property manager
Celso Ortiz: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueJuan and his staff are great professionals and their services are of utmost importance to us as clients. Our investment properties are in great management hands with Juan and PMI of Greater Boston!
Ferly Joy Casidsid: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI am so blessed to have the chance to work with this company, and having this team as a big part of my career transition and professional development is delightful. Juan, Dee, and the staff are very supportive and they really recognize my hard work. It's a fantastic company to work for and to be served by.
imalay rodriguez: Juan Carlos has been my land lord for a couple of years. Recently I had to move out since I am going out of state for college. Juan is amazing to work with, always on time for my apartment needs, and also helped me find a new apartment near my college campus! When I am done with school I will ask Juan to help me find my 1st investment property. In addition, his customer service team is very responsive, compared to other lands lords!
Matthew Wilkos: We are having nothing but problems this year. I have to note that we didn't have any issues in 2019.NO ONE checks our property. They wait till something goes wrong and we call them before any "management" takes place. I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt but they continue to drop the ball over and over again.I am hoping that management can turn things around or we'll need to find a company that handle simple things like on time snow removal and landscaping.

tyler wills: Such amazing experience, this was my ultimate first time going. Had a awesome day! I kinda look similar to Henry David Thorau ( we have similar traits/ looks) maybe I'm a relative lol! I must get my great poetry from him. What a beautiful day we had.
Evan Dewey: The experience is as advertised. Pretty place to take a walk and, ya know, connect with nature. That's the deal. Cool to see the recreation of the infamous cabin.
Dana Conner: The cabin site was interesting, but the best part was the hike around Walden Pond to get there. Crystal clear water, open to the public, easy to find a private spot to swim with your family. Take a picnic and swim trunks and be prepared to enjoy.
Gin Ma: It was a treat to visit this place. Happy to see that the area seems well preserved and in keeping with what one might expect for such a literary destination.
Michael Vaillancourt: Educational stop during a short hike around the pond.
Priscilla Eastty: This park has wonderful paths around the pond to walk and reflect in silence.
Lawrence Kelley: This Divorced GenXer from Troy, New York. Needed to take this secular pilgrimage! Even more profound now. Knowing that my 1600s English & Irish Quaker ancestors from Salem, Gloucester, Swansea and Plymouth, Massachusetts, once lived nearby. RIP.
SUE: The Cabin is no longer here. Walking in the woods is quite relaxing.
Lux Llama Productions: Neat history
Dan Brosgol: Spectacular hike from CCHS down the tracks and into Walden. The one-way rule was great, not too many people. 4.3 miles RT.
Max Cai: Find your peace and part of history at this beautiful site
Sohrab Vaziri: Beautiful pond. Best place to go for a day swim camping near Boston
Lasa Cana: Crowded, but worth the visit!
Tom B.: Breath taking landscape. American history. Great hiking trails.
Fred OConnor: Major tourist trap... parking is just plain stupid on weekends...
Refugio Banda: Amazing.
