robert musilowski: Please go elsewhere, you'll wish you would haveI booked a reservation (BK-68H2Y4) on 10/20/17 after an in message with the supplier negotiating a price. The reservation was for Sept 17-Sept 29 of 2018. Two days later, the supplier (not Campanda, but the owner of the RV) cancelled the reservation, saying he thought it was for this year (Even though we are in October). While a rep from Campanda did call me asap to let me know what happened, they did not offer anything. Also, Campanda only takes the deposit online, then you need to talk with the foreign owner to discuss balance payment. This includes the security deposit. So, if you have any issues, it's between you and the private person. Also read Campanda's faqs. A supplier can cancel his contract at any time, and it only costs him 75 bucks, but will cost you alot more to change plans. Like another person said, book directly with a company that own's it own RV's, not sources them. I think Campanda needs to act like Airbnb, so that more responsibility is offloaded to the owner, not the affected party. No one gets paid until after it is all set and done, and there is an unbiased mediator to assist.

Matthew Lau: I've been there 3 times during the week (2pm, 3pm and 4pm). No staff and the door was locked. Seems like impossible to get in there....i give up. What a pity camper has such good shoes

Jim Butler: I rented a van to use in Reach the Beach, a relay run in New Hampshire. Our van had a faulty starter. I called Adventure on Friday afternoon. One of their employees, Christian, drove a new van to us (delivering it at 6:30 AM), helped us swap out our stuff, and drove the old van back. I could not ask for better communication or customer service. I was pleased with Adventure Rental when I rented last May for the Cape Cod Ragnar and I was even happier this time. I will be renting from Adventure for both the Cape Cod Ragnar and Reach the Beach and will encourage other teams to do so as well.

Mike Rutt: Price was good, but there was no local office. Vehicle was left in a parking lot for pick up and drop off. I wanted to change my reservations but found that you can not change it within 4 days. I was also told there was no other vehicles available and that is hard to believe. Last is that they offered no veterans discount on veterans day weekend.

Rosa went out of her way to get us the best possible price for renting 3 vans for a church Youth Group retreat, and then communicated details clearly so that we knew exactly what to expect. Cal Armistead: Disgusting business practices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rented a 10-person van for an important event a month early. They cancelled without apology THREE DAYS BEFORE MY EVENT. Claimed there was "no inventory." Well, that van I rented a month ago, for which I received a confirmation had to be somewhere, right? This is not a "previous business owner" problem. It's a current owner problem. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Houston Bernard: I have been using AV for about 3-4 years now and we play a lot of shows all around New England and Upstate Ny. I have formed quite a nice professional relationship with them, they have really made the booking and my very long days much easier. They have been flexible and often I forget things in the van and I have always been able to retrieve them (sunglasses, transponder, rain coat), Embarrassingly enough, but it happens when you work as many hours as we do. The vans are always clean, very very new and all of the staff has always been very polite. I enjoy our conversations. They are fair and communicate well. Thank you Adventure Vans!!!!

Jason Kay: I run a high school youth group, and we recently used Adventure Vehicle Rental to provide us with a driver and beautiful 15 seat vans to drive us to and from an event. They were on time, respectful, and safe, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend using them if you need a driver.

Chris Getchell: BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! These thieves quoted me for $650 telling me everything would be included. It ended up being $1200 for TWO DAYS. And that was before they literally lie to you about what time they are open and also what time the vans are due back. They do this strictly to screw people and tack on extra days to your charge. My planned trip was until Sunday night and they say you can drop it off whenever, but they "shockingly" forget to tell you they lock the lot and unless you want to take the risk of leaving the keys in a $50,000 van and risk being liable for it you'll be charged an extra day. And make sure you're there the next day (even if you work like regular people) by the time they are open or else pay for another day. All in total they charged me $1650 for a 2 day trip. And the guy jad the gall to tell me to "Go find somewhere who cares". They are running a racquet and I'll be issuing this to the BBB. From one person to another please do not be fooled by these scumbags.

Steven: Went in to get a light socket for my RV because Advance Auto and O'Reilly Auto Parts couldn't find the one I was looking for. So I figured that I would have to go to a RV dealership and get it there. Expecting to pay a arm and a leg for it they told me that they don't have them and to go to Auto Zone. So I went down the street to Auto Zone and to my surprise for $6 bucks a piece they had two in stock. So needless to say I bought them both. Thanks Bradford RV Center I have always appreciated the service I have gotten there.
