mike casper: Had a great choice of cars to pick from.
Philippe Topdjian: Really friendly staff, terribly maintained vehicles. First mini van we got had terrible alignment and would drive 10-15 degrees to the right if you held the wheel straight. Also it was asking for an oil change. Totally great for the 1,500 mile road trip we were embarking on. So we swapped it out for another minivan. At least this one drove straight, but it is still asking for an oil change and it wreaks of cigarettes. Exactly the environment I want my one year old in for over 30 hours of driving. It’s like they don’t event check these cars for any maintenance issues before turning them around.

Carolann Fulk: Very disappointed that I had to pay an extra day due to the long line upon return in Boston. Weather and traffic were awful but it took almost 20 minutes to get scanned in.
James Young: I specifically picked National for the Emerald Aisle. When we showed up I was very surprised that there was a line for the Emerald Aisle and absolutely NO cars there. The workers were having to car pool to rental car sites all over the city to locate cars and bring them to the airport. We waited over an hour for them to even find us a car. Pretty ridiculous to make a reservation but for them to not have a vehicle available when we arrived. It was around midnight when we finally got a car and the line behind us was nearly twice as long as when we got there.

J Chow: We booked a 7-seater minivan and checked in at Boston Prudential Centre National Car Rental - check-in was very efficient, minivan was ready, with 3 child car seats included at no extra cost. Drop-off after office hour was very convenient. We are very satisfied with the service.
no way: The cars are usually very clean, but the rental I had was wet and had tree pollen on the windows. I had to stop at a gas station to wipe off the back window.My rental was from noon to noon the next day. The invoice started my rental at 7:30 am, I was charged for 2 days instead of one because the rental statement started at 7:30. Not a happy customer.
