Alternator and starter good, battery bad.They were busy, so I borrowed tools to change battery. My positive connector broke, so I went back in... Agustos (spelling?) came out and we tried a few senerios to fix it. After an hour in the pouring rain 🌧, we finally mcguiverd up a solution!!! He went above and beyond. Thank you!

Mike from the Saab USA team contacted me right away and notified me that the company was purchased and under new management as of early 2016. Very detailed descriptions for parts which every Saab owner knows is very much needed because of so many variations. Somehow I ordered the wrong part (the part number was close, but for a SAAB convertible, not sedan). SAAB Parts quickly remedied the situation, helping me with the correct part and rushing it to me. They helped me get it right and now my SAAB once again looks beautiful -- the right tail light assembly arrived, like all previous parts/accessories ordered --quickly and in perfect condition. Paul Leeper: DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My experience with this company SUCKED!I ordered valve stem covers for my SAAB 9-3 turbo-x. The websight told me the stem covers were compatible with my particular vehicle. THEY WERE NOT. I tried to contact the company for return, NO RESPONSE. I went back and looked at their return policy and it is terrible. If I had known about their crappy return policy I would have NEVER ordered from SAAB USA PARTS in the first place. Now I am stuck with a product I can't use and out a few dollars. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.
Kent Nielson: Complete Scam!!! I too ordered parts in July 2015 that were never sent and there is no way to request a refund. The business number provided on the website has a message that says "calls cannot be accepted at this time". Sent an email which was returned "undeliverable". No way to reach the scammers. I am now working with my bank to get a refund.
Richard Finney: I have been waiting over 7 months on a part that I paid for in May of 2015. I was told in August of 2015 that I was next in line to receive my window regulator. Here it is 4 months after that and still no regulator. Saab USA Parts uses the Saab brand name, therfore there must exist some sort of business relationship, yet they have no idea as to when they can expect a shipment? Really? Also, it is difficult to believe or trust a company that does not answer their phones during regular business hours. Apparently they just don't want to deal with the overwhelming number of complaints. They say you can get your money back. Good luck! Still waiting Saab USA Parts.

Jake Marynicz: Buyer beware, they claim to sell only genuine Saab parts, but will ship lower quality aftermarket brand parts while still charging the price of genuine parts.Order a part, order was 'processing' for almost, called them up and magically the item ships 30 minutes later (like that isn't suspicious) only to receive it and find out its a substandard part with a non Saab part number. Seller wants me to pay return shipping after a blatant bait and switch. I sourced the same part from two other sources both receiving the genuine part with the correct part number that was nothing like what I received from Saabusaparts.If you don't mind paying OEM prices for aftermarket quality then its not a big deal, but if you want to make sure you are getting genuine OEM parts source them elsewhere.

It seems like every time I call, the person on the phone knows the entire parts catalog off the top of their head. I've never had a part in mind that they were not able to help me locate. I can't say enough good things about the service I received.I think my favorite part though, was free shipping over $100 always. There aren't many times you order car parts and your order ends up being south of a C-note. Being an avid Amazon Prime user, the free shipping really appeals to me.

The facility is almost as amazing and professional as the service.The owner, Mike, seemed like a real genuine guy who was more than happy to talk cars and shared a lot of knowledge about his life long experience with Saabs. The warehouse was clean and organized and exactly what I would hope for from such a professionally run company.A few days later an air flow sensor broke on my 94 Saab 900 Turbo. I went on their website and found a live chat feature and despite it being 6pm I was answered almost immediately even though it was after hours.I've owned many cars in my day and have gone through hell and high water to get parts for some of them, never in all my years of dealing with dealerships and parts suppliers have I been met with such top quality service. 5 Stars on all fronts.

Carlito’s way: I have dealt with this place 3 times and all 3 items purchased were no good, not working. The first item was a power window tracker with motor and when installed it didnt work. The second item was a condenser fan when installed it didnt work. The 3rd item was an alternator, when installed it also didnt work. All 3 times when attempeted to be retuned i was being treated with nasty attitudes and told i can swap it but no money back. I shouldnt have to keep paying my mechanic to put the part in then pay to take it back off to put another part back on. All they have to do is test it. They shouldnt assume that the part works just because it looks ok. today 7/28/2020 i asked for the part to be exchanged and the guy from the used auto part says to me. “Ill do you the favor on switching the part because its electric and they dont exchange any electric parts. I PURCHASED THE PART 7/27/2020 not even 24h has passed so i should get money or a different part without headaches. Never will i deal with them again... I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

jose sierra: This place really sucks. I walk in for something minute and waited 10 minutes before 3 workers popped out from IDK where and just stood around trying to "look" busy. Really! More than one employee and I'm waiting around when there was only one other customer in the place being attended to. SMDH. Why even work there?
Ryan Fahy: I went to the store at 1pm for help charging a dead battery and was told they could charge the battery no problem. The man there, named Paul, was helpful sounding and even came out to look under the hood of the car to see the battery and he thought it looked like a good battery and confirmed that it could be installed back into the car when I return as well and said they were open till 8. I asked if he would be there when I arrive at 5:30pm for the car and he said he believed he would. I arrived a little late at 6pm and he was not there. A woman named Kinsey was there and said the battery was not a good battery and that it'll cost $100 to $200 for a new battery. I asked if they can just put the old battery back in the car and I can jump it and figure it out later and they said they didn't have anyone qualified to install the battery there at the time. I feel like they only took the battery to try to sell me a new one instead of actually trying to help. I'm not buying a battery from them. I'm going elsewhere if I actually do need a battery. I'll confirm elsewhere as I do NOT trust O'Reillys.

Ronald Johnson: My experience was great. I had a cashier who helped direct me to what I was looking for. Her name is Monica every time I am at her register she always has a great attitude. Monica is a credit to Home Depot.
joey goode: Great place to get parts and not line the pockets of corporate America. Same or better parts with people that know what you need not kids stating at their phones behind the counter.
