Marie Dorestsnd: Not good, I paid in full for a set of dining room. I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I got rid of my old dining room a week before the 3rd week. I paid for the dining room on 9/11/21, and on 9/2821, I called and I was told the manufacturer no longer made that set. No one called me. I went to the store; I was given all kind of excuses. Now I have no dining room to eat on and I am told that I will just be giving my money back. After three weeks now I am back to looking for another dining room, and the manger of that place does not seem to care. Not even an I am sorry fir your inconvenience. I would not send my friends there.

I was very upset, when I walked in the store. However! The manager Kervens, made sure I was taken care of. He also call me the next morning, with a date and a time for my delivery. Customer service, needs to get there act together.

Today is February 18th and my baby is 2 months and half, I still haven’t received my order. Most of the time when I call the store no answer. When someone finally pick up it’s either they hang up on me or say a manager will call me but no one follow up. When I go to the store they can’t explain what’s going on. I understand with covid things might delay but not for 3 months. Still now I can’t reach a manager, they can’t tell me what’s going on. At this point I just want my money back because I don’t feel like a valuable customer.

For the first time I have to complain to them due to a delivery of a bedroom set and some mattresses and we do not know how they hit the TV screen and it does not work, it is clearly seen that it was with the corner of something that the delivery them broke I tell you that the delivery was Thursday and we realized the broken television on Friday night I wait for Monday and nothing and on Tuesday they tell me that it has been 5 days for that claim that they cannot be held responsible. With this I am not telling them that I am going to stop buying with them but it is so that they are always aware of when they make deliveries and know that they only have 5 days to claim cases like this thing that they do not tell us in the store. because now it's my turn to buy a tv that didn't even have 5 months old I bought it for my child.tengo años siendo clienta de frugal son excelente. por primera vez me toca quejarme con ellos debido a una entrega de un juego de cuarto y unos colchones y no sabemos como le dieron a la pantalla del televisor y no sirve se ve claramente que fue con la esquina de algo que la rompieron los delivery les cuento que la entrega fue jueves y nos dimos cuenta de el televisor roto el viernes en la noche espero al lunes y nada y el martes me dicen que ya a pasado 5 días para ese reclamo que no se pueden hacer responsables. con esto no les digo que voy a dejar de comprar con ellos no sino es para que siempre estén al pendiente de cuando le hagan entregas y sepan que solo tienen 5 días para reclamar casos como este cosa que no nos la dicen en la tienda. porque ahora me toca a mi comprar un tv que no tenia ni 5 meses que se lo compre a mi niño.

Camilo Cardona: I purchased a sofa two weeks ago from Walter who completely failed to disclose their “no return” policy (even though the website says there is a 30-day return policy). When the sofa arrived to be delivered to my home, the delivery men were not very helpful. They took one look at both of the entrances to my apartment and immediately said the sofa would not fit... did not even take the sofa out of the truck. They left in a dash and told me to call the store where I purchased the sofa (Jamaica Plain).I gave Walter a callback and he informed me of their no return policy but said I can receive store credit. I went around to the Jamaica Plain and Chelsea locations to see if I would like another piece but none will fit through our apartment door.I have been given the runaround by the corporate office, Walter, and Ed the general manager (who I have called 50 times this week, and has not picked up or returned any of my phone calls).Now they are saying, they will refund my money back but will charge me a 20% fee. Why can't I get ALL of my money back from something I never even had a possession of???Save your time and money. Go somewhere else that will be straightforward and honest.

She said I could help you, but in a bad mood, when I show her what I want it, she said we don't have no more of those at all, and in all this she was having a conversation with another employee about back home, because I'm also latina and speak Spanish. So I just kept looking to see if I find a different curtain I like, and guess what I found the one I ask help with, but I was soo disappointed that I decided it I didn't want it anymore and left the store. Darwinsom: Everything I saw was in excellent to new condition. Despite being sold as previously rented furniture. We were told it was all steam sanitized which is the only treatment for bedbugs. We were told that this is why they can sell "used" mattresses.The prices were quite reasonable until you check online sources such as Wayfair. Yet here you can try things out. Like Home Goods etc. Can't say anything was comfortable except for one OMG chair.This would be a perfect place to stage a condo.My friend was highly motivated to buy a loveseat and liked the idea of being able to sit on it.The salesman was very nice greeting us but with each question he was casually difident responding that "he didn't know." this despite his being told that she had a specific possible maximum length. Questions about all other measurements were also answered with "I don't know" until we finally asked if he had a tape measure.During the entire time of our visit no other customers were present. Another employee could be seen hard at work at a desk & our salesman kept returning to his high work space do something.Moving is a fixed price of a low $120.00. Delighted he pointed out that that was for a whole living room set or to our loveseat. Well ok....didn't help us that was true.While my over motivated friend kept asking about the one (really poorly built loveseat. No tags showing where it was constructed, no warning labels, no measurements) and delivery time etc. at no moment did the salesman venture to help past jokes.I asked if I could take some photos to put online before we started shopping. I tried my best to take representative ones attached.Wouldn't go back.

Siddharth Parasnis: Javon provided the best customer service. When my house mate moved out we needed to replace a couch. I placed an order online but saw that there was a coupon I could have used. Javon was able to retroactively get me a significant amount of store credit for a sale happening on the site after I had already placed my order. It ended up being a complicated process but he was very helpful every step of the way to get me the most value for my purchase. This was all during a literal pandemic so it was completely online and over the phone. If you need furniture that is completely clean and serviceable but don't want to buy something new, this is the place.

So why 4 stars instead of 5 you ask.... well I received a mattress and a box spring set from here and it has a musty odor to it..I've checked for stains & bugs which I found none and I still have the original plastic on it but theres a lingering musty odor like smell to it... maybe it's the materials used to make it. I've recently purchased and encasement mattress cover hoping that'll helpOther than that their furniture is awesome. Very classy and well maintained

Been waiting 2 months for a new table because my previous table from them is falling apart, finding screws on my floor everyday. Had this delivery scheduled for over a month and the day of they STILL have the wrong address, kept us waiting all morning, & now have to wait another 2 weeks for the new table. When asked for a refund she said there’s nothing she can do, of course. To make matters worse, I got a call a few hours after they were supposed to come saying they would still come & everything is all set. All for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous, I would buy anywhere but Bobs.
