Bliss Spa: what do users think?
Nick Corbett: Go here for waxing only but it's always a good experience. Arrive early and use the steam shower. Leanne is the best technician there for sure. Wish it were cheaper but it's worth every penny.
Erika Jones: From the moment I entered, all of my worries disappeared. I reserved an appointment for a facial with the bliss spa. First they showed me the locker room. They gave me a robe, sandals and led me to the waiting room. In there, there were stationary hors’duerves with teas for everyone. All relaxed from there on. My service was 75 minutes and every single part of it was so soothing and awesome. They started with an exfoliating microdermabrasion and ended with a super hydrating and nourishing mask. The products they used all smelled soooo delicious. It felt like the Soarin ride. I was riding around the world on a hang glider, smelling all the different, amazing scents of the world. This was the ultimate treat!
Johnny Chen: Had Vince as my therapist. He uses pressure points as a way massaging, not what I expected. I’m sure some people prefer that....just not what I was looking for.
Ross Novak: Love it
Gillian Johnson: Blissful as alwaysFrom the super sweet and cute receptionist with red hair I think her name is Lauren or Laura always smiling and cheerful to my super esthetician Josephina you can’t help but feel welcomed every visit. Awesome atmosphere, lovely locker rooms with the awesome shower and treats in the waiting area to the never disappointing treatments you can’t go wrong. 😊
Liz Essex: Loved my experience at Bliss. My fiance surprised me with a getaway to the city, and a trip to Bliss for my birthday. I had a massage it was amazing. We talked about my problem areas and it was the most relaxed I have ever felt. Afterwards you can use steam shower and shower to get ready for your day. Very comfy and cozy area. The receptionist were knowledgeable and helpful for purchasing products and they even gave me a birthday cupcake! I will definitely be back.
Chloe Thompson-Booth: Really disappointing experience. I have wanted a Bliss facial my entire life and was so excited to finally go. Facilities were lovely and it started out very nice and relaxing. When I met with my therapist she told me that I had picked the incorrect facial for my skin type and would therefore do a different facial which was a little cheaper but also a little shorter in length. She then spent the next hour upselling me various add-ons which I all of a sudden needed according to how my skin had reacted to other products. Surely she should have had a good idea in the first place about what would have worked since she was so sure my original choice was the wrong one. It was impossible to relax while she kept saying “you need this, it’s only an extra $30...” while I’m lying down with my skin covered in product. The option of add-ons should have been discussed up front so I wasn’t in the uncomfortable position of having to make decisions about adding more cost to an already expensive facial while also trying to relax. What’s more, these add-on services don’t actually buy you any more time on the beauty table, they just eat into your allotted hour, so I ended up paying $70 more than my original chosen facial cost for 15 minutes LESS time (as my original choice of the Tripe Oxygen Facial was 75 mins rather than 60). The therapist also spent a good 30 mins talking to me about her personal problems (I shouldn’t have told her I was a psychologist - although in hindsight, I could have been charging her for the session!). To add final insult to injury, when I went to pay the final price was more than expected because the therapist had mis-quoted the cost of some of the add-ons. The checkout staff were unapologetic and refused to check in with the therapist about the price she had quoted me and insisted I had to pay the price listed in their book. Another reason to select all your add-ons before treatment starts. I was at the spa with friends and we were all trying to have a relaxing morning, so I didn’t want to be the one causing a huge fuss, but in hindsight I should have spoken to the manager. It was a really unpleasant experience and at $245 for a facial I would have expected better. I will not return to a Bliss - I’ve had facials for a quarter of the price than have been significantly better quality. My advice? Don’t bother with Bliss!
Pimhatai Koslowsky: Maureen is the best. Love her!
Sarah Lee: Bliss indeed - I got a prenatal massage here from Drea and it was fantastic. They have a fantastic maternity pillow that lets you lay on your stomach and it's so supportive it makes you feel not pregnant. The spa is very clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Margaret-Ann Simonetta: Bliss Boston is the only salon/spa I trust with my nails, and trust me... I've tried many salons. They use CND Shellac, OPI, and Essie products, and the salon is always spotless in terms of cleanliness. Tao is my bi-weekly clinician and she is the BEST! I have also recieved facials and massages via this location as well, and the staff is always well trained and friendly.
Eddie Romirez: Great
Jimmy Batista: Went for a pedicure with Alexis last night. The experience was amazing. She brought me some tea and brownies, before we started. Then she gave me wireless Beats headphones, so i could watch a movie on their ipad stand and a heated neck pillow. I almost felll asleep I was so comfty. lol The foot massage was sooo clutch from a long week of work! What more could I ask for?!?! Glad I found this place. I'll def be back to see Alexis for my next mani/pedi. :)
Amy: Friendly staff who make you feel comfortable, with free tea while you're waiting. My clinician was easygoing and made me feel comfortable in addition to providing great service. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars as Bliss in general has been having issues with their website and it's really difficult to make an appointment online - but I imagine as a company-wide issue, it will get figured out eventually (I hope). When that happens, 5 stars.
Dave Brown: The customer service reps are fantastic and make the experience so relaxing. Shout out to Kelsey for being awesome!
Nelson Feliciano: The best spa in Boston bar none. I go here for massage, amazing. Professional, relaxing, attentive and knowledgeable. I suggest Bliss to others and purchase gifts certificates here often!
Ophir Buchman: Wow... that was something else... Enjoyed every moment
Devoted Mcmill: I work across the street from this Spa. I often walk by it as I have a regular nail technician. Today, April 28th, shortly after noon, I decided to give it a try. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the front desk who informed me that I would need to go to the second floor for my nail needs. She pressed for the elevator and accompanied me. I walked towards the receiving desk and noticed that she was busy with a client. The receptionist acknowledged me and said she would be right with me. Well, when that client left, she continued looking at her computer and stapling receipts. Another young lady walked by and while she smile didn't offer to assist. Now there were two behind the counter. They chatted with each other. All the while the other one kept her eyes on the computer screen. Then another customer came out and she immediately asked to help her. She preceded to do that and once again when the client left she went back to looking at receipts and stapling them. It was as if neither one of them wanted to assist me. Maybe, I became invisible? No, this is what I think. I am black and I don't think either one wanted to wait on me because of that. Why do I say that. Because the other clients that they so quickly waited on were not Black. I will now tell all of my co-workers and friends about their ignorance, unprofessional and unfair prejudicial treatment that I received. As I was leaving the young lady on the first floor asked if they were able to help me. I told her no and sadly,. I think it's because of the color of my skin. Because my money is green. I can't be the first one to experienced this? Any way, I rate them as the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received in any customer service establishment in the State of Massachusetts. I'll continue walking on by.....
Michael Bootier: The customer service at Bliss spa is absolutely dreadful. Traveling from out of town, my wife and a friend attempted to book a massage together. In the midst of the booking process, my wife's friend noticed that she had an allergy to the products used. The website recommended that she not book a massage, and she did not. My wife, however, completed the booking, only to later learn of this issue. The massage was booked late on a Saturday evening for a Sunday evening appointment. First thing Sunday morning, my wife tried to cancel the massage. She did not feel comfortable traveling by herself in a strange city. The staff was completely unsympathetic and refused to offer any accommodation. The spa did not suffer any loss. This was not an appointment that was booked months prior, precluding others from booking the slot. It is quite clear that Bliss spa in Boston, and particularly, Flavia, the manager, do not care about the comfort or well being of their customers. Instead, they only care about profits, regardless of the customer experience. It remains to be seen if the corporate managers at Bliss are equally callous.
Karen Chance Mercurius: I am a huge fan of Bliss NYC and this Boston location is terrific. I was pleasantly surprised and blown away with the specific touches. Great service and mellow location.I would recommend Bliss anytime for relaxation.

Bella Santé Day Spa Med Spa: what do users think?
K H: I would highly recommend a facial with Dia at the Newbury street location. I have been a client of Dia's for years and actually followed her as she recently returned to Bella Sante. She is very knowledgeable about skin. I usually get the hydrafacial, which is a wonderful technology, however utilizing the technology and getting the most out of a facial really has a lot to do with the esthetician and their level of experience. I've had hydrafacials with other estheticians and the results have not been the same. Dia is fantastic! Schedule your appointment and get great results.
Andrea Laizer: Exactly what I was looking for in a day spa experience today. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Cozy lounge area to sip tea or flavored water. I had the coconut brush/massage with John. John was fantastic. He did such a great job tailoring the massage to my specific needs. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!
Blandhine Christalin: Got a facial a little over a month ago and my face has not looked this good in years! Diaa, did an amazing job and talked me through everything she was doing. She gave great recommendations and cannot wait to book another signature hydrafacial with her!
Polina Lazareva: I was trying to see how much their Couples Massage is because it is listed on their website, however, after being forced to create an account, it seems they do not offer such service.
Lindsay Tavarozzi: My absolute favorite spa
Jen KM: I received a wonderful facial from Maria. She was kind, knowable and caring
Toni: I haven't had any other service since quarantine except pedicures. It's the way I treat and honor my feet every couple of months. Thuy is the sweetest, most kind woman and the main reason I continue to go back. She and all the ladies at the front desk are always so friendly -- I love that. It's a luxury spa with a "down home" feel because of the friendly demeanor-- that's a great thing that you don't get in most luxury spas!!!
Kayla Renfro: Had an incredible CBD massage with Nicole! The facilities and amenities are clean and well stocked. The only thing was that the steam room was out of service, but everything else was amazing!
Kara O'Hearn: Have been going here for years and have had pretty enjoyable experiences but just had a massage last week with Jennifer and it was incredible! First time I truly felt like I got my money's worth. Will definitely go back for her!
Dolphia Arnstein: Here is how it went - I pressed the elevator button, and the door opened to their floor. The receptionist took my coat and checked me in. I got changed, and my treatment started with exfoliation, a soothing shower, and a massage. My overall experience was enjoyable and soothing. I needed to relax, and the therapy provided me that along with skin treatments - which my body needed (pandemic + kid).I plan to return again in 2 months. This is something 100 percent worth splurging in.
elizabeth tillemans: The best, holistic, personalized approach to skincare I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Bella Sante. I live in New York but my parents are here in Boston and I always look to book an appointment when I’m in town. I haven’t found a better facial anywhere else. I had a hydro facial with Kriztina Mitchell just this past weekend and she was fantastic. She asked about my skincare routine and concerns and I told her I was dealing with skin inflammation due to some stomach issues. This was a perfect match given her expertise in health and nutrition. We spoke about supplements, foods and holistic self care to calm stress, inflammation and flare ups. She is passionate about science and clinical result based on ingredients- not brands. I felt she was incredibly well informed and unbiased. She gave me so many insights and recommendations to help me beyond the day’s treatment. However the facial of course was incredible. Leaves me skins, radiant, glowing and glassy for weeks. If you’re looking for a truly indulgent experience with personalized care to last you long term, I’d suggest booking an appointment at Bella Sante. Your skin and health will thank you!
E SK: I have been a loyal client of this spa over the years, but in the past two months have had two terrible experiences, back to back, courtesy of the incredibly rude staff at the front desk, in two different locations. Both were shockingly discourteous and pretentious. I will never spend a dime here again, and instead will happily spend my money where it is appreciated. Plenty of amazing options elsewhere.
Christina Bowman: Another amazing experience this past weekend! I had an 80 min hydro facial with dermaplaning and my skin felt so amazing afterwards. I highly recommend asking for the Esthician, Diaa, as she’s extremely intelligent and personalized your treatment to your skin. Not only was she a pleasure to talk to, but she also really gets to know you and your skin care routine - inside and out. From gut health to clean beauty products, Diaa is SO knowledgeable about it all! I really enjoyed my facial and making a new friend along the way. Thank you, Diaa!
Naomi Orenstein: I would highly recommend a facial with Diaa at the Newbury street location! I have been a client of Diaa for years (she gives the best waxes in Boston) and she recently recommended that I get a hydrafacial after I told her my skin has been very dry and breaking out. I got my first hydrafacial with her yesterday and it was amazing! My skin looks and feels great! I can’t wait to go back and get another facial with her! She is the sweetest person and very knowledgeable about skin. I would highly recommend booking an apt with Diaa because you will leave happy & get AMAZING results!
Wenny Lin: Real bad experience!! When I called to book the service, I intended to book the 80mins pore cleaning one but receptor didn’t clarify there was a 50mins one or confirm my preference. Because of unexpected meetings at work, I was 15mins late. However, it was not until I lay down that they told me my late time is counting towards my entire service time, which means I only got a service of around 25 mins. No one told me about that when I booked or when they called to confirm whether I was coming or not. They should have made all clear to the customers. Will never come again. My technician is pretty nice and professional though.
Mary Ellen Player: Vanessa is amazing.
Ash C.: I didn't have a great experience here. As someone else mentioned, the steam room was "out of service" during my visit. The spa was crowded and noisy, and the area to wait for the massage was shared by everyone and not separated from the front desk, so it felt frantic, lots of talking/laughing, phones ringing, etc.The massage room was also very small and it felt claustrophobic. It was not quiet, either. I could hear lots of noises from other guests and banging sounds. Also, my massage therapist was very nice, but she had a terrible cough and kept sniffing and was not wearing a mask during my treatment, which freaked me out. I couldn't fully enjoy my massage. I won't be back.
Kristeena Hassman: This is my 3rd time at belle sante this year. Never once has their steam room worked, it’s always “closed for maintenance”. This is also the only amenity they offer at the salon with your service so for it to be broken for over a year is just unacceptable (it was obviously closed during Covid too so it’s been at least 2 years) especially as their prices for services have raised. Truthfully if you are looking for a spa that offers great service and amenities go down the street to G2O spa. This place just isn’t worth it.
Schnelle Shelby: Highly recommend Diaa for your waxing services. She is quick and as gentle as possible.
Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-ajmi: not clean
Barbara Hillman: Soooo I went in for the first time just yesterday 5/31/22 A Mothers Day gift from my son located in the (BOSTON LOCATION) for a 50 minute relaxation massage and a 25 minute foot therapy with NICOLE firstly id like to commend the staff for such a clean and refreshing ambiance you can see a dustball on the floor that is how well kept and clean bella sante is andd it smelled soo fresh the minute i stepped off the elevator.. that said lets get to the meat and potatoes.... let me tell u something NICOLEEEEE was the best i have ever had her hands worked amazingly threw the massage she was sure to focus on the proper areas needed for me. You know for sure that this is NICOLES passion she loves what she does it shows and feels in her work. when she completed my massage i was so relaxxxxed the rest of the day and believe it or not i have noooooo more pain in my body my body feels AMAZINGGGGG she worked out all the crooks and cranys out of me this is exactly what i needed.. i will return at least twice a month and see this young lady... if I could give 10 STARS i would. Thank You BELLA SANTE for an amazing experience and excellent staff... see you next month always remember YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR at BELLA SANTE

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston: what do users think?
Katie V.S: It was my first experience and from what I can share - it was worth it! The spa is well-settled for all kinds of commodity that pleases you,i.e., jet jacuzzi, steam room, the relax parlor. The amenities were on point. My massager did an excellent job. I recommend the spa and their excellent service!
Allison Kessler: I don't make it a practice to leave poor reviews but when I spend this much on a luxury service and am left this disappointed, I think it's worth it to warn more than only my friends. The stars are for the incredible massage therapist who was truly talented and really one of the finest professionals I've ever been to. It was a first class massage. The front desk staff were excellent. The issue is that for what you spend at this spa you are promised more than just a treatment. You are promised a relaxing spa experience. But it's not relaxing if the locker area is packed, if the relaxation area is over full and there aren't enough reclining chairs and you are told you can sit in the "pool area" to wait for your service. (It's not a pool. It's the shower area/jacuzzi space and although it's nice, it's not meant to be the area where you wait for your service). There are plenty of places in Boston and the surrounding suburbs where you can get a first class massage or facial but that's not why people come to the Mandarin Oriental. I paid almost half the price of a standard massage in parking alone. I'm ok with that. I'm not ok with not getting the experience that I expected. I couldn't even dry my hair because there were too many other people in the tight locker space with me. That would be fine normally, but not for what I expected and what I paid. The massage therapist, the front desk staff all 5 star. Whoever nickel and dimed the schedule and decided it would be ok to pack guests in like that gets no stars.
M Mighty: I am all about amazing experiences! And unfortunately there is no guarantee everything I partake in, will be just that! However, the Spa at Mandarin Oriental in Boston nails it, every dang time!!! They never disappoint!!! Their attention to detail, as well as their warm and inviting atmosphere, cocoons you like a snuggly blanket! I’m going to leave a little bit of a mystery, only because I feel you have to experience it to truly get what I mean!I book my appts with Lisa the amazing 🤩, way in advance, because no one cancels their appt at the Mandarin! A massage is difficult to score! I go in tense, but glide out feeling like I’m on cloud nine!! I sometimes feel I should have a bodyguard so I don’t fall flat on my face. Lisa has magic hands! To be fair your experience starts when u first walk in! Whether greeted by Martha’s warm inviting smile, or any of the other gals at the check in desk, you will feel the LOVE! And from there it just gets better! After check in is the part you have to fill in on your own, what comes next⁉️
Kenneth Livingston: Best spa in Boston. Pricey but well worth it.
Serge Lucio: One of the best in Boston. Some therapy rooms are on the small side but the facilities are very luxurious and relaxing
Zia Zhang: 真不错,真舒服
Seetha Chandra: Really enjoyed the couple's experience. All staff were very attentive.
Paul Gardner: Terrific spa. Great team, amenities and services. Best in Boston.Pherrada is excellent massage therapist to request.
Ilkania Chowdhury-Paulino: I would not recommend this place to anyone, avoid it at all costs for massages and facials.I was so excited when my husband surprised me with a time ritual at the Spa at Mandarin. I decided to have a facial and a massage. I get massages about once a month. I usually go to cheaper, express places and I have to say that the massage I received at this Spa was the worst massage I've ever had even though it was almost triple what I usually spend. The masseuse scratched me with her nails and pinched my skin. Not only that, I did not feel like she go any of the knots out of my muscles. The facial felt nice, but I was left with scars for a week afterwards from the extractions. I called the spa at least 3 times to discuss and they never called me back. The spa itself is not very nice. The locker room is very small and the area with the steam room, showers, and vitality pool is also very small and felt crowded. This area was not relaxing, especially with other customers' very loud conversations. Not only that, but they limit the amount of time you can be in this area and you are only able to go before your treatment. You are not allowed to use these amenities after you are done with your treatment, so it all feels very rushed. The only pros is that treatment rooms are nice enough.
Yaya Ku: I will give 10 stars if I can! On the scale of 5Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5mins walk from green line)Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (they are super friendly and helpful)Facilities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Loving the spa and sona)Massage: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Definitely one of the best I have)I like getting massage a lot and normally there are two different types I’d say. First one is for therapy that the massage therapist really works on healing some muscle sore or other problems. The second one is for relaxation that the massager might not focus on specific one but the overall experience is very relaxing! And this place offer both! I felt extremely relaxed after my section and also my neck and shoulder pain was gone completely. It is very rare to find a place offer both within a reasonable price range. I really love this place, and I encourage everyone visit whenever you have a chance!
Jennifer Milagre: Best spa in Massachusetts, hands down.
Karima: Best massage of my life. They listened to every concern i had, and it was the most peaceful experience i have had
dan Johns: So relaxing and tranquil! My husband and I loved it.
Alexis M: Just okay.I’m the queen of spending cash for a great experience. However, I was incredibly underwhelmed at the Mandarin. Having previous visited the location in San Francisco, I was looking for the same top notch experience, not to be.The staff was very kind but the pre massage facilities were not all working when I arrived. The pool was out and the sauna was on the fritz. The relaxation room had so many people coming in and out, that it was less than relaxing. My masseuse spent very little time on the areas that I pointed out on my sheet. She also talked, a lot.I would go elsewhere at this price point.
Vivian Benitez-Collazo: Amazing!! Thipawan was incredible I had the oriental qi massage as well as the collegen facial and absolutely loved her! Was thinking of a way I can travel every couple of months to just see her! She's that good! It's important to be with someone that has the expertise and knowledge of how skin works. Will definitely go back again! Thank you so much for making my stay phenomenal!
Mariesca Darby: Positive:Professionalism
Moise Picot: Lovely place and excellent service and hospitality provided 😍😍but unfortunately too pricey 😔Beautiful hotel and location 😍
sam kupper: Janet was super rough with me, on a side note the message was good too.
Juana Wise: This place is clean and The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Bostonfriendly. On top of that the treatments are well done and affordable.
Leah Moncada: This place was so wonderful. Everything was so relaxing, and the staff were lovely. I highly recommend the Rose body treatment, the masseuse mentioned it was her favourite as it was the most gentle but most effective of their scrubs. The entire experience from steam room through the individual treatments had so many thoughtful little things included.
Khuong Nguyen: Five star!

Balans Organic Spa - Massage, Facial, Float Therapy: what do users think?
Samantha Kussmann: Christina is a healer, she works magic. I will only get massages with her from now on. Spa is clean, relaxing, no major frills makes it easy to focus on getting the best treatment.
Sarah Hubbard: Really disappointing experience and unfortunately the worst massage I’ve ever had. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this was just such a bummer and no where near worth the price.Had *really* been looking forward to my visit here— I booked and paid online as a treat for my birthday, when I arrived they didn’t have the appointment I had booked. They were nice about offering a later time in the day and offered a float session, but was a bummer to rearrange the day.I’ve never had a bad massage before, but unfortunately this was really really disappointing. Most of the time was spent just laying there with really long transition times between everything. Each area would get a few light strokes and then be over... I think I spent more time just laying there than I did getting a massage. I also asked for a few focus areas and they maybe got 1 min. No where near worth the price. I’m walking away feeling like I didn’t get a massage at all :(
SpawnGorillaz: Awful
Gina: Booked for my friends birthday (we’re from out of town) and last minute told us what I booked was out of service, so we then settled for something we didn’t want to do. Told us we’d be charged if we come or don’t come. That’s Bad business, regardless of your cancellation policy. Now looking at other reviews, I wouldn’t recommend.
Eve Sinclair: Absolutely making Balans part of my wellness routine. The setting is intimate and very comfortable -- especially the rocking chairs. The neighborhood itself (Back Bay) is a cultural experience in itself. The Staff is welcoming, pleasant, and patient. Lucas, my massage therapist, worked the heck out of my problem areas! AND an "OMG, YESSS!" to the flotation room -- this experience should be in every spa. Alas, it is not. So work your way to Balans. You will Not be disappointed. A must visit!
S C: Had a great massage here! This is a small, no frills, boutique spa, with a very small and dark waiting area but had a great experience from staff.
Kevin Brumit: The staff really made my wife's birthday getaway a special one for us. Our massages were perfect and relaxing. Will come again when we're in Boston next.
Trini Prince: Highly recommend my wife went for her birthday and she loved it she'll be returning
Bailey Ethier: Have attempted to book an appointment here 4 times over the past week via ClassPass and every time they have canceled last minute! Finally called and they said they prioritize direct appointments and cancel ClassPass reservations at the ClassPass customer's expense. Why are you even on ClassPass then?
Anna M: Very Disappointed! Given that this is a very pricey spa, I was expecting good results when booking a lash lift. The lash lift did not take. After spending 150+ on it I would have expected an adequate solution and compensation - I was told nothing could be done, only a touch up weeks out. Disappointing to say the least!
Thalia Paraskis: Job interview unprofessional
Samantha Sawyer: I highly recommend this spa. It all starts when you enter, and take off your shoes, are greeted with the most friendly reception and offer of tea or water.I had a facial with Siobhan, and she was relaxing while also performing and amazing extraction! I can’t wait to return.
Stephanie Desanges: I made a reservation two weeks in advance for my birthday and they called me one day before the appointment to tell me that they don’t have a massage therapist with no reconciliation. That is horrible planning and customer service.
Zara I: The front desk was extremely rude when I asked to book an appointment with Dazirae, who is the main reason the salon won best of Boston for facials this year. The owner is extremely shady and does not treat her employees well. The environment in the salon is tense and the employees are visibly under watch by the extremely overbearing manager. Overall uncomfortable vibe created by the owner of the spa. They lost three of their best employees last month and Balans Organic Spa is no longer worth the astronomical price tag because of that. Spend your money at the numerous other places that offer the same services in a better environment.
Aishwarya Bobbili: This is my first time and i had a good experience. My skin feels great and i will definitely continue going for my next sessions of facials. The esthetician was good but she speaks very quick in explaining things which i did not understand well.
Kelly Seibler: Had a prenatal massage here 7.5 months pregnant. It was rejuvenating. They have a massage therapist who is very familiar with pregnancy safe massage techniques so you know you are in good hands!
Lauren Rohr: I was lucky enough to have been gifted the “ultimate relaxation” package for my birthday, and even luckier to have been matched with Kristen my first time here. She was extremely knowledgeable in our consultation and very easy to talk to. The massage was one of the best in recent memories and while I’m fairly new to the facial game, it flowed seamlessly from the massage and was delightful. The float afterwards was the cherry on top, and Kristen even found me after to apply extra product that I enjoyed using during the facial. Would recommend and will be going back soon!
daria koshkina: Great place. Very professional massage, with good organic cosmetics, plus floating is incredibly relaxing. Ladies are very professional and nice. ❤️❤️❤️
Emily Medley: I was visiting from out of town, and booked a massage with Natalie. I don’t usually write reviews, but she deserves one. It was the BEST, BEST, BEST massage I have ever had in my life! When my husband asked why I thought that, the only thing I could think to say was “her skill.” I have had massages in some of the most wonderful spas in America and I can honestly say this was the best. Too bad Boston is so far from Houston, but I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
Ja Ma: This is such an incredible Spa. Mirna at the desk is so kind and pleasant to speak with and I had a massage from Cristina who was able to really get out my knots in my back. The Float therapy was incredible as well! I will definitely be back.
Amy Raiole: I had an absolutely incredible experience at Balans! I had a 60 minute classic organic facial with Kristen. She was knowledgeable and had magic hands!!! My skin is very sensitive and the products were incredibly soothing and nourishing for my skin! After my facial, I had the loveliest conversation with Marie about wellness! I can't wait for my next visit!
