At Home Veterinary: what do users think?
Rita Zoey Chin: Dr. Gransky and his practice have been caring for our beloved pups for over ten years, and there aren't enough stars to express how wonderful our experience has been. Our dogs are currently dealing with a few different medical issues, and the At Home Vet team's expertise and compassion have been outstanding every step of the way, and every member of the office staff is kind and helpful, every single time. The fact that the doctors come to our home, where our dogs are much more comfortable and relaxed compared to an in-office visit, means so much to me, and I truly cannot recommend this spectacular practice highly enough.
K Hirschkind: I was introduced to the At Home Vet team via a friend at a very stressful and sad time at the end of my cats life. Jeremy was so kind and compassionate that from then on, I moved all my vet care to At Home. I since lost my second cat and now have an adorable dog. The entire team has been wonderful. I highly, highly recommend!
Lissa Grace: Called for an appointment and they refused to book me an appointment for my dog because I do not live in the area full time. My dog needs annual shots and possible ear infection. They did not care that my dog needed medical attention, they only cared about the possibility I wouldn't be a return customer
elena m: Always kind and helpful.
Marilynn Bright: Wonderful vets who really care about my cat
Adam Van Arsdale: Wonderful care! Thorough, convenient, and competent!
Alyssa Fucci: It was so wonderful to have Dr. Krieger and her assistant (blanking on her name right now!) come to our home. They were both so kind and sweet to our kitties. We had some scared ones, and they helped to get them checked out and reduced their anxiety. I would definitely recommend them if it’s a hassle getting your pet to the vet. Ours do not do well in the car, so we are happy to have found them! Thank you!
Suze Pedersen: I have been using At Home Vetinerary for several years now. I used to have two cats who loved each other very much. Unfortunately, my older cat went into heart failure about three years ago, leaving Alexi and of course me totally heartbroken. It actually took Alexi about four months before he would go into that room. Then I would find him on the sofa where his buddy was put down. It was like he felt his presence because he was so quiet. I would always sit with him when I saw him and told him I miss him too, Alexi. I wish he was still here for you and me. At Home Veterinary was so gentle with Gouri when they saw him. They told me the bad news – Gouri was in heart failure and dying. I was in shock. I made the decision to put him down in the house rather than have him suffer any longer. Throughout the whole procedure Gouri did not make one sound, and when they gave him the final shot of medication, he slipped into a quiet sleep not displaying any signs of pain. Alexi on the other hand walked by the room and sensed death. He immediately went into a depression for four or five days and would not eat anything. I kept in touch with Dr. Gransky for several days until finally on the fourth day he began showing signs of coming out of his depression. I was so relieved! Dr. Gransky kept in touch with me daily until Alexi stabilized. At Home Veterinary is so caring, and I cannot praise them enough. The good news is that Alexi is in pretty good shape for a 15-year-old, and I attribute part of his health to having At Home Veterinary coming into the house rather than stressing out Alexi with doctors office with animal scents. I highly recommend them.
L R: We’ve had Sphynx cats for many years, and it was very hard to find an authentic veterinarian who would provide the best care for them and most importantly understand the breed’s specific needs. When we brought them to pet hospitals, they would take our babies in the back room for tests and then play with them for an extended periods of time making us worry so we decided we would no longer bring them to clinics (except for emergencies and special circumstances) and look for a doctor who can come to our house instead. We were very lucky to have found Dr. Gransky. He is very professional, empathetic, patient, polite, honest and overall a very nice person to deal with. He cares and researches to make sure everything he is doing is in our pet’s best interest. He follows up with test results in a timely manner and discusses pet’s treatment plan ideas making sure we are comfortable with them.Dr. Gransky was at our door within a few hours (despite the stormy weather the night before and thanks to Jane and Karen) when we needed to say goodbye to our dear family member – Ludwig. Doctor’s compassion and kindness made Ludwig’s passing a little more bearable. We will never forget that.He suggested the right kind of tests for our Somali kitten as well which led to proper diagnosis.Dr. Gransky properly diagnosed our pets when prior veterinarians failed to come up with anything.I cannot recommend Dr. Gransky and his team enough. We have seen various veterinarians and veterinary specialists over the years and no one has treated us better than Dr. Gransky and his entire team of doctors, technicians and receptionists.
Am A.T: At Home Veterinary is excellent. The team members at the office are professional, efficient, friendly, polite, and very timely in getting back to their clients. Doctors and assistants are all fantastic and pleasant, and Dr. Krieger is THE BEST. She is simply wonderful; very knowledgeable, pleasant positive, and patient with all the questions and concerns. My cats love her 🙂
Carol Santilli: The At home vet staff have always been great with my cat. I really appreciate their professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend having these professionals care for my animal rather than taking your pet out f their safe environment!
Lisa Fay: We are 75 year old couple who has had cats in our lives for more than 50 years. By some miracle we found At Home Veterinary. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Dr. Persson been taking care of ourAlmost 18 year old cat as if it was her own. Her assistant is equally devoted, efficient and caring. You will never find a better Veterinary practice. We have never been pressed for services based on profits instead of what’s best for our cat.Dr. Persson is a cat whisperer.
Rebecca Fine (Rebecca Ripple): Dr. Persson is a wonderful vet! Thank you all.
Candice Dowling: I started using At Home Veterinary last year and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Krieger is so warm, friendly and caring and the support staff is super responsive. Having a vet come to the house greatly reduces the stress on both me and my pets.
Lucy Perry: The team at At Home Veterinary is wonderful! They’ve cared for our dog over the last four years and are always current with what may help improve his quality of life. Super helpful and always reliable, and able to answer a million questions. :) We truly can’t say enough good things about them.
Leah James Abel: Just great. Thanks for all your help! We can't thank you enough.
Alan Stoskopf: The At Home team were caring and efficient. They were great with my very skittish cat. Communication was very easy with with Dr. Oram and Kelly. Both cats and humans fell at ease and were well tended to:)
Barbara Bauman: Simply the best, better than all the rest! Kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. Expensive, but more than worth it.
Kate Gasaway: We've had a wonderful experience with At Home Veterinary. Miranda Persson, our vet, is truly passionate about medicine and has made a huge difference in our cat Houdini's health and well-being. She takes the time to explain what she's seeing and recommending in detail so we feel confident and informed. Houdini isn't an easy cat to work with, but she and her team have built a routine that lets him get the care he needs with as little stress as possible. Thanks to her, we have even more quality time with our grumpy old man.The At Home Veterinary office staff is also great. They're proactive about scheduling upcoming appointments, respond quickly to our questions, and are generally pleasant to interact with.If you have a pet who can't go in to the vet's office or if you are someone who can't travel easily, I'd absolutely recommend At Home Veterinary!
Liz Hurley: At Home Vet was so great! My cat is very nervous and terrified of the going into the vet, so we decided to bring them into our home. Dr. Perrson was amazing with him - patient, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Perrson and the vet tech were outstanding in keeping our cat calm, while getting in a thorough exam. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.
M Simon: I feel a lot more engaged in my pet’s medical care with At Home Veterinary, and care at home means my cats aren’t traumatized by carriers, car rides, and strange environments. The vets are very caring and communicative.

Sleepy Dog Veterinary: what do users think?
Ran CM: I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. This team is amazing across the board. While for some the initial price may be high, it's also more time, personalized attention, and authentic care than I have received from any other vet I have worked with. They are dedicated to centering the patient experience - where the patient is the animal! - and the client care is fantastic. I regularly get thoughtful check in emails, have collaborative and thoughtful conversations about next steps, and entirely trust that this team has my pets' best interest at heart. Even my vet-averse dog, who has had some incredible trauma at pervious clinics, starts pawing at the door and wagging her tail when we arrive. I am so grateful to have found Sleepy Dog.
Mary Rowen: Wonderful place!! Our uniquely-shaped dog needed to be fitted for a special harness before having surgery, and a neighbor recommended Sleepy Dog. They were able to get us in promptly, and nurses Ani and Jules were great. Our dog is normally skittish and doesn't always allow new people to get close to him, but the Sleepy Dog folks were patient and kind, and the harness is a godsend. Thank you, Sleepy Dog!
Diana Eastman: Dr. Innis is not only a fantastic veterinarian, but she is also a wonderful and caring human being. We visited Sleepy Dog earlier this year after noticing what appeared to be benign behavior changes in our Shih Tzu, Teddie. Thanks to Dr. Innis' thorough evaluation of Teddie, we discovered that he has chronic kidney disease. While this was, and continues to be, a very difficult diagnosis, Dr. Innis has helped us in every possible way: from referring us to internal medicine specialists to navigating the necessary dietary changes and supplementation. I am so grateful to have Dr. Innis and the amazing Sleepy Dog staff as an integral part of Teddie's care team.
Liz Pulice: Dr. Innis and her team take a holistic view of your pet beyond the body to include the emotions and interaction with their humans in order to determine the best course of action. Seamus and Clover are so excited to see the team that they bound into Sleepy Dog with wagging tails!
Christine Billing: Everyone here is so kind and so wonderful. Dr. Innis is truly one of the nicest people. She was always available to answer our questions, she was patient and gentle with our grumpy senior dog, and she was so great at the end when we had to put him to sleep. Sleepy dog accommodated us last minute and made his passing so peaceful. I am very grateful to the entire staff for everything they do and look forward to working with them with future animals. Don’t be deterred by the wait for an appointment! They are absolutely worth it.
Rebecca Bucelewicz: Dr. Innis, nurse Sam and Meghan rock! This is my 12 year old diabetic pug Bubba relaxing during his acupuncture last Monday. They are all so kind and gentle. ♥️
Cheryl Ferrari (Face Facts): Such a special caring, over the top facility. The entire staff are giving so much love to my 17 year old toy poodle .I am eternally grateful for the above and beyond treatment for ms ginny
Stu Fried: Both Jack and Trent have been patients at Sleepy Dog. Everyone we have seen there (Dr Beth, Dr Jenny, Sam, Meghan, and Chris) have been wonderful, attentive, and caring. Jack has benefitted from acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage and Dr Beth helped us with a referral for treament that Sleepy Dog could not provide. Trent has just started treatment and after a single acupuncture session is feeling very much on top of the world.I cannot say enough good things about Sleepy Dog Veterinary. They are awesome!
Ann Marie Silverberg: I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Innis, Nurse Sam, and the Sleepy Dog staff is. I've been coming here with my sighthounds for almost 3 years for nutrition consulting, acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic care. Everyone is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Jackie Bullis: I can't say enough positive things about Sleepy Dog! I was referred to them by our dog walker when our Great Dane puppy, Luna, was diagnosed with early ACL tears. Dr. Innis was an incredible support throughout our decision to pursue surgery and all of Luna's rehab. Luna benefited greatly from acupuncture with Dr. Innis, supplements to support her recovery, and reiki and massage sessions with nurse Sam. The whole team is kind, patient, empathic, and cares deeply about their clients. I'm so happy we found them!
Carol Cunningham: We love Sleepy Dog Veterinary. Check out their website and look at the photos of some of their clients. My dog has had acupuncture, massage and physical therapy. This is the best place to take care of your aging dog or cat that requires alternative treatment for any number of conditions. Your pet will love you for it. Also the staff is friendly, accommodating and have a genuine love for their 4 legged friends. Just the best!!
Joanna Deemys: Sleepy Dog is by far the best vet we have ever visited. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better team of people to care for my beloved pets.
Kathy Bruns: We started using Sleepy Dog when we moved to Arlington 2 ½ years ago...I don't know how we would have made it through these challenging years without the help of Beth, Sam, Chris, and their lovely staff. Our sweet Princess Leia has had acupuncture, acupressure, PT...all with such love and care; they have graced her senior years. The HIGHEST recommendation!
Susan Fried: Intimate setting where my post-back surgery dog got evaluated and a treatment plan designed for his rehabilitation. I left feeling empowered to help him with his recovery. Chris the PT is terrific!
Teena Eggleston: 😊💖❤❤❤❤❤😁 helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and EFFECTIVE!!L
Crystal Carvotta-Brown: Dr. Innis is fantastic. She is very calming and incredibly knowledgeable. She has been treating my elderly cat Jelly with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and most recently chiropractic treatments for his myriad of health problems. He is a happier and healthier cat for it and I know is living a good quality life. Thank you Dr. Innis!
Mary-Margaret O'Donnell Zablocki: Beth is a wonderful vet! So happy that I found her to care for my dog as she aged.

Boston Animal Hospital: what do users think?
A F: Compassionate and caring people who are expert in caring for your pet. Highly recommended the Wellesley location.
Simone Forde: I love Boston Animal Hospital Pet Rehab! Luna has been doing so well since she started PT with Christina Campbell, and we are forever grateful that she reached out to offer her services! ❤️
anna02150: Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind staff.
Ann Koplow: We love Boston Animal Hospital. All the staff are welcoming, helpful, and professional. Dr Evans is the best vet ever! He is thoughtful, informative, skilled, kind, and responsive, and he takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. Two thumbs up and two paws up for Boston Animal Hospital from two very happy humans and two now healthy cats.
Janessa Rodriguez: Estoy cansa de llamar para una cita y nunca tienen
Haley Norrgard: We love them here. If you have an anxious dog, they are it! They know how to help the whole experience go smoother. We also appreciate that they don’t jump straight to medication and antibiotics unless truly needed.
Brian Beauregard: Excellent care team. They've provided exceptional, skillful care of my 19 year old cat, Mr. Peeps, over the years. He still enjoys a healthy, high quality of life thanks to them!
June R: Boston Animal Hospital is a great clinic, the vets, vet technicians, are professional and friendly. The staff takes good care of my 🐕.
Erin Hecht: I have a 15 year old mini Aussie who has been receiving excellent care at Boston Animal Hospital. The staff are very professional and welcoming, and booking appointments and getting Rx refills is easy. My pup has been seeing Christina Campbell for physical therapy to treat osteoarthritis. He has been doing underwater treadmill exercise, and he absolutely loves it! (Plus, it’s adorable.) She also is great about making recommendations and suggestions for at-home exercises, different supplements and foods, etc.I would highly recommend this practice.
BosApollo: I've been taking my dog here since he was 9 weeks old. He's 4 years old now. I trust them and my dog loves to see the staff here. If the issue is out of their realm of expertise they will not hesitate to make a referral.I do question the practice of charging for a vet visit before I even bring my animal in, which is what the North End location does. At the South End location I get charged at the end of my actual visit. Period.
Kathryn Daigle: We recently got our first dog of our own and we feel so much more comfortable knowing we have such great vets! We can call anytime with our questions and they can always get us in to get seen very quickly. They treat our puppy great and he LOVES going there!!
James O'Bryan: The doctors and staff are caring professionals, our dog Sox loves going there, highly recommend them !
Kelsey S: After reading through numerous recommendations and reviews, we chose Boston Animal Hospital to be our puppy's vet and we are so happy with our choice. They have been amazing for the past year. We find their prices fair. Their staff are so friendly, easy to get a hold of and our pup always seems comfortable with them. They always answer our 100 questions and when we've had concerns, get him in to be seen quickly. Highly recommend!
Jillian Kinter: The team at Boston Animal Hospital’s Rehab Center have been nothing short of amazing. They have played a pivotal role in my dogs recovery after a very scary spinal injury called FCE. From the first day we met with them, they provided so much support and relief as we came up with a rehab plan. We have so much trust in them and don’t know what we would do without them!
Molly Jones: I have nothing but good things to say about this vet hospital. It took a while to become a new patient but man was it worth it. The staff are amazing. They try really hard for you to see the same vet each time so they get to know your pet and their overall well-being. One of my dogs is scared of men and my vet (who is a man) squats or sits on the floor every time he sees my dog to make him more comfortable. It’s the little things like that that make this place awesome. The fees are reasonable, the wait times are good and the care is exceptional. I used to go to Somerville Vet Clinic and it was a nightmare. Didn’t care about my pets, constantly getting information mixed up between animals and their lack of attention to detail to a medical condition one of my dogs had cost me thousands of dollars and 4 ER visits to get resolved and all they had was a food allergy. I love the holistic care Boston Animal Hospital provides and have not had any issues with them.
Laura Bostwick: The BAH rehab team was wonderful with my dog’s care following her CCL surgery! She loved going to her PT sessions and working on all her exercises in between. The team was very supportive and responsive anytime I had a question! I can’t say enough good things!
Qiuchen Guo: We have been using BAH since last year, and I am really thankful for Dr. Evans and Dr. Hemstreet in caring for my 15 year old cat, Jenks. Dr. Evans explained in details and managed Jenks's kidney function since last year, and he is doing much better now. Recently we found Jenks has a big defect in his mouth that causing him in pain and not eating. Due to his age, we are afraid it could be cancer and I am so sad since he has been company me for more than 10 years and he is my baby. Due to COVID and holidays, we only can take him to ER and Banfield for emergency assessment, and we were only being referred to vet dental specialist, which has a half year waiting list. After we got an appointment with Dr. Hemstreet, he is so caring and helped Jenks a lot, by putting him to the next day surgery, finding the cause and the right treatment of the disease. He is also so nice to keep the treatment cost low in budget. I am very grateful for Dr. Hemstreet to help my baby and save me from helpless situation. I can see why BAH has so many good reviews in google, definitely deserves it!
Jeffrey Jacob: Boston Animal Hospital has really set the bar high for vet services. My dog Boeing is a bit neurotic (like me haha), has a variety of heath quirks, and a world traveler.I was first introduced to the crew a little under a year ago when Julia and Dr. Evans helped me get Boeing all prepped and ready for a summer in Portugal. Both were so knowledgeable and had open lines of communication. After moving to the city, I knew Boston Animal Hospital was the place for Boeing.Fast forward ~6 months, Boeing and I are extremely gracious for the team. Dr. Schaffer keeps me in the loop more than most human primary care physicians do nowadays. When was the last time a doctor called you at home to walk you through results and provided time and space to ask questions?? Usually it’s the telephone game with a nurse or tech.Boeing is a complex case, and I’m a very anxious individual, but I know he is getting the best care by some really awesome folks!Thank you Boston Animal Hospital Team! 🧡🐶
jae pubzies: Positive:Professionalism,ReliabilityTook great care of my cats, very professional/nice people who definitely care about the pets they see ! Thank you I’ll be back next year :)
Cedric Bogardus: Just had my first experience here with my kitten, Liet, and I was so impressed I felt the need to leave a review. Everyone was extraordinarily kind, professional and knowledgeable, and had nothing but good things to say about my rather uncooperative cat. I will absolutely be returning here for all my veterinary needs for years to come.
Joanna NANA: Trash hospital! Overcharge and bad service! Don’t do International Health Certification! We’re charged over $1,000 for this single program. All my friends did the same program at the similar period in other MA hospitals, which only costed around $400. Someone told us that they would offer promotion if we would like to pay full price initially. Later, no one is responsible for this promotion. They tried to pass the buck again and again. They clearly knew that we’re not going to stay in the USA for a long time since we did the International Health Certification. That’s how they make black money!

Come Together Animal Clinic: what do users think?
Christine Chapman: Good practice with very reasonable prices. Took very good care of my naughty Yorkie who managed to bite the vet tech during his vaccinations. Regardless, he has multiple health issues and we were able to come up with a treatment plan for $800 less than what we were looking at with a big name store who will remain unnamed. 5/5 recommend
Ariel Alston: They neutered my cat and they did a great job.
Nathan Wait: Clearly the most caring animal clinic that I have ever seen. The vets, technicians and receptionists are amazing. Be ready for so many questions when you walk in, but the care that is received is so amazing, don't hesitate for a moment to bring your pet here!
Chanel Wilkerson: Best Vet experience everrr. All the staff was friendly, explained everything I needed for my fur son who needed surgery. I will be back definitely.
Maryann Allen: This is a good practice. Jennifer Williams who started this is a deeply compassionate woman. The vet is gentle and excellent with the patients. Supporting this clinic by going here also supports the work they do with feral cats. I highly recommend them.
Michelle Reynolds: Whoever they have answering the phones is very rude. I called about an emergency for my pet and this vet is the closest I could get to being a single mom with 3 small children & having no car. She was very judge mental and had a very rude tone in her voice. They should definitely get someone more friendly to run the front end of their business, especially where to some of us our pets are like family and we want the best care for them.
Elaine Fone: Awesome custom service
Kim M: Cheap quick and does the job
Laurie St. Amand: They really were kind to all the animals I saw come and go. Their prices were reasonable. The vet seemed to know what she was doing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vet.
Sandra Cosmopoulos: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueEveryone was soo soo nice and Dr Emara is the best Dr I’ve ever been tooMany years of knowledge professionalism integrity and compassion 5 stars plus

Andrea Angel: Excellent service all my cats will go here only💋
Alexandra O'Malley: 2020 has been a hard year. We ended up getting a COVID puppy and never considered what a COVID spay would look like. The rescue included spaying but all participating vets were either closed or booking out 6 months in advanced. When she was of age, I reached out to my community to ask for assistance finding a vet and was recommended Come Together Animal Clinic. They were able to accommodate her for a pre-op appointment the next week and we booked surgery for the week following. As luck would have it, our pup went into heat 24 hours prior to the appointment so we had to reschedule. They were incredibly understanding and asked us to reach out following the completion of the heat cycle. When I finally felt as though her heat was over and we were in the clear, they bent over backwards to fit her in for surgery the same week. When we picked her up we received rave reviews for our little girl. The vet personally came to speak to us regarding post surgical care and all follow up needs. He told us how to get in touch with any emergent concerns and explained to us exactly what he did and saw while she was under his care. She's currently resting comfortably at home and we are all able to relax with this behind us thanks to Come Together Animal Clinic's amazing staff and professionals. Thank you!!!
lisa: This place was great to work with. The staff are professional and courteous. It’s quite affordable. I’ll definitely be going back.Parking wasn’t too much of an issue at the time (late afternoon) I went. There’s plenty of street parking.
richard haley: Awesome soul take care of are friends 'they speak for them.very caren. Thank you'and my cat freedom thank you
Patty Mahoney: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
Hayden Flaherty: Positive:Professionalism
Claudine T: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Nicole Lydon: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueThey were wonderful to my 7.5 year old cat. They managed to get him to get and stay still while they drew blood for labs. They managed to trim his nails. Today (July 1, 2020) is day three of his antibiotics and I see a huge difference, his demeanor is playful and kjnd. Thank you CTAC!

Mary R: The greatest place with the sweetest staff. I love coming here with my cat!
Ashley Berry: Dr. Campbell performed my dog's (Lady) dental surgery last week. I was impressed from start to finish. I was updated on every step of the process and trusted everyone that cared so well for her. She recovered quickly and her dental work looks fantastic. While it was quite expensive, it was worth every penny to know my dog was being cared for adequately. Highly recommend this vet! :)
kayla barbera: Dr. Campbell and the BBVC surgery team took the best care of my Luna during her dental procedure 3

Chris Tyler: Dr. Graham and everyone at Back Bay give individual personal attention from the moment you sign up. Dr. Graham has gone above and beyond after only our first visit. Back Bay is highly recommended by this family!
Rallee Holt: I can’t say enough good things about this place. My cat was suffering from bathroom issues that no other veterinary office took the time to fix. We came up with plan for Chloe and she did so much better! Both the Doctors and Technicians are wonderful. They work with you financially when they can. If you have an emergency they make you a priority! But most of all they are kind to both you and your fur babies. I’ve been to many veterinary offices and this place is special.

Bryan Belliard: I love this place. honestly. They remember my puppy every time I bring him. The vets are honest and the techs are so loving. I suggest bringing your dogs here. They care!

Angell Animal Medical Center: what do users think?
Corey Chapman: The staff are all super knowledgeable and very kind. I definitely felt me and my cat were well cared for and not forgotten about, even in a busy ER. What I appreciated most about Angell IS the staff. I always feel like my animals get the best possible treatment, and I feel like the people working there do their best to make sure I'm well informed about what's happening to my pet throughout a visit. Any time I have an emergency, I bring my cats to Angell, even when it's a longer drive for me.
Paul Liberty: Simply the very best care you can get for your pet.
Karen Harris: Angell in Boston is unparalleled in the quality of care given to several of our dogs. Their surgery department is outstanding, as is their emergency staff. During our recent emergency, the the ER vet called us twice daily, and in addition we received multiple text messages each day from one of their patient liaisons. I would not trust any other veterinary hospital to handle a serious illness with the competency, care, and level of communication which is their standard.
Daniel Hyde: Great follow up. I appreciate the vet going through her differential diagnosis
Beverly Runowicz: The greeting was fantastic. My dog is hyper. I need to take him to training school or he needs to take me. Your staff helped me calm him. What I appreciated most about Angell is: the kindness and caring of all of the staff.
David Marchione: Staff are great What I appreciated most about Angell is they care
Kathy Bianchi: All contacts--either by phone or in person were extremely positive interactions. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. Jess and Todd kept us up to date on how Mazey was doing and Dr. Trout was very thorough in his explanations both pre and post op. We could not be happier with our experiences at Angell. Thank you for all you do!!! What I appreciated most about Angell is how well they communicate with us while our dog is in their care.
Kimberly Syman: It was an overwhelmingly positive experience from beginning to end. Both the vet and vet tech were easy to relate to, friendly, caring, efficient, calm, and willing to work with one of our dogs who is very anxious. The vet provided clear guidance in a somewhat ambiguous context. What I appreciated most about Angell is the high-quality, friendly team providing outstanding care for our dogs. I always feel total confidence when I work with Angell.
Wanda Vasquez: Very good and organized hospital
Mary-Margaret O'Donnell Zablocki: Friendly and welcoming staff! The vet tech and veterinarian were both very helpful answering questions and clearly helping to plan for the care of our new puppy. What I appreciated most about Angell is the exceptional care and accessibility to the veterinarians.
Jossie Carreras: Both the phone coordinator and the doctor ans assistant were efficient and kind. The doctor and assistant even remembered my cat from last time. What I appreciated most about Angell is the efficiency and ability to see patients quickly
wendy kessler: Dr trout is awesome!! We are so glad we were sent to him to take care of our dogs needs. His staff is also wonderful and always so helpful. Thank you Dr Trout for all that you do!! What I appreciated most about Angell is their love for animals
Kyle Fuller: They are awesome 😎
Constance: Awful experienceThey quite literally tested our bunny to death. The receptionist a black woman with braces ( no name tag) was horrible to us It only got worse. 3k dollars & 4 Days in the hospital and a WRONG diagnosis he was sent home. He was obviously still very sick we took him back within 48 They wanted a $4,000 deposit to start another round of testing. After the first test they wanted to euthanize him. We took him home. Our rabbit suffered needlessly through unnecessary & expensive tests at the hands of their greed & incompetence. Don't wait for an emergency and end up in a dump like this get a good exotics pet vet. Before you have an emergency and end up at the mercy of these people
Pamela Kaldi: My Peep goes into Angell at Nashoba every three months for blood work. The staff there treat him like a king. Believe me when I tell you he loves going there. Doctor O'Toole is always so kind and explains everything to me, in words I understand. I email Angell at Nashoba when my Peep has a flare up and needs to have his prednisone adjusted and they always answer promptly. Peep also has several prescriptions, when I call for refills they always process them that day.Thank you Angell at Nashoba for making Peep & me, feel like we are family; and not just some dog and another owner.I would / do recommend them to every one I know. What I appreciated most about Angell is their knowledge, patience, empathy & time
Gina: It was just a sad sad day, They had to put my Dog down .
Christine Cafiso: They were very informative on aftercare and im so glad they made a cone mandatory for 3 days. Everyone I spoke to about their experiences with getting a cat fixed they didnt even bother with a cone. I might be in big trouble if they didnt tell me that it was a necessity because my cat was lickinf himself all over if he didnt have the cone on. Needless to say my baby boy Lincoln had a speedy recovery! Thank you MPSCA❤️ What I appreciated most about Angell is their low cost services to low income households
Gerald Eichinger: Dr Burgess was very knowledgeable and compassionate when treating our very loved Bobo. The staff was wonderful and treated him wonderfully. His dog bed and blanket were returned to us clean and neat. We know he was treated wonderfully for his week-long radiation treatment. What I appreciated most about Angell is the advanced specialty care offered. The staff was wonderful professional and compassionate. We recommend you to all of our clients in need of the highest quality veterinary care.
Debra Nash: A wonderful place to bring your pet for veterinary services.
Dayana Vieira: Great customer service! The lady in the front desk was very friendly and explained everything for me. Benjie was in great hands. Thank you What I appreciated most about Angell is you help animals does not matter the financial conditions. I was so blessed to found you guys.
Melinda Giovengo: Great service incredible communication What I appreciated most about Angell is great communication and time spent explaining
