One who is older and has ASD he feels comfortable there, loves their prizes and has thick curly hair which they manage with ease.Younger kid had a bad experience at another salon and has been terrified of haircuts. Debbie and Tanisha have now both cut his hair. They help him when he feels nervous, make it fun and really have helped me get thru what is typically a stressful time not knowing how he will react. She just started chopping off hair with no means to the method, despite the fact that I showed her pictures of what I wanted and that he was just in need of a trim. I'm going to leave a 2 part review.From my daughter's point of view, it was awesome - friendly staff, everyone is nice, lots of cool decorations, prize box, etc. She loved it and was talking about it for the ride home.Now from my point of view, we were in and out in like 7 minutes. They trimmed an inch of her waist-long hair and that's about it. I opted for the $6 first haircut package (why not, right?) and got a ziplock bag of hair and a blurry printed picture. So like, not really impressed.That said, I'm rating it 5 stars because at the end of the day, my daughter loved it and everyone was super nice and that's what matters, but from a haircut standpoint... 🤷‍♂️

My 15 month old was less than thrilled about his first haircut, but the woman who cut his hair ( completely missed her name, which is a shame because we would definitely request her in the future!) was amazing. She was patient and clearly had experience as she went from cutting his hair while his dad was holding him in the chair to cutting his hair while I was holding him standing up. We will definitely be back!

The worst haircut my son ever had! I was so upset I had to pay for this lady to hack away my son’s hair. Does she seriously do this for a living? It took her exactly 5 minutes to “cut” his hair. amanda dias: I loved how peaceful the whole experience was. The place isn’t crowded and this is a plus for me because my boy will always cry his eyes out in fear of a haircut (he hates it). So it’s less embarrassing than if it’s a crowded place and everyone is staring in silence to the chaos my little one does. The check in, check out and scheduling appointment was smooth and both ladies (hair stylist and the receptionist) were amazing, calm and friendly. It’s 30 min trip from my house but they have a client. I will always come back!

Alexandra Quiroga kuhs: First of all you cannot book prior to 24 hrs making it difficult to book any appts bc availability its so tidy . I went with my baby to get a first haircut package (meaning he has never done this before ) yet since the minute we walked into the store we felt rushed the whole time. The employee sat him down on the chair and immediately began just cutting away with a brief description of what we wanted. Pretty much just ended up doing whatever she wanted . The baby OBVIOUSLY was terrified from not knowing her (she never introduced herself to him and barely interacted ) and the sound of the clippers she was using. She never took a second to even comfort him but rather held his head harder for him to stay steady so she could finish the job. Then when she was finally was done giving whatever haircut she wanted . She offered the baby a price and rather letting him choose she like said “come CHOOSE YOUR PRICE” she did for him . Once again Not acknowledging him . I was so exited to come here and make this a good experience for him . But instead left not satisfied, disappointed and frustrated and like I had just traumatized the kid . Terrible customer service.

When stylist was finished I questioned the length thinking it needed to be shorter. Stylistcsaid when it sets it will look shorter. Ok so I asked her to blow dry her hair an nd she told me she didn't have time. I said I requested a blow dry when I booked. She said oh I can give it a quick dry. Hair was still damp. Cut was wrong and I got billed for the blow dry. I took my granddaughter to Supercuts the next day. Got the haircut I asked for and spent less money. We waited over 30 min because the credit card machines were down and no manager on-site to fix. Then the staff member on-site who did not speak good English called the owner I believe to fix and took another 20 min all just for that customer to go get cash and pay that way. So I was surprised that our stylist was not masked, as well as folks working at the front desk. I brought my child here due to the fact I thought covid precautions were in place, specifically for our young, unvaccinated, population. I have been crying everyday because his beautiful hair was butchered. I wanted to keep it long just get the front out of his eyes and the back to stop getting knots. Gina recommended layers and I should have went with my gut and just trimmed it but I took her advice. These do not even look like layers everything is so uneven I don't even know how I can possibly style it. It needs to be fixed but I do not want to loose anymore length. He was pretty good for the majority of the haircut so I can not even give the excuse he was moving the whole time. The baby's first haircut certificate is cute and that is why I'm giving 2 stars but haircut is absolutely not worth $26.
