Martin's Park: what do users think?
Alex: Really nice small park.Vast boardwalk, good view on the waterfront and the tea party museum. And there is a cool playground with a ship kids could climb.
G M: Recipe for disaster. Looks like a playground in law and order svu.
Matthew R: Nice park for the kids.
TAD BLAKE-WEBER: This is a beautiful play park in Boston’s Seaport District. It’s a really cool design, kid friendly, accessible, and, most importantly, fun!
Alex Issokson: This is a very great park to bring kids to. The location is convenient for exploring the seaport. It is close to the children's museum and fire truck museum. There are plenty of walking paths and structures to climb on and play around. Great to visit on a sunny day!
Laine Taylor: Beautiful playground that is safe and super fun and creative!
Vonnie: Steps from the Yotel, hotel. City park with large walkways for everyone. Overlooks the Boston tea party museum. Plenty of seating, to people watch or enjoy the view. Get coffee at the Capital One Cafe on seaport - 2 min walk.
Daniel Rizzolo: Great park, perfect for my 3 year old.
Stephen Priest: A good place to take your kids. While I was walking the Harbor Walk trail, I came across this small park where parents were playing with their children even after the park closed. The gate wasn't locked 🔒. Multi level, foam placed on the ground for playing. A different style of slide and jungle gym and a well maintained garden. My only issue was the litter 🚯. People need to respect property, whether private or public, and not leave a mess expecting someone else to clean it up! You may have to prepare your kids to see homeless people sleeping under the nearby bridge.
Emily Gomez: Neat playground, but we were disappointed to have half of the park blocked off on a Sunday afternoon for an event. I love the idea of having classical music in parks, but it was such a shame to set up in a way that didn't allow kids to enjoy the structures. Kids were unhappy. Parents were unhappy. Adults without kids that came for the event were unhappy because the kids were complaining loudly and they couldn't appreciate the music.
Carrie Rogers-Rivera: This park is an absolute blast! The most obvious part of the park is that it looks like a ship sailing on the water, all of the water is spongy material with lots of climbing grips. Inside the boat is fine with knobs, windows and things kids want to touch. There is also a nice spray deck area for cooling off or getting soaked.Once we finally convince the girls to leave the ship area, we wanted to walk across the foot bridge hoping it would lead us to the children’s museum and instead we were delighted to find another area of the park, with equally amazing playground structures and we had fun finding the scavenger hunt animal statues. Next time we’re in the area, we will definitely go back and spend more time here having fun.
Cory Chebator: Great place with a view. Also it's a playground hidden within a wooded water front area. Great for kids and a quiet place to sit and relax.
Morgen Wade: A hidden gem!
Nicholas Ringo: Neat little park. Nice location, lots of plants, and several good playthings including a ship
Tania H: If you’re in the Seaport area and you have little kids, this playground is a must! It has 2 parts - one half is a pirate ship and then walk over to the other half that has slides, a swing and a climbing structure. Then you can take a beautiful walk on the boardwalk along the water.
Osaiyekemwen Ogbebor: Nice place for kids
Wayne Veenstra: Fantastic park. Very creative play structures in a pretty setting.
Jessica Norby: We visited from out of town and loved this playground/park so much. Great structures for the kids to climb on, loved the black-top material of the structure (as opposed to mulch). Lots of shade surrounding the park from trees and such. Wish we had one where we live!
Tobi Be: Toller Spielplatz Mitten in der Stadt. Ein kleiner Teil ist ein Wasserspielplatz. Es gibt am Tor sogar einen sonnencreme Spender.
Vicky Chase: Small park with a boat for kids to climb on. Lots of seats and shade for parents and others who want a cool place to sit for a minute.
Lindsey Itamoto: A childrens play area in the city.Thoughtfully built , large playground for the little ones to enjoy.Lots of benches and seating, a great place for kids.

Tadpole Playground: what do users think?
Chrissy H: Great little gated park to stop by for the kids to play and get some energy out while in the area.
Carolyn Qi: Super crowded all the time
Priyavarthanan Baskaran (Vivek): Fun filled place for kids during summer...Frog pond is good fun... Kids can play in pond till 6 pm... Then not allowed to enter into water, kids can spend time in playground... Small play ground with water shower and kids enjoy doing it...It's within Boston common and good place to hangout with kids
Eric Bernier: En suivant la "Freedom trail" vous passez par le terrain de jeu Tadpole. C'est un grand parc pour les petits et les grands. Il y a entre autres pour les petits, dans barboteuses, glissoir, balançoire et de grands espaces verts.
oo-: Nice Tadpole
J. F. II: "There's a playground in the Common?!" - Me, before having my own Little One. Growing up IN Boston, I'd be Downtown with my mother and sibling nearly every weekend growing up but we rarely ever made it to the Common since we were so busy at Downtown Crossing and/or Haymarket. Now that I have a Little One, it's a great place to take her when we have the time. with a great mix of locals and out-of-towners. It's one of the few parks in the city that will regularly have kids playing it well into the winter as long as it's not too cold--if your kid thinks it's warm enough to go to the park, trust me, other kids are thinking the same!Like nearly every other playground in this city--and quite frankly this state--it could use both an UPDATE and EXPANSION--the Boston Common of all places is certainly not short on land!! Seriously, when I hit the lottery: multiple 50-meter zip lines and a gigantic rope climbing course! My treat back to the city that raised me even if I rarely (if ever) went to this playground."But where do I park my SUV?"Well, you certainly DON'T drive up to THE park of Downtown Boston. There is parking in the area if you must drive all the way into the city at the official Boston Common Garage ($$$$); and there is ample metered parking for up to two hours on Charles St, and Boylston St and Beacon St. Wherever you park it's at least 0.3-mile walk to the playground--GET EXERCISE like the locals!!!You can, of course, park farther out from the city and take the Green Line to Boylston or Park Street and/or the Red Line to Park Street. The park is also accessible by the Silver Line (Lie) SL5 bus and 43 bus.
Orest Schur: It’s ok
Lisa Connolly: Very nice playground but very busy and it's not separated for age groups
Jenni Finch: Great playground with sprinkler and fully gated.
Danny Quynh Lam Ong: One best stop for the kids in Boston Park Street
Brian Lipa: Playground was clean and the gated entrance is great for a parent looking to relax just a bit. Park grounds and paths were also clean and we saw a couple of workers carting around and keeping it that way. The only drawback was the guys crowded around the main entrance and info booth that were soliciting passersby for drug sales, I assume MJ based on the names I heard. I guess it's legal in MA but I can't say I liked it. It looked like the side entrances were mostly free of these guys, though we didn't check. The restrooms were open even though it was early Spring and the Frog Pond was still dry.
Adriana Perez: Great playground for the kids when visiting Boston Common. Restrooms are nearby and there's lot of seating space for parents. Only one entryway to the playground which makes it safer. My son loved it.
Ookleburger: very poggers
Maki Mk: It is a nice place to go with the kids. They have so much fun.
Katharina: Good playground
Andrea Sacay: Local limpo, agradável com brinquedos adequado às crianças, arborizado, protegido por cercas.
David Chen: 适合小朋友玩
clarissa Rippy: Its an awsome park to hang out with your family. Lost of kids for your child to play with and the frogs are soooo cute.
Mandee “Mika” Tafel: The splash pad here is really cute and the playground area has some equipment for younger toddlers.
Jan Smith: Fun playground with a water area

Esplanade Playground: what do users think?
Marybeth Lensel: My kids are 8 & 9 they loved this playground! great climbing structure, rock climbing, twirly thing, disc swing, wooden post climbing structure and an awesome zip line! This park is not enclosed for little kids
Sylvia Ramos: Wonderful playground with all kinds of apparatus for your child to enjoy. Close to the river, beautiful view. Your kids will enjoy hours of enjoyment and pleasure!!!
Jose Vanegas: Espectacular 👌 así lo describe mi hija
Patricia Mccormick: Great park. Biking, boating and hiking available.
jon tobin: This playground is awesome for slightly older kids!!! It's not above a toddlers pay grade - if you're kid is younger than 4, I'd probably suggest another playground (4 may even be a little too young).
Adam Barney: Great adventure and free play based playground in a scenic place! Worth taking a detour to enjoy!
Bill Vallee: This is the most beautiful location for a playground imaginable. It has two sections divided by age, well protected by fencing and doors, and isn’t ever too crowded. It is a poke since it’s across Storrow Drive, which in a way makes it more of a neighborhood place, but it is very welcoming.
Shuaib Ibraheem: Amazing park with a great view and so much to look at and do
Colin M.: Maybe the coolest playground I've taken the kids to. Ideally 4 and up
Major Hayden: My kids loved it! There are plenty of shaded places to sit.
Taras Legar: Отличная детская площадка здесь есть много разноплановых аттракционов для детей для развития разных интересов и спортивных возможностей а также рядом красивые каналы и места для прогулок
Sui Tie: This is a lovely park. You want to walk, walk your kids or dog, run, picnic, pictures, you name it, this is the right spot for you.
Calvin Hobbs: 👍
Penny Aicardi: The slide is amazing! Kids and adults love it. Very clean playground!
Allanah: Park for older kids, some teenagers were hanging in there as well. Zipline used even by adults and a very tall slide accessible only through a high net meant for school aged kids.
Beantown Billy: A fun place for the whole family.
Victor Liu: Nice alternative to the city museum. Highly recommended for young mentally challenged adults!
alya thabet: Amazing rides and toys also there is the best zipline:)
brandi esquivel-Hossay: Great place for the kiddies
J. F. II: It would be GREAT if DCR could send someone out to fix the zip line that's been broken for over eight weeks (the pulley is clogged). Otherwise a decent park for children old enough to climb on their own. Not much for a tot to do. Like every other city park, could be twice as big.
Cecile Braun-Jones: Great playground for small and bigger kids right on the the Charles.Zip line needs to be repaired.Everything else is a ton of fun

Buckley Playground: what do users think?
LMF: Toddler and big kid sections, lots of space to run
Susan Goyette: Clean, well maintained, good for tiny kids
James Travis: Full basketball court, there is also a children's park with a nice swing set and other things for the kid's including a sprinkler for hot days.
Lynn Campbell: Very calming place to stop during a walk.
John Wallace: Very fun, full of young children during the day, structures for many ages.
Brittney Gordon: My kids like this playground and the sprinklers and I like it because its covered by tree so its shady and cooler.
Maryann Allen: A place that welcomes children, dogs and elders. Nice stop for a rest when strolling with our 14 year old pug. Benches so us old folks can sit a bit and chat.
Emperor Kaioyus: This place needs a makeover and an update
Chris Bryant: Too many people dont pick up after their dogs
Suzana Bambina: Definitely need more baby swings
Robert Swoboda: Small park, lots of shade
Carolyn Kittens: Not enough structures
rudjy lafont: Seems very dead all the time
Irma Valencia: Very sad playground. Only one infant swing and no grass.
Jeff Melton: There is a lot going on in this small park. A toddler area, "big kids" area for probably up to 9 or 10 year olds. A basketball court with good backboard and rims and nice tree coverage and a small cement splashpad which I'm sure are welcome in the Summer.

Frieda Garcia Park: what do users think?
Reetin Ghasi: Has a nice jungle gym, good for kids 4yrs and younger. Cross from a nice coffee shops, bakery and restaurant. Easy to commute.
M Prescott: This park is really just The Friendly Toast waiting room for rude 20 year olds. They shamelessly took over the swings and climbing tower restricting my sons access to an otherwise nice park. And it wasn’t just one group... we were there for a while and literally everyone under 30 waiting for table took over a play section of the park.
Fariha O: Such a cute little playground. Not crowded. Right in front of two restaurants. My friends and I played around a bit as we waited for our foods.
Tahny D: Great park! It was very clean and had lots of great unique equipment to play on. We ate breakfast at The Friendly Toast and this park was tight across the street. What a cool Find it was. It is fence and we felt very safe.
Patricia Brown: Do it for the kids
Elena: Great fun for kids of all ages
Peter Houston: Great park for kids in the city, but tends to attract an entitled element that can be uncomfortable...
Jose Luis: Nothing exciting for me, a very small playground with amenities for children. Has benches to sit down and rest, nothing more interesting.
Tina Carpenter: Simple and perfect. Thank you
Lisa Katz: This is a very nice playground. Even though it's fairly small, it has very interesting equipment, which is excellent for climbing, swinging, and spinning. It's very enjoyable and convenient as it's next door to Back Bay Station so it's easy to get to by T.
Paul Peeling: Good climbing frames for younger children, not toddlers.
Bronson Kurtz: Little gem of a park with great food choices across the street. The kids played for hours even on a cold day. It’s all gated too.
Chris Tuttle: great little hidden park with new playground equipment
Debbie Hodge: Nice little park and playground
Matt Gross: Small park with great climbing equipment for kids and benches for sitting and eating.

Alexander W. Kemp Playground: what do users think?
Bill Christian: Some unique play equipment suitable for younger kids
Henry Dera: A great playground with lots of street parking. Has swings, slides, rock climbing, a teeter totter, a big wooden ship and lots of activities you wouldn't find at a standard childrens playground.
Matias Ramos: Great and popular playground with a modern design.
Laila Othman: My kids enjoyed playing for more than two hours without nagging🙂
Evan Chan: A lot of money clearly went into this park and it’s got great ideas, but poor consideration around how the different areas interact with one another makes this place a dirty, chaotic mess. The spongy hardtop material forms a nice hill, but the sand next to it makes the sides extremely slippery. It’s very easy for someone to slip and hit their head on any one of the hard elements. It was clumsy enough with the mulch, sand, and spongy hardtop material, but check my picture of when water is added to the mix. Yuck! It seems no thought was given to how the water would be drained, leading to a mulch pond, which is unintentionally appropriate because it is next to a boat-themed climbing area. This park is what you get when you’ve got lots of interesting ideas but don’t spend the time to test how different elements interact with one another. Maintenance of the park is also quite poor, as the spinning wheel is misaligned and gets stuck.
Seraphina: Nice layout, very different than your average playground! Safely closed in as well
Gareth davies: Loved it clean well maintained
Mehul Shah: Nice playground in a fantastic location near/in Harvard Square. A port-a-potty nearby helps with emergency bathroom needs.
Nancee Knierim: Fun place to people and dig watch.
java 58: Unique for a playground
oo-: Very nice playground but beware of slippery mountain covered with sand
Adnan Kagalwalla: Very nice park in the middle of Cambridge. My kids had a great time. It's also near to a bunch of great eateries, so you can grab some treats and head there to enjoy the treats. Recommended.
Jon Beasley: In Cambridge Commons...portalet is thankfully provided adjacent to the playground
Eugen Lounkine: Great big place with so much to explore!
Will Buckley: Really unique playground! Quite fun!
Diane Barber: Kids had a ball
Alemayehu Bekele: This is a great place for kids, especially for kids above 5yrs.
Christine Mitchell: My daughter loves this place not only is the park nice the Surrounding area is also beautiful
Angela Case: Cool playground with lots of climbing situations, slides, sprinklers and unique engineering toys and play things. Has sand and wood chips, is also surrounded by a huge field.
Geraldine G Studio: Wood playground?! Yes! My LO loved it!
Diego Sanchez: Great playground with a wide variety of activities and equipment for kids of all ages.

Childrens Wharf Harborwalk: what do users think?
M. Amine Hassani: It was a nice experience and well themed, a lot of thighs to explore for kids.
Victoria Vaden: What a cute area with an even more amazing story of its creation. It’s so impressive how well this park was thought out with children at the center of its design. I wish more states dedicated space to kids like Boston does because this park gave my three small kids core memories that won’t be easily replicated.
Mercy Melian: Lindo parque para los niños y excelente camineria. Para pasear en familia. Y todos podemos recrear la vista. Todo limpio y agradable
Milton Reyes González: Beautiful place to share with your children in Boston!
Lindsey Itamoto: Overlooking the harbor/downtown Bostonis a clean walking space with benches and landscapingHeard that sunset and sunrise was beautiful here so came to see for myself.
