Brandon Harmon: I'm sitting here reading the reviews and honestly cant even begin to imagine some of the stuff people wrote...Let's start off with customer service, I've been shopping at Ricciardi for at least 5 years, and every time I've walked in, they've never once made me feel like I "don't belong in there" or rude. All employees have gone out of there way to help me find what I am looking for, explain and describe items/designers I was unaware of, and also provide alternatives or other pieces I may have interest in (over the years, they've kept an eye on what I like and know exactly what to offer me). Nowadays, Riccardo and the team are homies, I feel comfortable going in to browse, purchase, OR just say hi.I've been in Boston my entire life. I've traveled to major cities across the US and I can truly say that Riccardi is one of a kind. Boston doesn't get as much as NYC or LA, but Boston has Riccardi.P.S. I'm also Asian... Never experienced any of the BS claimed by other reviewers...
Abdullah B: Shout out to Kevin and house of style. I like the service and they even delivered to my house so I don’t have to go in to shop sometimes. I wish they had a stronger online presence because sometimes I want select pieces and instead of buying online I could go to Ricardi and try it on, so I want to know what’s available beforehand. I suppose you can just call and ask because they are very responsive by phone. I like this place and have been a patron for a while now.
Cora Towne-Andrews: Walked in already feeling like I was on an impossible mission. (Holiday shopping). I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed. I explained what I was looking for and Ricardo jumped to the task. He was eager to help and very obviously passionate about his business. I was very appreciative of his patience during my decision making process. And, his final suggestion was a HOME RUN. Left with 2 pieces and will definitely be back.

Bella W: Rudest customer service I have experienced. I believe his name is Michael. I don't understand how this is acceptable at a supposedly high end store. I have shopped at many luxury stores before but this place has got to be the worst I have ever experienced. Really sad how you would probably get better customer service at Mcdonalds. Also, I don't understand why they put up many items in the store and when asked about it, it's not for sale but for employees?...make it make sense.
Christina Y: I came here on my birthday hoping to buy something to treat myself. Somebody with orange sunglasses "helped" me. I was interested in a certain item and I pointed one in particular and he said it was a $3k cashmere sweater. I could not tell if he was trying to be sarcastic but he sounded rude. If that was the case, how does he know what I can or can't afford.. I have never experienced this bad of customer service in my life. He was not friendly whatsoever and was not eager to help. People like him should not be working a customer service position at a luxury store. His kind of attitude is an embarrassment for the company.
John: If you’re into high fashion, this is the best store in Boston hands down. No reason to go to a mall for designer clothing, when Riccardi has it all. Been shopping here for years, and the customer service is always great. Can’t wait to shop the new 21’ collections, maybe get a CH new ring!

yippy “yippy” yippy: I bought a 500$ sweatshirt for a friend for his birthday but it was to big,so I brought it back to the store in exchange for a paper 'credit' receipt instead of a refund. That is fine with me;,but unfortunately, I lost the piece of the receipt a week later.I contacted the store in-person right away for a new credit gift card in hope that I could spend it on something else but Mr. Ricardi responded that they "don't" have my information in the system;therefore could not do anything. As a customer who have purchased many items for many years from Ricardi, this is unacceptable! I rather shop at Barney's or Saks where they could solve this problem professionally.

alexi arriaran: I shopped at Uniqlo on 9/14/2020 for the first time, I came in a little after 6 and the store was closing at 7. I was buying a gift for a friend and even though the staff was folding down everything I was still able to find what I needed and was helped by a gentlemen named Davidson I believe. He helped me get what I needed in the correct sizes, I also didn’t feel rushed while shopping in the last hour before the store closed. I was able to find amazing deals in the sale section for example a beautiful sweater dress for less than $4! Davidson helped me get my app and my account going. Overall I’m glad I went to this Uniqlo, prices and staff were great!
Ja Kr: We were very impressed with this place. The clothing has proven to be very comfortable, I can't speak for durability b/c it's only been months, not years. The store was very large and impeccably maintained, and the pricing was ridiculously cheap, we felt. We almost didn't go in because we expected it to be another overpriced tourist trap, so we were pleasantly surprised when we decided to head in.There are both men's and women's clothing available, so everybody should find something they like here.

Pat Link: A little on the pricey side as far as thrift stores go, this is a unique experience with a very interesting collection for you to peruse. I didn't realize this was above their costume store, which is very entertaining to look at. I suggest visiting and if you find joy in a piece of clothing, go for it. This place clearly deserves support!

Christopher Link: SAULT New England is a small, primarily men's clothing store that somehow has everything I need. They focus on casual, often American made, and skew towards preppy. If there's such a thing as New England fashion, this is where you'll find it.

Brent Simmons: We were in Boston for the weekend for a Red Sox game and we ventured to Tremont for a day. This neighborhood was so great, very good energy and things to do in the area along with some great food spots nearby. We were given some local spots around the area by the man running the store. He helped us find a few more shops along Tremont which were great too, Olives + Grace being one of them! The selection of goods in Sault definitely were displayed eloquently, and they had great size runs in styles that represent the fashion of the region and place you right back in New England!

As I was trying this dress on that was too late for me, I heard both women talking about what size I am and how I picked the incorrect size. I didn’t really like the dress enough to buy it and I decided to leave and not give them my business. I will not be back.
Reginald Onorati: I recently bought all my girlfriend's christmas gifts at Soodee Boutique. I was so impressed to see the wide selection of clothes and jewelry they had in store. Such unique items that can't be found at chain stores like Urban Outfitters or Bloomingdales. With the help of the sales girl, Samantha, I found a perfect dress, belt, and pair of earrings for my best friends.My one friend is so picky about her clothes but she has not stopped wearing the unique belt! My other friend was so happy to be able to get a pair of magnetic earnings that were so stylish and comfortable! Needless to say, Christmas morning was a very successful gift exchange, I will definitely by back to Soodee to get all the women in my life gifts for birthdays and christmass to come!!!
david sanchez-cortes: The dresses that are purchased from SooDee are made by labels from China which the owner purchases for approximately 15 bucks a pop, then remove the tag of the label, then adds her own soodee tag, workers are forced to do this.then proceeds to price the dress at 150 Not only is this unethical but it's also illegal. buyer beware you'r getting ripped off, you'd be better off going anywhere else. screw off soodee! you're a disgrace to newbury st.

I had landed in Boston a few short hours before having lunch with my daughter, who attends university in Boston, and we were poking around in this store to possibly buy something. My daughter had an armload of things (less than 8) and wanted to try them on. I entered the dressing room with her to sit because I was exhausted from traveling and was told no more than 2 people. I sort of rolled my eyes, thinking ok I’m her mother, not Bonnie and Clyde and informed her that We were mother and daughter. The so called manager indicated to me that I would be surprised by how many mother and daughter theives there are!! The boldness of this accusation, no innuendo here, was insulting and offensive!!! Left the store on the spot. No apology offered, no attempt to mend the insult. Horrible disgrace that the management of this store has zero filter or the ability to gauge the clientele. I have been treated far better in most places then No Rest for the Awful…

Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.

They claimed they couldn't get in touch with their own store, then kept me on the phone for 30 minutes while they kept trying. This could've been a 30 second conversation
William Sparks: It's super organized, laid out first by type, then by color.My wife got a really pretty 100% wool turtle neck for $40. That's insane. Checkout was a breeze.Isles are a little small, but I'm a big dude. In that same vein, they'll likely not have sizes beyond XL, so keep that in mind.

Theresa Poon: Customer satisfaction is not met. Employees rather lose a sale due to being “only a display for mannequin” rather than selling a Uniqlo item to a customer. Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.

His cart damaged my vehicle parked outside his store on a windy day, and he asked me to go to an anonymous man's house to get it fixed under the table because he refused to pay for the damage. He then profusely swore at me, and drove away. I didn't have the time or energy to write this review until today. Please take your money to businesses that are worth it.

Lo and behold, the jacket had remained! It fits, and I loved it, and I did get it, as well as another coat.

WATCHOUT 80's WEDDING WEEKEND, HERE I COME. Seriously though, check it out - you'll have a blast.
