China Pearl Restaurant: what do users think?
Michelle Dao: Recommended dishes Dim SumMore
Le Doan: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Oori Schubert: very good
Captain Barbarossa: This is the only shop I go to for dimsums. Service is not so good though. The staff with carts usually hover around the tables with more people.Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes …More
Swastik Mukherjee: I was at this restaurant during the late quarantine time when things were pretty much opening up and also many restaurants opened up that time including this. It was recommended to me, honestly, by my uber driver and she was so ecstatic while recommending. So, I thought of giving a shot. The decor is good and impressive- spacious with lots of sitting arrangements, good smell and a calming atmosphere. Good for family eating outs or with friends or colleagues. There are few points that I would like to make for new goers:1. Do not go by the menu. You might think that the menu is saying this n that. However, it’s not kinda thing that we draw in our mind. For instance, flat rice noodles doesn’t mean that it would be superbly long and non-sticky noodles. It’s far far different from that. I’m not sure, may be, that’s what the authentic Chinese flat noodles is. I’ve attached some photos for reference.2. It’s pricy!! I don’t have any problem in paying more if the food is good and satisfactory to my eyes. However, in this case, neither it was satisfactory nor worth the money. Also, they charged for just normal water.3. Authentic Chinese cuisine is different from the Indo-Chinese and American Chinese one and I’m glad that I’ve had all of them tasted. I love authentic Chinese cuisine. If not all, but definitely some. Albeit this place offers some authentic ones, however I would not go again just to eat some authentic Chinese cuisine again. I would be delighted to go somewhere else for authentic ones.
Silvia Barzola: Good food even we waited for long time was worth it
XLI: 从原来的二楼搬到一楼,桌子很小,人手不够导致排队时间很长。点了茶,结果上来是温水和茶包。灯光太暗,很难看清食物
Jason Liu: The floor was sticky.
Charles Hermann: The manager/owner recommended two specials fried calamari and a trio of mushrooms. Both came to $38 what a rip off, she said prices have increased since Covid. Not authentic Dim Sum. Very poor service as well, I don’t recommend!
Teddy M: First Family trip to Boston. Disappointing. The picture of the restaurant that you see is not what you'll get. People come for a traditional dimsum restaurant that was advertised. Not some upgraded to modern appetizing to the tasteless people in the middle of Chinatown. The place is too modern that even the people that worked there speaks perfect English.Customer Service: 1/5. Said 20 min wait. We waited 45 minutes just to get seating for 4. Waiter, Server, and Busser kept walking past us like we were standing statues. About maybe 30 groups that came in and left (good for them, we should have left too). They probably thought that they were in the wrong restaurant.Food: 1/5. All the food were bland. The only thing that makes it better was the spicy sauce. Who mixed soy sauce with vinegar???? Oh, no cup water, bottled water only (Poland Spring, to be exact). My suggestion is, to avoid this place completely. Go across the street. I bet it's better.
Jinglebug Z: Traveling in Boston, China Pearl offered the worst experience for me. As a Chinese, I can not believe the tast was so so so bad. I do not think any Chinese can stand that. The tast was not only fake Chinese, but also bad quality. The food I ordered even not warm enough. They also used a paper box to provide dine-in food. The decoration is also wierd. Everything is only for none Chinese tourists. I felt so cheated by so many good online recommendations. After the meal, I talked to one of the onwer from a shop in the China town, as a local, she told me China Pearl was good 7-8 years ago. No local Chinese will go there now.
Steve Yu: Small operation at the first floor. The old place is remodeling right now.
Blanca Arce: Wonderful food
Gordon Lai: DONT EVER COME!1. Extremely long waiting time. People waits 30 mins to check the bill. Foods take 1 hours and they even didn’t figure out what was served and what wasn’t.2. Staff are not organized and with no experience. Tables are left for a long time until someone comes to clean it. And the staff needs to come twice to clean the table next to it. Nobody is welcoming when there are at least 3 tables emptied and sanitized.3. Finally, foods are not authentic. I came from Guangdong(where dim sum was found). I can tell the food here only reaches a passing score. Do you want to hire a student with 2.0GPA? Want some American-DIM SUM, go for it.
mm k: There is about an hour wait , but it is so worth the wait! The food is so fresh and delicious!!
Nichanan Agrasuta: It’s not the location. They’re using Shojo’s location. The seatings are close and wait is so long
Hector Andres Morales Rosado: They have dim sum and is awesome. Ask the server how many you should order. I liked almost every plate. Some are simply no of my choice but still good. Go early because there is line almost every time.
Linh Tran: The food wasn’t good like what I expected. The service is okay. But the worst thing is they didn’t tell us know that hot tea charged $3 for a cup. It’s really not worth.
Geech hor Huot: If there’s a zero star, I would pick it. They don’t even deserve one star. Worst experience ever! Lacking in everything. Such a disappointment
Sam Hobe: The server say us down and forgot about us for 10 minutes , and continued to wait on a table that was sat after us. When we finally were able to order, the server left mid order to attend another customer. Having been a waiter in highschool and college, that is unacceptable. I was hoping the food would be good despite the service, but it was not. The salted egg custard bun was decent. The shrimp and chive dumplings were bland, as were the beef rice noodles. The lack of dipping sauces may have been due to covid, but how am I expected to eat dumplings without dipping sauces! Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is the prices were not outrageous.
Nick Guan: Do not go. Bad service. Fake Chinese food. They even serve you dishes with to go boxes.

Shun's Kitchen: what do users think?
charles fang: Poor service, sashimi is not freshWe sat and waited for 10min and no waiter came to serve us, not even water. No one refill the water (empty cup) during the meal, and we had to wait for 40min for 1 dish. Finally we asked to check, and the waiter seemed to forget about us and chatted with other guests for a long tine. They even auto deducted 18% tips.
E.: I was gonna give them 4 star. Our waiter was nice and service was good. Me and my boyfriend went yesterday and they put us in tiny table that all the plates were about to fall off( the whole place was empty except for two other ppl). That’s was my only ick but then my boyfriend got food poisoning from the bul goki. He throwing up all night. I had the summer roll, it was good. We also had edamame and pork dumpling. I would give it a 2.5
Aldo Ruocco: buonoFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Lily Li: Disappointed is an understatement. I came here a few years ago and remembered the food to be quite good, ordered the crispy duck ramen again and tried the mapo tofu and both were just horrible...The mapo tofu was $16.95 and the only flavour was salt and oil. There was barely any pork and was so bland. The crispy duck ramen ($19.95) was the one i was excited for since it was good when i had it a few years ago, but it was also terrible. The duck was crispy but very rough and dry, and clearly not fresh. The noodles were hard and soup also salty, the fish cake in the soup was spoiled and had a sour taste. When the Whole Foods ramen taste better than this it is a bad sign...It should've been a red flag when we were the only asians in the establishment and their menu is all over the place (they have sushi, thai, chinese, cocktails..etc)The service is also slow as there is only 1 server and the place is very dimly lit. We left still hungry and utterly disappointed for the price we paid.
JK: Went at about 6 pm on a Saturday. Ordered Chef Choice Sashimi dinner ($32). Very fresh and well prepared. Good service
Volodymyr Sadovyy: It's so goodFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Chicken Ramen, Beef with Cumin …More
Lara Cohen: 4.5. Consistent sushi takeout in the area
Laura Kruemel: I ordered my food for eating it at home :). Easy pick up to the right time.My vegetable dumplings was delicious, the fried rice could get a bit more taste.
Elif Çakır: Good food and $5 mai tais! You cannot find that anywhere in Boston! Food won’t disappoint you but not the greatest either.
Dom Dove: Mindless rating here... the food is great give me more!!!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Sharon Bao: 4.5The food was quite good as was the service. Shout out to Peter. He was so nice and the food came really quickly. Favorite dishes: dumpling soup and 红烧肉.I actually think that with a few updates to the decor, this could be such a destination and bring in way more people as a hangout spot.
Tyler D: Our Tofu LoMein had a shrimp tail in it! My fiancée cannot have shellfish so we were very disappointed.
A G: Some good food and drinks here. They're Asian Fusion Resturant.Vegetarian options: They have veggie optionsParking: Street parking only, we parked a couple blocks away on Mass Ave
Wissam Raji: Good food in terms of quantity and quality. The service however is below expectation.
Kas Sharifi: Recommended dishes More
Samantha TheSmith: Yummy Chinese food but expensive!
Emily Valverde: I absolutely loved Shun's. It was the perfect place to go to for a delicious and warm meal. The duck ramen was killer. I'm really glad to have found this restaurant.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Pin-Chieh Chen: Authentic Chinese restaurant🍜Dan Dan Noodles 5/5 - fried noodles with pork and spinach, they added spicy oil in the noodles, but it’s not that spicy 🌶Hong Shao Rou 5/5 - super recommended pork dish!! One of my fav Chinese dishes👍🏻 it’s a must order😍😍Fried Calamari 5/5Boy Choy with Garlic 4/5Overall it’s a 5 stars!! The price is a little higher but I’ll say it’s worth it. I recommended people order different dishes to share, and remember to order rice with it! 🍚
Dustin Eubanks: This feels like it may be a (slightly) hidden spot. The braised oxtail appetizer was incredible, and my pork belly ramen was on point. One star off as my friends liked their crispy pad thai, but found it especially sweet. Great spot overall!
Lamiah Munns: came here to try some new things for a first date! i’ve never had scallion pancakes, raw tuna, or spicy salmon before. everything was so yummy!! thanks for the experience :)) also the finding nemo-themed fish tank was so cute, definitely helped me be less nervous focusing on that😇
Caleb Mcnaughton: Food was ok, Meso soup shouldn’t be the highlight of a meal, in this case it was, service was almost nonexistent.

Great Taste Bakery & Restaurant: what do users think?
Naman Goel: Went here for a team lunch during lunch hours. We ordered a bunch of things like different dumplings and buns and udon and chicken feet. The food was delicious and would highly recommend if you're looking for some nice dumplings in the area. They have a large menu with vegetarian options as well. The service was a little slow as it took us about an hour to get the food but that might be due to the lunch rush hour.
Albert Vo: A good place to get dim sum to go and they have a nice variety of cakes. I will be back next time to try other options.Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Pork Dumplings, Chinese Food, Dumplings, Shrimp Dumplings, Egg Tart, Bakery Parking space Difficult to find parking Parking options Paid parking lot, Free street parking, Paid street parking …More

Sara Tse: I have eaten a lot of egg tarts before, and I can easily say theirs are the best. The custard is the perfect consistency and the crust is buttery and flaky. The dim sum is also really good. The turnip cake with XO sauce is the highlight of their dim sum. It is a very busy and tightly packed restaurant during peak hours though.Recommended dishes Fried Turnip Cakes w Ox Sauce, Bakery …More
Patricia Austin: My daughter, sister and I dined here on April 14th. We were seated quickly, but things went downhill rapidly. Before placing our orders, the waitress placed a large pot of hot tea on our table. My daughter poured a cup, which was full tea leaves, herbs and hot water. Unfortunately, amongst the tea leaves, herbs and hot water, my daughter found a hair at the bottom of the cup. We called the waitress and requested that she give us a clean cup. She examined the cup, denied that it contained a hair, dumped the contents of the cup into a basin containing soiled dishes, and returned the cup to us. We should have left then, but apparently, we are gluttons for punishment. Subsequent cups of tea contained more hair and the sautéed baby shrimp that I ordered did not taste fresh. Also, an add on to go order contained two containers of wonton soup instead of the requested single container. In spite of the bad service and cups of hairy tea I left a minimum tip. Imagine my surprise when the waitress loudly demanded that I pay a minimum 15% tip and badgered me until I did so. I wish I had read the previous review. I will not return.
Angelina Yeoh: Reasonably priced— the portion sizes were bigger than I had anticipated but the Dim Sum and Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) were very good. I recommend getting the chicken feet and short ribs with taro (pai gu)
Yuwei Fan: It is a small restaurant for dim sum. Very good food, fresh made with order. They have wonderful bakery too in a separate room.We have visited this place many many times. They always have the top quality food. This is the best authentic Chinese dim sum you can find in Northeastern area, including NYC.PS- 2023 After COVID, the price goes up and the taste goes down. I think they changed the chef. The food is not that good and fresh as before but still delicious.
Qian Lin: Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Jenny Becker: What an amazing authentic restaurant! You know it's good when there are obvious regulars constantly going in and out and every table is full at 5:00. Yum!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
star star: Solid dim sum choice in Boston Chinatown. Prices are a little above average for dim sum (can find cheaper elsewhere in town), but food is clean and restaurant is relatively clean too. There is a limited variety of dim sum dishes to order, and I wish there were some other common items, but for the most part everything was good (though not exceptional). The 油条 and congee are definitely must haves, the other items are good but I could do without. A good stop for the weekend regardless!
Leo Sun: Xiao long bao is not recommended. The waitress was very rude, demanding 15% tip.
Uyen Nguyen: Well if you ever decide to get up early and grab dim sum for breakfast before 10am, then there isn't a lot of options in Chinatown. This place is one of the few places that opens early. Some dishes are pretty good, some are not. I like their shrimp dumpling - they actually put a decent amount of shrimp in it. The bean curd roll and steamed shrimp rice roll are not bad. Xiao long bao and beef rice roll are not recommended; the xiao long bao barely has any broth and the beef in rice roll is weird.
hey jude: Shrimps & chive dumplings were delicious!Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More

Mood: The food was okay, but the waitress was soooo rude🤣 apparently if you only get one dish, you need to tip more than $4.Eventually I ordered two and tipped $2 cuz she’s rly rude, and then she ORDERED me to tip her more🤣🤣 (I did tho cuz I’m a coward)
Jon Burr: Speaking as someone looking for great-tasting, healthy food without breaking the bank, this place is a gem. With a regular menu as great as their famous dim sum, and most dishes under $12, you’re gonna love this place.
Michael Luu: The place is small. Somewhat understaffed. The service I got was subpar. But the food was quite good. Don't come with a big group, 4 max. The salt and pepper tofu was great. The molten egg was good. Expect to spend about $30 per person.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Dumplings, Egg Tart …More

thetravelercarl: The food were delicious. Everything was great. The servers were friendly and attentive. There was an incident and they managed it very well. Ryan, the manager, was awesome!
Moonstone08: This is my new favorite hot pot place. Ranging from the food to the service, everything went fantastically for my Grandmother’s birthday celebration.I’m a vegetarian, and so my expectations for hot pot is usually simple, but The Q was so vegetarian and vegan friendly. I especially enjoyed their crispy scallions pancakes, and their noodle variety was delicious. The quality of the food here is spectacular. The vegetables were clean, fresh, and plated very nicely.Another aspect to mention is how extremely friendly and helpful the staff members were. They did an excellent job providing us with a variety of dishes that fit each of our dietary needs. My family and I will definitely be back! ☻
Pam Eschner: Way too expensive for broth with ingredients. It was$200 for 4 of us!!!I wish we would have just gotten a Chinese dish. That looked good.Dietary restrictions: The server did know which items were GF. He gave me GF soy sauce.

Carlos Torres: Amazong hot pot. They come out and offer to explain if you dont k ow what you're doing, and even tell you cooking times. Pork is great, boneless shirt rub is amazing! Veggies are delicuous. Get the szechuan pot and broth - spicy, delicious, and traditional taste. Beautiful restaurant as well, and great for big families or an intimate date.
Liz Lobo: I hate to give a 5 star rating for my first time ever at a hot pot restaurant but I really thought it was great! We told our waiter we were new to the concept and he walked us through every step from ordering to eating. Bar options were delicious. Decent selection of saki. Price wise, it was cheaper than I expected when compared to other cook-at-your-table restaurants we’ve been to like the Melting Pot and Korean BBQ. All of the food was really delicious. I’d definitely eat here again.
Alex: First time doing hot pot - really interesting experience! The 4 of us ordered 2 broths, beef, lamb, scallops, shrimp, noodles and bok choy.Everything was good. The waiter patiently explained everything and demonstrated the whole process. Which really helped a lot.We still lost pieces occasionally and had to fish them out with a ladle collectively, which added fun 😊.Good ambiance, not too noisy, we could have a normal conversation without shouting or straining ears.
Marcy Politte: Excellent service and delicious food!
E Luis Varas: Cool vibes, busy atmosphere, and McFarlane V was attentive and easy going. Only drawback is the price. For just myself, my bill was $77 and as much as I’d love to be a regular the price isn’t fair for solo goers who want a clean healthy meal of protein and vegetables.

Dioumo Sy: Run away. Worst customer service ever. Unwelcoming, rude. The waitresses were so rude. They were handling the food in a dirty manner. Don’t ever come here please.

Jose R: Yikes! I’m Surprised this place is still open. They lack customer service and are very rude. Food wasn’t worth the price and they force a high tip on you.
Emily Rodriguez: This place does not deserve customers. They were quick to snatch the money from our hands when it was time to pay but not quick to check on us. They will FORCE you to leave a high tip even though they don’t deserve it at all.
: MyTwilightNightingale: Had a terrible experience here highly do not recommend. They had no customer service we had to keep waving people down to place our order and get refills. When they did take the time to tend to us they were extremely rude. Once we tried to leave they were quick on demanding a higher tip then we left them even though they didn’t deserve anything at all. There are better restaurants look somewhere else!!
Nicolle Ferreira: The food was really good, but the waitress was really rude and got or food and changed it with no reason, really disappointing :(
David Garrison: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Hisham Alharbi: We had the the steam shrimps dumplings, cilantro beef and the crispy Szechwan chicken both were spicy and Delicious. Low key seating and services were ok and fast. The Crab in the water tank and a few shrimps were did and so as one of the fish on the other tank and that put me off a bit. Prices of the main dishes ranged between $17-$25.
carya johnson: If i could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service is very unfriendly and unwelcoming especially if you are a black person or a person with darker skin. They will not check on you as much as they do others and they rush you to pay the bill and will sit you all the way towards the back so that you can’t make a run for it even if you are going to pay. Waitress have very bad attitudes and don’t really care for you while you are there. They stopped me at the register and had 4 dudes blocking the door even though I wanted to pay with apple pay. They just suck as an establishment and i will never be returning especially after them causing my sister to have an allergic reaction after we specifically asked for none of the food to contain mushrooms on peanuts. If you are black i beg you to not go here.
Noel Justnoel: Very rude hostess. I will never patronize their establishment nor refer my friends and loved ones. Horrible service and terrible dining experience.
Kabir Ahamad: Delicious food specially the dumpling. Order few other items like lobsters, stir fry peppered beef, Chlng corn soup, seafood soup, spicy fish curry, curry chicken fried rice… everything was so delicious.
E Hammons: Forced a tip and food was way to pricey. Lady just chased out of the store and forced a tip.
Kayla Oster: Good food! I wish I could give it a 4.5 stars but I’m rounding up to be nice. Highlights are the soup dumplings and beef wrapped in scallion pancakes!
Sean Chen: Good flavors and the food came out quickly!

X Z: It’s a popular place, but if you’re a solo diner, it shouldn’t take too long to get seated since you can sit at the bar. For solo diners, they have halfsies which is a smaller serving of the appetizers and entrees. I recommend getting two halfsies if you’re really hungry. Looking forward to my next visit here!

Myesha Blevins: I love their lobster sauce Chinese style
Patrick Mulcare: On the plus side, at the hour I arrived at my hotel in East Boston at appx 1am my options were this place or a pizza. Also on the plus side, though they said to expect the delivery in about 45 minutes. It arrived in about 15 minutes. The orange chicken itself wasn't very good and the fried wontons were also blah.
D: Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Robin “Jarvie” Jarvis: Salt and pepper fries, popcorn chicken...all of them, taste really good
john sneakerhead: I have no idea what happen to this place! The last few visits , the food be tasteless and watered down. This place has been going downhill for a while. Step it up before you lose more customers. Stop being cheap and giving people left overs from hours ago.
jocelyn quijano: Ok so I loved Great Chef’s. But apparently only at midnight. I just ordered lunch and everything was re fried the rice tasted old and cold the boneless spareribs which is my go to also tasted old. Don’t know why I try something new out never again. Damn pork strips had no flavor. They were my fave for 10+ years. But sadly not not anymore. I want fresh not re fried and leftovers from yesterday.
Alex Oberle: Great chef has been a staple in my food regimen for a long time and deserves so. There used to be 2 locations for them, day square in east Boston and Bennington st., near Orient Heights, also in east Boston. Never had a faster delivery service, or nicer employees since I started buying takeout from the great chef. Also they have the most time span for delivery service than anyone, 10am-3am in the morning. Try to beat that with delivery service, and they're recipe is like a comfort food. It would relax me afterwards. Knowing that I just had a healthy home cooked meal and keeps me filled for hours

Our favs are the Chicken Chow Mein, Beef & Broccoli and Orange Chicken. We always order the Pork Fried Rice, and appetizers are all very good!

P.F. Chang's: what do users think?
Boris Lukatskiy: Sarah was the absolute best server. She helped take over from some waiter who was completely incompetent and unprofessional. Please give Sarah a raise and every single award possible.
Cristina Zambrana: Our server tonight was Sarah and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Originally we were placed with another server who didn’t give us the time of day. Sarah walked by and saved the day! Thank you so much and the food was fantastic!
Canan Günaydın: We decided to have lunch here at 11:30 on 6 May, the restaurant was empty and the hostess was extremely rude. I am so sorry for PF Chang having this kind of hostess who should be doing something else but not customer service.
cesar cordoba: Time ago was soo delicious and a lot of food and now very poor quality and small quantity of food.
Michael Bakenhus: Schönes Ambiente und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Faire Preise. Die Speisen hätten etwas mehr Sauce gebraucht, dann 5 Sterne. Trotzdem gerne wieder.
Jean Louissaint: This review is long overdue! I've been going to this location for quite awhile now. Delicious food, great drinks, great staff, and great atmosphere to just kick back & chill. Want to give a shout out to the staff. I'll start with my 2 original bartenders. Cyan & Hannah (The Dynamic Duo). Congrats On Y'all Promotions!!! Cam (Baby Bro) Lol. Gracie (Miss Popular). Savannah (Super Nice) and the rest of the bar staff. Also want to give a shout out to Freddie, Jaslyn, Meghan, and the rest of staffs : )
Dr.M Roy: I am giving 3 stars for PF Chang bcz of the poor sanitation of women’s restroom there. It’s located in the heart of Boston downtown with wonderful ambience and good food. However, the condition of the women’s restroom is very poor. It was smelling very bad (won’t expect from a high end restaurant) and had paper towels all over the floor, with a broken right side sink tap (should be fixed). You can’t stand inside bcz of the smell. These things represent how you handle the restaurant quality.Food was good, many nice options. But that restroom thing was a big turn off.
Rhys Notemyer: Orange Chicken was ok. Had an aftertaste that was a little bitterFood: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Abner Gerome: Instead of driving downtown Boston... taking the MBTA was a better option.. walked in..was greeted by great customer service...the waiting staff was superb and highly attentive..the food was mouth watering...an amazing time...Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Orange Chicken …More
Nancy Ortiz: Enjoyed the environment. Great drinks, prompt service, good food.
Antonio Camacho-Ortiz: Great service, great food, great drinks.
Felix Riether: Wouldn’t say it’s a Chinese restaurant. Chinese inspired American restaurant seems to be more adequate. Like Panda Express with higher prices and probably higher quality. It’s nice they provide brown rice but it’s dry and dry rather tasteless. Though service is good and waiters very nice.
Alvaro Cervera: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Mark Townsend: A classic Chinese themed restaurant and menu. A staple for those that are looking for gluten-free options. Fresh menu that still contains the classics.Just off of Boston Common, nice to stop by after a stroll or take a stroll after you eat.
daniela garcia: AMAZING as always!! Can’t go wrong with the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef hits everytime! Service always super nice! Our server Ashley was awesome!
Kira Arzadon: The food and Ashley were amazing! The orange chicken was scrumptious and the new lux cocktail was everything!
Noor Almaha: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Asia: Excellent and friendly service from Slandy! Had a great time with the group. I hope her days become more greatful each day! :)

Asian Garden Restaurant: what do users think?
dickson Craige: nice food, fair price, great serviceFood: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
cat: Food quality is decent, slight better than other Cantonese restaurants in town. Taste is fine, comparable to New Golden Gate, although they are smaller.
Henry Bull: I have a five start before, but my lady just from their website some food at around 5:56pm she called saying go out your food has been delivered but that never happened I am working at 39 Boylston street I went my order number was 1200. The people from the Q menu were really nice to my lady but the people from the restaurant was saying that she got scam that she never order from the restaurant. so they say they we could go and pick it up my lady say no because that’s the reason why we order for delivery. so we end up canceling the order which they say it will take 10 business days to get our money back after they made a mistake. they use lost value customer.
Raffaella Genevois: da quanto era buono, me lo ricordo ancora dopo nove anni! 😊
Ned Levering: Try the peanut butter french toast!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Olivia Sheng (盛衣雯): A bit on the pricey side. Their chicken and green beans are good, but it was kind of cramped in the restaurant, and they used disposable plates and cups. They were able to accommodate a walk-in party of 6 on a Friday night fairly fast though, so props to them.Recommended dishes Crispy Chicken …More
Wanwan Fei: An authentic Chinese—specifically Cantonese—restaurant that could be hard for non-Chinese to navigate/adapt to.Tip for non-Chinese adventurers: just order their Coconut Chicken pot. It’s a $49 non-spicy hot pot full of aromatic coconut water-based chicken broth that’s good for 2-3 people. (Of course you probably need to add a few other vegetables/tofu topping for dietary fibers and carbs). But if you ever seek a comforting broth to sip on on a windy cold day, this restaurant is one of the few places in downtown Boston that serves this dish other than your Chinese friends’ own home.$49 is not exactly so cheap for a pot dish, but if you were to try replicate this dish, you’d realize how much it costs just for the ingredients—a full pot of real coconut water (easily $20), fresh coconut meat (a $5 coconut & the hassle of opening it), a fresh half chicken, and some spices (goji berries, jojobas, etc.).Plus the Chinese ladies who work there are passionate and warm-hearted to tell you how she’d eat the dish and guide you along the way—quite a bit of sharing while you eat which I find endearing but certainly can be annoying for some people. This restaurant also has alive fishes that they cook to order and to your preference (typically minced garlic, preserved soy beans, or salted fried). However, words has it that their line can get long for dinner, so if possible, lunch will be a better time to visit them. Also, their environment is not entirely up to the standard of their pricing range, so one star deducted for warning purposes. All in all, the Asian Garden is a decent Chinese restaurant authentic to the bone and only recommended to natives or open-minded explorers up for an non-Americanized dining experience.
Luo Yang: If you want diarrhea, welcome to this restaurant. The bathroom was very dirty. The bowl was not cleaned, and the leftovers from the last person's meal were still attached to it.
Mowei Jiang: Unauthentic, bad taste.Dirty Environment(table and restroom).Unfriendly Service, full of excuses.Highly overpriced prices.👎👎👎
Xinran Zhang: 椰子鸡真的很好吃!汤太好喝了!!
Chris Lo: 10 years ago I give a 5 because of the salt and pepper chicken wing. But after the pandemic, I give a 1. The dish is tiny and the taste is hopeless. Take care.
Kevin Chen: 1. The waiter didn't give us time to look at the menu by ourselves but kept recommending expensive dishes.2. The waiter's description and expression were not clear, which caused us to divide one dish into two different dishes, which is equivalent to inducing customers to order more dishes
Al lee: There selection is good. They serve Cantonese style food. Most are not spicy. They have typical restaurant dishes and done comfort dishes. Staff are polite but not pay much attention to customer. You have to call them out to get their attention. Chinatown parking situation is never ideal. But the price, the selection, the quality, and cleanliness made this a restaurant I revisit.
Christopher Mastrangelo: I got the house rice and it was great
Joe W: I ordered sweet and sour chicken with Yang chow fried rice and they were both very delicious. Food came out super quick. There were hotpot options that we'll try in the future.
Mike Nilsson: Kinda cool to go to this restaurant. Very authentic feel to it. They introduce your dinner to you before they cook it. First time for me. It was a little too garlicky but other than that it was tasty.
Maria Wilkins: Great service. Fast and good taste.Kid-friendliness: Courteous and friendly.
Hanqing Wang: The taste is good, to be fair. But for the hotpot they only have one option for fish/seafood, and the fish is always big (like 4lbs++). While it is fresh and high-q fish, what I was most unhappy with is that, they avoid to tell you the weight of the fish until the end (AND when they first introduced the menu, they would tell you it is usually 3lbs!!). I guess that’s how they make more money. But if you don’t want big bills/fishes, ask the weight before they go on processing it. Piece.
Walter Skipper: Helpful staff. Great cooking. Fresh food

Caitlin McPheron: Really good dim sum food and experience! Unfortunately they weren’t doing the dim sum cart when I went (Tuesday morning around 11 am). You just order dim sum from the menu then they bring it to you. The tea was fantastic. No wait but it was pretty busy. Highly recommend!
Alex C: This became our new favorite dim sum spot. Due to a couple of reviews, we mistakenly thought this place was made-to-order, but it was actually cart-style. The carts were well-stacked and frequent, so everything was fresh and hot. The selection was excellent and there was plenty of seating.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Dim Sum …More

Yolo Man: I went here with my girlfriend hoping to have a cute china town dinner date. When we walked in there was no one at the door and we were weaved over by one of the ladies who pointed at a table. We were given paper menus and we asked our server what was gluten free (my girlfriend is gluten free) and he pointed at two things. We didn't trust that those were gluten free because one of them said fried in the name... While we were still looking a manager came over and we asked him the same thing. He actually knew what was gluten free on his menu and we ordered from him as well as boba. When we sat down there was tea on the table. Little did we know we'd end up being charged for it. Not just for the pot but for each person. We ordered two dim sum that were mediocre at best and our entrees were awful. My girlfriend got chow foon that was incredibly slimy with no flavor and gave her a stomach ache after only a few bites. My meal was okay but made my stomach sick after leaving the restaurant. Since no one walked by and asked how the food was we weren't able to get anything else. Our drink also never came... Only after calling the manager over many times did we even get the check. We asked to be given one item for free since the food was basically untouched and he said that he could only give 50% off of one item after arguing.Service horrible, food bad, don't expect much. My girlfriend works at a well developed restaurant. You can very well tell that this place is new.
Linda M: 4.5 rounded to 5. They get it right (taste and technique) with their har gaw, steamed black bean spare ribs, deep fried taro dumplings and shrimp n chives dumplings. I just wish the food was served hot and not lukewarm. Lots of choices. The carts are constantly circling in this scaled down version of old Hei La Moon (weekends and holidays only). Avoid the shengjiang manitou (pan fried pork bao) with a pathetic amount of filling (see photo).
