Boston IVF: what do users think?
Sky Smith: The nurses at the Lexington Boston ivf location particularly Karen the ultrasound technician are rude, judgmental, and cold. I’ve never had a worse experience with a medical professional than I did hear with Karen the ultrasound technician. She truly is a Karen. Hoping others don’t have to go through the same experience I did. Especially when many women are going through some of the most vulnerable and emotional moments of their life. Would not recommend.
Pooja Rathod: Just awesome. All nurses are very helpful. My dr name is dr.kristen Wright. She is also very good by his profession. They are understand all the situations and than advice us. Its surgery center is Waltham and they treat very good. Its acupuncture center is also at Waltham and it is good also.
Erin Zagadailov: Every fertility journey is unique. From the beginning, Dr.Glatstein gave us the confidence and sense of calmness we needed throughout the process. Through it all, Dr. Glastein was there for us and assuring us that we would have success! Failing a fresh embryo transfer after retrieval, we had success upon our first frozen embryo transfer and are now roughly 33 weeks pregnant! Dr. Glatstein is a passionate, patient, and kind caregiver. We were so thankful to have him on our side. Don't wait to make an appointment... go see them now!
rebecca pizzuti: If you are an older couple don’t waste too much time here. Was told after four cycles to use a donor egg. Thank god we didn’t listen to the physician we saw at RSC in Providence. Fertility solutions looked outside of the box and individualized a protocol based on what didn’t work. Am a mother today because of them.
sam su: Ask your medical records and verify it.I called them and request rectification of errors in my medical records, which they did not consider.....however I would appreciate if they correct in page 3 of my IVF report:Social Hx: uncertain if married to current partner. To:Social Hx: Always been MARRIED to the current partner!
Malory OBrien: From the moment we met Dr. Pauli and his team, we knew whatever the outcome of our journey, we would be well cared for. The compassion everyone here has for their patients is undeniable- this is one of the only Dr.'s offices where I know I will receive a warm and genuine voice on the other end of the phone for scheduling, nurse calls, etc. We never felt rushed into making any decisions, and their ability to teach us about the IVF process along the way was invaluable, which was a major contributing factor to our success. This team was a blessing to find, and we now have two healthy, beautiful babies because of their care.
Melissa Santos: IVF New England staff were so helpful and so kind especially when I needed it the most. The facility and treatments are best of the best. The staff felt like family! We will be forever grateful to them for giving us our twins!
Yessie T: I love the staff and the facility! I felt welcomed and at ease from the very first day. I'm so glad I took this leap because now I have an amazing 18 month old. Thank you IVF new England
Kristen Musick: IVF New England couldn't have been a better place for us to go on this journey. The doctors and staff were amazing, easy to talk to, explained things clearly and thoroughly and were very accessible. We would definitely go back to this practice again. Thank you IVF New England for all the amazing work you do!
Kimberlee Nutter: IVF NEW ENGLAND was so wonderful to work with. The staff are so caring and although our journey was a long one we feel so blessed to have had the support and care that we did. Our daughter is almost 20 months and we wouldn't have her without IVF New England.
Lynn Fletcher: Our experiences with IVF New England have been absolutely amazing. As soon as our process started we were greeted with open arms, smiles, and hope. We worked with Dr. Glatsteins crew, phlebotomists, and ultrasound techs for a lengthy time before a successful pregnancy. Everybody was sincere, heartfelt, yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. The secretarial staffing have been welcoming and always check in to keep you up to date with necessary clerical needs to make your visit as quick and smooth as possible. We have had an excellent experience with them so far and plan to continue to use them in the future!
Megan Coughlin: We had an amazing experience with Dr. Pauli and the entire Boston IVF staff! They answered all of our questions and gave us hope that we would be able to have a biological child of our own. We were fortunate enough to conceive our son William on our first fresh IVF cycle. He brings us so much joy. We are forever grateful to Boston IVF for bringing him into our lives!
Nadya S: My experience was way beyond the best! It was a tiring journey but it was definitely worthy. The staff was nice and extremely helpful! Thank you!!!
Jose Lugo: We thank NE IVF for everything they did and assisting us with our baby boy!
Kaitlyn Amaral: Boston IVF/ IVF NE is amazing! They helped us to conceive our first child and we are currently working with them again for our second. Everyone we have contacted with from the nurses, doctors, techs have been wonderful. They make an emotional difficult time a bit less stressful, as they are compassionate and understanding.
Stacey Felix: I had a very positive experience with IVF New England, Dr. Wright was knowledgeable and her staff friendly and patient with all my questions and inquiries. The IVF process can be an emotional, intimidating time but the staff at IVF New England made the process bearable and I now have beautiful daughter thanks to them.
Jen Pinheiro: Wonderful experience! Very helpful staff who explained everything to us every step of the way ! They helped us bring our little girl into the world & we are forever greatful for that!
Lidia Lidia: Scammers! We were deceived. Do not believe a single word from a doctor or nurse! They will tell you about your insurance company in the smallest detail. They will provide you with services even without taking care of whether your insurance company covers these costs. They will tell you that everything is settled and you do not worry about anything. The only thing I do not understand is if the insurance does not cover certain expenses, so why do they continue to provide services and then kick money out of people? I can not talk to anyone for six months. When I call constantly answers the answering machine. And if someone talks to me, then only those people who do not have any idea about the situation that has occurred. Be careful and do not expect that the doctor will really help you. Prepare as you should for a meeting with your doctor and take a lawyer and a dictaphone with you. Because then there will be no one to protect you. And who knows how much you will be provided with services without the knowledge of the insurance company. After all, you will be strongly persuaded that they have agreed on everything for you. And then they will tell you that it's all your fault. I'm not a professional, I believe doctors. The oath of the hypocrite and so on. But as for me it is fraud.
Christina Laughlin: I had my eggs harvested at age 38 just to be safe.I have 22 eggs stored and frozen.I finally met an amazing man, got married and am trying to conceive the old fashioned way. It's nice to know I have a backup plan.Update: Unfortunately I had a false sense of security. Only one embryo made it to day 5 with a pgd result of normal. I did not get pregnant through IVF New England. I had another subsequent for harvests and on my transfer did have a successful pregnancy at age 42.
Joel McCarthy: I'm very surprised to read some of the negative comments about RSC (now IVF New England). We had a great experience with Dr. Pang and the rest of the staff - Linda, Paula, Ann, etc. I agree that they may be very serious sometimes and not always "warm and fuzzy"...but they are doing serious work and I always felt they were honest with us and gave us all the information we needed to make the best decisions (even if the information was sad and hard for us to hear)...they don't sugarcoat things - which we appreciated. We welcomed our beautiful son into the world in October, 2015. Couldn't be happier with IVF New England. We will be using them again for baby 2.
Asus a: Although this center statically has performed a high number of IVF, but for the reason below we decided to change the facility:- Request a copy of your record and verify the information after your diagnostic. Be sure that there was no misunderstanding.- IVF New England does not perform such an important operation in a Hospital- The calls are answered by answering machine and you need to leave a call back number. Unfortunately, this is commune in other facilities as well.- We really appreciated our Doctor. Despite her online reviews mentioning a rude attitude, she was serious and determined and I felt I can trust her when she performed my Sonhysterogram.- We did NOT found the staff sufficiently knowledgeable:a) The conversation on the phone was miss report when we requested the medical record.b) The laboratory tests which we informed that we have already performed one month before, was repeated unnecessarily.a) The phlebotomist kept the tourniquet tightened during the whole process of making ready the tubes and collecting blood around 7 min. (max should be 1-2 min).b) The nurse schedules a CBC test one day after I used 1 gram Antibiotic! (Antibiotic has effect on the count of your white blood cells)These are little errors and we have experienced such errors in lots of others facilities. As a patient I write this review in order to help other patients and medical facilities reduce human error maybe by strict training and monitoring or other solutions to be find.

Circle Surrogacy, LLC: what do users think?
Carissa Palmer: I can second Kelly Thomas”s review on the social worker Katherine”s abilities as a social worker. She is clearly biased in her ability to accurately assess people’s information. Along with this she is judge mental and oddly passive aggressive in her tone and manner torwards candidates. She was extremely biased in her assessment and while I tried to be helpful and give clarity of information, she turned it around and acted confused.
Amanda Sanchez: I have worked with Circle as an egg donor. My experience has been nothing but positive! The team I was appointed ensured I was well informed, comfortable, and made the entire journey flow without a hitch. I would highly recommend.
Olivia Rowling: I just started working with Circle a little over a month and a half ago and I am already matched with IP and in the process of donating for the first time! So far the whole staff has been very kind and informative!
Amber Cissell: I am currently in the process of completing my first donation through Circle. After working with Danielle through the application process, which she made so easy, I knew I would love this agency. After I matched, I had the BEST experience with Maddie, an intake coordinator. I felt extremely supported and as if I could reach out to her at any point. I loved the fact that she was an experienced donor as well. That was so helpful. I still reach out to her with some questions, even after I’ve been handed over to my program coordinator to finish the donation process. My Program Coordinator Ghizlane has been so incredibly kind as well. I’ve absolutely loved my clinic I’ve worked with through Circle.I’ve never felt so supported through a process in my entire life. I know anyone I’ve been in contact with throughout the whole process would still be helpful, even if it was no longer in their area of the process. I really have enjoyed working with Circle and refer everyone that has asked me about my journey to them.
Katie Oetzel: I just started with circle and so far it has been easy and fun!
Michelle Beadle: I did 2 journeys through Circle. The team there is with you every step of the way making it a memorable experience.
Lindsay Carrasquillo: Since day 1 of beginning this amazing journey, the Circles staff, IVF clinic and its personnel have been nothing short and fantastic! Best experience thus far ❤️
Rabekka Thompson: I was a surrogate with Circle Surrogacy and gave birth in January 2020. Everything from start to finish I felt so much support. The people that work at Circle treat you like family and you are definitely not just a number to them. Matching was the most important step and it went perfect. I was matched with the most amazing couple and the three of us made it possible for a beautiful baby girl to join the world. 10/10 would recommend circle.
Janelle Lafrentz: Circle provided the most pleasant, safe environment for my surrogacy journey! I spent years researching about surrogacy and agencies that provided legal guidance, matching, insurance, etc. I found that circle was hands down the safest agency in America that could help me reach my personal goals to help people all over the world grow a family!I applied in March 2019. Was matched with a couple in June, pregnant in October, and delivered a healthy baby girl in June 2020!
Kelly Gracey: As a surrogate, this company has been there every step of the way for me. Whatever my questions were about, I was able to get an answer quickly. Even now that I've delivered the baby, they continue to support me through my recovery. I cannot say enough good things about Circle!
The Pomeroy Fam: After being a surrogate twice and being with circle for 4 years. I know for a fact that I wouldn’t want any other agency. They are amazing. They are supportive, professional and caring in just one agency. I would recommend this Agency to anyone!
Jennifer Lee: After exploring other options, I decided to apply to be a surrogate with Circle Surrogacy, and it changed my life in so many wonderful and unexpected ways. I gave birth in March 2019 and remain close with my intended parents and surro-baby. I had a very positive experience, and I highly recommend them to others who are considering the gift of gestational surrogacy.
Ashleigh Hulse: I become a surrogate through Circle almost 4 years ago after researching online. The process was quick and easy to understand. Circle is thorough and makes sure their surrogates are top notch for intended parents looking to grow their family. I was matched with the most wonderful couple and delivered twins in 2016! We all loved Circle!
Ashley Husk: Choosing Circle Surrogacy as the agency for my surrogate journey was by far the best decision I could have made. Outstanding, committed and dedicated employees made me feel comfortable throughout every phase of the journey. They are by far the most professional and streamlined of all the agencies I have researched. The little girl I delivered in June, 2016 is 3 1/2 now and she and her Dad's are like family to me! They couldn't have matched me with a better family!
Lauren Mello: I love Circle Surrogacy! Great people doing a great thing!
Emily Nobles: This agency has been nothing but professional, supportive, and prompt. Before, during, and after my journey I knew that help and answers were only a phone call away. There’s not much they wouldn’t try to do for you, to make sure you felt heard and supported.
Courtney Thomas: As a Gestational Carrier I had nothing but positive experiences with Circle. Everyone from my social worker, Coordinator, and Program Manager and everyone in between, was nothing but kind, responsive and truly caring. I was matched with a wonderful couple and delivered twins in Jan 2018. I was so happy with my Circle team, I’m back for journey #2!
Ronda Young: Circle is amazing! Extremely supportive and understanding. Being a surrogate was such a life changing experience and I am so glad it was through Circle. Everyone I encountered at Circle was so pleasant and always gave me peace of mind no matter what was going on or what I had to look forward to. I am about to start my 2nd journey with Circle and I feel like I have been perfectly matched with the most loving, considerate family.
Lisha Lu: I am a 1x surrogate who just finished my journey in August 2019. I do not have any negative thoughts about Circle Surrogacy. Anytime I emailed they responded promptly. They’re always checking in to see if there’s anything I need or just to see how I am doing. I am so glad I chose this agency and hope to be able to do another journey with them. I wouldn’t want to go through this process with any other agency. #proudsurrogate
Steph Hines: Circle has been so genuine, responsive and supportive to both intended parents and me. ❤️
Kari Corson: Update: I want to add that I still love the circle team! I have read a few reviews about how people didnt like their initial process... however that process is one of the reasons I picked circle over other places that I researched and talked to. I liked how Circle seemed like they really wanted to make sure the potential surrogate was in the right state of mind as well as had a great support team behind her. The 2.5 hour meeting was done over 2 days for me so that I could do it during my lunch breaks at work and the meeting with my husband I appreciated because they wanted to make sure he was supportive of it as well since he was going to be my number 1 person. I very much will recommend Circle especially Alana and Callie! They were and still are my favorite people and I hope I get them for my second journey once I'm done with school.I cannot wait for my second journey to start with Circle! My whole team was amazing and was there for me whenever I needed them. They are always making sure you are doing good and asking if you need anything from them. The thing I love the most is their matching process! The Intended Parents (IPs) that I was matched with are now part of my family and I love being able to see updates of the twins!I have heard of people complaining about how long the pre-process before being matched takes and honestly that's part of what got my attention about them, as I loved how in depth they go of making sure you are a good surrogate candidate. This process also helps them match you with IPs better as well. The more they know about you (and your spouse in my case) the better.I loved taking maternity photos for my IPs as well!#surrogate #CircleFamily #SurroTwins

Boston IVF: what do users think?
Linda Cook: Annie, the ultrasound tech, was excellent. As a Stage IV Endometriosis patient, she performed the least painful and most thorough vaginal ultrasound I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many) which I was very grateful for.
James Gibson: Great company to work with!
Julio Madeira: Excelent
najla alhatmany: None professional
Jose M. Diaz Jr.: Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Very supportive as well. Thank you for our Olivia (4 years old now) and her little sister on the way!
Valerie B: Dr. Ryley and the rest of the Boston IVF team in Brookline were amazing. He was patient, kind and open. I always felt part of the decision making process. If it weren't for doctor Ryley I wouldn't be about to welcome my baby boy in a few weeks.
Ali Barton: I love Boston IVF and recommend it to anyone I know who is trying to get pregnant. Dr. Ryley is the best of the best, and as a result we have two beautiful children -age 3 and eight weeks old. In 2012, I started at another clinic in Boston where after three failed cycles, my doctor told me I would need to use donor eggs. I decided to switch to Boston IVF, and Dr. Ryley was able to help me get pregnant on my very first cycle with him. We came back to him years later and now our family is finally complete. Everyone in the office is caring, compassionate, and professional. I will be eternally grateful for everyone there!
Karen Byrnes: We were under the care of Dr. Ryley and his team at the Boston IVF Brookline location. He is caring and honest, has confidence in what he talks to you about which makes you feel at ease and in good hands throughout the entire infertility experience. My whole IVF process was made easy by Dr. Ryley and the entire nursing team and staff. The online patient portal was convenient and easy to use and get your results back. Appointment times are flexible (with early appointments available) and you're in and out pretty fast.Everything has been super consistent with about 30-40 minutes to get in and out with each ultrasound and blood work appointment.Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ryley and this office. As frightening and worrying as this experience could have been, it was a calming and reassuring experience with this team.
Elizabeth MacDonald: Everyone at Boston IVF from the nurses to receptionists are outstanding.

Fertility Solutions: what do users think?
Kimberly Carr: Had a great experience with Dr. Huang and Fertility Solutions. The entire team is professional and you can tell every member of the team is there to help you get to your desired goal of a healthy baby.
Allicia Lacey: I have been going to fertility solutions on and off since they opened there door. Dr Huang and Julie in the providence office has always been great to me and patient. Definitely have great bedside manner.I have PCOS and my husband has male factor nothing worked for us we did timed intercourse, medicated cycles and IUI nothing worked. Finally we decided to do IVF. After our 3rd transfer we finally got our miracle. It was not easy but the staff here made it possible for us to keep going and not give up. I would refer them to anyone who is struggling with fertility.
Lindsey Johnson: Dr. Anania and the entire team at Fertility Solutions are wonderful. The journey of IVF is not always straight forward, but all the doctors, nurses, assistants and admin staff make you feel loved and supported throughout your journey. Now my husband and I are expecting our first child and couldn't be more grateful for all involved. I highly recommend Fertility Solutions to anyone seeking fertility treatment!
Regina: I appreciate the team, thanks to them I’m a mom. My oldest daughter is 10, and I’m pregnant with my second child now. Both pregnancies are from Fertility Solutions. My doctor is Dr. Huang, but they work as a team, and they are all great. My doctor has been great communicating the plans, calling me personally with instructions and to follow up. Julie, in the Providence office, is friendly, emphatic, and great drawing blood. Thank you Fertility Solutions!
Elizabeth Saunders: I would highly recommend Fertility Solutions for anyone needing medical support in getting pregnant. The doctors and nurses are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful and good at what they do. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed but also never waited around for appointments. They were responsive to my needs. It doesn’t not have the corporate feel of some other fertility clinics.
Sa Phuong Ho: I will forever be grateful for the care that I received from Dr. Huang and the entire team at Fertility Solutions. Fertility treatment can be both emotionally and physically taxing, but I felt nurtured every step of the way. Dr. Huang took the time to explain every treatment very thoroughly to me and made me feel comfortable with asking questions. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Fertility Solutions for anyone considering fertility treatment. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member there is amazing! I can’t wait to meet our little miracle soon. Thank you so very much to the Fertility Solutions family!
Barbara Zerillo: Dr. Huang and all the doctors are amazing. We had not been happy with a large clinic in Boston feeling just like a number or statistic. Dr. Huang was so kind and supportive and helped us navigate our journey. We have one healthy 2 year old from Dr. Huang and are currently pregnant with twins. I cannot recommend fertility solutions enough. We moved to CT and still continued to make the drive to MA and RI to work with Dr. Huang. Thank you for all you do!!!
Elaine Perello: I don’t have enough words to describe my gratitude to the entire team at fertility solutions especially Dr. Huang, Susan and Julie who were incredible at making sure my journey was as smooth as possible and also making sure the communication was great throughout the process which is so important. Im expecting my first baby in January and cannot be more happy and excited. Im so grateful for all of the staff thank you!
Pepper Foley: Thank you for bringing so much joy to our family!! We have two lovely daughters because of you.
Sydney Hardin: We landed at Fertility Solutions after one loss and three years of struggling to get pregnant. We interviewed other clinics, but Dr. Kowalik stood out from the beginning as thorough, curious and calming. Though it took us another three years to achieve a viable pregnancy, we never regretted choosing Fertility Solutions. In fact, I can't imagine having gone through multiple rounds of IVF anywhere else. We never felt like a number and we always felt that Dr. Kowalik was thinking outside the box to help us achieve our goal. We welcomed our joyful little son 6 months ago and it is no exaggeration to say that he would not be here without Fertility Solutions!
Alejandra Leon: I’m so grateful with all team at Fertility Solutions, specially with Dr. Huang she is very sweet and helped us make our dream come true I will always be grateful with her and all the nurses 🙏
Ashley Santos: We're grateful for the whole team at Fertility Soultions. They've been so wonderful to us and have helped us make our dream come true. ❤️
Jackie M: My husband and I wanted to say Thank You to Dr. Huang and everyone at Fertility Solutions. We are expecting our first baby in October 2022 and so grateful for the whole Fertility Solutions team. They are knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly, very caring and kind. Dr. Huang and her team were extremely patient with me from the very first consultation to when I finally “graduated” to go to my OB/GYN care. We felt that we were in good hands during the entire process. Dr. Huang and everyone at Fertility Solutions, including receptionist Christina at the Woburn office; all the nurses, especially Sue; and the lab crew, especially Paula and Mona, you are all Godsent miracle workers! Thank You so much for all your help and support.
Shannon Steinbrook: My husband and I were originally going through another competing clinic and had such a horrible experience that we knew we needed a change. After switching to Fertility Solutions, we never looked back! The entire team is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. I never felt like just a number. The doctors are the ones who conduct the ultrasounds which is such a nice touch compared to other clinics where you may never even see your doctor in person. My doctor was even the one who would normally call me with test results instead of someone from the nursing team! I truly felt like the team cared and wanted to see us find success. We didn't have a very straight forward case but we eventually had success! We will definitely be returning when we try for our second child!
Sara Haupt: I was going to another fertility center before switching to Fertility Solutions. I am so glad that I switched! All of the doctors and nurses are very helpful and very patient. They answer all your questions. Can't recommend them enough!
lpxstar: I love all the doctors, embryologists, nurses and administrative staff here. They are always very responsive, and call as soon as they can. The doctors are caring, humble, and best of all, always take my suggestions seriously and tell me when it’s a good idea and when it’s not. But remember, no matter which clinic you go to, make sure that YOU stay on top of every step and follow up more often. The antagonist protocol is what I did for the first egg retrieval. Unfortunately that resulted in poor quality embryos. So we switched to micro flare. My doctor Dr. Huang also agreed to add Zymot for sperm selection since we are minor male factor. This time we got much better quality embryos (5 out of 8 were good quality). I got pregnant with twins after the 3rd transfer. The first two may have failed due to chromosomal abnormalities (I am 35 and my husband is 41). What was really impressive was the fact that they had only used Zymot once at this clinic. Yet Dr. Huang took the time to discuss with the doctors and embryologists about using Zymot per my request. That made me feel heard and respected, which only made me respect and appreciate them more. Of course, I also threw out lots of other ridiculous ideas and Dr. Huang was able to explain to me why they would not help. I highly recommend Dr. Huang because she is kind, patient and efficient in her communications. She is practically one of the best in the field. I trust her decisions and recommendations. I picked my OB based on her recommendation. I also like the nurse Paula who is also knowledgeable and caring. The admin in Woburn Christina has always been warm and welcoming. The embryologist Genna has been in the field for over 30 years and has always been patient and professional. I learned a lot from her and she has always been able to put my mind at ease, as I know that she is excellent at her job.
Keri Green: I had a great experience at Fertility Solutions in the Providence and Dedham Offices with Dr Huang! She was very responsive and always answered any questions I sent in the portal with a phone call or message. Dr Huang was very caring and empathetic - it showed in every action of her plan for our family. It was easy to make an appointment and be seen. Thanks to FS, we are now expecting twin boys in June 2022! Our hearts are so full. I would highly recommend Fertility Solutions to anyone!!Note: My only issue was with a refund that took months to process. We finally resolved it in the end. Nothing that reflects poorly on the doctors or their method of high-quality care.
Julia Harney: I had a great experience at fertility solutions in Dedham with Dr Huang! She was able to see me quickly, always answered any questions I sent in the portal with a phone call, and was very empathetic. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
nilsa vicente: it was super easy to get i. for appointments. my doctor worked with me for what personally worked best for me and I was successful in getting pregnant. Dr Huang did my retrieval and Dr Sacha did my transfer. Thank you Fertility Solutions!
Healthy Desi Eats: My experience was okay. The receptionist is really rude, I mean just leave if you hate it so much. I have seen other complaints in the reviews regarding the receptionist. The only doctor I prefer is Dr. Huang she’s nice and has compassion rest of them are cocky. The other doctors doesn’t communicate with you if your medication is changed you are just suppose to know that somehow. Try a different place if you can and be mindful of how you get treated, it’s a lot of money that we have to spend so make sure you are getting treated with autonomy.
Jacquelyne Sedgwick: The reviews are misleading. I am a proud parent of a healthy bouncing baby! I would do it all over again. It’s a long road but so worth the wait. Miracles happen everyday!

CCRM Fertility Boston: what do users think?
Jenniffer Urbina: We deeply want to thank Dr. Styer and team for all the help with our process on becoming pregnant and even though it was not an easy process because I had a lot of fibroids and I need it to have surgery to remove 11 of them all around and inside my uterus after having my embryos frozen, Dr. Styer and team was extremely supportive to us along the way. 6 months after the surgery we began the process for the embryo transfer and that wasn’t easy either with all the shots, medications and the hormonal changes, but we felt like we we’re almost there to accomplish our dream to become parents. We did the embryo transfer shortly after but unfortunately we didn’t become pregnant, I felt devastated for a few days but I said to my self I want to be a mother and will definitely go trough this process all over again because I believed that I will eventually become pregnant. We did another cycle and thank to Dr. Styer and team because, I am 9 weeks pregnant today and we are immensely happy and that hardship was definitely worth it, so please never give up on your dream. It’s truly worth it! My husband says he loves you Dr. Styer! We’ll be seeing you again for your help with our second baby :)Thank again for everything you are the best!!!
V T: I would not recommend CCRM. for those 40+ and/or those choosing to be a single mother by choice. I was new to the IVF process and researched doctors in the area that had good reviews and choose CCRM based on my research Unfortunately, the majority of your time, you deal with the office staff. At CCRM, I felt unseen, unheard and and not wanted. It took over 6mths from my initial consult to complete all the testing required due to scheduling issues. My treatment plan was initially provided to me by a nurse who told me they decided to do IUI because "IVF is expensive" and it seems their records had me listed as self pay (even though my insurance covered all). Why would they just assume I couldn't afford IVF? I requested to speak to the doctor for clarification and nurse told it would take 2-3 mths to speak with my doctor. Only when I called back and spoke to someone new was I able to get an appointment with the doctor within a reasonable time. After that issue, I agreed to start with IUI but the staff provided no additional information about the process. After calling and requesting additional information, the staff provided me additional details. Eventually, after a couple of rounds of IUI, I requested to try IVF. They said I was not eligible for IVF due to my BMI. At this point, its been a 8mths and never once did they mention my BMI as an issue. It seems I needed to lose 10lbs. When I spoke to the nurse for their recommendation on next steps, they told me to try another facility.I happily found another doctor and facility where they explained all my options and potential treatment plans. The doctor was involved in each step of the plan and even when I had a bad day during the IVF process, took the time to call and check on me. The difference between my new facility and CCRM was night and day.Always get a second opinion and trust your gut and/or acknowledge the red flags. If I had done that, I wouldn't have wasted almost a full year with a facility that was not interested in helping me achieve my goal.
Kumar V: I would like to thank Dr.Styer, his entire nursing staff, the front desk and the whole team of CCRM. Dr.Styer has been incredible and kind throughout our journey. He's very knowledgeable about the current trends and new medical developments happening around and has applied them to our treatment when needed. I find the staff very patient, friendly and flexible. Never had any issues with communications. Dr Ryniec is amazing too, she was the on call doctor when we had an emergency, she has listened to our concerns very patiently and gave clear instructions and precautions. Overall it is nothing but a satisfactory journey with CCRM.
Savage Shenise: I switched to CCRM after having two failed cycles at MGH. I wouldn’t change a thing. Dr. Styer was great and we ultimately fell pregnant for the first time after TTC for 7 years and also have two frozen embryos. At the end of the day all that matters is we wanted to get pregnant… and we did!One negative I can say about this clinic is the communication is atrocious. I had portal messages completely ignored and never got a response. I complained multiple times to higher ups with zero resolution. I would have to call numerous times to get an answer to any question and chase the staff down for multiple things. Day of transfer they almost thawed the wrong embryo and said it wasn’t in my chart that we chose another embryo. I had filled out a consent in regards to this and it just slipped by. Each nurse will give you a totally different answer to medication questions etc. It feels like no one is on the same page and you really need to advocate for yourself and do your own research at times. The staff were all great including the receptionists at the front. Always friendly and smiling. They have some of the best phlebotomists I have ever encountered. Dr. Styer is kind and his work is innovative. One of the female doctors did my egg retrieval and some of my monitoring and was amazing the whole time. I could say a million good things about CCRM. If they figure out a way to handle the communication issue I wouldn’t understand why anyone would ever want to go anywhere else for fertility treatments.
C P: **The one part of the office that functions/operates is the billing department. I find it amusing that I didn’t get a bill for diagnostic tests until I posted this review several months later.**First of all, This review does not reflect the clinical care I received. Dr.Styer and the nurses are great.Saying the office is poorly run is a tremendous understatement. At one point I sent around 5 emails to the financial team to get information on prices and didn’t get a response until I threatened to go someplace else. I believe I worded the email as “I’m ready to take my $20k elsewhere.”Finally they scheduled a phone appointment with Donna. I made sure I was on a break from work and waited patiently. She did not call. I called the office and was sent to a voicemail box that was not set up. 10 times. Finally got a call back from someone and she managed to get Donna before she left for the day. Donna told me she forgot my appointment. Here, I had been waiting MONTHS for a treatment plan and prices so I can take out a loan, and she forgot to call me.Don’t expect your tele links for your appointments to work, either.I can’t even get into the time sensitive appointments I had to schedule that nobody called to schedule until the day before, making me have to get out of work last minute.I will say, the nurses always got back to me quickly on the portal and Dr.Styer is empathetic and personable.Although, after our first failed ivf cycle I looked into how to increase our chances and acupuncture was mentioned in a long article written BY Dr.Styer, which he never mentioned to us.I’m happy some people had positive experiences and got a baby out of it.I’m going to a clinic in Greece now. They were closed for the summer and still replied to my email within 24 hours.Shame on you CCRM.
Stephen Lavelle: What a bittersweet day! My fiancée and I had our final appointment and ultrasound with Dr. Styer and his wonderful team today to make sure that all is well with our growing (~8.5 weeks) baby, and we have now officially "graduated" from CCRM and are moving on to be cared for by a separate OB-GYN. We began our journey with CCRM just a short five months ago, and are both in awe of how smooth, professional, and personalized the entire process has been. It is almost unbelievable (in the best kind of way)! While we were both always optimistic that our predicament (male factor infertility) was entirely fixable via treatment, I don't think either one of us expected it to move as quickly as it did. Dr. Styer and the team were always reassuring, yet transparent and honest, when we met with them for regular check-ups to discuss our progress along the way. We always felt like we were in excellent hands. Honestly, we could not recommend this clinic/team highly enough! Thank you so much Dr. Styer, all of his nurses and support staff, and CCRM as a whole!!- Steve & Karen
Neha Kashyap: I am being charged $850 for a service that I have not requested or asked. I keep getting payment due emails and letters asking to pay or it will impact my credit score. I have called CCRM financial services at least 50 times in last 4 months and emailed nurses with all documents they have requested in addition to meeting with Dr Styer confirming decision to refuse the service. The financial team at CCRM refuses to update my record or respond to my emails or voice messages.
erin mac: My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Dr Ryniec and her team and had a great experience. Dr Ryniec is extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful and we felt supported every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured, which I think is super important when going through infertility. Every time I reached out to Dr. Ryniec or her nursing team at CCRM with questions (which was fairly frequently!) they promptly answered me. We are now 18 weeks pregnant :)I highly recommend working with Dr. Ryniec at CCRM.
Arlene Brokaw: CCRM Boston seems to be a very busy clinic at least during these COVID times. If you're considering fertility treatments you should definitely reach out to them. But you should also not expect things to move quickly. Lots of patience is needed. So far, in our process, it has taken us since June from our initial consult to the first egg collection cycle was in early October! So set your expectations. But also make sure you're really clear with them on what your expectations are. They have pretty lax communication/organization. And it seems like the Dr. will say one thing that will often conflict with how the nursing staff actually handles it...most of this is scheduling and billing related. Just keep calling and leaving messages and bugging them. It's annoying, but it seems to work! I do think that they do awesome work and they are in high demand. We have been very happy so far with the results...still in egg collection mode, so maybe an update in the future. Good Luck!
Kelsey Cassata: CCRM made the beginning of our fertility journey less than ideal. Communication is horrible. We dealt with calls not being returned, prescription not being filled on time, which led to more frustration in an already stressful situation. Our nurse, Jenna, was very sweet and knowledgeable. But unfortunately the lack of office communication led to us moving to another office. I would not recommend CCRM if you are looking for attentive care.
Lindsey Adami: Fantastic, kind, and helpful team of people
Colleen Dunlea: I was an egg donor here and if were choosing my own clinic, I would not choose this one. Communication was almost zero and I was left in the dark as to what was happening during my cycle 98% of the time. It is impossible to get in touch with a doctor or nurse to ask any questions on the phone. I was left voicemails with massive changes to my medication regimen with no opportunity to ask questions. When you try and call back and wade through their phone options to talk to a real person -- you get a receptionist that tells you that someone will call you back....and they never do.This is not my first time donating my eggs and I know that better clinics exist. CCRM Boston also took a very medically aggressive approach to my egg retrieval that left me in pretty extreme discomfort post-retrieval. I would not recommend this place.
Suzanne Bernard: Dealing with CCRM has been a nightmare. Be warned that it is next to impossible to get through to anyone or even the front desk. I have missed out on important cycle dates because they have no admin staff to take phone calls. If you manage to get through to anyone it is someone in Colorado who will send you to the front desk where a pre-recorded message will tell you that it is not equipped to take voicemails. Since last week I have been trying to reach out to get the ball rolling on egg retrieval. Not one person in over 8 days has returned any of my phone calls or emails. Trying to have a baby is already an emotionally taxing and stressful experience. This office does not seem to care about that, but only adds to the stress. For those dealing with fertility issues please read the similar reviews such as mine. I have not been alone in my experience here.
Debora Jacquet: Dr Ryneic and her clinical team are amazing. Communication at CCRM is subpar. Patient financial services is the worst. My plan for my FET was not submitted when it was supposed to and still hasn’t been submitted even though that was the plan one month ago. No one answers the phone. No one calls you back. Portal messages go unanswered. For the amount of money you will spend it’s not worth the extremely poor customer service. Trying to conceive is already frustrating. Please save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
Stephanie Panico: I loved the CCRM! The staff, the nurses, and the doctors are very thorough, organized, and knowledgeable. Dr. Styer is a kind man who goes above and beyond the call of duty for his patients (and I am usually partial toward female doctors). I would recommend this place to anyone!
Lauren Murphy: Currently sitting with our CCRM IVF miracle baby, Liv, and so beyond grateful for Dr. Styer, all of the nurses, and staff that helped us get to where we are today. It’s a busy clinic so you’ll sometimes need to keep up with staff(insurance coordinator, nurse, etc) but they always answered my questions in a timely manner after I left a voicemail and if they didn’t return my call I’d either call again or leave a portal message, never had an issue getting in touch with anyone/having my questions answered. After five early miscarriages and me being in my late 20’s the doctor at our first fertility clinic told us to “just keep trying” and that it would eventually work. I refused that answer and was recommended by my OBGYN to contact CCRM. At our first sit down with Dr. Styer he was upbeat, positive, and gave us the hope we needed that we could actually have a baby after trying for so long. He took our case seriously, didn’t make us feel like we were just a number, and knew we were in good hands. We highly recommend CCRM Boston!
Jenna Levy: If I could leave less than one star I would. It doesn't matter how good the doctors are at CCRM Boston because the office is HORRIBLY run! First of all, to get through to a receptionist is impossible. 99% of the time I've ever called I've been directed to their voicemail box. Rarely are calls returned, and usually you're steered to leave a message within the patient portal. I've sent multiple urgent email messages about time sensitive fertility issues through the portal with no response (not from a doctor or even a nurse!). Weeks ago I was finally put in contact with the office's Business and Admin manager who seemed to finally be listening to me and my husband's concerns. After countless emails and calls to her with no response, I found out only today that she no longer even works there! Was anyone even going to tell me?Starting the IVF process is stressful enough, but placing your trust and future children at risk with a fertility clinic that does not care at all about you or your time is infuriating. Customer service is not something that CCRM Boston values and you should think long and hard about putting your health and money into such a poorly run business.
sam debrova: Dr Styer and his team helped me with the process and were there to answer my questions at every step and I received great personal plan and the billing department was kind and communicating with my insurance. I have an intense schedule in academic and industry environments and they helped reduce my stress and anxiety throughout the process. Thank you very much.
Denise: We've had great experiences with the doctors at CCRM, but it has been extremely difficult coordinating with their administrative team. The front desk rarely picks up the phone, directing callers immediately to voicemail. If I can't catch my phone in time when they call back, once again I'm directed immediately to voicemail, and the phone tag cycle continues. We literally had to make an appointment at their office in person, because it was so difficult getting in touch with anyone over the phone. They give you access to a patient portal, claiming 2 business day response time, but I've been unsuccessful in getting timely responses there. They've also forgotten to provide web conference details for tele-health appointments, which is stressful when you're anxiously waiting your appointment with the doctor and aren't sure how to get in touch.
Bostongal: Terrible administrative procedures that impact seeing the doctors here.Took me so much courage to get an appointment initially, then the doctor was an hour late and I could no longer accommodate it. Things happen and I was understanding. Since then I called, left messages and used the portal asking for an appt. When I finally when I got through, I began to book a new appointment and they said I could only have the spot if I gave them my credit card. That bothered me, especially because of how much inconvenience they’ve already put me through. It’s unfortunate… as this is a very sensitive topic for many women and I wish I could get the help I’m looking for.
Rebecca Jean-Baptiste: I had such a positive experience at CCRM!Dr. Zimon was my doctor and she is the reason why I have my son. The staff and nurses were also very kind and helpful during my entire process.

Massachusetts General Hospital: Fertility Center: what do users think?
Ariane Beck: I had an amazing experience with MGH and Dr. Souter. They were extremely responsive, and open on weekends! My appointments were always quick and efficient. Great care.
Margot Whitney: We had an amazing experience at the fertility center at MGH, which gave us our beautiful baby girl. We worked with Dr. Souter (who was wonderful), but saw many other physicians and nurses during our IVF journey. The entire team was extremely kind and wonderful during a very stressful journey. We also had several major issues with our insurance and their Practice Manager, Gladys Muñoz, was amazing at helping us resolve these issues. We can't thank the MGH team enough!
Thomas Humphrey: My wife was very anxious about an upcoming FemVue procedure and I wanted to accompany her in the room for reassurance and to be a supportive partner in this process. In the sole discretion of the practice and without any formal policies against allowing a significant other in the same room for such a procedure, this request was denied. We found the lack of compassion and a reasonable answer as to why this would not be allowed to be unacceptable, and will be seeking services elsewhere.
Alvin Ihsani: Haven seen my doctor (Petrozza) once. My wife gets contradictory messages from nurses (too many follicles, no the right amount). They winged IUI then wanted to push for IVF, probably because of higher reimbursement, didn't even consider intermediate steps - we had to find out by ourselves and tell them
Hadley Stecker: Stay away at all costs - there are better, more professional, and more caring fertility centers in the Boston area. MGH is a great hospital for many things, but women’s health, specifically fertility, is not one of them.
Reem Kassab: The team at the clinic is amazing! Dr. Petrozza met with my husband and I and listened to all our concerns. He ordered all tests and the nurses followed up with us after EACH result to discuss. I needed a small procedure and the NP Barbara was so nice and caring! They respond to all my messages on the app and call me if needed! I really felt taken care of at the clinic and appreciate every one of them!
Savage Shenise: Horrendous. I was with this clinic and Dr. Petrozza for 6 years. They do not listen to your concerns at all. I knew I had PCOS and my provider told me I was just a “young healthy woman”After two failed egg retrievals we made the switch to CCRM Boston where I got a diagnosis for PCOS right away. We also have three embryos on ice from the new clinic.
Paul: We did one round of IVF with Dr. Irene Dimitriadis, MD. The experience was super bad. We had dozen of eggs retrieved and none was successful in the end. The doctor gave super weird suggestions after this failure, very irresponsible and unprofessional. They were super rude to my wife through out the process. The whole team sucks! It was a total waste of time there!
R Ciccarelli: Beware sketchy billing practices:My partner and I were customers of MGH Fertility for our reciprocal IVF process. Their financial office was aware from the beginning that we would have to pay out of pocket for the entire process. We were required to pay “for everything” before we could even begin working with them. However, after my egg retrieval I was billed and additional $700 for a 5 minute follow up call with my fertility doctor in which she told me how many eggs were retrieved. I was not informed I would be billed for this appointment nor that it was not included in the $16,000+ prepayment we had made 6 months earlier. This was the only bill I received since the prepayment. This appointment was not referenced on any pricing sheets or invoices we received. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dimitriadis and all of her team but these sketchy business practices have tarnished that. As such, we would not recommend anyone work with MGH Fertility.
Dr. G.: After calling two months ago and being promised a phone call back from some higher up who supposedly would know what they were talking about, I have still received no call. We've gone with another fertility center.
C. Chandler: I had a horrific experience at this clinic, specifically with Dr. Jill Attaman. I rarely post reviews, but I sincerely don't want any woman to go through what I went through here. It was a nightmare. You will meet with a doctor for the initial appointment, but it will be nearly impossible to reach them throughout your treatment. Instead, you'll bounced around from nurse to nurse. Often times, these nurses don't know the details of your particular situation and the majority have a terrible bedside manner. You are just a number here.Without going into all the details, Dr. Attaman and her staff were grossly negligent and reckless in their care. It was hands down the most traumatic experience I've had in my life. I don't want anyone to go through this, so I strongly recommend that you search for another clinic- there are so many great hospitals in Boston, so there are plenty of options.
Carol Anne Watts: Compared to my experience at another Boston facility MGH was the best. Dr Petrozza and his team are incredible.
Tom Kelley: So far after hours of phone calls we've only spoken to one person who could answer our basic questions.
kholoud chatila: they suck. don't go there it a waste of time. they need to do alot of fixing
Fan mercy: The worst. Very unprofessional staff- Always late for appointments, Sometimes had to wait an hour to go in- Dr barely shares any information, forgets who her patients are- Have to call multiple times to even get a call back or get a reply for any issue/ question I have- all they care for is money, they are amazing until you pay. Then youre just a number- no follow up/ no explanations/ had to go to a different clinic to understand more about the process even after embryo transfer- I have to call to remind them to share with me results of any test. they even asked me on several occasions to call back and remind them if they dont get back to me- They billed me twice for procedures I paid for in advance at the beginning of the treatment. They almost try their luck to get more money and see if you dont noticeNot worth your time or money. Go to another hospital/ clinic if you have a chance
Kelly L: Great staff and physicians. Nurses are caring and take their time to explain medications and testing. They walked me through every step and helped me to understand everything that was happening
Tiffany A.: I should have found another clinic after my first appointment in July. PSA: the informed consent you sign in the office is not the same as the informed consent the vendor performing the genetic testing (Myriad Women's Health) has you sign. Myriad's informed consent requires you to agree to them performing a soft pull on your credit before they'll give you your results. What bothered me is that when I tried to opt out within 24 hours of receiving the welcome email from Myriad, I was told that it was too late, the company had already pulled my credit. After finding out the fertility clinic had no idea that Myriad was pulling all of its patients' credit information, I filed a complaint with MGH patient advocacy, only to wait 30 days to be told MGH doesn't have to answer any of my concerns and basically that I need to get over it. By this point I was already into a couple of months of treatment and didn't want to start over at another clinic (I should have!). Following one IUI treatment, I got pregnant (yay!) I went in for the six week ultrasound and was told to come back in two weeks prior to moving over to an ob-gyn. When I went to the eight week ultrasound appointment, the doctor came in and started arguing with me about how far along I was. I was eight weeks one day, but she insisted that I was eight weeks six days, continuing to argue with me, and then finally making the nurse go check the records to verify. It was obvious the doctor hadn't bothered to even read my medical records prior to the ultrasound. She asked me my age and then asked me questions about my medical history that she would have known had she taken a few minutes to review my file prior to coming in. We found out I lost the baby and then her main concern was me taking some pills for the miscarriage or going into surgery. And of course, the ultrasound to make sure everything has gone. And also going in for a blood test. The other reviewers are not wrong. MGH Fertility only cares about how much money each patient can bring into the facility. I will not be returning.
Todd Olsen: We used this clinic for the birth of our son. We had an amazing experience. One thing bothered me which led me to not give them a 5 star rating. The doctors told us “good luck” when it was over. This really bothered me. I know it’s like a pleasantry that people use but it’s inappropriate in this situation. If I wanted luck I would’ve gone to a leprechaun. Instead I went to some doctors and scientists. So I wanted them to rely on science to help us create a life not on luck.Other than that we had an amazing experience and the first IVF cycle worked and we have an amazing boy.
Grace: Agree with Martinez's post! The doctor just ordered numerous blood tests and didn't even follow up with me on what the results mean! Their finance people are also horrible. They made a mistake on the billing code that leads to no coverage from my insurance. I've called three times over the past two week and all went straight to voicemail. I for sure will not trust my baby with them.
Natalie Di Cecca: Wonderful and caring team. You can't get better care than you do here.
Amy Watson: After a horrible experience at another hospital, this team was incredible. I felt confident in my treatment from the very first appointment. Dr. Styer accurately diagnosed my condition and performed a corrective surgery. His entire team was great about following up and keeping me informed. Highly recommended.
