So the next week I seen they were trying to take another 300 so I checked my account on their website it said I owed 00.00. Well I said I'm canceling that 300 because its way to early it wasn't even Aug yet. So when I called the agent said wow you must be rich! I said excuse me no I'm poor because all my pay goes to you. Well he sent back that money . I check again on their site it said Aug 5 322 was due. Ok great all set. Fast forward to Aug 1 I owe 1300 I'm behind 3 months. I said what ? You and my bank said payment was taken July 11 and 12. Now its getting shut off because who wants to pay 1300 for this lying service. Oh and that money they gave back they are now claiming its from june . I laughed they dont let you go a day never mind months. Lying thieves. I'm calling a lawayer.

Jessie James: Because of them lying to me when I got home me and my companion got into an argument over the Comcast internet box being installed. They had me believing before I left the house that everything was under my name when they switched everything over to his name and they told me nothing. Then they also had me believing they closed out my son's account when they never did anything of the sort. They caused all sorts of drama for a week after I got the box for the internet.

Not sure if they customer rep was work on business or personal. A " be right with you " would have made it feel like they cared I was there. Other than that bit was quick and painless.

Azica Azica: Carolina Danilo and Robert were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I switched my family over to Xfinity from Verizon.They got me an unbelievable deal and set my daughter up with a brand new Samsung Galaxy s23, (We saved $700 on that phone alone!)Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to purchase a phone, make a switch for a family plan, or simply ask questions about all things mobile. These guys are consummate professionals and experts.
B. Hunter Brown: The Xfinity associates (Carolina and Danilo) at this location are the cream of the crop.I urgently needed a new phone for work after it was stolen over the weekend. Walked into the store on a Sunday at 3:55pm -- they were scheduled to close at 4:00pm but they kept the place open for me until 5:00pm.We encountered a lottt of Xfinity corporate hoops to jump through to make it happen but to make a long story short, Carolina the manager and Danilo the sales rep went above and beyond and seamlessly got the job done for me just in time for a critical work meeting I had the following day.I left there with a brand new iphone 14 max pro (With fantastic promotional dicounts), and an ear to ear smile on face all thanks to Carolina and Danilo -- Give these people a raise! They are tremendous ambassadors of Xfinity and displayed exemplary customer service skills! Bravo!

Tao: This rating is for the manager “Robert” - very bad manner and he refused to help customers. I came here as they lost my SIM card package and the customer service advised me to come to the store to get a new one. Shockingly, this manger said they don’t allow to do this as this was an online order. No further details. So what if someone had their SIM card damaged and they need emergency services at the local stores?!Other store staff were helpful putting me in contact with the advanced customer support to set up the eSIM. A thank you to that agent but stupid 3 hours waste of time. Avoid this store and that incompetent manager 🙄️

Haily Rich: I wish I could give no stars. DO NOT USE THEM. I've used them for internet and every single time I had to do something (from install to cancellation) it took several weeks because they kept saying that they were doing things, and then I'd get a call like a month later asking me if I still wanted it. I was told three months ago that my service would be cancelled and I've been billed monthly ever since, and they just called me to ask how my service is going and if I wanted to move. Plus, I signed up with a "no contract, no term fee" and they tried to take $200 to cancel. If I could say one thing it's just better to pay a few dollars more for somewhere else where you'll get what you actually want and they advertise.
Erik Thompson: I went there because the website indicated that you could change to the new plan pricing in stor or wait until 9/7 to do it online. The Xfinity rep told me that it couldn't be done in store until the 9/7 either. He also gave different information than the website on phone upgrade discounts. Basically, it seemed as if he didn't want to help.Then, we saw an Xfinity store in Saugus and stopped in to ask the same questions. The rep there was able to change my account to the new plan and save us some money in fewer than 5 minutes.

Yimin Xu: Nnamdi is wonderful. He solved my issue a couple of weeks ago. Then corporate was dumb and re-put in a TV box rental charge…for my nonexistent cable service. Nnamdi took that off for me again and he helped me disconnect from Comcast. I’ve been a customer for a decade. My family has used Comcast since I was a preteen. I’d still be using Comcast if they stopped fudging with me bill. You know the irony? I think I have a share of their stock too. Obviously I’m gonna sell it cause fudge them and their corporate policies and their complete lack of logic. I was happy paying monthly on autopay but no, you got greedy. I mean, seriously. Was it SO hard to just leave my plan be?

Y.C. belanger: Honestly, the first time I went there to return the equipment, I hated the place felt like I was stepping into a jail. The huge cage window, the way you put your stuff in a metal slide, the attitude of the employees everything was creepy. This time around maybe because of the post-pandemic, the security measures once scary overboard kinda fit in the new normal everyone's got used to. The employee was helpful and friendly, nothing to complain about. Who knows maybe now the DMV will not be that bad, I won't hold my breath on that one 🙄

The Kiosk don't work and haven't in months i believe it's in an effort to make you interact with their employees so they can sell you things. Unfortunately our Coty has made an outrageous deal with Comcast so they have the ONLY contract to provide cable services here in Brockton, there's other companies but they aren't allowed here so the prices are ridiculous, the go up EVERY month. It's not right

When walking into this location all faces are alert and willing to help Miss Deneisha greeted me with a very bubbly warm welcome, with her smile and personality I felt I was in the right hands I explained my situation and went on telling her that I was having problems, I not once felt ignored and she never tried to get me to hurry up she listened and allowed me to express my concerns. She was very professional very informed. She answered all my questions and helped me with my issue helped. she is an asset to this Store location that I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a pleasant employee go see her. I can say as long as she’s there this will forever be my go to store.

Tapiwa Kapurura: Signed up for their 1200 mbps plan and I never had worse internet service like this before. I was better off sticking to my mobile hotspot than sign up this Xfinity. I tested their speeds daily because the wifi crash all the time, never was higher than 300 mbps. Don't waste your time and money with this company. Their customer service is also set up so you can't easily get help. Xfinity techs have been to my home many times, but wifi does not equal what I paid for.
Shilpa Shankar: I have to say I started out by having a fair few issues with Xfinity in general for both my broadband and phone. And I dont really like calling them up and dont think the phone customer service is great. But I have to say - all the times I have come to the store in person to fix issues that have caused me grief - they have been wonderful. Its the only reason why I probably am still with Xfinity. The staff at this store has always helped fix my problems - whether it was to give me my modem, port my phone across, help fix an international roaming billing nightmare. Astrud and Danny at the store are really helpful. Thanks again.

She didnt understand the deal that was offered and asked for further details. As opposed to answering her question the customer service rep gave her co worker a certain look like if my mother was stupid for asking. If you dont have patience to answer customer inquiries you shouldnt b working a customer service job!!!.This is for the girl that works in the East Boston store!!!!!

You Nes: This review is not for Comcast Malden but it’s for Comcast customer service over the phone. They’re the worst customer service ever . I canceled my service on 9/20/2022 and I’m still getting charged, I spoke to an Indian guy who claimed his name is Mathew but he didn’t help me so as his supervisor I’ll definitely switch all my services to Verizon .

Di Di: People there were very nice and gave me all things I ordered online, even I moved house earlier. But the coaxial cable was too short for me when I connected modem at home, so I went back and ask them if I could have a longer cable, they immediately found me 15ft cable. Problems were solved smoothly and quickly. I pretty enjoyed the experience in this Xfinity store!

Patti Giangregorio: Over the years since becoming a customer if Comcast, I've had to pick up, exchange, & return equipment. Each & every time that I've had to this, I had extraordinary & exceptional experiences w/ the staff of Comcast. That is until now..Recently I received a new "primary" cable box equipment & had to return the "old" one. While there, I found out that I could return my 2 "adapter" boxes for my 2 "older" TVs & "upgrade" those as well. So I went the next day & did so.. Sadly as it turns out, my TVs are "obsolete & outdated" meaning the new "adapters" are NOT as compatible w/ either of them as I was led to believe. So now for the 3rd day in a row I have to return the NEW "adapters" & get my original "adapters" back!Please in mind that I am also disabled & must "walk" to Comcast each & every time. I would like for Comcast to please make note of this as a loyal customer, I am seriously beginning to "rethink" whether or not I should continue my cable service w/ Comcast. If a customer TELLS your salesperson that they have "really old TVs like circa late 1990s - early 2000s old" & ASKS whether the NEW adapters would "be compatible" w/ them, then shouldn't that salesperson tell the customer "yes" or "no"??? I even went as far to ASK the 2nd salesperson the SAME question & was told that I would have "no problem whatsoever" w/ the equipment.It took me almost 3 hrs via both a "live chat" w/ a representative online AND again by phone w/ another representative to find out that I was "misinformed" & that I would need to "return the equipment & get back my original adapters". So please keep my story in mind when you are "training" your sales associates next time. Because next time, you may LOSE a customer or two!!

Jeffrey Ellis: Dont know about the store itself, but Comcast xfinity service turns on and off and I only call after try to reset first. But you forced to reset again and wait 10 min. Then get call from automated AI ask if it works. Then you need to request and wait for a person to call. And then you wait some more.
Amanda Koffink: The same guy who gave me a student discount said he couldn’t do anything to help two months later when the discount never applied due to his lack of ability to do his job. He recommended I cancel my service in place of making any effort to help or even listen to what was going on.

Bay Ramos: Ok so I bought a iPhone 13 on December 2nd and it never worked so I brought it back to the store thinking maybe they forgot to put the SIM card in or something. Come to find out the chick that setup my mobile account put my information on someone else’s account that just happened to be in the store at the time. (I’m talking a copy of my drivers license, social security number and bank information!) The manager in the store told me the only way to fix the issue was for him to take the phone back and to issue a refund on my debit card that day. That was December 5th. I waited about a week and I never received a refund so I called the company myself and filed a fraud complaint against the store (286 Blue Hill ave in Boston) on or about the 14th of December. Again, I waited. I went back to the store on the 18th or so and after making a scene, the manager told me that he would personally make sure I’d have a refund by the end of day or at leader a date to expect it. He gave me his personal number and told me to reach out if I had any questions. I still haven’t received a refund and that manager has since stopped answering my calls. I’m literally on the phone for the 10th time trying to figure this out! Now they are asking me if I know the name or number on the other account the chick at the store used. They won’t give me any information on the fraud claim I put in and are basically refusing to refund my money. I’ve decided to seek legal aid this coming week but I wanted to share my experience Xfinity Ripped Off by Xfinity/Comcast #FoxNews
