Comfort Inn Boston: what do users think?
Sara Harman: I had a reservation and was unable to stay due to not having a bank issues credit card . FDA stated it was nothing they could do and i understood. but didnt change that I was upset. The lady who was stocking the snacks ,Was so nice and compassionate , she told me to grab a cup of coffee and stay in the lobby because it was cold outside. Cant remember her name. but I later found out she was the MANAGER.. not only was she stocking the shelfs she also took time to converse with me and make sure I was ok.
Cameron Salamone: 💯
Isaac Bocko: I stopped in looking for a room for the night. They did not have anything available, but they did allow me to charge my phone, (as it was dead). This was a huge move and allowed me to get to another location for the night. Very appreciative of the hospitality! Thank you!!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Steven Grenier: It is what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. The rooms are decent and clean. The breakfast isn't top-notch but good enough that you can stay and eat rather than head out to a restaurant. The lady at the check-in didn't look like her job made her happy. The second day I had to get my card replaced because it didn't work anymore. The lady at the front desk was friendly the second day (different lady).
Nicole Schubert: If you're going to advertise your hotel to be a "park+sleep+fly" hotel, then you should meet these basic requirements:1. Provide a place to park for your reservations.2. Provide a free airport shuttle or a cab voucher.3. Be in the vicinity of the airport. The Comfort Inn did none of those things. The hotel is a 20 min drive from the airport, not even slightly close. When we arrived, reception was slow to check people in and was rude in explaining the shuttle and parking, which was completely unavailable at the property. The hotel itself was jammed full of cars, clearly violating all fire lanes on site. We were told to park 3 blocks away at the Ramada, and had to make the sketchy walk back under a dark overpass in the freezing dark. We needed a 5am airport shuttle, and were told the 4, 5 and 6am shuttle that holds 8 ppl was full, in addition to being $10 per person each way. Since the hotel is so far from the airport, it only runs 1x an hour. We opted for a $25 Uber ride instead. So add $50 to our stay at this scam hotel.I gave them 1 star because the bed was comfortable. Other than that, the hallways smelled like weed and trains going by are close and very loud. Reception was rude and slow. Save your money and stay ANYWHERE else.
Colby Seaver: I left my truck at this hotel for their airport parking service. The hotel is in a bad neighborhood and while I was gone someone threw a rock into my windshield and smashed it. The hotel did not notify me even though it sat for 3 days threw a winter storm. They do not have a good security system and took no responsibility for the vandalism. I would not advise leaving your car here for any length of time.
Tasha Owen: My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed a partial night at the comfort inn Boston.First off, we were given a parking permit for my truck, but there was absolutely NO PARKING. While the hotel has enough spaces for the amount of rooms they have, apparently they do the park and fly program and I was told, it’s a first come, first serve parking and that I would need to find parking on the street. When I asked where I could park where my truck would not be towed, she just shrugged. Also, there are guest laundry facilities on site, but when I asked her if she could please make change so I could use the facilities, she told me I had to go across the road to the grocery store.Needless to say, we went and got change, did what needed done, but we’re awake mole of the night, checking to make sure the truck was still there. Not a good nights rest at all.
justin majeed: This is just the place you go to sleep. The hotel smells like it has smoked 7 packs of cigarettes a week for 30 yrs... had the unfortunate experience of being roomed next to ppl who were most likely shooting a hip hop video at midnight. As for reservations... if you book through a 3rd party site, confirm the reservation with the site before getting to hotel... while there, there were at least 4 ppl who had issues with reservations, despite having it confirmed... the hotel had no record of mine or theirs confirmation until the 3rd party site confirmed it with them...I was on hold for close to an hour before they actually called the hotel back.Breakfast was ok...bare options... waffles toast eggs sausage juices cereal oatmeal
Jonathan Belle: Glad to unwind.Room was clean. Shower water was hot and stayed hot consistently. Breakfast in the morning was great. Right down the street from a bar and liquor store and across the street from a supermarket. Parking lot was big and I felt that my car was safe.I like this hotel.
William Mosley: Does not accept Walmart's Money Card. :),,,Service: 1/5 …More
Natalia Urrego: Las instalaciones ordenadas y limpias. Nada mal.
M. Wallis: This is NOT an airport hotel as advertised nor is it easy walking distance to the T subway. "Courtesy" Shuttle costs $10 per person to the airport, with 4 people Uber is better for our early flight. Beds are small, but the room was clean. Would have avoided this hotel if I had known (Hotwire fail.)Rooms: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Tonya Thompson: Little parking but there was parking I must admit. Love these choice hotels I think they are my favorite.Rooms: Are up to date they have the plugs for your phones and technology on the lamps 2 each love this about their rooms and always clean and thick enough comforter and bedding to keep you warm at night!

Celina Rallon: Convenience to the airport and downtown Boston was great. We had a car with us so it wasn't a problem to get to/from the hotel and their free parking was a plus. The room was clean, the pillows can be a bit more comfortable but that is just me being too picky. Our stay with peaceful and we had a good night's rest which was the most important. I almost forgot to say that their free breakfast was amazing! You had so many choices with food and drink (bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hard boiled eggs already peeled/deshelled, yogurt, variety of bagel & toast, cereal, waffle maker with someone making it for you, muffins/danishes, coffee/decaf, cran/apple/orange juice, variety of fruit).
Margaret Bailey (Peggy): Clean and very accommodating! Breakfast was good, typical buffet style. There was staff just for breakfast, and they were attentive and very pleasant. Place was the cleanest, and we have traveled a lot.Rooms: Very clean!I would have given a 5, but there was hair hanging off blow dryer hanging on wall. Put that thing in a drawer 😉🙃Food & drinks: Margaritas is on premise. Food was on point. Bartender very attentive.Noteworthy details: Our flight overseas was canceled. Needed a place for the night. We were happy with our choice. They shuttled us from and to the airport.
Rachael: Great service! Rooms were very clean, sparkling ! All guest areas are sparkling clean. Airport shuttle is available day or night!Rooms: Sparkling clean and well stocked.Food & drinks: A lot of local restaurants are walking distance from the hotel.

Alex C: The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. I didn't try the complimentary breakfast other than the coffee, which was good, but I appreciate that it was available. I used public transit to get back and forth, but parking being included is a bonus, too. It is close to a bus stop and within walking distance of the Blue Line (be careful crossing the street, though).Rooms: Bigger rooms than some of the smaller places downtown.Walkability: A bus stop is right across the parking lot of the plaza up the street, and the Blue Line is about a 12 minute walk away.
Sage: Truly surprised at how well this place was to stay at. The rooms were very nice AND clean, the staff was incredible. Other then the lady working the front desk who didn't speak much of any English. There was another person I could speak with, however it became a problem again when I had to call back and speak with the office and she answered and couldn't understand what I was saying because it wasn't Spanish. But other than that small detail this place was very very vnice and well worth your time if you like clean and respectful 🙏Rooms: Superb!Noteworthy details: Very nice decor all throughout and an amazing hott buffet breakfast is wonderful to wake upto when it's done this well.

Amy Lopes: Went on a job interview and a maintenance guy was at the desk and said the lady that was supposed to interview left early for vacation. He said they must have been busy. The back up man interviewer had gone home earlier for the day.
Jordan Lawing: Some of the worst customer service at a hotel and rude across the board. When I went to check in no one was at the desk or on the lobby. I waited a few minutes for someone to show up but I had to call out behind the desk to get anyone to check me in.Upon checkin my card declined, so I asked the staff member if she could take payment over the phone. My company card has not been working this trip and I’ve had to ask the other two hotels if they could take payment over the phone and they were happy to oblige. The staff member told me she could and when I pressed her she said she would need a pre-authorization form to take it.She then said she would take off the deposit for the room and said “hopefully you don’t break anything”. I ended up paying out of pocket and heading to my room. The room itself was decent, with a warm shower with good shower pressure, and a soft bed with ok pillows. At breakfast the only hot food available were eggs. I asked the staff for more but she less than excited to have to put out more food, understandable close to the end of breakfast. However there was at least 6 other guest in the dining area so I assume they might have wanted some other option on protein. In conclusion, the staff here should be avoided due to their attitude and treatment of customers. And from reading some other reviews it seems I’m not the only one.
Mike Doughty: Great place .... Friendly Staff
A K: It was a nice stay with family
Kevin Dakin: Hotel Accmodations were Decent. Breakfast Was Decent - Late Night Check In was kinda - ehhhh- room key didnt work had to go back to front desk- also they never sent me receipt AND didnt link my rewards account to my stay. I would stay again but i expect more.
Chris Chamberlin: Best chain hotel in Boston area for the $$$ for sure. Close to restaurants and easy access to Logan and downtown. I have been staying here 4-8 nts a year for past 17 years.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
karthiyayini Sivalingam: I get a chance to stay in the hotel room for couple of days. Totally 5 floors. The room was quite, neat and clean. If we ask for more bath supplies they provided. They have lift facility. Ample car parking at telhe backside of the hotel for free. Free breakfast and wifi and in the room have mini fridge and microwave and television too. It is a nice experience. The neighborhood has many shops and gas stations too.Food & drinks: Indian food are available within 10 miles
Chad Tibbetts: Great location. Place is a little outdated but clean. Breakfast options were okay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bartholomew Johngren: Very comfortable beds next to the highway. Very quiet rooms with great service. The front desk is always staffed and there is always a very kind person staffing the desk. They also have great and very safe covid policies.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tim Rothfuss: Really great for a "budget" hotel. Nice amenities (including safe, roomy fridge and microwave) and a comfortable, quiet sleep. Right near 93 as well. A bit of construction made getting there a little challenging, but nothing too bad.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Viacheslav Zhidkin: Хороший недорогой отель. Есть всё необходимое что бы отдохнуть. Завтрак 👍
Kim Novak: I should have known my stay would have been bad from the start, but I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. I was in MA to visit my sister and her new born baby. I booked a night at this hotel through a service at work that offers discounts. Upon my arrival, the hotel claimed they never got my reservations, that I would have to contact the third party and get a reimbursement and pay the hotel separately. So, I made a new reservation with the hotel, and contacted the third party. Eventually the third party called me back and said that the hotel has finally found my reservation, I will have to go to the front desk in the morning and sign paper work (this was about 10:30 at night). I tried to call the front desk to inform them of the news, but unfortunately the phone was not working. Not a big deal, I figured I could sign the paperwork in the morning, there was no rush.I fell asleep and around 11:30 PM I wake up to the night shift staff member, opening my door! He then informs me I need to sign paperwork at the front desk in the morning. I was in complete shock that the hotel staff member would OPEN my door while I was sleeping with their key. He then asked me why I didn’t pick the phone up and I informed him it was not working and I was ASLEEP & he needed to leave my room. He did not come all the way into the room, but this was still disturbing. Needless to say, I will never stay here again, due to this interaction.I called the 1800 number to report this worker, I also called the hotel, and the manager BLAMED me for what happened. He even admitted he saw his worker on camera opening my door. It’s been 3 months, and I still haven’t received a call back from corporate or the hotel manager.
Duésia Esteves: The bed is super comfortable, room was quiet and clean and the Whirlpool Tub was nice.
Brian Gaudreault: Management doesn't reply to questions, no matter how you contact them.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Don Madden: Toilet in the bathroom had feces on the side of it, the bed was about as uncomfortable as you can sleep on. Other than that, it was average.
James Nelson: The rooms were clean and large breakfast was ok bit the bed were the worst that I have slept in in a Comfort in in 22 years they were hard and noisyRooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Oli B: I cannot express enough the gratitude and appreciation i have to the staff and manager of the hotel. Thanks to Ray, I had an excellent stay in which he was accommodating and beyond kind in my situation. The staff is very polite, rooms are clean, bathrooms are spotless, and breakfast is... 12/10 🤩! . Very happy with my stay and wish to thank Ray and staff for my great stay and service. I know anyone who comes here will be taken care of along with great service, clean rooms and good breakfast. -M:)
Kevin Montalvo: Good stay hotel needs updating
Siddarth Mandela: This place should be torn down and demolished. Very old, unhygienic, awe full smelling and horribly maintained. Our travel agents at work booked this place and I had to give them an earful and only could stay a night not 3 nights. Just unbelievable. Never had I stayed in a place like this. The staff gave me two cards for the door and none of them work. The front desk person says I have to go to them every time I get in. WTH. Stay away from this place unless you get a real good rate.

James H: As a travel nurse, I've been staying at Comfort Inn Rockland since November. The hotel itself is your basic economical hotel, nothing fancy but very good for the price. The rooms are a decent size with a comfortable bed and basic amenities. As someone who stays in a lot of different places, I was happy that there is always hot water and the nights are generally quiet. I give the hotel 5 stars because of the staff. Just about everyone I have met here has been really nice and welcoming. The manager, Ray, is very accommodating and really goes the extra mile for his guests when needed. Front desk staff (especially the night guys- Paul, David, and James) have been very kind and helpful as well. There is a daily housekeeping service which, although I don't use, is a nice thing to have these days and the room is always clean when I arrive each week. The breakfast, which is included, has a very good assortment of options and Tracy, the woman who runs the kitchen, is very sweet. She always has a smile on her face and gives the impression that she really cares that you start the day with a good meal. The hotel is also conveniently located and has plenty of parking. All in all, a good place to stay for the value.
A Madison: Comfy, clean breakfast is great but if you plan to sleep in past 9 and have breakfast good luck most of it’s gone or put away

Pam Wade: Made a reservation for 2 rooms for 4 nights, requested high floor. Checked in and was given 2 rooms on first floor both smelled of smoke, was told that's all they had. Other guests surrounding our rooms were walking in with cases of beer, another room had door ajar and could hear a couple people screaming every other word was "F***". I requested a room change, fortunately 2 rooms were available 5 minutes after we checked in. The 3rd floor rooms smelled of smoke too, but was happy to be away from the partying guests. I immediately turned on AC in hopes of getting rid of odor, AC in one room didn't work. Front desk girl said the room temperature must be already at the AC temp, but it clearly wasn't. I had maintenance person look at it, he agreed it was broken. Meanwhile the smoke detector was quietly chirping. They're hard wired, so didn't need battery but detector must be old so needs to be replaced. Again, they did nothing. Front desk girl said I can't change rooms. No manager on at night to discuss issues. Slept with window open all night, guests partying loudly in parking lot. The next day I spoke to the GM, Raymond, he said he'd address my issues and credit my bill. Nothing was done! Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.
Michelle Chapman: Room and bed were very comfortable. A little too loud at midnight though 😞Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Debby Appleby: I had one of the Handicap room.To my surprise for an H.P room it was small. And the closet was a tiny small wooden cabinet and the door open out at you the wrong way sitting in a wheelchair you would be in the way to open the door, also rhe cabinet was not bolted to wall and it was unstable of fallen over on top of the Handicap person. There was extra chair in room low to floor so bo room for a wheelchair unless you can get them to take that chair out. There was holes in the wall too. I have a power wheel chair. I found with a bad back. The fridge and microwave were to low if they had been a little higher it would have made it easier to use them with out hurting ones back. I live in a ada apartment at home so I tend to notices things like these things. They serve Breakfast but Be sure to bring your own or have money to go by it. They do not have any options for people who have diet issues like gluten free at all. Other than that it not bad. So why I gave them only 3 5 star.I had to stay here while my home was under replace for a few weeks. Oh the outside slap bottom doesn't work they say they are in the process of updating there key system.Noteworthy details: There is no side walk in the area there are place in walking distance to eat at but if there is snow you won't be able to walk because the only way to walk is to go across the grass.
