Amanda Beaver: It was a day where all technology was against me. I called TCG and was listened to, spoken to in a calm manner and with a judgement-free attitude. I was offered solutions, one which took place over the phone and the other that was handled on the back end. I was grateful when everything worked again, but just as grateful for the pleasant customer service from TCG that helped get me up and running.
Marcial Bones: Our Company, Hanlon Sheet Metal, just used TCG to purchase, install, and setup a new server. They were able to examine our needs as a company and supply us with multiple server options at a few different price points. Once we decided on what would work best for our company, TCG purchased all the equipment and had it shipped directly to our location. We informed TCG when all the pieces of equipment had arrived and two days later they sent a tech out to complete the project. The tech arrived on time and was very respectful of our current office procedures. The tech, Brian, spent 3 days setting up the server, getting it operational, connecting all our systems, moving programs and licensing applications to the server. Brian did not leave until every one was satisfied with their machines and how they interact with the server. He set up printing and scanning on all our machines to our different printers, scanners and plotter.It would be my recommendation and the recommendation of my company, Hanlon Sheet Metal, to use TCG if you need help with networking and general office computer setup.

Helena Alguacil: Last summer, one of our employees fell for a phishing email and lost access to her account. We were able to recover it thankfully, but the experience motivated us to reach out to a cybersecurity company. We chose NENS because they had tech services beyond just cybersecurity that we also needed. Since then, we haven’t had any cybersecurity issues and we recently installed a guest WiFi system in our shop.
Antonio Anderson: After one of our competitors was bankrupted by a cyberattack, we knew it was time to get serious about cybersecurity. We contacted a few cybersecurity companies, but the depth of NENS IT’s services beyond cybersecurity won us over. After helping us set up digital backups in the cloud, NENS IT got us a deal so that we could replace our office computers which had started to give us problems. Now our system is protected by a next gen firewall and antivirus, and NENS makes sure everything is always updated.

They were able to recommend a strategy for us to upgrade our hardware, and the difference has been night and day. Her knowledge seems extensive, her manner is direct and uncritical. One thing I should do is write down the problems as they occur rather than trying to remember them when she arrives. Sometimes I am not prepared sufficiently to use her to my best advantage!
Laurie Cohen: Megan has worked with me as well as my husband (remotely, as driving distance is out of her catchment area) and son (on-site visits) on our respective computers and phones on various issues ranging from internet security to training. She even guided me quite successfully (and comically!) over the phone through a power failure in my computer room one evening so that I could relocate all of my devices/equipment to an unaffected room. ZEGUANG XIA: Very unprofessional.Last week I came to this shop to repair a computer and was greeted by an African American man at the front desk who was very careless.My laptop is a dell 5559, there is a click sound when switching the screen, and there is a slight separation visually. He just made a simple visual assessment, and then he gave all the lcd covers and hinges to be replaced. Then he checked the price of accessories with his mobile phone and told me that the price was 240$. The maintenance period is one to two weeks.However I am well aware that the LCD is around $50 at most, while the hinge is cheaper. So I went to another shop for repairs.Another shop found through visual inspections that the anchor points on the Display back cover broke, but the hinge is working fine.They only cost $48 for labor + parts. They can be fixed in 3 days.Even if all the LCDs are replaced, it is only 40$, and the second-hand LCDs are 20$.Today I got my laptop for $90 and it has been fully restored.

Maia Matisse: They kept my PC for over a month and said they couldn't figure out how to fix it and that my device was "very strange." I asked to pick it up with all the original parts and got it back missing the screws, my usb wireless keyboard connector jammed in, and just discover after opening the computer up that the hard drive is also missing. I'm just grateful my hard drive hasn't been used for anything illegal at this point.

They showed me how to use it and where I needed to plug wires in. They were also really understanding and built it in one day so I wouldn't have two make two long drives. I would definitely recommend them!
Pigge Z: The laptop display doesn't work anymore. I found this repair center on the google maps.He said it would take a few days to order the hardware. I asked, "Will it be brand new?". I didn't mean to offend, but he immediately looked impatient.A few days later, he replaced the computer with a new screen. When I went to pick it up, I prudentially asked, "Is this new?" He was impatient again. I paid according to the ''new item'' and came home. I found multiple scratches on the inside and outside of the screen, and I realized he wasn't being honest.That's why he's so arrogant when asked those sensitive questions.
