Symphony Hall: what do users think?
Nansen Alexandre: I called this place :" The temple of music".
Tasha O'Hara: Beautiful venue
Anna Rombe Shoov: Simply the best.
Sasha Berkovich: BSO is wonderful, Symphony Hall is a fitting place for their performances
RRS: Beautiful building!
Debra Mozill: A wonderful way to spend an afternoon!!!
Syed Family: Beautiful interior. Spacious seating.
Robert Candela: A complete marvel. Gorgeous concert hall with acoustics to die for.
Gabriel Babuch: Beautiful venue, the performance I attended (Evgeny Kissin) was incredible, but beware the audience. Had 7 cellphones go off during the performance. Unsure if it's simply unaware people or boomers who don't know how to silence their cellphones, but it made an otherwise perfect performance less than stellar through no fault of the performer's. Perhaps stricter enforcement could help.
Peter Ph: Musical heaven!
roger selsov: Heads up, they won't let you bring your drinks into the main hall.
Lisa Taylor: Phenomenal acoustics, gorgeous space. Heard Ravel, the American premiere of a contemporary work by a Parisian composer, and Rachmaninoff's symphony 2 in its entirety. A gorgeous night of music while on spring break family vacation with our two teens.
RAVI ACHATTIL: In one word marvelous experiance
Nicole Smith: On my most recent visit I went for a panel discussion before the performance which was eye opening and very informative. The music was beautifully presented.I enjoyed reading some of the historical information plaques during intermission. There are restrooms on the first and second level (I didn't go up to the third) and water fountains with water bottle filling stations!
Rick Peralta: One of the great and venerable music halls. There is a wide variety of performances ranging from Holliday Pops, and Symphony to celebrity series.
Ordabek Duissen: BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
W G-Hsu: We go all the time, and it's generally lovely, 4 stars due to an incredibly aggressive female security guard.
Ku Ni: Aging symphony hall hosting concerts at least every two days
Joanne Harrington: Wonderful dinner and the program was excellent! You have to experience it.
Michael Jones: Awesome place for music 🎶.
Becca Harris: Amazing.

Jordan Hall: what do users think?
Carla D'avanzo: I don’t know how it is possible I never been here in 12 years. Amazing venue, so beautiful, elegant, the organ is majestic and the sound and the view great
Josh Reynolds: Great acoustics in a beautiful 120 year old building right by the Symphony or Mass Av.e subway stops.
Stephan Gilly: One of my favorite venues in Boston to catch week night performances
Andris Vizulis: As usual, the acoustics and atmosphere here were world-class.
Mary Jane Sangster: Beautiful place inside. Acoustics were very good. Does have an elevator if you need it. Our seats were great but not much leg room
Seth Gertz-Billingsley: Beautiful hall. Lovely architecture.
Meng Choy: Beautiful concert hall with impressive pipe organ. Very intimate setting as the seats are not very far from the stage.
stacy zunino: Acoustics are great!
Tinatin Surguladze: Small beautiful concert venue for classic music 🎶
David Standring: Gorgeous concert venue with great sound. Parking is tough around the area. Best to go by uber or trains
Jacqueline Valatka: Love Jordan Hall. Lovely space for a concert!
Vini Falciano: A magnificent venue!
Gabriel Giannelli: Beautiful hall with fantastic acoustics. It’s a treat to see a show here!
Chief 0: Beautiful space and wonderful sound.
John Doherty: Unique and historical venue.
Radio OfHorror: Amazing experience
Stephen “MAC” McCabe: Always fun.
Matthias von Davier: Great convert venue.
Peter Kronberg: Love the acoustics ( every seat ). Difficult to maneuver if you have difficulty walking or have balance issues. If you do, call first for accommodations. There are wheelchair spaces and an elevator.
Bandita Joarder: NEC Prep is an amazing program that engages children in classical music.
Junsik Choi: A little worn out but still an amazing hall for classical concerts. Lots of quality free concerts are available. Check their websites.

House of Blues Boston: what do users think?
Elisabeth Noel: Lots of room, 3 bars, and an upstairs. Fast and efficient staff, friendly bartenders and absolutely sick light set up. Sound is super high quality and it's near lots of great convenient parking.
e frizzie: so so so so so so so so SO beautiful! worth your while. the bathrooms are gorgeous aswell. setting makes me wanna bust a move.
Robbie Frost: I've been to a few shows here and it's becoming one of my favorite venues. The floor is great, with nice spots on either side to lean against a rail or pillar. The box seats are a really nice experience, very comfortable and a killer view.
MA: I would just like to give Jenn aka Big Mama a huge shout out. My friend had diabetes & needed some assistance & she went out of her way to accommodate us. Thank you for being a great person & helping when most wouldnt!
Jonathan Keller: It’s a scam. Selling mezzanine floor concert tickets with no view of the stage
Erin Rauch: The place is great! Staff is welcoming and friendly. Big enough for lots of people but didn’t feel overly crowded. My only complaint is that when were were leaving, my husband and son had nice big cups of ice water with them that they were given at the concessions, which was nice to have after being in a slightly crowded room cheering and singing along to the music. The first person at the exit said as long as it was just water it was fine to bring them. The lady we saw next just grabbed them from my husband and son and said we couldn’t have them. Didn’t even give us a chance to say anything. Really rubbed us the wrong way as it could have been handled much better. We’ll only be back if it’s an epic show.
Carolyn Turner: Barely of age “security” girls who look like they have never had a sip of alcohol, itching to kick people out. Shame on you
Ayan Chatterjee: Saw a lot of rock and metal musicians here: Slash, Periphery, Veil of Maya, Jason Bonham, Spiritbox, Intervals, After the burial, to name a few. The sound system is decent. Sometimes the vocals aren't properly balanced.
Lawrence Hernandez (Larry): as most reviews say try to get the floor tickets if you can try to go early to get the railing on the other floors. I got the floor tickets and was great for me. just remember floor best if not get there early for the rail.
Ben Wiener: They way oversold this show. I'm pretty tall and it was impossible to see.
Josi Araújo: Recentemente fui ao show de Djavan e gostei muito do lugar. Organizado, limpo, staff gentil. Nada a reclamar!
Natalie Cunningham: Terrible experience. I don’t even know where to begin with this place. The manager was extremely disrespectful when he came over to our table holding my ID in his hand after our waitress carded my friends & I after we placed our drink order. He had bent my license almost completely in half, claiming that “other licenses don’t do this” and “they aren’t supposed to bend this much.” He had to forcefully bend my license an extreme amount, just to try to prove some kind of point. To me, this was completely uncalled for. I’m 25 years old and was dressed very conservatively. By no means do I look like an underaged teen trying to use a fake ID. Now, I’m going to have to go out of my way & pay money out of my pocket to fix my license due to the idiotic actions caused by the manager. On top of that, both himself & the waitress did not offer any sort of compensation whatsoever. No sense of sympathy. 0/10 will not be coming back here.
Jamal Gaston: Wezzy f baby
Kristina Kowalik: Intimate venue. Was great!
John Caruso: Awesome venue!
John Kelley: Venue staff are 10/10. I hope they enjoyed hosting Infected mushroom.
Елена Кара: Always a pleasure to come for concert!
Antwan Baldwin: Food was great along with drinks. Lil Wayne concert 🔥🔥🔥
brian trivitt: House of rules
Trie Michaud: As a short person, if you don’t get there early to get rail space you should just leave if you were hoping to actually see the live band.
Shamika Blunt: Such a dope vibe! You have to visit the Foundation Room. It's a restaurant lounge connected to the venue. OMG!!!

Leader Bank Pavilion: what do users think?
Jean Dunoyer: Sound mix was horrific, could not hear the music really.
Jenna Berry: I had a great experience here seeing the Australian Pink Floyd! The view of the harbor was beautiful and the staff were incredible! I do think it was extremely expensive for drinks and VIP was really not worth it since it only gave you access to a lounge and bathrooms for an hour before the show. The sound quality was also bot the best since it is an outside venue.
Barbara Walsh: Went to see New Order and Pet Shop Boys, great venue. Staff were all smiles, even though it was raining. Good night out.
Josh Lewis: cute little amphitheater without driving way out of town
Joel Richards: Neat place to see concerts. Close parking and tons of places to grab a bite to eat.
William Toll: It’s a great place for a concert. Good sound system. And they have food and drink stands in there. Also during a massive thunderstorm ROW L stayed dry. I saw the Pet Shop Boys and New Order during the Unity Tour
Michelle Talbot: The best venue for concerts in my opinion, so close to some of the best restaurants and if your a Southie native you can literally walk there and back if need be 😉
Kathleen Jarchow: What a great little venue for live music! Though I was spoiled with my VIP and box-seat view, you'd be hard pressed to find a bad seat here. The venue seating area itself is covered so you're safe from the elements; however, you are basically on the water so remember that great New England breeze! Additionally, all of the venue's drinks and food offerings are located outside of the covered area! Equally, the smoking area is uncovered. Overall, highly recommend this place for shows, and, in particular, shows that take place during the summer months. By the way! Nothing larger than a checkbook-sized wallet or clutch is allowed inside the venue; however, they have a very efficient and bag check system available. Band: Death Cab for Cutie; date: Oct 1st.
Rishi Nijhawan: Wonderful live music venue in Boston. One of my favorites! Great live music shows! Amazing staff very helpful!
Andre McMahon: Amazing concert venue with a great sound system! Come see a concert here if you are in Boston!
Michael Ellis: Probably my favorite concert ever! Great lineup combined with an awesome venue. Parking was easy and no traffic leaving! Can't wait to go back!
sara: Great venue! Nice to be outdoors. Even though it changes names a lot it's still amazing to go to every time!
Dave Ross: They don't except cash! Can you believe that!
Magalh Felipe: Nice venue. The sound could be better
J P: I love this place. EASILY my favorite venue in the area!!! They have a smoking section along the water now that you don't need to leave the venue to access, MUCH APPRECIATED. Not 1 bad seat in the place, only sucks to sit in the patio chairs in back if it rains as they are not covered. Great people. Great views. Average beverage prices for concert venue. Only thing that isn't wonderful is the food so eat at one of the many options in the area before you arrive.
krystina Wright: Great venue
David Howard: Great venue! Great stage great acoustics. Just beware of the vendors. Typical overpriced pizza, beer, wine soda
Rachael Hunt: saw caamp for lavender days tour, awesome venue & awesome staff :)
Damon Long: My son and I saw Jon Pardi and had an incredible time. Music was great and the staff were extremely helpful when I had a problem pulling up the tickets on my phone.
Nicholas Diehl: Great venue, no bad seats
David H: This has always been one of my favorite venues! Location and views can't be beat.

Big Night Live: what do users think?
John Cassidy: Love this place
Avishank Khadka: Always a good time. Drinks are a little expensive but thats to be expected.
Veronica Doyle: Phenomenal venue! I was shocked when the security guy at the front of the stage continued to pass out bottles of water throughout the whole night! I've never been to a venue that has done that, but it's wicked smart. The bathrooms were clean as well and the women's room had every amenity imaginable. The staff was super attentive and took care of any potential problems up front before it could escalate. Very professional staff. I look forward to going back to this venue for future events
Aaron: Awful
Edison: The Best Place to PARTY!
Quinton Hershon: The security team definitely has a superiority complex. I was there last night to support my friends gig and as I was walking through the crowd I accidentally tripped over a kid and was immediately assaulted by security and told to leave because I was drunk and causing problems. It was a complete accident, I apologized to the kid and the kid didn’t even mind at all.I didn’t even get to see my friend perform and felt humiliated as they dragged me out. So fair warning, don’t accidentally stumble or trip or you’ll be assaulted and dragged out by some rent-a-cops.Forgot to mention I cut my finger open as they assaulted me and it’s now infected. Good thing I took video because it’s attorney time.
Katharine Boyd: Had the time of my life at this place when they were hosting a disco rave on my birthday. No complaints other than the drinks.... OH BOY. If you come here planning on drinking, I hope you have plenty of money to spend. Spent around $30 for a tiny rum and coke and a tiny long island iced tea they were the same size, and were put in a whiskey glass.... with a bunch of ice. Bartender wasn't a pleasant person.
Eboney Saunders: Enjoyed my #kranium concert he performed greatly an the venue was perfect much space an great atmosphere ❤️
Alex Drake (Adrake1234): Great venue fun time
Dan Zhou: Great time, no contraband required.
queena brown: Good but our vup section sucked ..tables 3a ..3c..it was the walkway for the service people and all vip..I did not like that...the reggar..afrobeats and soca dj..onpoint....our bottle girls were great...although for my bull of 2700...I ha e a 600 tip and one said that's it..hun?.... Ithey were trippingbwith that one..they lucky I was tore up so I gave another 100..and my boy another 80....if I was sober I wouldnt of gave 2 F's.... and initially there were people in our seats.....regardless ..still had a good time....venu is huge...
Catarina Cruz: Gorgeous venue but get lit before you go...drinks are expensive AF
Jake Szeredy: If I could leave 0 stars I would. Didn’t enjoy the atmosphere and music was so loud I had to go outside to let my ears stop ringing. After 15 minutes they refuse to let me back in with a ticket and wristband. 0/10 don’t recommend and won’t ever return.
Hillary Lennon: Really cool venue with excellent sound guys! Great drinks, friendly staff and security, I'll definitely come back for another show!
Chrono Logic: Ville Valo was such a great concert! My first one I've ever been too :)
Draya Fenandez: Venue and staff are nice, but it's a hassle to find parking if there's another event going on. Parking in all the areas is 40-60. They don't have their own and there's no street parking. Drinks are a bit pricey. It's also a hassle if you take medication. I was told to " give it to the manager to hold". I ended up just taking it early because I'll have a seizure if I skip it and I'm not having a controlled substance to a stranger to " hold" for me. Overall an ok venue, though.
Diana Rodriguez: It was pretty nice
Anthony Jarvis (Jarvis): Terrible room layout. For a brand new venue this has some of the worst angles of a stage ive ever seen. Support beams block most angles unless you're right on the floor. Also wayyyy too much VIP seating, even their views are blocked by the poles. By far the worst venue I've been to to see live music.
Kris Dolmeth: Security for this place is a little over the top, but the venue itself is small and cute. I've enjoyed multiple shows here
Aly: genuinely the most disrespectful security team i have ever encountered at a concert venue. from the moment we started lining up they were threatening us and making fun of not only the fans in line but the artist performing. they insisted on standing right in front of us during the show and blocking our view the entire time and telling us they would SHOVE US if we stepped out of line. we were minding our business yet we were told we were "ravenous." it's a shame i'll never step foot near this place again because it really is a nice venue.

Great Scott: what do users think?
Hugh Barry: This place will be missed. Great place to catch the best local bands.
Seth: We'll deeply miss this place. Was truly an absolute gem of a venue and was always a guaranteed good time. Thank you for all the years you've supported the Boston music scene.
Benedetto Papaleo: Was always way too loud on Saturday nights, covers? What's that? I remember IPA's so that's a plus. Local music stuff rah rah
Drew Potenza: Great sound, great Bands
Kevin Humphreys: Great music. Didn't realize it was cash only but prices were good
Cameron *****: Great performers, kinda dingy venue, bouncer is a doof
Tang0 Yankee: Small venue but plays good shows. I went to see Donny Benét and heard both his music and voice clearly.
Andrew Tataronis: Great venue!
Rich Bowman: Best little venue in Boston.
Sarah B: Great little place. Saw an awesome show, had a few drinks. Will definitely be back soon.
Lisa Zelig: Gotta try the $5 comedy nights on Friday. Called The Gas and definitely worth going. Cash only beware.
Ms.5678 Chanel Performancebuild: Incredible experience
Meco Hime: The bands we awesome.
Gavin Klecak: Awesome spot! Have seen a couple shows here, staff is always friendly and there's no bad spot to be (unless you're short, but the sounds still great!)!
Steve Mathieu: Excellent time seeing Harley Poe!
Alisha Wilton: Visited for a band one night, was impressed by the great staff here.Venue itself is a reasonable size for what it is, plenty of room to stand about with a drink in the bar area, and a reasonable amount of room near the stage. Limited seating.Drink prices are what you would expect, with the drinks on tap ranging from £7 to £8.50, not my favourite selection of tap drinks, but they're workable. Bartender was friendly. The venue regularly hosts live bands (tickets required), most of which are good, of not a bit obscure. The staff have the entry process down to a fine art, dealing with the line of people quickly and effectively.Bands have a spot near the entrance to sell their merchandise.A fight happened to break about during the music, and it was dealt with quickly and fairly.Over-all a good experience, I'd recommend this place if a band you like is playing. My only complaint about this place is the grubby toilets.
Albert Lee: Nice intimate venue!
Milojah Milojahstein: Small music venue with a nice bar.
T l: Great venue, great size, good beer selection.
Brian Watson: Easily my favorite intimate concert venue. Cozy and casual, 'old school' feel.
Dan Richards: Great sound for such a small room..Cash only bar cheap beer good times

Club Passim: what do users think?
Amy Kushlan: Great little place! Went for Sunday brunch and got to enjoy music from a small folk group. Huge servings (I had French toast and hashbrowns, I had to take home leftovers!) and great service. There is art all over the walls to look at while you eat, the place has a great vibe. Highly recommended 👍
Sadie: A storied venue, best place in Boston to consistently see a singer-songwriters and small acts performing in an intimate environment
Joyce The Voice: Great show. Intimate venue.
Madeline Smith: Great food, music, and service! The Passim breakfast sandwich was especially good! Very affordable as well. Despite it being busy, our waitress, Sarah, gave excellent service. Definitely would come again!
Dominic SHAUGHNESSY: Very enjoyable good food and great music
jerry canterbury: No place like it , a veritable shrine of Boston folk! Intimate , full of history and charm right on Harvard Sq! Bucket list stuff if you are a true lover of music , it was like taking Muhammad to the Mtn for me personally!
Steve Kitay: 4.7. Such a great history and host to so much musical excellence. The only negative is the seating - it's the best they can do in that space, but a bit too tight for my taste. But not enough to keep me away.
Henry Copp: Great show, good vibes!
Mark Alcarez: Fantastic intimate club space with food. Visit this folk club legend that offers a wide variety of music and programs. Check out the annual Lamplighter events!
William Barbuto: A favorite place to see great talent.
Tim Russell: Went for dinner and a show. They were out of all draft beers. Got a salad and black bean burger. The salad was delicious, the burger was eh... BUT the reason you come to Passim is the music. We saw Brother Brothers and loved it. They even brought a special guest on stage. Can't wait to go back to hear more music.
Jonathan Pham: My favorite place to see shows
chris snyder: One of the best music clubs in the country.
Jon Elkin: Great food and music always!
David Sterenchock: Nice venue and I thoroughly enjoyed the concert I attended there.
Patrick Fitzgerald: Great place to see a show. Mary Fahl was exquisite! Included some songs off an album set to release in July!
Massachusetts01: Small venue. An intimate setting with good music. Great burgers.
Alexander: Fantastic and intimate venue where the profits go towards the music itself.
Melinda Lee: Spectacular evening with Jim Kweskin and his granddaughter, who had a beautiful voice and demeanor.
Ric Wheeler: The best place in Boston for live acoustic music. Good room to hear music.
Susan Burstein: What a great way to spend a winter evening. Yeah, for Vax requirement!

Orpheum Theatre: what do users think?
David Martel: Très beau théâtre avec une architecture magnifique.Problème avec les sièges qui sont très étroits. La rangée du devant est également très près de celle de l'arrière. Une petite mise à jour s'impose à ce niveau.
Neida Ucci: When to see Gloria Trevi. Had a grand time.
Ruby Inoa: I'd you got balcony seats forget it
Laurie Laizure: Just a beautiful theater. We saw Dita Von Teese there. Lots of beautiful people all dressed up! The show was fantastic!
Tom Jennette: Great venue for any show. Just beware the men's rooms' urinals are literally touching with no dividers. Not my thing, thanks.
Siqi L: Very close to the city center, easy to go shopping nearby. The internal bathroom is a bit insufficient, and the queue is very long when the show is approaching.
Kelsey Perkins: Saw Dita Von Teese on 02/11/2023, Show was phenomenal and bar waitstaff and ushers were all extremely friendly, however there are some serious issues that should be addressed. While I understand the building may be historical they also are in need of some serious upgrades. I sat in the balcony and being 5'7" I normally do not have any issues sitting in theater seats. Here I had to sit sideways to allow myself and my friend beside me to have room for our legs. On top of that the seats just look beat, they aren't just charmingly worn, but some look like they might actually be rotting at this point. And the bigger issue there is that the seat numbers are difficult to decipher even when the lights were on.Our Usher, while friendly, directed us to a completely incorrect row at first, LUCKILY We had arrived early and it was easy to realize the mistake and move.Seat numbers are affixed to the arm of the seat but nearly tucked between the back rests so they are nearly impossible to see if anyone is sitting. The theater has tried to remedy this by writing the end seat number on the arm rest in permanent marker.Normally, I wouldn't complain about any of this in a public forum, but what REALLY grinned my gears was the following. The show was scheduled to start at 8:30, and like most productions started a bit late at 8:40, and somehow that's when the majority of the balcony audience started to show up. As this show is highly visual with breaks in between acts with an emcee it seemed highly disruptive to let so many people into the theater at this time. I missed the whole ten minutes of the show because the staff was wandering around vaguely pointing people into the direction of their seats, and then let the late arriving group wander up the steps and then loiter in the aisle trying to figure out the seating arrangement, when my view wasn't completely blocked it was extremely distracted by this happening continuously, and because the seats are so narrow you cannot slip by seated patrons so everyone in the row would have to stand and even exit the row to allow late comers in. Strangely it seemed like only those in the interior seats who would cause the most disruption were the late arrivals. This isn't the venues fault entirely but I can't understand why the users cannot hold someone at the entrance (where they could still see the show) and wait for a break in performance before allowing them to return to their seat. Had it been a bigger concert type of show the situation may not have been so obnoxiously distracting but for this type of performance they seriously need to install some rules to enhance the experience of people who didn't arrive late, or to get up every five minutes. It just seemed like everyone was walking around (including the staff)Theater etiquette is going out the window, but as there are no safe guards in place at this theater I would just keep it in mind for the type of show you are planning to see.
Sean McCain: The theatre itself and the performance were great. We came to see Dita Von Teese: Glamonatrix, which was outstanding. What sucked was the entry experience to the theatre. There were no staff directing traffic on the sidewalk and helping maintain the line for entry. We ended up with 2 lines: the actual line to get into the theatre and a second line that didn't go anywhere but which has a few hundred people waiting for nothing. Had there been front of house staff to manage this, it might have been a less frustrating experience.
Amanda LaDouceur: The event I went to was not clear on time. Needed to be more clear as to what was the start time and what was the time doors opened. The seats I imagine are historic but need to be reupholstered since a lot of the seats had damage on them like rips, tears, stains. The event staff was very nice and helpful trying to find seats because most of the seats had no numbers. Also they did a very strict job of holding up no phone policy.
Erich Cole: Currently waiting on an FCC evaluation of an illegal signal jammer being used at the theatre...if that gives you any indication
Madeline Mindel: This place is a dump. The back of my seat just literally broke off in my hands. Not exaggerating. Bathrooms are horrible and not accessible. There are lots of other beautiful old theaters in the area that are in so much better shape…. Not what I was expecting.
Marisa Giuliani: The Orpheum has wonderful acoustics....but those tiny seats😳More importantly, ANYTIME Brett Eldredge plays in Boston -or RI-I don't hesitate to buy myself a ticket...He's one of my absolute FAV performers!!! As you can see this was his "Glow" Tour....All Christmas music....and he was SPECTACULAR 🔥💯💓
Linda Taylor: Brett Eldridge was amazing. The venue priceless...
Emily Morrissey: Wonderful little place for a concert. We saw Bret Eldredge's Christmas concert. It was very easy to see and hear him the entire time!
Maria Elliott: Six of us went for a Christmas family night out to see Brett Eldredge Glow. The show was spectacular but the crowd and staff were horrible. Seemed that alcohol purchases were more important to most while the show was happening resulting in constant up and down by patrons. If anyone knows how tight this theater is, the entire row must stand in order for one person to get out. It’s not a long show, alcohol and beverage sales should be halted once the show begins. The almighty dollar prevailed. I’ve never seen a crowd so disrespectful and staff so unfazed. What happened to “stay in your seat and stop talking” while the show is performing? And, yes, the staff seemed to be enjoying their authority. This show was a must see! Just NOT at this theater.
Andres Quintero: The seat Are not comfortable. You can barely fit in your seat The seat cushions very uncomfortable it can use an up date
Kelly Donnelly: Amazing. ♡
Atlantis Limousine: Disgusting seats Orchestra Row C 121-end, every seat has gum stuck on seats, they are filthy dirty, beer has been spilled on seats, seats smell like urine, you will be sitting on bacteria/covid/fungus seats. Not worth going to go see any concerts here. Management needs to upgrade with new seats but they don't care.
Joan Cavacco: Last balcony seats with people standing in front of us made it difficult to enjoy. Will miss a show rather than be stuck up there again. Beer options and sizes could be better. Bathroom ok
Jim Hamlin: Went to the Orpheum for a concert. Entry process through security was smooth and quick with short line to get in :30 preshow. The seating was extremely cramped and very uncomfortable. Barely wide enough to sit and no room for elbows! Also, the seats were very worn and looked dirty. The row behind my party talked constantly, screaming over the loud music, spilled beer on our heads. Not the experience I hoped for in this beautiful and historic theater! FYI.
Patricia McCord: Such a historic beautiful place!!

Chevalier Theatre: what do users think?
Gracie Woolson: Wooden chairs are very uncomfortable, it got very warm very quickly (in April) and the layout made it difficult to get into the building. Not accessible at all.
Jamie Watt: Great space. The seating is solid--spacious and cozy at once. The stage and lighting are fairly new, and it didn't once feel stuffy or cramped. They offer a full bar and packaged snacks, with popcorn made on site. I'd have given the venue a 5, but the logistics of the bar and snacks, as well as the bathroom line flow, were complained about by many--in offering as much as they do in a smaller space, the line can be cumbersome for anyone moving about (and entering the venue).
Pravin Kshirsagar: Great place
Andrew Nagelin: Really surprised on my first visit. Seats 1900 people, bar with snacks in the lobby. Theatre is in great condition also. There is parking in the area, so not to worry.
Tim Garcia: I went to see Trevor Noah here and I thought it was great. Shows never begin on-time so if you go into it with a fun laid back attitude everything will be great. I thought the staff was great and certainly helpful. I particularly enjoyed watching the staff running around serving people drinks in their seats before the show began. It looks great inside and the set up was amazing. i do suggest you book your seats in advance for whatever show you're going to see, because the closer you are the better.
Godfrey Ainooson: Came to see Trevor Noah perform, and it was a great showing. Getting in was relatively quick given the number of people attending. Staff was helpful and watchful (very good at spotting people using their phones for photos). Seats were comfortable, and the sound quality was great. Also very easy to see the stage, no issues experiencing the show at all.
Maria Garcia: I've been to a few shows here and they were all great! The lines move swiftly and the staff is attentive. Parking hasn't been too difficult to find within a 10m walking distance. The only reason I deducted a star is because the entrance space (where the concession stand is) is very reduced and it can get very cramped and crowded. Plus, there are not enough bathrooms for using before the show--to the point where, if there's ever a line out of the bathroom, it snakes up the stairs. Other than that, fantastic!
Joze Gonzalez: Great show but seats literally where fold out chairs...very disappointed
Latoya gayle: Parking is a nightmare and the venue looks like an old highschool auditorium
M As: Old school but intimate
L` Boogie: Nice & Cozy. Extra friendly and helpful staff. Lighting was a bit dull and i had problems seeing da stage at times. Seating was good (Q-20 main floor off to da side). Sound was perfect and i had a great experience.
Eric Peterson: Great show with Trevor Noah! Didn't know Medford had a theater like this. Fun night out.
Jeremy Gillespie: Great theater and great seats!
P V: Fantastic old theater! Loved the view from our seats - low and mid-way under the balcony. Good acoustics. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely come back.
Steven Chin: Went there to see Trevor Noah. Great show. Witty, intelligent humor. The theater has great facilities, but do need a bigger "front lobby" for guests to mingle and move around with elbow space.
Sean Muldoon: Saw Trevor Noah and had a great time!
Deanna Sanborn: Beautiful historical building and a nice staff. Very nice venue!
Karl Sachs: Great acoustics!
D B: We were in the balcony for the Joan Jett show. I'm 6 foot tall and was unable to see the band. Even if the people in front are shorter, once they stood up, the stage was blocked, even if I stood up as well. I heard so many people walk out frustrated that they paid for a show they didn't get to see. Won't be back no matter who's playing.
P S: Awesome spot to see a show. The serious downside is parking. I'm pretty sure this place was built when one Italian family all split Uncle Frankie's car when it was available.
Michele: Great place to see a comedy show or other entertainment. Bathrooms are always clean. Drinks are pricey. If you don't mind walking you can get free parking.
