They were complicit in the State capture and should be held accountable for treason. Their actions directly resulted in a 1% VAT increase being paid by all South Africans. The damage to the SA fiscus has been tens of billions of dollars. Their CEO in SA Vittorio Massone had the audacity to lie under oath before a juducial commission of enquiry on the matter, and then run back to Italy pretending he was sick.An update: Retired South African High Court Judge Nugent in his final report dated 14 Dec 2018 says Bain & Co lacked integrity and colluded with disgraced head of the tax authority to effectively destruct the organisation and destroy the careers of many honest employees. The cost to South Africa has been immeasurable.

Hans Gildenhuys: The entire board of Bain & Company should be extradited from the USA and tried in South Africa for treason - they are directly responsible for the loss of billions of dollars!

The people the best I have ever worked with, they are driven, fun, people I call friends outside of work. BCG cares deeply about its clients and everyone goes above and beyond to bring their absolute best to every client case. As someone who has worked here for over a year, this a great company and treats all of it's stakeholders well.

David C: As a vendor of BCG for a number years I can say that all the employees I work with are the best and brightest. Effective communicators, never any questions on what they want. Like their reputation, they want it to be the best. As far as the negative reviews on companies like Toys R Us, maybe they should have contacted BCG before their ship had capsized.

I wasn't able to take the SAT or ACT but Megan helped me pick test blind schools, and make up for it with my essays. ADHD makes it challenging to navigate the admissions process, and submit materials on time. Megan helped me stay motivated and focused on the goal when I felt completely overwhelmed. She helped me work on my essays bit by bit so that I wouldn't save them until the last minute.I thought I wouldn't be able to get through the admissions process but Megan made everything feasible for me. His communication is consistent, clear and always timely. He does a very good job relating to young people and really got our son to engage fully with the college application process which can be both overwhelming and daunting. Connor imposes structure for his students and sets clear expectations for what tasks they need to complete. This timeline (and the consistent reinforcement of it) is one of the best gifts that Spark provides to any family as it markedly reduces stress. However, amidst the structure, Connor is also very flexible and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate any questions/changes/second thoughts. I can recall several times where we reached out to Connor either by email or phone about smaller (but important) issues that came up and he was incredibly responsive every time. Lastly, Connor is very personable and engaged in the lives of his students. He invests himself in this students and is genuinely excited about their successes. Spark has been an amazing support for our family during the college application process and, most importantly, has helped both of our older children to gain early decision college acceptances which are well-matched to their interests and desires. Our children are thrilled and we are immensely grateful.

Alisa Sratton: Dr. Joseph (Joe) Fisher of Spark Admissions was absolutely fabulous. We used him for our middle son as our experience with the college process for our older son was a nightmare. Joe helped us create a narrative for our son that made sense out of his very disparate interests and his desire to pursue a major that was different than what he had focused on in high school. Further, as my son tends to procrastinate, Joe helped my son stay organized and focused and had him complete tasks far in advance so that the college process was manageable and relatively stress free. During this post-Covid landscape where test scores are optional at schools and therefore school admissions are difficult to evaluate, Joe was incredibly helpful in creating a school list that made sense and was also a right fit for my son. Amanda Beaver: It was a day where all technology was against me. I called TCG and was listened to, spoken to in a calm manner and with a judgement-free attitude. I was offered solutions, one which took place over the phone and the other that was handled on the back end. I was grateful when everything worked again, but just as grateful for the pleasant customer service from TCG that helped get me up and running.

Marcial Bones: Our Company, Hanlon Sheet Metal, just used TCG to purchase, install, and setup a new server. They were able to examine our needs as a company and supply us with multiple server options at a few different price points. Once we decided on what would work best for our company, TCG purchased all the equipment and had it shipped directly to our location. We informed TCG when all the pieces of equipment had arrived and two days later they sent a tech out to complete the project. The tech arrived on time and was very respectful of our current office procedures. The tech, Brian, spent 3 days setting up the server, getting it operational, connecting all our systems, moving programs and licensing applications to the server. Brian did not leave until every one was satisfied with their machines and how they interact with the server. He set up printing and scanning on all our machines to our different printers, scanners and plotter.It would be my recommendation and the recommendation of my company, Hanlon Sheet Metal, to use TCG if you need help with networking and general office computer setup.
