Beth Mc: I have been a customer of Amazon for over 20 years. I have used PillPack for several years, as well. I have always loved the idea and convenience of receiving my medications in easy to use small packages. Pillpack used to provide a positive experience with quick response and correction when errors were made. Over the last year or more, I have found that PillPack Customer service has gone downhill quickly. I’m sorely disappointed and will be looking for a more reliable and customer focused service to use. A single customer may not seem like a big deal. I spend a significant amount annually. And I will be encouraging friends and family to follow my example.

Amy Dunn: This is the worst pharmacy I have EVER dealt with in 50 years!! If you just need vitamins and minerals delivered, go for it. If you depend on your meds daily and can not skip a pill, run (don't walk) to your local pharmacist. Or explore the web for another company that will mail your meds. When the system works, it is great to have your daily meds ready in a handy bag. The problem gets horrid when you need to make ANY change. The staff is not clearly trained in the ways that would help the consumer. It is very very frustrating and uses too much time.
Jeff Behn: I really like the concept of pillpack. When it works, it works really well. My issue is with the billing department. I can't understand why a company who has such great customer service repeatedly drops the ball when it comes to billing errors. I've had a couple of instances in which I was overbilled and getting a response (ANY RESPONSE) from billing is impossible. I'm told by customer service that I will be contacted by someone from billing, but not given a timeframe. So how long am I expected to wait? I call back after a couple of business days thinking that this is a reasonable time to wait until I receive SOME communication, and am informed that the billing department usually resolves issues within 72 hours. How about an email that says "Hey Customer! we have received your message and are working on it! We hope to have your issue resolved in XXX amount of time!" ?Then I call customer service back and the rep, (who was helpful) contacts billing to get them to process my refund. Great! Problem solved! 2 minutes later I get a confirmation email from billing that says the refund is not what I expected. OOPS! What?!
Steve Ellington (N4LQ): Totally incompetent and useless. I could not get one pill out of this company. Tried for a week and it was one lie after another. I gave up and cancelled my account then went back to the drug store. Amazon are you listening?

I put together a weeks worth of packetsin the kitchen for breakfast and a weeks worth of evening pills to takebefore bed.

After a little bit of pushing the rep was able to fix my issue to the best of her ability.It is a bit frustrating when UPS tells you they can’t help you (even though they admitted they lost the package). They insisted that I had to deal with Amazon because of Amazon’s contract with UPS. The PillPack rep didn’t seem to know anything about the UPS contract.Overall I like what PillPack is doing. We don’t need a pharmacy on every single corner in America and I’m happy to give my business to a company who is surely more efficient and will hopefully lower the cost of healthcare one day.

Alex Salvatore: If I'd left this review in the first 4 weeks of service, this would have been 5 stars. Switching from my pharmacy was easy, as all the scripts were automatically transferred, and if there were any issues with scheduling, PP would helpfully send out the needed supply until the next shipment arrived. All good, right?Well here we are about 3 months in. And there are several glaring issues.1) Since Amazon bought them out, the call wait times have been atrocious, sometimes exceeding 1 hour. If a wait time is EVER greater than 15 minutes, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Forcing the customer to wait or come back, with NO CALLBACK feature, just seems greedy and/or mean spirited.2) Communication. There have been several (way too many now) instances where there were issues reaching my doctor, or a script being dropped from my regimen, or my online configuration settings changed unbeknownst to me. I've been told directly by support these things always initiate an email or text or phone call to me, depending on how my account is configured. I received NO communications, and all PillPack could say was, let's try updating your account info! Still no communications. Their answer? Call in EVERY BLOODY WEEK just to see if there are issues. So the onus is now on ME, the customer, to take time out of my day to a) see if there are any bloody messes and b) clean them up. We even tried updating my doctor's phone number 3 times! I hope that last one took, because not having refills of much needed meds is a major bummer.In conclusion, this should be a simple, flawless operation. If I had the money (and Amazon most assuredly does), wait times would ALWAYS be 10 minutes, and would average between 1 and 2. That is reasonable customer service, especially for a newer company still gaining its customer base. And there is ZERO excuse for the absence of communications for any and all issues related to my account. Telling me I have to then call in WEEKLY, which is what I had to do for CVS and why I switched away from them, is unacceptable and rude from a customer's perspective. I will update this review if this should ever get sorted out, but I am not holding my breath. Apparently, there really isn't an easy, stress free way to get your medications anymore :(EDIT: Just as I finished this review, decided to check my email. Low and behold, an email from Pillpack indicating they could not get a hold of my doctor about a script I had to call them about last week. Why can't they get a hold of him? BECAUSE the phone number listed in the email that they're apparently using is STILL THE WRONG ONE. It is BAFFLING, and I am confused. NOT only that, but the dates for TWO of the scripts were off by about 15 days, so if a) I hadn't looked closely and b) don't spend MORE of my valuable time this week on hold trying to work this out, I'll run our of TWO medications. I have no words. There are none, because this is abysmal. Down to 1 star.

Gary Entsminger: I wore New Balance 320s in the '81 Boston Marathon and have been a devoted fan since. At 69 years old, I still log about 20 mies a week and, of course, they are still in New Balance shoes.
Jim Martin: Very disappointed with NB. Been a Loyal customer for many years. Purchased a pair of sneakers, 4/15/22 after back surgery with post operative issues. Never wore sneakers… called on 10/25 and was told NB would advise within a couple of days…never happened. So I call back 11/5 and told to submit pictures and explanation. Been rejected twice because sneakers are more than 6 months old. My point, I was over the 6 month period by 20 days…no consideration for loyalty. Cost for sneakers $150.

Brendan mahoney: Awesome customer service. I Went in to grab some sneakers—totally unsure of what I wanted. My guy Calvin (the customer sales rep) answered every single question I had, and even shared some interesting and helpful info that I didn’t even think to ask about as well. He must have made at least 5 trips to the back to bring me different pairs of sneakers because I couldn’t make up my mind—would have been easy for Calvin to be annoyed by that, but he just kept hustling back and forth with a smile and was awesome. The only regrettable part of the experience was the fact I went in for one pair of sneakers and I walked out with three! 😂 This store has an amazing sneaker selection, and unreal customer service quality. Absolutely worth the trip.

You call and you get a message that their to busy to speak to you and to call back latter. Your not even given an option to leave a message. Hell of a way to run a business. M M: If I could give zero starts, I would.On 12/16, Hopper offered us a lock on a flight to Amsterdam from Houston.To get the price lock, we had to pay 90 per person, and the price would be kept good for us for 14 days.We gladly paid.In less than 14 days, we decided to go ahead with our purchase and pay the balance.We were notified, "Sorry, the tickets are no longer available, but don't worry, we will give you a full refund."This is not acceptable. Upon our price lock, we made other reservations, including Air B and B, and we became emotionally committed to the trip. So upon learning that we would not be having the tickets from hopper, we decided to buy the tickets from NWA website. We paid 4254.60 for the tickets (4 people). We are seeking, as damage, the difference between what we would have paid, and what we ended up paying, because they did not live up to their end of the bargain. Jan-Philipp Lauer: I booked an Economy ticket for Lufthansa LAX-FRA-LAX using the Hopper app. It turned out that Hopper issued the ticket as Economy Light despite stating Economy in all documents (app, receipt, email): No luggage, no seat reservation, fewer airmiles. When asked to fix the issue and told that I had already spent 150 USD on the luggage booking, Hopper first offered a 135 USD Hopper voucher, then a 150 USD Hopper voucher, and finally a 150 USD refund to my credit card after threatening a complaint to the FTC. The 150 USD, however, does not cover the price difference from Economy Light to Economy and Hopper still made a pretty buck from their fraud. After this experience, I will give Hopper a wide berth and not use their services again.

I have already completed my stay at the hotel , I was charged by the hotel (Brookside Motel) upon my arrival, for my 3 day stay. I have completed my stay at that hotel and the trip is complete. Alec: Big regret I ever considered them, horrible experience, so unprofessional.I sent a wire transfer more than FIVE MONTH AGO and money disappeared thanks to Fidelity. Beneficiary still can’t receive the money and after multiple times and hours on the phone not a single Fidelity rep/customer service/managers can trace or recall the wire but the promises to call me back as they will have an update. They never did.Turns out fidelity used the other bank for wire and right now they can't even reach that bank to recall the wire, asking me to do this knowing that they are the originator of the wire for that 3rd party bank.Thousands of my dollars just stuck somewhere and fidelity representatives and executives can’t help with anything.Totally messed up work and complete inactivity and disrespect.

C S: Fidelity did not properly transfer my retirement fund to prudential. They were entirely disinterested and unhelpful. In fact, they were misleading and after 45min phone call with customer service , they were even unsure of next steps. It appeared it was easier for then to not transfer funds but instead give a non qualified rollover . This was detrimental to me but easy for them .Please stay away from fidelity . They thrive off huge corporate accounts but it is the small investor who gets penalized .

Jamesi Park: Utterly frustrated and disappointed in Fidelity for lack of customer care and professionalism. I went into branch to deposit $270k that i need made available the day of. The deposit was made on Monday dec 27 and as of Thursday Dec 30, the $270k is not yet deposited and reflected in my account. I called fidelity customer service and was hung up on 4 times, gave the run around 6 times, and told there is nothing they can do 7 times. Their advice for me is that my deposit may be lost and to place a stop on the check with my bank. Thus, for my first experience in my life to buy a free standing gas oven, I chose GE. I was happily looking at this and that online, then, fell in love with JGBS60DEKCC for its color "Bisque". On the delivery day, the shipping invoice was the product's, but the delivered item was JGBS60DEKWW. Because the color was my choice motive, I complained to the retailer, Home Depot near me in Salem, MA. They kindly arranged a redemption delivery. Today, JGBS60DEK6CC arrived, however. I wondered. The color I saw online might have been out of stock. The color I saw online might have been wrong due to digital effects on screen, so it does not correspond to the product's real color. JGBS60DEKCC and JGBS60DEK6CC are interchangeable and no one cares internally in GE, but some buyers occasionally bring up the difference which usually is taken as no importance, so their remarks are ignored. My guess is such that the local Home Depot, to which GE sold the product in accordance to my purchase via Home Depot online, has no much power to raise the issue as a case like mine to GE, because there are contract based interests between two companies to set prices according to which distributed items are limited. I gave up to negotiate with the local Home Depot, because at this point I foresee nothing positive will happen to me. Even if I request again the delivery of JGBS60DEKCC, anything will come to me, but JGBS60DEKCC, my exact ordered product.

Bret Van Leeuwen: From the Converse store you can buy the latest designs, then try them out as you stroll the historic cobblestone streets of Boston. Check out the sneaker chandelier in the Converse Building entrance. Wildly wonderful.

It is smaller than a regular shoe store and it offers a small assortment of basic converse but the novelty of this store is the artwork of custom Converse, which is fabulous and makes great gifts. Plus the artists behind the counter have great ideas on styles, colors and design.

Sean Murphy: Great location and fantastic selection. The staff were all friendly and we got a great deal on a new pair of Converse for the whole family. I plan on going back to try out the "Design Your Own" lab. Beautiful view of the Bunker Hill Bridge.
