Unfortunately there was a mix-up with USPS and my package ended up getting forwarded to a different address. I reached out to Follain to make sure the address was correct, and Felicia confirmed that it was, so I figured I'd wait a few days and see if it'd get rerouted. After a few days of not hearing back from USPS, Felicia took the initiative to reach out to me and offer to send a replacement package, which arrived two days later! :)

I have always felt so incredibly welcomed here and have had MANY questions and everyone has taken as much time as needed to be sure all of my questions were answered and I understood the products. I'm so careful with all the food we eat being organic and then one day it dawned on me that our skin is our biggest organ!!! Doesn't make sense to spend all that money buying organic food and then be slathering a bunch of chemicals on our skin....

They have a nice range of prices, too, which is nice because beauty products can get crazy.The women who work here are all so kind and helpful, you ask them a question or for a recommendation and they're more than willing to help you out and let you test things (and even send you home with testers!).I highly recommend this oasis of a shop!!

Cecelia Sherwin: I came for the candles, but their selection was pretty lacking in person compared to their website. The candles that were on display had a layer of dust on top of the wax so it was very difficult to smell the cold throw.

I have very problematic skin for quite some years now so it is difficult for me to find skincare that suits my skin. All the products Yome has recommended for me has truly changed my life. I go to sephora or saks and I get more/ better free samples then the samples they had in this little itty bitty got bag.... Seriously between not being friendly, and messing up my purchase..... I will return my item and go else where!

Roxanne Trombly: I had a frustrating customer service experience here. Bluemercury is infamous for horrible customer service online. Perhaps this store is following policy. I would not shop there again. After spending more than 400 dollars on product. Not good.
Diana Chavarro: I went on September 3, 2022 to ask about a cream for scars that I know you sell and the woman who was at the cash register told me with a dismissive look, we don't have creams for scars, you can go to cvs, I am a tourist and I know that you guys sell this cream because in my city I am a customer of your store I felt very badly treated, she didn't even bother to check if she had any option for me, terrible attention.

Highly suggest this location - the spa area is immaculate, smells lovely and super relaxing. Isabella took her time with my facial explaining all the different options and the best treatments for my dark spots. She was attentive and very helpful, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Definitely felt like a luxurious experience & I appreciated the extra touch of the goodie bag! I’ll definitely be back to this location to try their other spa offerings. Thanks Isabella for making my skin feel so refreshed!

So when I walked into Bluemercury at the Seaport and heard someone mention facial I became curious.😳…..Isabella the special esthetician (special because she was) did an incredible job. My face felt radiant and my pores’ were like thank u for getting two years of pollutes out. When I woke up the next morning my face felt so soft and still looked as radiant as it did the day before…Thank you Isabella💜

I tried antibiotics, birth control, topical treatments from the dermatologist and, after nothing worked, I signed up to start Accutane in a month. I tried seeing Tess as a last ditch effort and was SO happy I did. Within two facials with Tess they were gone COMPLETELY. My skin hasn't looked this good in years, and I finally feel confident in my own body (adult acne sucks). It's been two months now and still no new acne, and I owe it all to Tess!!!

Monica Panglao: I absolutely love Blue Mercury in the Seaport! The staff is very helpful and if you would like to try a product, they are more than happy to give you samples to test them out. I have been going here to see Tess (she's the best) for my monthly facial and am always happy with the results. For those of you who are curious - I get the microdermabrasion and extraction facial. My skin is AMAZING! I ALWAYS get compliments on my skin from work or when I am out. When I do spend a night out in Boston, I only wear concealer, bronzer, and am able to skip the foundation (yes, IT'S TRUE)! I'm in my 30s and I have oily combination skin with pigmentation but after the facial, I have smoother and clearer skin. The service here is great and it's definitely worth the money!

BEWARE: waxing will me MORE $$$ (despite the menu of services said $25...which is expensive as well for what it is)Just got my eyebrows done in this place and am quite frankly disappointed as it is too expensive and quite unimpressive result. The girl was nice - that's why the two stars and not one - but everything else was too disappointing. Was going to try their facials but I guess I will take my business elsewhere since I am REALLY unhappy with this charge. Wish they told me it would be $35 before...I would have never agreed to this.

The day before I called to see if there were any openings for my mom to attend with me, they were so kind and flexible and were able to fit us both in. Kiana taught us about the perfect products meeting us both where we were at (neither my mom nor I have a clue about skincare and makeup). Must have hit an "off" day the last time I was there Stopped in last week which was my first experience shopping at Credo. The selection was wonderful but alas, my presence was not once acknowledged by the sales person working there.

I went in to purchase a foundation and was very unsure of my color, instead of them suggesting getting a sample they pressured me in getting a certain color. I had to switch the color twice and the third time I wanted to return it all together because it made me break out long term. Instead of giving me a refund or store credit, I was yelled at and lied to by the sales associate Kiana. She would not give me any store credit or refund for the item I was not satisfied with. She was rude and blamed me for their product not working...? My friend had the same experience with another associate there.

Jaime Bickley: I LOVE CREDO ON NEWBURY! My coworker and I stopped in to shop the 20% off Friends & Family sale this past weekend. We both were looking for new skincare routines and were introduced to so many fantastic brands with beautiful products. The lovely and extremely knowledgeable store manager, Natalie, helped us pick out products that were perfectly suited for us. My skin has been inflamed and irritated from wearing a mask 40 hours a week and I was in search for some clean products to help my sad skin. Natalie was focused on finding the perfect product that had the most optimal ingredients for my skin. Natalie also helped me understand more about the ingredients in the products that she was recommending and how they would help my skin. I am absolutely blown away by their product knowledge and kindness. So much so, we went back the next day for cosmetics! I am absolutely loving all of my new clean goodies! Mercedes Browne: I came from the airport in an Uber in hopes to grab some makeup because I had to throw some things away at TSA that were in my purse and I get to the store 40mins before closing time and the lights are off and door is locked. Googles says the store closes at 7pm.

I'm reviewing this location in particular because they were wonderful.I took my daughter there for her first foray into her own makeup. Ana and Chris took care of her. They were so kind and so helpful. They helped her find what would work for her, and they did it while boosting her confidence. There was no, "you'll be beautiful if you wear this," that you get with some makeup sales. They told her she was beautiful. They told her that imperfections were normal and don't be embarrassed. She walked out feeling more confident.It was such a positive experience for her. Highly recommended.

Patricia Cosby: I stopped by Sephora Seaport during my lunch. I’m looking for a concealer for mature skin. When I walked in there was several 2 workers standing in the front talking. They both looked at me and back to continue their conversation. This has happened before, it just doesn’t change. This is such a turn off and BTW you’re losing money because of it.. I just left w/out buying anything. Management should be on this. I live just around the corner and go in less and less.
Sookie Cadet: My spouse went to this store to pick up my order and felt like he’s being watched like a hawk. Probably because he’s a black straight male. I am so disappointed at the company as a former employee. Won’t be going to this store again.
Star: This is the first time I’ve had a problem with any of the Sephora stores in Boston. The sales women at the seaport location are rude and unprofessional. I was not going to spend my time or money on such horrible customer service. I walked in on Saturday at about 1pm and the store was empty. I passed two women at the front door talking. They did not offer any friendly greetings, just looked at me and continued talking. As I made my way through the store, I passed to more female sales associates that were also talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer. I started to approach them about a product and they both looked me up and down, and gave me a nasty stare then continued speaking amongst each other.Affronted by such rude behavior I started to make my way out the store. These women could have used company time more productively by making sales rather than using company time to socialize. Also the woman at the front door was management which shows why this location is ran poorly. I will not step foot at this location again.

When one finally called me over she couldn’t be bothered to speak to me and was invested in her conversation w her coworkers rather than being present while checking me out. I don’t know about this location the customer service isn’t great and their inventory is abysmal - what is actually available is disorganized, knocked over, or not in the right display. Looks super sloppy.
Ally Shafer: Come here ALL the time, spend ALL my money.Some sales associate gave me so much attitude for opening a drawer to find my product.Hey Sephora (and lady who takes her job too seriously), if you don’t want customers opening the drawers (where they know there is additional inventory), maybe put a sign on the drawers OR lock them. It’s 2022 and we like to self-serve. If rules exist, make it clear what they are and definitely don’t sass loyal customers. Will order online from here on out.

Protect them at all costs. What a literal angel! I needed help finding a good foundation, highlighter, blush, mascara, the whole nine, because I’m trying to do my own elopement makeup. They were always so patient with me while i tried on 8 different shades of foundation, running back and forth between different ends of the store in an attempt to get good lighting. I really felt taken care of and understood. Thank you!!!! I’ll continue to shop here.

Revekka Gershovich: Never have anything in stock. The seller was not very helpful. I’m a customer of Mac for 6 years, and I had a sub par experience here.
Temia Rouse: I had the pleasure of having my make up done by Mike. He did a demo with me because I walked in without an appointment. He was extremely accommodating! He explained everything to me and really put me at ease. I never wear makeup, and he was so patient. Other customers came in while he was working with me and he took care of everyone. While managing 4 different people, he managed to make all of us feel special. What a gem!
K Surprize: Nice staff and is located inside Macy's. Didn't have the foundation I needed (checked on 3 different days) as they were out off stock. Better to visit the Mac on Newberry St. as they have more products.
