8BrosForLife8: BEWARE!!!!!!I bought a cowboy costume from here for a party. I took the shirt out at home and it was completely shredded apart. Fake cloth falling off and disintegrating left and right. I don't even think someone damaged it, the material it was made with was ripping as I was holding it. I purchased this with a fake beard and viking helmet for $68. That being the most expensive item.So I called, maybe 10-15 mins after I left the store. The response I got was that they will not return or exchange the damaged item. EVEN tho they sold the item to me damaged out the bag. He said apparently people buy items, damage them, and then try to bring them back, so theyre policy is for me to go kick rocks. They won't do anything for selling me an overpriced destroyed item. I will be attempting to contact the manager since he was not there to tonight. I imagine other people had this same experience and these guys are getting away selling extremely poor quality items to the point they fall apart like wet toilet paper then tell them to buzz off.

Kathryn Raymond: Ordering balloons makes no sense at all and the staff couldn’t care less. They insist that you must order online or come in to store. Online ordering is completely disabled four balloons for this location and they are saying the wait time for balloons in store is 45 minutes to an hour. That is absolutely outrageous. When I asked the person over the phone given the wait time is there anyway to place my order (happy to pay ahead) so you don’t physically in the store for one hour waiting on six latex balloons she said no and couldn’t care less-what about people with injuries or disabilities?! Or a life? Get with it party city!

Gina Jadelis: One of the best vintage stores I’ve ever been to. A huge selection especially of 70-90s clothes. Clothes are organized by decade and color so sizing is a little tough (which is always a struggle with vintage clothes anyways) and there was a lack of sports team gear which I found surprising. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Pat Link: A little on the pricey side as far as thrift stores go, this is a unique experience with a very interesting collection for you to peruse. I didn't realize this was above their costume store, which is very entertaining to look at. I suggest visiting and if you find joy in a piece of clothing, go for it. This place clearly deserves support!

Sammie Annie: So the first floor is absolutely disgusting. the 2 dollar per pound genuinely left my mouth wide open. the clothes are all over the floor and people are just stepping all over them? and then deciding they want to buy them? so gross and dirty my skin started crawling.the second floor however was a lot more acceptable. things were actually on racks. i found a cool vintage leather jacket for a reasonable price. it was missing a button though so ? but it’s from the 80s so whatever. i guess i’ll just find someone who knows how to sew. i would return for the second floor but god NOT the first floor.

I walked away w/ two tailored pants, a lrg tee-shirt, & a sports bra all for $4. What a deal!

Owner took notice to the series I was looking at and was kind enough to take out the entire bin of merchandise from that series that they had yet to put out. Whenever I visit Boston, this is one of the first places I visit and that will never change. They always have a great selection of merchandise from a bunch of different series and while sometimes the pricing is a bit expensive, i would say the customer service makes it worth it!

His cart damaged my vehicle parked outside his store on a windy day, and he asked me to go to an anonymous man's house to get it fixed under the table because he refused to pay for the damage. Lo and behold, the jacket had remained! It fits, and I loved it, and I did get it, as well as another coat.

I go to pick up my order and they can’t find my balloons, when they finally find them they aren’t blown up and to top it off the manager told me they ran out of helium. She asked how soon I needed the balloons and didn’t even know when they would have helium. Terrible! Balloons are a very important part of any event and they should know that if they have an order scheduled for pick up - they should reach out to the customers letting them know there is a delay! Just terrible service .
