Courtyard by Marriott Boston Copley Square: what do users think?
Allyce Hadley: A beautiful hotel with a lot of historical charm. The lobby is adorable with a gorgeous original stained glass window. The staff were all super friendly, and the room was clean. It was also spacious for holding a king bed on the top floor. The only downside is they advertise a gym, but its one small room in the basement that holds three exercise machines that you can't even plug in all at once. It also has some weights and old mats. Otherwise the hotel itself was a perfect stay!

Havi Harv: Great location and good price.Hotel is clean and new. Rooms are spacious and have a nice deco.Breakfast was good, down in the lobby.Did stay at PH level. Rooms were quiet and nice.
Vicente Benitez: Sometimes you can judge a hotel just by the toilet paper they choose to supply. This hotel chooses to use a very thin and rough toilet paper. Enough said...Nearby activities: Close to the Boston Garden / TD Arena and historic downtown Boston
Derek Thomas: Very cool and stylish Courtyard. Executive floor was very nice and accommodating. Will stay again for business trips.
Ben Silver: Excellent hotek, excellent location, exceptional staff. This is the nicest Courtyard I've ever seen, let alone stayed at. We were early for our early check in and that did not matter. He found us a room right away and put us in room PH121 with an amazing view. We were there for the Celtics game but wanted to do some site seeing as well. Tony had a map and checked off some must sees, from restaurants, drinks to site seeing musts with the extra touch of his phone number in case we got lost " He would get us back".Our stay was amazing from the time we checked in till the time we checked out! All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back again for sure.Rooms: Rooms were modern and clean.Nearby activities: Great location to TD Garden and great restaurants.Food & drinks: It was great to have food and drinks in the lobby.

Courtyard by Marriott Boston-South Boston: what do users think?
Raeann Ashley: They were polite rooms were clean and tidy they weren't all up iñyb BB business everytime went outside to smoke etc it was real mocrRooms: Clean spacious and compfyWalkability: South bay plaza good food ,and alot of different shops right there
Barry Grossman: Staff was nice and friendly.No coffee service until 6.3 weekdays? Fail.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Miguel Familia: Is one of the best place and nice personal
Katherine Baker: Had a nice stay. Room was clean. They provided free shuttle to airport which was very convenient. Close proximity to T station, shopping mall, and restaurants.
A. Porter: The rooms are outdated, furniture is rundown. Highly overpriced and lacks cleanliness. The staff tried to help but the mattress was ripped torn and stained, checked tag, 11 years old, hasn’t been replaced. It was awful, I try to avoid places like this at all costs. I cannot believe I didn’t leave sooner. This is across from the seaport district, good location and cheap price compared to surrounding area and downtown. Very poor, avoid if these things matter to you. I wish I had.
Kimberly H: Wish the train station was in a safer area, but this is so close to a large shopping center and bus stop. Minutes from anywhere in the city and the airport. Was very impressed with this location. Room was very large, had a couch and desk, fridge and microwave with coffee maker, closet and very large bathroom as well. Would stay here again, loved this location and room. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Lots of parking if you choose to drive a vehicle.
Lucas De Souza Santos: Great service, fantastic views, great amenities. Absolutely amazing!
Adam T: So I needed a quick nap and I had a friend with me who was very sick so I stayed a couple hours and went to work. Later that day I get a call saying she still in the room which I know is an issue but he also said you will be charged extra fees for stuff she leaves and ya your banned from this location because we do t allow you to get hotels for homeless people. The nerve on this guy, this place has no humanity, she isn’t homeless he just assumed. Well I stay at a lot of hotels for work and if I have to I will given every one of these a bad google review until I’m contacted by someone higher up than this guy who think he runs the world but is nothing but a small man who thinks he’s better than mostRoom was very nice
Jacob Tidwell: This facility matches precisely what I’ve come to expect from the Courtyard concept from Marriott. Just likes from Boston Logan International (BOS), it’s easy to get to, all things considered for Boston roads/traffic. This location is bordered by useful shops (Target) and restaurants. The lobby is great, with lots of seating options. The bistro restaurant is great for easy meals. Surprisingly, I had an amazing dinner there! Room was as I expected, with a king bed, desk, closet, and couch.Of note, the hotel operates an airport shuttle for $10 (one way). I didn’t see this listed on the website or referenced when I checked in. I only found out about it in passing after hearing another guest mention it.
Rob G: Very much in need of renovation. Way overpriced for the absolutely lacking service and rundown conditions. The carpet was torn up in front of the door, the wallpaper was peeling, and the coffee maker was left dirty. Pretty poor.Rooms: More like a motel than a hotel.Noteworthy details: Room was rundown and in poor condition. Also, not well cleaned.
Matthew Westphal: Currently staying at this hotel. Not a good choice. We were called three time prior to the stay to verify the room reservation.I called the morning of our arrival to lock a room for us, they told me they must have given it to someone else.“The room is not the room we booked.”I had to go visit the front desk to ask them for assistance, and more assistance!!!!!!!They placed us on the 6th floor and the the whole floor was filled with “marijuana” smell,Everywhere!!!!!I asked them to send security, they seamed to careless.I have children and this is unacceptable!!!!!The smell kept us awake for way to long. This is not acceptable,Wrong room, Drugs. , and then still at 9:30am not a manager, or any Management to be found.I am sitting right in the lobby waiting ……….Don’t stay here, avoid if possible. Lots of other options.
Srinivas Kavuri: Service is very bad. Staff is rude. Their morning complimentary breakfast is a total sham. I was charged for parking and stale breakfast after paying $347 for one night for one room.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Amanda Hogan: Absolutely fine! Clean, comfortable bed, all features function perfectly. Staff was friendly & helpful. Right off the highway so very easy to come and go, even Lyfts were cheap. Would gladly stay here again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Garrett Hetrick: I was not entirely impressed with this location simply due to how run down the room we stayed in was. My wife had a broken leg so we had an accessible room. The room was spacious but the bath was gross. Our tub was filled with water when we showed up and we told the staff on day one. It was never repaired even after multiple times telling them so we had to shower everyday in gross shower water up to our ankles. The rest of the room was just very basic, no frills room. The location is good as it right near the airport and everyone was friendly enough.Rooms: Very basic no frills older feel to it.Nearby activities: Near the airportWalkability: Not really walking to anything it's on a major road and can't walk to the city but they do have shuttlea
Justin Grey: Stayed here for a flight the next day, they have a shuttle service to the airport.Noteworthy details: Shuttle service to the airport.
Amy Paris: Older hotel with remodeled rooms but close to airport with a shuttleRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
James Horne: Crummy 1980’s vintage Marriott. Not sure how a company like Marriott keeps its name on hotels like this. Should be torn down. Ratty, dirty and dated……don’t stay here ! We booked here to take advantage of the parking for Logan Airport that you can get with the room (if you pay extra). The parking lot is jammed, every possible place is taken, cars parked on the grass and fire lanes. They obviously oversell the parking lot and jeopardize overall safety as emergency vehicles would not be able to access the property
Brad Doskas: Easy location to get to, modern will def be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
David Teichman: Extremely convenient airport hotel. Very busy with people coming and going at all hours. The staff is friendly and helpful with check in and questions. Parking here is difficult and there are cars everywhere. The shuttle is great and comes every 15 minutes. No organization to it so a 'line' will form, not everyone plays nice.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More

King Stennis (iamlamonte): Great hotel to stay at. Nice gun to help you stay in shape. Close by everything. Had tub for us who like to sit and relax
Ja S: Luis couldn’t care less. Shuttle unreliable. Inaccurate time given for shuttle pickup. Extortionate pricing for breakfast, snacks and drinks. Rooms average. Not on the list of places to transit through when a bed is needed for a night.

Courtyard by Marriott Boston Brookline: what do users think?
Eddie: Last time we stayed here, I would have rated it 5 stars all the way. On 4/26/23 staff was great. The location is great, but the room was less to be desired. The beds was very uncomfortable and hard. Our last stay the bed was totally different. Apparently, going around the corner to our room 614 brings you to the backside of the elevator. Through the night, you could hear it going up and down. Starting about 5am, the elevator is non-stop and supper annoying. For this point alone, I would not stay here again unless I could promise a room far away from the dreaded elevator.Rooms: They are not all the same some have been redone, roll the wheel and hope uts new and NOT near the damn elevator of torture.Nearby activities: Boston has so many things history museums even a little aquarium.Walkability: Close to everything, including the trolly.Food & drinks: So many great nearby restaurants tou will not go hungry. Michael's deli rocks as well as Zaftigs are amazing but so many good places.
John Morriss: Avoid the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Brookline. They didn’t honor my reservation, didn’t let me know until I was 10 minutes away, wouldn’t allow me to give them another credit card number for the pre-authorization, refused to help me find alternative lodging, but did help the next customer find a different hotel for their first night.I made a reservation 6 months in advance of the Boston Marathon. The manager called me when I was in an Uber 10 minutes away from the hotel, telling me my credit card had denied the charge. I offered to give her a different credit card number, either while we were on the phone or on arrival. The manager said that would not be possible and further stated the hotel did not have any rooms available. (My credit card had been replaced in the last 6 months; the hotel manager didn’t call to ask me for a different card number, instead she called to tell me the reservation was denied.)When I arrived, I was told the same message. I asked for assistance in finding another room at a Marriott hotel or another chain (Boston was pretty much sold out for marathon weekend), the manager refused to help. Yet while I was waiting in the lobby, another couple entered. They too were told that their hotel reservation for the first night was no longer valid. However the hotel made arrangements to find them a room at a different hotel in Cambridge for the first night and honor their reservation for the remaining nights. Not the restful experience I was looking for before a marathon!
Cristiane Pinheiro: Everything on the property was clean and neat.Samantha was a great host. I felt very welcomed.Very close to House of Blues, Fenway Park and various restaurants and bars.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Miluse McCoy: Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Cary Knight: Love it here. Close to BU and tons of cute shops and restaurants close by. Parking in site and easy to get to when entering the city.
Jaclyn Brady: We stayed a few nights here for a book signing at Brookline Booksmith and were able to explore Boston as well. It's conveniently located to several restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The rooms are beautiful, and clean with comfy beds. For some reason though, most of the outlets aren't charging our phones- a few of them work well enough but it took some trial and error. The staff have been friendly and we enjoyed our stay here.
Cyintific Ali: Great hotel, good quiet location outside of the city. Great service.Rooms: The rooms were very clean and modern.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More

Joe Hale: Rooms: Nicely furnished comfortableWalkability: Close to MBTA and many restaurants and stores at Cooledge corner.
Carola Haces Banda: Un hotel sencillo, muy bien ubicado y limpio, exelente para pasear por la zona y regresar a dormir 😴
Athanasios D: Great location, convenient underground parking, friendly staff, excellent daily housekeeping service.
Emily Avadikian: Clean rooms, great location, kind staff.
No one.: Worst hotel i ever stayed in! I came with my family of five and asked for a rollaway which they didn’t provide for us when they said they would on the phone. It was dirty with cold water and there was a burn stain on the couch! The staff was rude and didn’t even give us any benefits for our in inconvenience. They were snarky and constantly made faces i stayed here for less than 24 hours but i am beyond disappointed.

Debbie Hansen-Bernard: Very nice place stay. Staff was great. We were close to a lot of the places we needed to go and being right next to the river made for some nice walks.

PF: Cool hotel, no bottles of water in the rooms, and water from the sink is not good.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Andrew Mockler: This is a dated property that is in need of an upgrade. The room I was in was cheaply appointed and felt more like a bargain basement property than a Marriott property. A chair was ripped, the bathtub had cracked and peeling enamel, the desk chair was cheap vinyl and so on. Having said that, the staff was great.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Michelle Hibbert: Super friendly front desk staff! Accommodating housekeeping staff who checked in daily for any needs you might have. Close to BU for a weekend trip to see my daughter. Nice views of Charles River. Microwave access would be nice though.Walkability: A nice 1.5 mile stroll to BU west campus. Felt safe catching a bus to the red line.
Jesse Jacoby: Pros:--Right next to a Trader Joe's--Close to airportCons:--Dated rooms and decor--Some lights and outlets didn't work--No microwave--No shampoo in the shower--Cheapo coffee maker--Gym was grimy (needed swept), at last one machine that didn't work, treadmills are worn and noisy
Lt. Commander Data: So, this hotel is somewhat expensive for just staying 2 nights. Parking fir your vehicle is $45 a night and when you check in they ask you to put a card on hold for if anything happens to your room. We'll, no matter what they are gonna charge you another $100 because of "taxes" during your stay. This hotel needs a renovation. The showers are out of date, the air conditioning doesn't really work, and the room itself feels like it's made out of cardboard. Oh, by the way make sure to check your bed sheets before you sleep in them. Found 15 hairs in ours and then requested another room. They didn't even upgrade us for that. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest you book a different hotel because honestly if you're going on vacation you want to have a good time and trust me you won't be having a good time at this hotel. Staff were friendly however, so that's why it's getting 2 stars and not 1.
Christine P: Probably the most comfortable hotel bed in a long time. Hotel is conveniently located and the staff are courteous. Our “city view “ room was more of a Highway room, but it was still nice. Parking is insane at $45. Breakfast is also costly. You’re better off going to one of the many local restaurants.
Xiaoyin Wang: Walking distance to Harvard square!
Javier Morales Mediano: I arrived after a long flight and they received me very warmly. There was a problem with my voucher and they made their best to solve. Even though they had a more easy solution as it was making me to pay with my own credti card. An special metion to Brahim, Deyli and Daniel, the guys at the reception. They were exceptional. Thank you very much.
NYC Traveler: Nice hotel with clean room. Staff was friendly. Only draw back is they changed $45 a night for parking. I wouldn't stay there again based on the parking fees.Rooms: Clean roomRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
George Torres: The hotel staff are not all up in your business. They are available when needed. I feel it's very private place to stay. Low key and in a great location right across the Charles River and Boat House.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Demetrios Kanavaros: An affordable and decent stay in/around Boston. Everything we wanted to do was a quick Uber from this hotel. The building is clearly old and has some details that could use attention. The ceiling in the bathroom of room 1006 looks like it was repaired by Ray Charles. There's also some framed art in the bathroom that has a huge water stain on it that clearly has been there for a while. The shower is old. Tub is scratched from years of abuse and there's no flange around the water pipe to the shower head so you can just see the rough cut tiles and a hole. Very classy. The carpet in the room had some stains. The bed was comfortable and parking was convenient.
Erica C: We loved our stay at the Courtyard! This was a great place to stay to experience the Boston area. Uber is readily available and the closest T station is a 20-minute walk away. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the front desk staff but they are the reason we will return in the future. Props to them for listening to my husband's silly jokes. The hotel rooms are large for the Boston area and extremely quiet. We stayed in Room 1404 with a spectacular view of the river. I recommend paying extra for the river view rooms. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable after a night out. The bathtub was an added plus! Our only complaint was that the cable was hit-or-miss with blackout periods when we were in the room.Thank you to everyone at this Marriott location. We will be back soon.

Aiseosa I: This is my second time staying at this location and wow the difference in management is crystal clear!!! My first stay was this time last year. The stay was perfect, and the service was immaculate. This time around, I feel like I'm at a totally different hotel. The staff is uninformed about basic hotel information, unable to fulfill basic requests, and don't even get me started on the manager. I've never met someone whose so rude and condescending in my entire life!! Acting like we were a bother just for staying at the hotel. Treating us like we are starving, and threatening to give our food order (We used vouchers purchased with our hotel room) to the housekeeping staff... implying her staff is so hungry that they'll take anything! Honestly, this will be my last time staying here. For the sake of retaining business at this location, change your management.

Erin D. Hill: Recent stay for business during what appeared to be religious protests in the immediate area. Despite the additional traffic and crowd, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond ensure the safety, security, and comfort of every guest. Friendly and knowledgeable, several staff members made excellent restaurant and local sightseeing suggestions. The hotel was immaculately clean, quiet, and comfortable and I had beautiful city views from my 27th floor room. The many shops and restaurants in the area are easily walk-able and accessible. I would definitely return to this hotel for future business or leisure travel. April/May 2023.
Paula Campos: To all Marriott customers who are not aware, this hotel hosted Satan-con in April/2023! This is bloody greed at its finest! This hotel was accepting of this group promoting devil worship! The most grotesque and scary costumes were worn as well! As a spiritual person, I am appalled and disgusted that this hotel allowed such a heinous group to celebrate their negative views and opinions at their hotel! Due to the hotel's extremely bad judgement, I will NEVER stay at another Marriott hotel ever again! I encourage you to do the same! Let's hit them where it hurts the hotel's bottom line and send a very strong message! Please DO NOT stay here or any other Marriott property!
Aaron Hoar: Beautiful rooms and exemplary service!
Grant Hardan: Great area for shopping.

White Noise: Such a great experience and staff. They did a fantastic job hosting our group and I look forward to visiting them again. Not to mention the great view from our room!!Safety: We were there when there were crazy protesters outside spewing hate at some of the guests there and felt completely safe. I’m sure I’d feel even safer if it weren’t for the weirdos outside.
Luc Long: Stayed for a convention. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food options nearby were amazing.Rooms: Rooms are small but with two malls and all of downtown Boston in a short walk or convenient shuttle, you won't be spending much time thereWalkability: Everything is so close. Many great shopping options without even going outside. Two large malls off the hotel.
Brent Langrehr: We went to go sightseeing and had a wonderful time. The Old Town Trolley has a booth set up in the lobby and we could get on it from the hotel. Definitely coming back. There was so much more we wanted to see after spending a week there.Rooms: Elegant and modern with a bit of Boston flair.Nearby activities: High end shopping and historic sightseeing.Safety: Security is very friendly. The was some kind of protest going on while we were there, but we felt pretty safe with how the staff handled it.Walkability: The Copley mall is connected to the hotel and the subway is just a walk away to get anywhere in Boston.Food & drinks: Yard House is inside the hotel and makes it really convenient to grab a bite to eat before heading out or just coming back.
Jessica Oesterle: Fantastic location. Easy walking and GREAT coffee down the block at Jaho. Incredible staff! Eager to please and extremely polite. I'll definitely stay again.Rooms: Chic and quite.Nearby activities: A quick walk to Bukowski's and Cornish Pasty Co., which are my must sees when I'm in town!Safety: The security is excellent and they were polite and outgoing rather than cold and stand-offish. Warm and safe!Walkability: Easy walk to Green and Orange line. Lots locally.Food & drinks: Yard House is good for a beer and bite. Great local selection for a hotel bar! Recommend the tomato soup, of all things!
Jared Lucev: Just stayed there for four nights for a lovely religious convention they graciously hosted. Although the location was under siege by protestors who were issuing threats of violence the whole time, hotel staff remained professional the entire time. Security went above and beyond, with unfaultering kind attitudes and constant vigilance. Housekeeping kept the hotel clean, even with all the litter scattered outside by protestors, at all times. And staff were helpful and attentive, offering excellent guidance to folks from out of town on places to eat and finding convince stores at all hours (most of the city closes at 10pm on sundays). They made an already memorable experience stand out even more all while dealing with terrible people surrounding their building, and they did so with dignity to speaks to their commitment to quality. No praise high enough for them. The room was very comfortable, pleasingly decorated, and the bed was wonderful on my bad back (SI joint injury). Conference rooms provided were very well lit (when we wanted them to be) and immaculately well kept.We would gladly stay again on a personal trip or hopefully another convention down the line. Ignore the disguising negative reviews left by people who weren't even guests at the hotel, and HAIL MARRIOTT!
Zita Cross: I just spent a long weekend with my husband and two colleagues at Marriott Copley Place for a conference. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food and shopping options abundant, the conference rooms comfortable and attractive, and the staff kind and helpful. The security staff deserve a particular mention, for being on the ball and incredibly helpful, understanding, and safety-minded while dealing with active protestors, ensuring continued safety when entering and exiting, and monitoring elevator access. Will certainly be returning based on this experience.Rooms: Very clean, comfortable rooms (especially the beds!). Lovely views. Staff were attentive, more than competent, and polite, and very respectful of our privacy.Safety: I can't speak highly enough of their security staff. Very situationally aware, pleasant, and understanding. At no time did it seem as if they weren't perfectly able to handle any issue that may arise, and they were unfailingly polite to guests and attendees.Walkability: Easy to get to many shopping and restaurants options via second floor mall access and the sky bridge, and within reasonable walking distance of multiple parks, attractions, and Fenway Park.Food & drinks: Plenty of access to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The in-house restaurant, Yard House, had quick service from attentive and polite servers, and the food was great (and reasonably priced.) Attached mall and shopping centers meant lots of options, and no need to go outside and get soaked!
Morgana Evenstar: Absolutely stellar venue for a convention. The hotel staff are simply brilliant, and the security team are absolutely top-notch.Was here recently for a convention and neither I nor anyone I know had a single complaint about this place. It is a little on the pricier side for some (myself included) but you will get more than fair value for your dollars. You really could not ask for more out of a convention center or hotel, not reasonably anyway.Rooms: Clean, commodious, and quiet. Ample amenities and high-speed elevator access. Truly magnificent spot to stay.Safety: As a community that does not have the luxury of the privilege afforded to groups like the church who have a colonialist stranglehold on the world, safety was a prime concern for us.The security team at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that we were safe and could go about our business peacefully. At no point did any of the hateful bigots who came to try and harm us get anywhere close.Food & drinks: Stellar service at the Yard House, but more on that in their standalone review.
Laci-Ann Mosher: The employees were lovely. I did not like being up on the 29th floor. The elevators are slow and I should've asked for a lower level when booking. The hotel is somewhat loud as well since there are so many floors and rooms. The rooms have zero fresh air, no option to crack a window, and no exhaust fan for the bathroom, so after a shower it's a bit balmy. The tortilla soup at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. The hotel is attached to a giant indoor shopping center which was great since it was a chilly, wet weekend. Overall a good time.Walkability: Shopping center attached to hotel via bridgeFood & drinks: The restaurant on the 2nd floor had stellar tortilla soup. And Nero Cafe was delicious
Phoenix Blackwood: Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. By far the nicest hotel in the area. Everything is centrally located, exceptionally comfortable beds, but most of all I am thankful for how understanding and respectful they are to all walks of life. 10/10Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
CW: I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The premises were clean and attractive. The location was convenient to more locations than I possibly could have even visited. The staff were courteous, responsive, and available. Security was very present and did a wonderful job keeping everyone safe and at ease. I would be happy to stay here again.
Gustavo Yanez (Aztechgod): I recently stayed at the Boston Marriott Copley Place for the weekend and I absolutely loved it.The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby is spacious and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are perfect. The bathroom is large and well-appointed, and the shower is powerful. The hotel also has a great fitness center, an indoor pool, and a spa.The staff at the Boston Marriott Copley Place is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great stay. They were always available to answer questions or make recommendations.I would highly recommend the Boston Marriott Copley Place to anyone looking for a great hotel in Boston. It is the perfect place to stay for a business trip, a weekend getaway, or a family vacation.
Tyler Dunn: I attended a conference here and the staff was amazing. Extremely helpful people who took their jobs seriously and were as friendly as can be. I greatly enjoyed my experience here.Food & drinks: The Yard House is wonderful. Quick service, ok prices, great selection.

Boston Marriott Long Wharf: what do users think?
V AI: Thought was ok, well designed, furniture, bathroom, room set up. but there were no amenities in my room at all, just bare minimum, amenities of a 3 star hotel. For 600 a night I didn’t feel I got what I paid for. Walls don’t seem thin but I could hear the guy next door snoring all night and couldn’t really sleep.

Marc St-Amour: We are here in Boston for 5 days, our original hotel was in Hull, but driving around in Boston is a real nightmare for non-locals. So we decided to change to a more central hotel...well that was the right move, yes it more expensive than staying outside the city but when you take into consideration: no use for your véhicule it's 100% worth it.Step out of the hotel door, you are in historical Boston, trolley tours, Aquarium, Quincy market, its all right there a few steps away. Staff is awesome from the valet to the desk staff. Highly recommended.
michelle w: Hotel and Staff could not have been nicer. Walking distance to great attractions! highly recommend for families with young kids. We loved it here, can't wait to come back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More

Jess J: Had a hard time picking from the many hotels in Boston but so glad we went with the Marriott Long Wharf. Nicely appointed rooms, friendly and attentive staff (we had a little issue with our neighbors that Marc at the front desk quickly resolved), excellent breakfast buffet (loved our server Michael), indoor pool for the kids, great layout, quiet despite being fully booked. Location cannot be beat with subway station right on property, Faneuil Hall (great location for variety of casual foods....Regina Pizziaria was our family fave) across the street, an easy 15 minute walk to a ton of attractions (Paul Revere's House, Old North Chapel, Boston Tea party reenactment, etc.), and ferry access on property to USS Constitution and airport. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Christopher D: Perfect location and amazing amenities. I could walk to so many places and the view was amazing; right on the water.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Donna Cole: I love staying here when we visit Boston. It is very convenient and attractions are accessible by walking. NE aquarium, Quincy Market, North end. Rooms are clean and up to date with views of the harbor. Definitely recommended and would stay again.

Thomas Welch: My goal is to stay at this hotel but the treatment from the corporate office and chase as a co owner of my credit card has been beyond horrible and very close to canceling my stay! I hope you deliver this review to your manager and hope we can work together to improve it! This review will stand only because of the way the corporate office handled things.
Dave Champman: Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.Great place to stay if you are visiting downtown Boston. It is within easy walking distance of many great restaurants in the North End as well as Mike’s Pastry. Right across the street from Quincy Market and next to the Boston Aquarium. Great location!
Amanda L: I recommend upgrading to get access to the Mclub if there on a weekend. Great location can walk to all attractions in the area.Rooms: Rooms are a little on the small side but we were out alot so it was fine.Nearby activities: Aquarium, Quincy Market, restaurants, boat tours everything is nearby.Walkability: You can walk to everything. Also nice to walk along the water.

Tom Paquin: As soon as we got there, the valet at the front was incredibly accomodating with my high-maintenance crew. Great pool and excellent rooms. We went to the restaurant twice and loved it both times.
