Shelley Mintz: I like shopping in this particular CVS store in Copley Square because of their products and because the Employees are very professional and helpful to me when I shop at this location! There are many different types of products available for sale.
Verena Millermann: The manager at this store is one of the rudest and disrespectful people I have ever meet.I had a problem with doing a money order and not only wasn’t she not helpful, she also accused me of being a liar. Unbelievably unprofessional - I will never return to that store.Not sure if this is how CVS wants to be perceived.

I took the medications that were like 15 from BMC and transferred them to CVS 24hrs who worked quickly and efficiently in conjunction with the exceptional pharmacist. Thank you so much for saving my life and helping me in any way you can and going the extra mile. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The pharmacy closes before 8 pm but the other pharmacy is open 24/7. Quite crowded. Tourist area. They should have security guards, restrooms for customers, and people to clean the store. Otherwise. Grateful for the farmacy medicine dept. and all staff. I am sure the owner of that lousy store is one of the worst in the world. Lots of stuff is being locked up, if you hit the bell to buy, no one would come to help you. All employees have a jaded, kinda stuck-up attitude. Treat the customers accordingly by the colors. This store is the pure example why a lot of people don't like living downtown.

A Person: The employees here are absolutely wonderful people. Can’t speak highly enough of all of the people working on the first floor today. One very kind employee helped me find an item I was looking for. The cashier at checkout was incredibly patient with me while I fumbled to pay with my change. And yet another incredibly kind employee (the other cashier) ran after me to give me back my CVS card (after I had accidentally left it behind). Everyone here is going above and beyond to make sure all their customers have a positive experience during what has been a difficult time for nearly everyone. I hope that everyone working here gets a well-deserved raise as they are running an incredibly busy CVS location with such kindness, compassion, and grace. Thank you for all you do. Thank you for your decency.

Echo Sierra: I went here to get plan B (emergency contraceptive). Some stores have it behind the counter, some stores have it in a locked case in an aisle, so I asked a cashier where to find it. She pretended not to hear me and expected me to proclaim loudly that I was looking for plan b. I was then directed to the pharmacy where the pharmacists were all rude, and stared at me, scowling as if they couldn’t believe that my mid 20s ugly self would actually need it.

Ritchie Vernon: It was a horrible experience last week I found out they're getting rid of 2 liter pops like Coke Pepsi mountain dew Dr pepper you name it! They already got rid of their delicious gallons of chocolate milk now they're phasing out soda? What is wrong with these people they're going to chase everybody over to Walgreens including me because Walgreens does have pop in the 2 liter size! I used to like CVS as my go-to store now I like Walgreens even better! I'm thankful that the other go to place I love going to is the CVS in Chinatown they still have the pops they haven't gotten rid of them thank God and I did get to voice my concern with CVS corporate complaint line and let them know that they're going to drive their customers including myself over to Walgreens who is a really good store in its own right if they keep making these changes! Which would force me as an author to write the truth once again about what CVS is doing this time in my life because it would be unfortunately absolutely true! So I'm praying that CVS in Chinatown remains the same solid store it's been since I first knew about it! So if things continue as they are with the Washington Street CVS then I will no longer be a customer there and that's really sad because I really liked them! And I will continue to go to Chinatown CVS as long as they have the products I need and I still love their great cereal sale buys! But as far as Washington Street now I will go to their competitor which is right next door Walgreens for my needs! I also want to mention about convenience stores why I'm at it, it's really shocking that some of these convenience stores don't take EBT which is the food stamp card which means that homeless people can't use their EBT card in the stores and I think that's just wrong! I personally think that each convenience store should be EBT relatable and they would have a better relationship with their customers these are different convenience stores popping up that do not take the EBT card which means the homeless person would have to go to another store wherever it's located and I personally think this is wrong! In my opinion these kind of convenience stores are a waste of time because they don't help out the homeless they are only money driven thinking of themselves this has to change!

I don't understand why they would just give me that when they could have printed another copy.So I ordered 3 copies of the same photo next time to ensure that I got what I wanted, only to be helped by a rude employee who, upon hearing my last name spelled out for her, made a face as if I said something in a foreign language. Amazing. Not coming back here for my photo prints.

Ashley Dru Douglass: This CVS is wonderful. One of the Managers Korey I believe helped me on a Sunday at a busy time. I had been there the day prior and literally purchased something and left it on the counter. In no time at all he went through the security video footage and I was out the door with what I purchased the day prior (but forgot to literally pick up off the counter and put in my bag). He volunteered to help out ASAP and I hadn't asked for him searching the camera. Thank you!

Schloss Films: Great CVS with friendly staff and all the necessities. I find the people here to be more helpful than most CVS locations I have shopped at.
Whit: I’m a local resident who frequently goes into the CVS as much as I possibly can. I will no longer go to this location ever again. I always come in to CVS to use my coupons with my extracare on weekdays, Jason is usually at the front or another kind associate. Unfortunately, last night I was handled by JASMINE . After speaking with the store manager (John), he informed me that her name is Jasmine. Throughout this entire process, John has been the ONLY person handling this situation correctly. Thank you. The entire staff last night told me her name was (Emily) to cover for her. JASMINE is disrespectful and rude beyond words! She started speaking in Spanish right in front of me to (Rosa) assuming that I was not fluent in the language and called me multiple names to Rosa (her associate at the front counter). I immediately looked at her with disgust and was very surprised. The fact that she called me so many offensive words in Español, assuming that I could not understand her. Oh I DID. Every word as well. I responded back and also informed her manager, Jason, which is the team management leader at the CVS location. When I ask Rosa for her name, she took up for her instead of giving me the name by stating “ I don’t know her name, she just started working here”. Are you serious?? Why take up for her when she just disrespected me in front of my face. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I don’t want it to happen to anyone else. The young lady has been working there for months and she usually stocks instead of handling customers which I can see why now. There was no apologies. No empathy. Hatred. She completely knew exactly what she was doing, didn’t care, and she was embarrassed about it I’m guessing. She stopped talking and walked away. I asked Jason, he also stated here name was Emily as well. How disgusting! I support this location and CVS so much, and I have been for the past 25 years!

Percival Fowler: The pharmacy consistently neglects refilling my prescriptions that I need to take biweekly. They once said they would request a lower dosage medicine until the medicine I needed was not on back order and then they forgot to place the order for me. Even though it's the closest pharmacy to me, it's worth taking a longer walk to a different one so I know that my prescriptions will be ready when they say they are ready.

K E N N E C T E D: Large store with good work flow. Store was clean and staff was adequate. Lots of staff around but none on the registers. This location doesn't have self check out so waiting in a line is an issue.

Edie Tepper: The manager, Karan, was most helpful and kind. As a senior citizen, I really appreciate it when someone is patient and willing to listen to my requests. He gives the store a welcoming vibe.
Jackie Times: Prejudiced customer service! I just bought a hair mask, one of those that u have to call the attendant to unlock the shelf for you, and she didn’t let me touch the mask saying she would take it to the register straightly. All of the stuffs l purchase at CVS I request electronic receipt. This is prejudice! I have money! I can buy whatever I want to inside this store! Just because I am not well dressed you are trying to discriminate me!
Rain: Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist is extremely rude. I waited for my prescription for a month and still did not receive anything. After calling the pharmacy, the only answer I got is a rude reply that they will text me when my prescription is available. I asked how much longer shall I expect since it has been almost a month, again, just a rude "you will get a text".
Megan Hahn: Farrah the pharmacist was 100 unprofessional she refused to call the insurance to get a vacation over ride stating it wasn’t her job I should just pay cash price when I stated I wouldn’t and I would call the insurance stepped off to the side to do so took well over an hour with 4 kids I got the over ride for her went up to get the medicine when she told me I would have to wait another 20 mins she put the medication back 😡 apparently there is no one there above her so I got the store manager who must be her husband because he would not do anything including talk she refused to fill the medication after all the time this took we ended up missing our plans for the day and still do not have the medication I need for my daughter people like farah are what is wrong with this world do have a job if you don’t want to do it
cat prigov: The pharmacist was completely unprofessional. I came in 12 days before my prescription ran out, asking to transfer my prescription from another pharmacy. It took them a week and a half to even bother checking if they had this type of medication! I came in four times in person, and called once (being left on hold for 40 minutes). Finally they told me they ordered my medication and told me it would come in two days. At this point I was already off my medication for two days. When I came in to pick it up, they said it had not been delivered and it won’t be available. If they told me this a week and a half prior, I would’ve been able to find another pharmacy that’d be able to get me my necessary medication. But no, they didn’t want to do their job and take 2 minutes to check availability. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, they absolutely don’t care about the customer at all, highly doubt they do anything there at all. I’ve now been off my medication for five days, something you’d think a pharmacist would care about.

Also gave an attitude to another Freind of mine was asking about the covid tests he brought them out and acted like if he didn't buy it now it wouldnt be there any more. I don't think he should be a manager . He should be stocking In the back.
Kieu Ngo: Sent photos for same day pick up. Prints were delayed a couple days, which was fine. Called to check the status ~2 days later - was put on hold while they checked. Waited 10 minutes until someone came back on the call... to ask me what I was calling about. Told them again about my photo mishap. Waited another 10 minutes. They came back and told me someone deleted the order on their end and to resend the order. I'm not resending the order, but at this point don't want a charge lingering on my account. I tell them I want to cancel my order. They tell me I have to cancel it myself because they can't do it. I call the CVS photo help desk (not this location) to officially cancel the order. They tell me that this location is supposed to cancel the order and there's nothing they can do. This place sucks.
Michael Barillot: This is probably the most unprofessional and poorly run store I've ever been to as far as CVS's. The pharmacy is supposed to open at 10 a.m. today and for the third or fourth time they are not open on time...like 10:30 lights still out, phone ringing, etc. The other employees don't explain or apoligize..one says it might be 10 or 10:15 like it's acceptable. And I think it is. The manager just says oh the pharmacist called out sick...no apology again. I have been to many CVS's in my life(and was a pharmacy tech at one for a couple of years) and never seen anything like the communication breakdown in this store. It's a corporation I expect a better experience from.

He didn't care and he asked me "Do you want 30% off or you want to argue with me?". I told him that "I do not ask you give me. I should have it"This happened around 7:00 pm Dec 24, 2019. My coupon was not expired. I went to other store at Charlestown and I got 30% off.Could customer communicate with thier customers like that?I thought the manager of this store should work with this guy.

ricore2010: I have never in my life been a part of such blatant racism in my life! After a long day, I decided to go and get some water and a snack. I walk into this CVS and from the moment I walk in I have a member of the staff following me, peeking around the corner, literally running around the aisle to get the the other end to get a look at me browsing the store. I'm not the only person shopping in the store at this time. What I am, tho is the only black man shopping. It's 2023. You don't follow someone around the store from the moment they walk in and browse just because they are black. I'm extremely upset and feel this person should be retrained in racial discrimination !

Kristin S.: It is disgusting that you allow NON-SERVICE dogs in your stores. A woman was walking around with a dog on a really long leash, so it was not well-controlled, and it was not a well-behaved animal. Countless people have trauma, allergies, etc. when it comes to animals. Additionally, you sell food, so it's just gross that there are untrained animals walking around. Obviously, I would not be complaining if this was a legitimate service animal, as seeing-eye dogs are trained to exceptionally high standards, and a blind person's need outweighs mine. But in this situation, non-service animals should not be allowed in your stores. It's disgusting, it's uncomfortable for others, and it's unfair to your staff.

Nan Arm: Great locations, nice selection of cold drinks. Popped in on a hot day to hydrate and got in amd out quickly with coconut waters. Fast and easy self checkout stations are available. Store was clean and tidy.

Margaret Anderson: Who writes a review about CVS? Apparently I do. I will literally walk a mile to a different CVS before going to this one. Every.single.thing. is locked up in individual clear boxes. God forbid you need multiple things… let me just take the associate around the whole store with me and unlock each section for me!! Keeping both shoplifters and customers away!
Osula Lam: This CVS is great for where it is. It is right by the HI Boston Hostel and has all the essentials all in one place. They have one gallon sized water as well as 1.5 liter water bottles when I went back in late September 2021.They also have ready-made sandwiches near the front of the store in the refrigerators. I also saw that they had the tuna kits with crackers and mayo in one of the aisles. I'd highly recommend this place if you're staying nearby and need to get something quick.They're open until 11PM while most other stores closed pretty early nearby. Not sure about parking because it was walking distance from the Hostel.

Ritchie Vernon: whenever I go to CVS or Walgreens or possibly somewhere downtown you always want to have a snack or some kind of dinner for homeless and Street people! You want to show them that you care! You've been in their position, so you approach them with compassion! I wish I had a team of people to help me feed them! But as for CVS They have friendly staff to help you! Their manager is really nice too and very helpful! They like Walgreens have really good product buys at times! Who would have ever Thought that you could go to CVS and get great box cereal buys? And some of them are better than the huge grocery stores! and they have pop on sale a lot Pepsi mountain dew Coke you name it! I love going here just for the friendliness of the staff and employees! I highly recommend this as one of the top CVS on that side of town! I really love that CVS now gives you coupons on your receipt when you shop instead of waiting quarterly to give you your coupon money updates they now give them to you every time you shop and this is money for your next time at CVS that you can use and you can let it build up until its expiration date you really want to get some things and you don't have to pay full price with them because you've got these coupons to back you up!

Kingsley Y.W. Tan: This is such a scam place! I am one of the victims! Some thief or hacker stole customers, who used to visited this place, credit card information and spent thousands and thousands of money INSIDE!!! Of course at CVS branch level they don't have authority for reimbursement, so customers went to their bank to file claims. Several months later, the merchant fought back to the bank and stated that those customers visited them within past years, CVS doubted these must be "acting fraudulent", so bank refused to pay back to customers, because customers must received benefits on this, and customers have to eat their lost!!! How can a regular person in a pharmacy and convenient store can spent thousands and thousands of money??!! To buy what??? Think about the common sense, CVS! you saved your money but you lost your reputation!!!!

W.R: the worst service on the world, you should shut down the passport photos. Zero technology for doing the photo why you still open the passport photo to public. They never know which picture is acceptable for the government.That is funny! Do you want to cheat to the customer.
Richard: Good CVS but there are homeless people all around it and sometimes they go in the store with their masks down and cough the staff are good also just not a very good environment/neighborhood
