Andrew Brown: Hannah made the entire process so easy. All the YouTube and online articles in the world couldn’t compare to Hannah’s consultation where I picked the perfect diamond and setting. She explained to me what to look for and helped me understand how to win the man of the year award! Her QA/QC is impeccable to make sure the final product about 6-8 weeks later was one that I would be proud to present to my now fiancé. Izzy: My fiancé Chris and I, decided that we wanted to design my engagement ring together, so we went to Hannah after finding her on social media, and I could not be happier we did! We had a phone consultation first to talk through what we were looking for, and then went into the office to pick out our diamond and setting. Hannah was so knowledgeable every step of the way, and did such an amazing job finding us beautiful diamonds that fit our budget. I was able to choose the elements I wanted for my ring, and because it was a simple solitaire, we decided not to do a CAD rendering so I didn’t actually see the ring until the engagement this past summer! And it was even more beautiful than I expected.I ended up getting my ring resized down, which was quick at no cost to us, and Hannah and Danielle had it brought to our home when it was completed. We also had an uncommon issue with my band following the resizing, which Hannah and her team so quickly and efficiently resolved, covered the cost of, and again delivered to our home when it was repaired.I am obsessed with my ring (I literally stare at it all day, everyday). The entire experience working with Hannah and her team was incredible. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Zac Talmadge: Highly recommend Hannah for a custom engagement ring experience. My girlfriend (now fiancé!) Sarah wanted a diamond from her mother's engagement ring to be incorporated into her own engagement ring. Sarah also had a specific ring style in mind, but left some flexibility around the specific design i.e. diamond cut and orientation. While I appreciated having some creative license over the ring design, I was also pretty lost having never gone through this process before. Hannah was really easy to schedule appointments with, and we were always very efficient in our meetings. I think the first meeting was about 15-20 mins where we reviewed photos of ring styles Sarah liked, gave Hannah her mother's ring to remove the diamond, and talked about what kind of cut I wanted for the additional diamond in the ring. When I met with Hannah the second time, she had sourced four diamonds (two within my budget and two outside of my budget, which I admitted had some flexibility) and talked me through the four C's and where we could give up some in one C for benefit in a different C. I'm so, SO glad Hannah showed me four diamonds even though two were outside of my budget. She didn't do it in a salesy, buy-the-bigger-diamond-way. She did in a way that was clear she wanted me to be able to make an informed decision about one of the most important decisions of my life. I ended up choosing one of the diamonds that was technically outside of my budget and am so happy I did. When I saw it, I knew it was the right diamond for Sarah's ring, and Sarah couldn't have been happier with it. When Hannah sent me the design rendering, I actually preferred the orientation of one of the diamonds to be changed. I got a new rendering within 24 hours, and Hannah and her team were able to get me the ring in hand with plenty of time before the proposal.TL;DR - Hannah guided me through the process and helped me make our engagement an incredible experience. Would absolutely recommend for a custom/family heirloom jewelry experience.

Chanse: Cheaply made. My ring was over 600 dollars and fell to pieces in less than year. Reached out for a refund, and they only want to get it fixed/changed to a different material(because of how disappointing the first ring was, wood and plastic resin cracked into pieces and insert separated from ring) never heard back. Terrible experience. Wedding ring is in pieces. Save your money and go to a real jeweler.

Austin Wigley: M&R were great and highly recommended to us but I gotta say for $4000 I am disappointed to have just received oxidized products. Fresh out of the box, day one, covered in rust. Even a cursory glance reveals the damage.As you can see it runs the length of half the band on one ring and will have to be taken to be repaired before the oxidation spreads. It's clearly been wet or stored improperly before being sent to us.If M&R had allowed us to pick them up in person (which they agreed to but then shipped them to us anyway) I would have taken one look at this wedding band and handed it right back to them.
Holly Hood: We ordered a ring online, and it did not fit. We did not order their sizers, but trusted the ones we had. I suggest if you buy from them, you do use their sizers.Regardless, we contacted them via email using the address given on the e-receipt a week ago about this, to see what our options were. They still have not replied back. I am willing to take one on the chin about the ring not fitting, but it's unprofessional to not get back to customers with problems.

Lucky for us: an amazing team of ringmakers lived nearby in Dorchester MA.I still remember this process like it was yesterday.Inquiry was made, appointment was swift, and my fiance and I were sitting in the "Ring Room". Great vibes. So many options as far as ring design. We each selected an inlay to represent ourselves, concrete for myself, and a dark wood for my now wife.These rings are outstanding and beautiful, durable works of art. I get asked about mine regularly.
Ryan Wilson: I have to say that working with Minter and Richter has been a truly great experience. I got married in 2019 and wanted a men's wedding band that went beyond the basic gold old man ring. I booked an appointment and 'Minter' showed me around their hundreds of customizations to pick a truly one-of-a-kind wedding ring.I ended up purchasing the life-time replacement guarantee and to my dismay, had to get a replacement after I lost my ring at an airport. I immediately gave M&R a call and within 4 weeks had my new ring delivered at no cost.They were very helpful and kind in both processes and my wedding ring looks pretty badass (picture below). It even has sand from the state where my wife and I got married. I definitely recommend using this company.My advice when picking the ring (because it can be overwhelming with all the option): There are a lot examples on their website and Instagram... Pick a design you really like from the website or Insta and then they will help you make slight customizations from there to make it unique.
Stephanie Wood: The color of the wood in the ring was much duller than expected. Worse than that, though, it was 1/4 size too small. I verified this using a caliper and even purchased a ring mandrel. The mandrel showed other rings as the correct size. When I emailed Minter & Richter to tell them it was 1/4 size too small, they told me I could exchange it for half price. She basically said it was my fault for not ordering their ring sizers that are $50 and have to be returned to them. We used a different set of ring sizers before making the purchase; those, too, fit my ring mandrel accurately. They would not correct their mistake or provide a refund. The ring can't be worn comfortably, so we ordered a more expensive ring from elsewhere. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

The diamonds are so similar that they look like they were cut from the same stone. The precision is incredible.-My wedding ring is a line of 21 small diamonds surrounded by millgrain. Again, every diamond is identical and every single one has exactly 12 uniformly sized and shaped metal beads around it. That's 252 tiny metal beads that are all exactly the same. Also, somehow, BRAG made this ring with that much texture still feel comfortable.-My husband's wedding ring has yellow gold in the center, surrounded by white gold edges. The front has a matte finish and the inside is polished, so there are effectively four different finishes on his ring but it has a completely smooth surface. The transitions are perfect.All of this just to say: we're just still so pleased and so impressed. Thank you, BRAG!
