Ha Nguyen: I judge food based on many things, not just the food itself. The decent plate and silverware in the pictures are no longer used for a long time. Instead, it s to-go containers and plastic spoons. I ordered red beans and taro shaved ice. There was only a thin layer of fillings to barely cover the surface, the rest was ice. The taste was okay. The cashier didnt seem to be friendly.

Philip Welch: We came here for the first time on 8/28/2022. We chose 3 items to try. We ordered a Strawberry milk which is shaved ice, strawberries, and coconut and jelly pieces. It was very nice. The 2nd item was Taro Moochie which was also good. The 3rd item was Coffee Icecream which had fruit with it. We enjoy all our items. The place is not fancy but they make nice desserts. The place seemed to have a steady flow of people coming in there while we were there. If you enjoy Asian desserts, or would like to try something new and different, then give this place a try! Located on Beach Street in Boston Massachusetts.

Yertal: I came into this Cheesecake Factory on a bit of a time crunch but wasn't going to make it everyones problem. I took my seat to order my drink and was left there for 20 minutes while they got my drink and bread. Once they brought me my drink, they left me for another 15 minutes. Then, when my sever finally returned, they took my order, and that was that it wasn't a complex one, so I expected 30 minute wait and asked to pre pay, seeing as I was in a rush. Another waiter kindly got her and told her what i asked, and she did allow me to pre pay, but then she left. And then when she came back, almost an hour had gone by, not to mention I was on a time crunch they threw my food on the table and stood there till I left. This was disappointment as I have never been to The Cheesecake Factory, and this service makes me never want to go again.

Danielle D: Used to be the "spot"Went to the bar, ordered a Martini,And no olive or twist offered. That's ok, no big deal. We have our menus open and bartender never asked would we like food. Never brought over bread. We attempted to move our seats to another section and tab out to another table where the server "Brian" an awesome server was; but he had no seats available. Bartender placed our tab in a glass and never asked did we want another cocktail or even food. We checked out and left for Pressed Cafe next door where bar service is top notch. We used to love CCF, but this is not the Cheesecake Factory we know. Poor service in an empty restaurant. The managers did not even acknowledge that we did not have bread as she passed out menus next to us. This is the Prudential location and horrible and we will not be back.

Winnie Briggs: I’ve been meaning to try Lady M for years! Their matcha crepe cake was light, airy, and had just the right amount of matcha. My friend got their earl grey cake..and that also was delicious with the right amount of earl grey flavor. I am very surprised that they close so early..even on Fridays and Saturdays (6pm). I wonder if this is because of an employee shortage or if this has always been the case. Thankfully, we made it into the store within minutes of them closing.

Ryan Hudson: Really impressive little Creperie in Coolidge Corner. They are known for having a rotating flavor of the month/specials that spice things up. The only downside is being such a small space & not enough table area for diners to sit & enjoy their food.

I ordered the butter-brown sugar one — and there’s a LOT (really, a lot!) of sugar, plus they shake powdered sugar on top, so you might want to try “just a sprinkle of powdered sugar” so you can taste the crêpe! 😊 BTW, the people were absolutely amazing!

The crepes were a bit thicker than other places. For the savory crepes, that was fine, but it made the basic sugar crepes a bit chewier to eat. Not sure about the service...on a relatively slow night, quick to take our order but a while to finally get served. There's no parking, and not a lot of seating. Plates brought to your table by server. Grade/High school hangout after school ends I think. Crowd changes after 6pm. The cafe is small with few (6) seating areas. They definitely could improve the lighting and block off the kitchen area from view...that could help the ambiance and dining experience.

Ordering something like a smoothie takes an inordinate amount of time, and asking that it be made “thick” will almost always arrive like soup. Never thick. Always needing to be sent back to be remade.Pro tip: ask for “Joe”. He will make your order correctly and will move with some purpose instead of acting like he can’t be bothered and is merely doing you a favor.

brufleth: Mediocre soft serve with decorative toppings in an undercooked pancake batter cone. It isn't bad, but this is more about a pretty looking thing than a good ice cream treat. At roughly nine bucks a cone and often a long line, I'd pass unless someone really wants an insta moment.
Rachel: You can never go wrong with taiyaki, and this hidden gem in Seaport is the place for taiyaki. The staff were helpful and welcoming. I live in Florida but visit Boston often, and I will be coming back!

Biki Takashima-Uebelhör: We live by the one in Harvard, but this one at the Seaport is our favorite hands down. Their taiyaki ice cream is amazing (especially the Hōjicha and matcha swirl) but their taiyaki alone are soooo good (both azuki and custard) and have improved so much over the years. They do taste like the ones in Japan now (the Harvard one is about behind, with their taiyaki a bit deflated and on the small side). The service is great too. Really friendly staff, even when they are busy in the small space they’ve got and you have kids with you.
