Matthew Capobianco: Terrible customer experience. Little to no help with little experience. In order to sell a 200 shoe you need to have someone that can field the most basic questions which they lack completely.
Molly Pratt: Service in the shoe section was very poor. If there is no way for customers to grab sizes then there should be more than one person to help.
T R: This location is my favorite it’s always organized and has lots in stock. Staff is always kind and helpful. My family and I enjoy this store.

Definitely has some premium offerings versus cheap grade only. By the time you shop online and pay for the shipping you might as well just go in-store. Convenience and in-store see-it-in-person shopping at old site of the Meadow Glen Mall in Medford. Bought some nice Blue Label Seaguar 30 lb fluorocarbon leader. Happy.

Stephen Hirschman: I sat in the car for a half hour waiting for my curbside order. I ended up going in to get it instead. They didn't seem overly busy either. I got my Jordans though so I can't complain
Christine Campbell: The wait to try on shoes was about 30 min. An associate not at shoes told me how to order the ones I wanted for pickup tomorrow. I placed my order, got my confirmation, bank took money out.I got a message an hour later that my order was canceled because the item wasn't in stock.
Chris Nackley: Be careful what you are buying. I got my pre workout here and had no clue it was expired. My mistake for going here to get it, but all the gnc and vitamin shops closed by me. Closest store, and they would not let me exchange the expired pre workout for a different one. 50$ down the drain. Scummy service provided when I called too. Tough look for the place.

More staff standing around then at the cash registers so literally I was in line for 32 minutes on Friday midday and still had several people ahead of me so they lost my business because I couldn't wait any longer and not once did you hear over the intercom, assistance to the front so honestly I couldn't believe the management didn't see the need to make that call. I saw several people leave before me and I truly said to myself wow they have no patience was I throwing rocks at a glass house. Great company I always thought 💭 but I was in there three weeks prior and said to myself I'll come back when the Christmas sale starts but it was like they raised there prices and then put it on sale for 10%,25% off or buy one get one50% off and like I said it was basically the same price as the last time I was there. Sorry 🙏 but that's just what it was.

Bryan Hollis: Waited on hold for 20 minutes and then got hung up on trying to see if they had cleats my size. Got transferred to the operator 3 times. The shoe department answered once but I was the wrong customer so they put me on hold just to get the operator. Spoke to two different managers. One told me that they couldn’t just see if they had size 13 and that he needed a brand. So I told him to check Under armour, Nike or Mizuno. Left on hold a few more minutes so I went online to see if they had it at this store which is what I should have done in the first place. I just wanted to see if they had any before I made the 24 minute trip over there but I didn’t know it would take 20 minutes to get no information at all. Maybe the shoe department was really busy that day. The only thing a store has is customer service over buying on Amazon.

She said because we are only using one today. Meanwhile other employees were standing around looking at their phones who could have monitoring the fitting room. I walked out. Never again.

Anthony Pollard: Store is awful. The manager is god awful. She is extremely rude to her employees in front of customers. One of the kids kept calling for her as she went outside for a cigarette. When they called her up to the register to help me fix a pricing issue. All I could smell was cigarette on her. I will definitely not be coming back here. I feel bad for the kids working here

I’m not 100% understanding why, but this regional mall store confirms my thinking.Possibly the stand-alones are larger? They seem to have more inventory. Today, I was only there to get some socks, so I didn’t need a ton of selections. Unfortunately, Dick’s is so deep in bed w the swoosh, that selection is even worse. I got some socks, but not exactly what I was looking for.

CAITLIN OHARA: The only retailer that offers excellent sporting goods , and stylish apparel and athleisure wear at market value (no more), with a vast selection. I recently bought my daughter basketball sneakers and the staff in the shoe department was and always is so helpful. Their sale racks are worth browsing , you often get lucky and score high quality items significantly discounted - eg: my daughters new pink/ orange tie dye Jordan sweats to wear to basketball over shorts in the cold winter months for 28.99 from 80.00. I also adore their high waisted cropped matching sweat sets for a stylish, chic, and comfortable sporty look. I purchased their beige high waist drawstring nike sweats and love the fit, color , and look. I also bought a cream cropped long sleeve sweatshirt top with a mock turtle neck to match the cream Nike sign for a perfect combined look. All four came to only 154$. Lastly , they carry the best lacrosse sticks and the price is high, but you won’t find the inventory or lower costs anywhere else. Highly recommend this store !

Drew Farrell: Pretty expensive but they do have every thing you could ever imagine. They don't put prices on most things so you don't realize how expensive things are.
Ryan Esco: Reliably decent sporting goods store. Even with inventory change from one season to the next, I was able to find what I needed for the Spring sports season. I like how the store is organized (by brand, sport, etc). Shoe department in the past has been kind of a mess, but they've streamlined their system so an associate can scan barcodes for shoes to see if they have what you need in stock - this speeds up the process. Staff is great!
Some One: I applied during the Christmas season. There were four jobs listed on the website. One was seasonal, the other 3 were permanent.I applied for one of the permanent jobs and I got it but I never actually worked a single day in the department I applied for. I was on the front end register every day.When I first asked about this after my first few days, they told me they needed most people on the registers and that after Christmas was over, I would be fully placed into the department I applied for.This went on for about three weeks until I asked again why I still hadn’t been transferred yet and I was informed that my job was temporary.So not only was I lied to about the job I would be getting but I was also lied to about being a permanent worker. All they wanted was another ringer for the Christmas season.Never in my life have I worked for a company so deceptive and dishonest.

As we were waking to checkout the manager came up screaming about how no one was up front helping customers...mind you we were the only ones in the store. A young woman came up to help (who’s shift ended at 8) after checking us out at 8:15 she got prepared to leave when the manager asks her to stay so he can move a treadmill. She POLITELY states that she can not and her shift already ended and that she has to go. The manager proceeded to yell at her, as customers (us) were right there saying “do whatever you want I don’t care I can’t make you stay”. Not to mention there was one other young man up front who could help the ZERO customers in the store if necessary. This was totally unprofessional and we were all so upset that he spoke to her that way as we were standing right there. We told the girl that she should go home and not stand for that kind of disrespect. No manager should talk to his staff that way in ANY circumstance especially with customers right there.

Second to last guy hung up on me after saying he'd transfer me again. It's a yes or no question. What the hell is going on over there?
