Murph Dude Guy Kid: Outstanding service. I have personally received thousands of gallons of diesel fuel here. The fuel dock manager is courteous, very safe, and extremely knowledgeable. The fuel quality is top notch and we have never had an issue with it. The dock fendering is outstanding as well, we've never had to drop our fenders on the front dock. The location is unbeatable. It's amazing to have a fuel dock in such a centralized location on the harbor. I would recommend Harbor Fuels to anyone...from the causal boater with a 5hp Johnson all the way to large commercial vessels.

Matt Moynihan: I know I shouldn’t be riding on E but stuff happens. Website says it closes at 7pm. I got there at 4:30 and tried to find an attendant for 15 minutes. Pulled away from the dock and saw the attendant come out of the woodworks, close up shop @ 4:55.

walter soares: I usually give very good or very bad reviews but this time I'm giving 3 stars because I just went to this place to wash my 24ft motorhome after a road trip from Georgia, in all my travels across the country I've never paid more than $60 for this type of service, They charged me $125 and didn't even wash the top of the RV like some other place did, I expected a better job because of the reviews but I'm disappointed I wouldn't mind paying more if the work was satisfactory, I even tip $20 because it was nice inside, but was raining and I couldn't check the work outside the premises, but when I got home I found a lot of black spots that I know come off when I wash it! Was expensive and not a good job ! I hope my review help the owners to improve they services .

Mr Trusted Opinion: Purchased a portable generator from them and didn't work out right out of the box, they wouldn't honor the warranty and said it would cost more to fix then generator was worth. Dragged there feet for months on getting any answers and wouldn't return calls for updates.

Nicholas DelTorto: Be very careful with estimates provided up front and their process. Ask for review and repair of turbo leak on my marine Deisel. Quoted $900 including trip charges. Technition on site for 1/2 hour repair diagnosed but not made and they insist the approved amount of $900 is due. That is a $800 trip charge 70 miles( labor rate has always been $150/ hour). I have been a customer for 3 years never had this kind a ripoff in the past

Dennis Pearse: had a problem ordering part by phone. Indicated same in my review. Next day recieved a call from parts mngr. Who explained why the problem. Turned out to be a phone problem on their end. He appologized for the inconvenience and stated he would address the issue. Forget his name, but he was very sincere and curtious. Will continue to do business with them as this is the only issue ihave had in over 15 years of doing business with them.

Tom Lane: I made an appointment to get my generator in my RV repaired. I took a vacation day off and got top Dedham by 8am. Despite the fact that i had an appointment, they never even took it in to the garage. 8 hours later I left with no repair, no estimate. They did not seem to want to work on RVs. If you have an RV just take it somewhere else.

Al Smyth: Nathan Maginn helped us warranty repair a 12.5K Diesel generator for our race team in a very short period of time. They had it done in about 1 week. Their team had enough parts on site to repair the unit and did it all in a time frame that met our next racing event. I interacted with 3 staff members and every single one was polite with extreme professional. The staff was very diverse and kept a clean shop! I recommend this establishment for inspection renewals and I am sure they do great service work as well. Keep up the excellence folks.

Boston Solutions: Took my GMC 3500 to Portside to fix an ongoing low fuel rail pressure issue while towing my trailer uphill. I explained to them that this was the second shop I’ve taken it to and was already $4k into repairs with no resolution. I suspected it could only be injectors or cp3 pump.The guy at the counter was nice and understanding and seemed to listen to all the work I already had performed on the truck (to prevent repeat). He took the keys and said he would let me know what they find, but never took my number down or chief complaint. I politely reminded him and he quickly wrote my number on MY key tag... This was the first time I got a funny feeling about leaving the truck there.The next day I get a call that there was oil in the Intercooler piping and the truck appears to be loosing boost at the connectors. He ordered the parts and would replace on Monday. (Duramax engines are known to leak oil into the intercooler lines and the only way to prevent it is to do a PCV valve reroute which is only a GM recommended fix)... I agreed to the repairs as I’ve seen the pipes and it seemed as replacement could only help.Fast forward to Monday afternoon when I get a call from the tech stating that there was oil in the turbo housing and I would in fact need a new turbo ($3k), new lines, and they will have to drop the transmission to replace it. Quoted me at $5k plus “anything else that might be wrong”, plus labor. Told me I “was better off trading in the vehicle!”I was in shock and told them to put it back together. Told me It would be $850 to get it back.You can watch hundreds of YouTube videos of turbo replacements, and not ONE dropping the trans. It appeared to me that they had no idea what was causing the issues and never even attempted to test the injectors/fuel pump like I had requested.I would have no issue with the price tag if I knew it would be a fuel rail related fix that would likely resolve my issue. But a turbo that has no play, spools up instantly and has little indication of a problem was their first diagnosis? Never even touching the high fuel pressure side of the engine??.. All these people did was jacked up price on parts and exaggerated labor so I would just take my truck back and “trade it in”.I would never recommend Portside unless you have a 8-9 car carrier. All they do is contract work on ‘diversified auto carriers’ truck/trailers as there are hundreds in their yard and bays. They should never advertise to fix anything else.Picked up my truck and the bill magically increased to $981. Another grand into this repair with no resolution. Will never bring my trucks back here.

Lola Bee: I had my inspection sticker done her just a month ago, they were polite friendly and I had no wait. The other day I heard a scraping noise in the back of my car and called Portside, they had me bring it in, offered me a ride home (I live in Charlestown) and called me shortly with an estimate, just about 4 hours later my car was ready. Two male friends told me the prices for labor and parts were reasonable. They are the best, even have a waiting room if you're stuck there with fully stocked vending machines, everyone is curteous and pleasant.

Mikhail Soyfer: Awful company! Paid over 9k for new transmission. Truck was down and at Power Products over a month. When it came back truck had a nasty vibration at 45mph. They looked at it again and said they cant fix it. That I should bring it to Hino dealer. Hino rebalanced the drive shaft after I paid Allison 3k for that part. Two months after (16,000 miles) my transmission broke again same problem as before. They will not warranty any of the work I paid for. They are theifs! DO NOT BRING THEM ANY WORK.

Or set a dpf sensor up and reset ecm, truck has been there since last Friday for one week and still same problem shut down light is on and check engine light on and truck won’t run for more than 10 miles paid over $ 2500 for truck not to run.
