I Flanders: The staff and doctor all take pains to get to know you as a person, a whole person.Dr. Donahue doesn't treat just the presenting symptom. Your entire wellbeing is of his concern. He doesn't just give you a prescription to treat the symptom and send you on your way. He works to find and treat the underlying cause. He takes the time to answer all your questions and explain what is going on.Unlike a clinic or hospital office, your appointments are scheduled for the amount of time you really need. It's not 15 minutes and out.Even the waiting room is comforting. It's not all screamingly bright light with stiff plastic chairs. It's like a friend's living room, an upholstered couch and real plants, you can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee if you like.It's a concierge service so you pay a little extra, but you get everything you've payed for and more. Incredibly calm and welcoming, Rolls Royce service.

McKayla Burns: I was told they couldn't do any diagnostic work up at the facility but I could see a podiatrist in a month. The PA basically googled a differential diagnosis and sent me on my way. ("it might be a morton's neuroma but I am not worried about anything acute. maybe try different shoes") Ended up having a stress fracture and transient osteoporosis.
Avoaday: They were so quick to get me in and see me (usually you have to wait so long at an urgent care to get help from a doctor or PA) and they were so helpful. The woman at the front desk Kathy went above and beyond to help me with in terms of insurance (of which most people would not take the time to help with). I will only be going back to this urgent care if needed. Every single staff member was so kind. Seriously, thank you so much guys!

The team work at seaport urgent care was the best experience I’ve encountered from the front desk staff who was very professional, to the nurse and Ma that went above and beyond their duties we thank you so much . I was a walk-in. Went right when they opened, and was seen instantly. Had strep throat and needed antibiotics. They tested right away, and got a script to my pharmacy. Would rather go hear than my primary care to be honest.

Lisa Philpotts: I've been to other One Medical locations and they have been great, and I came to this one when I was sick because they had appointment availability. The person at the front desk didn't click the right button to check me in, so I sat in the waiting room until it was 30 minutes past my appointment time and missed my appointment. So, now I am on the train back home (feeling like hot garbage) and will go back to bed, and will have to get seen another time. I understand that people make mistakes and the employee was very apologetic, but there should be procedures in place that ensure that the mistake is caught before the patient's entire appointment duration has passed.
Lisa Dotson: My doctor at this location is great. I’d give her 5 stars. However, I’ve been dealing with billing issues since October and the office now refuses to respond to my messages. To be clear, I am owed money and they refuse to provide a refund or respond to my messages. It’s disgusting.
chanmi: booked an annual check-up here through the app! the app is very easy to use and makes scheduling appointments a breeze. the copley office space is very clean and easy to find. went here and saw dr. lampert, she was really kind and answered all my questions and helped me get the referrals i needed for specialists. however, i wasnt able to get my vitals checked as per my usual annual check-ups.

I was able to book an appt so easily through the app. During my visit all of my questions were thoroughly answered and I was able to get labs done on site. So thorough and efficient. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the phlebotomist, to the provider was so warm, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend OneMedical!

Kristi ACW: Dr. Zivich has a dedicated and knowledgeable staff and it is very easy to communicate with the office or make an appointment. The staff if BDH is very dedicated to getting prescriptions filled on time, responding to questions, and pushing through insurance paperwork. They offer in-office procedures like sutures for a wound or nerve blocks for migraines, and some other simple procedures that shouldn’t really require going to the emergency room.Living with complex health problems is a challenge, and having high quality care has changed my life for the better. Whether you have complex health conditions, or just need a general practitioner for routine health checks, I highly recommend Dr. Zivich.Addendum: April 27, 2023I’m using the aesthetician’s Vera’s services through BDH now and strongly recommend her for hair removal and facial. Vera is gentle and attentive. I’m delighted with the results.

Michael Butler: I had my third Morpheus8 microneedling/radiofrequency treatment with Dr. Zivich at Boston Direct Health. My primary goal was to reduce the appearance of acne scars. I’ve noticed a significant improvement from the first two treatments and an overall tightening and smoothing of my skin’s texture overall. This third session took place at Boston Direct Health’s beautiful new location on Newbury Street. Dr. Zivich places a focus on infection prevention and pain control with methods that aren’t typically offered at med spas. Dr. Zivich also included a post-procedure recovery kit with topical products that worked to speed recovery and reduce redness post-procedure.

After spending decades being gaslit by a series of medical professionals, I am finally getting somewhere with my longtime health issues. Dr. Zivich is connecting me with practitioners who can help, something that never would have happened in my previous doctor's office. Because of the efficient office-patient communication system (ok, it's texting, but this is a huge improvement for me), I am saving a ton of time not waiting on hold or getting a call back at a time inconvenient for my work schedule. Mandy Dejonghe: Best doctor I've had. I experience a wide range of somewhat random medical issues and also have to get a lot of bloodwork done for my medications. They are always there, respond very quickly and help with everything. They know more about FMLA than the HR person at my work. Totally worth the money (especially for the robes that make me feel like I'm at the spa and not dying).
Ronaldo Fujii: Best Doctor I had. Very knowledgeable and very carrying.I underwent the Opus plasma treatment and despite being painful there was an incredibly great result. I always had an asymmetric eyelid, one slightly lower than the other since I was a baby, which I thought that at one point in time I would need to do a blepharoplasty. With the Opus I managed to become symmetric and to treat some of the long term wrinkles I had from that condition. I used to have a constant retraction of the forehead above the droopier eyelid, which now is not activated constantly as it used to be and I see clearly with much less forehead frowning.I will definitely consider doing the treatment again in a couple years for maintenance.

Christine Foerster: I don’t have a single negative thing to say about Dr. Zivich and his staff at BDH! Every visit has exceeded expectations in regards to friendliness, efficiency, and addressing the reason for my visit. Finding a PCP who genuinely cares about your health and makes you feel like you are more than just a number/appointment is HARD, and I couldn’t recommend BDH enough for their incredible staff and services. I have gone in for: rapid Covid testing, bloodwork, medication changes, physical ailments, and supplementation help. My boyfriend won some free Botox and spoke very highly of the appointment, which was scheduled promptly. That’s another thing- scheduling is so easy. You don’t have to wait weeks for your appointment which happens a lot with PCPs through MassGen/Brigham and other surrounding public healthcare providers.He is also now offering DEXA scans at a separate location, which is a valuable tool for weight loss patients and fitness enthusiasts, and DEXAs available in the New England area are few and far between.Thank you for everything you’ve done, Dr. Steve!

The office is clean and welcoming and Dr. Zivich is fantastic to work with (it's six hour long sessions... so lots of time talking!). We made a plan and I was treated right then and there with the first of the recommended sessions. It was mildly uncomfortable (but- hey it is an injection right?). Total injection time was only a few minutes.I tolerated the treatment with only a mild, dull headache for a few days- which I had been made aware was a potential to occur.
